Swarm, Black Hole Consciousness
Symbiotic Mech
Piloted by Hazel Lee
Northern Mainland Japan, Forested Region
Develius Develius
Swarm was a simple entity. Its host had prompted it to leave, and so it did. And then Berkuta resumed the attack on Swarm's host, and that made Swarm angry. Seeing Berkuta flee brought some satisfaction to the sentient singularitly, but it didn't want Berkuta to just flee. It wanted to end this thing that had attacked and nearly killed its host. Deciding that seeing Berkuta flee was enough of an opening that it could retrieve the pilot to dispose of the biojet as its host wanted, Swarm dissolved into dust and reformed at the stone where it had left Hazel in a sphere. The sphere dissolved and the dragonfly reformed for Hazel to climb into the cockpit and climb back into the air.

Back in the air, Swarm searched for the biojet, looking to find Berkuta to either run it out of the region or end it.

Sobek, Genetic Chimera
Uncontrolled Kaiju
Piloted by: Command node broken!

Sobek's hide was incredibly thick. The same hide that was resistant to most human weapons short of bunker-busters, managed to resist Daybreak's gatling guns. Bullets didn't work against a crocodilian so large that it made Gustave the Demon of Burundi look like a child's pet gecko. If that crocodile was immune to almost everything thrown at it, than a crocodilian as large as Sobek with a hide so much thicker and stronger than anything found almost anywhere else on earth would have no problem not being hurt by bullets.

The giant crocodilian remained immobile despite the onslaught for some time. Back on the island lab where her creator resided, the scientist was mashing buttons and commands into computers trying to restart the control node in Sobek's head, but it wasn't working. Daybreak had broken the device that allowed Sobek to be remotely controlled. Crocodilian eyes opened as Daybreak had to stop and switch belts for its gatling guns, lead littering Sobek's belly.

Sobek looked around confused, what was that noise? Where was the sound of combustion propelled jets coming from? She looked up at Daybreak in the air, then at the choppers and jets of Maldive's military coming to investigate and deal with the kaiju battle going on. Sobek, having not been free of the control node's control since she was much smaller, had no experience with this situation. Effectively, Sobek was a small child in an adult's body, with adult problems it didn't know how to deal with. So she reacted as any child would, she hid from what she did not understand and feared.

Sobek curled into a ball, presenting the spiked armor of her back plates presented to the world.

Daybreak 099
Daybreak 099 is still flying up in the air, looking down at the maddened Sobek who just risen back up to continue fighting. Clark is nervous about it. He tried to come up with his next strategy regarding being in a defensive position rather than just aggressively attacking which could harm him and Daybreak 099's safety. While thinking, the Maldivian military came to Daybreak 099's aid to support the battle. It is uncertain if they would be of any use against a gigantic monster. Clark finally came up with an idea.

Daybreak 099 pulled out a shield against Sobek's spiked armor if she ever attacks. However, the shield may not be strong enough to prevent it from getting penetrated. Clark thought that it is for the best. They waited for Sobek's next move.

But wait, Sobek doesn't seem to be coming out of her ball form, leaving Clark puzzled and frustrated. From his guess, she is not the aggressive type as she would do to incapacitate her opponent in brutal ways, probably. This leaves Daybreak 099 to step out of his defensive stance and go all out on the monster, if possible. This is a perfect opportunity for them. Daybreak 099 charges in the opponent to prepare for an attack.

He pulled out his laser sword and performed a frenzy of strikes to try to cause Sobek to get angry and come out of her ball form. Hopefully, the attack should be effective.

Fear. Fear of the unknown flooded Sobek's tiny mind as the sound of everything going on outside her shell reached her ears. Noise, so much noise! And then pain as a laser sword burned against her scales, trying to penetrate as lasers did.

Lasers did damage by burning through things, not by penetrating, which was a common misconception brough on by science fiction shows like Star Trek. A laser of high enough power to pierce through a man's skull like he wasn't even there wouldn't do that. His head would literally explode from that much energy being imparted as the laser burned through, boiling blood mist filling the room. When Daybreak's laser sword finally successfully imparted enough energy to burn through a scale, that scale exploded in daybreak's face, shooting bony shrapnel everywhere as Sobek roared in pain.

The tail split into four long, muscular tentacles as Sobek bent backwards to wrap around Daybreak. Before, Sobek's pilot was only trying to disable Daybreak. Now, the childlike mind of Sobek could think of only one way to deal with this thing that hurt and scared her. Destroy it, rip it to pieces and scatter them to the wind! Windows shattered on the island and choppers fell out of the air as their pilots' eardrums ruptured from the volume and force of Sobek's roar as she slashed and ripped and chomped at Daybreak 099's armor and chassis with her claws, tail tentacles, and powerful jaws. A lesser construct than Daybreak would be scrap metal by now.

Losing its opponent's attention once again, Berkuta prepared to initiate one last desperate counter-attack. Once again it quickly reverts to stealth mode and carefully trails Swarm's dragonfly form from below. Slowly it ascends as it gets closer to its opponent before once again beelining towards it. However, it would not fire its weapons and it would remain hidden until it was within mere meters from its quarry. With a metallic screech it pounced upon the black mass with utter ferocity, biting and scratching at its malleable form searching for what it believed to be it's one true weakness. It made its way towards where the cockpit was and proceeded to try and rip open the shell to get at the mastermind and end this conflict once and for all.

The viewing port of the dragonfly, being transparent, was much less dense than the rest of Swarm's body armor. It cracked, and then shattered under the onslaught, the pilot within screaming as Swarm worked to close the gap. Not being able to keep flying with Berkuta on top stopping the wings from flapping, the sentient singularity and the biojet went crashing back down to the ground, where, because of Swarm's immense actual weight and density, they punched a deep crater into the earth. Groundwater was starting to well up as they were now below the water table. in time, this would be a lake. But right now, it was a soggy hole.

"Ah! Kill it!", Hazel shrieked mashing buttons to turn on windshield wipers and cleaning sprayers that harmlessly but annoyingly bumped into and sprayed Berkua with a cleaning agent in a frantic attempt to get the thing with claws and teeth out of her dragonfly. "Swarm!" Swarm's "head' collapsed in on itself to protect Hazel, assuming a more ground-based form as the wings turned into legs and claws, and the tail became more scorpionlike, a minigun appearing on the end. The scorpion's claws reached to grip Berkuta's wings as it pointed the minigun at the biojet at point-blank range, barrels rotating as it began to fire. A being with a sense of humor might have said "Dodge this," but Swarm had no such sense of humor, and its host was scared out of her wits.

Waspintoria

Waspintoria was laying waste to Washington DC, the centre of the US government, when she soon grew immensely bored with the wanton destruction and mayhem. This was a rare emotion for her and she paused in a moment to ponder at that, ignoring the little ants attempts to slow her down. She was grounded for now, choosing to to remain grounded. Waspintoria looked upon her target. The White House. She didn’t think that it had any importance or understand its historical importance at all, it was just a building that she wanted to destroy.

She roared, smashing through the army as easily as chess pieces. Making her way to the White House. And it’s imminent destruction.

Finally grounding its opponent within a pool of thick mud and soot, Berkuta continued to gnaw and clamber upon the cockpit with vicious focus. The screams of the poor pilot would be drowned out by the ear-splitting screech of shredding metal claws upon metal hides. The Russian jet opened its mechanical mouth and began to wrap its slender jaws upon the cockpit window to break the glass, subjecting the user to a view of a pulsating throat of contracting biomechanical parts enveloping around her. It was only able to stall the jets' frenzied advance for just a moment with the cleaning agent burning its throat, yet this would be enough for Swarm to change forms and rattle Berkuta in a point-blank spray of hot steaming lead.

Sheering pain ripped through Berkuta's entire body as its entire left wing was shot full with holes until sheer force managed to shred it clean off. In its desperate attempt to end the fight, the biojet had also now been grounded for the meantime. Finally it would release its grip upon the opponent - narrowly getting its other wing clipped by Swarm's pincer - and leaped back in a surprising burst of speed despite being still pelted in bullets. Once again Berkuta fired its arsenal; it's beam first aiming towards the minigun-tail before several missiles began screening once more towards Swarm. Even if they wouldn't do much damage, the smoke from the explosion would provide enough cover for the biojet to hide in before once again pouncing upon its foe. There it would fire its own minigun barrage in a last ditch attempt to cause as much damage to the cockpit as possible.

Yet as Waspintoria's reign of destruction neared the US Central Government, she would suddenly feel an intense droning echoing through her entire conscious. Yet this barrage of white noise wasn't mere simple static. Rather this felt strangely ominous in tone, as if it announced the approach of imminent doom heading her way. No doubt would she fighting her body's urge to leave the scene, but had she decided to remain steadfast, the insectoid abomination would bear witness to the beast responsible. Lumbering towards her no more than 300 meters away, a massive bluish beast would finally come into view.

Originally here to quell a separate kaiju incident alongside its human companion that also was in the nearby vicinity, Jaira caught wind of Waspintoria's rampage and proceeded to ensure the protection of her companion's home capital. As she often does upon first contact with a kaiju, she attempted to psychologically intimidate her opponent with a unique concentrated frequency that most living beings recognize as "intimidating". Jaira hoped that the kaiju could succumb to it and leave without violence, but no doubt was she ready to fight if need be.

Waspintoria

Waspintoria flinched at the sense of omviousness that suddenly overcame her and she looked around, snarling and growling. She looked at her opposing opponent guaging it's size and shape before determining either to flee or not. She had not expected competition. Or indeed anything to actually be interested in something like the bloody White House.

She did not relent weither way, even as the danger approached. Good. This will make things interesting.

She opened up her maw and charged up a plasma blast, attempting to destroy the White House before the Kaiju arrived or at leastshe hoped the Kaiju would be stupid enough to block her attack with it’s body, injuring itself and giving Her the advantage in this upcoming fight.

Jaira's intimidation strategy seemed to fail in halting Waspintoria's resolve as it began to charge up a beam to destroy the important-looking sandstone structure. If the beast would not listen to her this way, then she would make her listen by force. The ogre-beast's pale eyes squinted menacingly with a harsh gruff before lifting her right arm upwards with her palm up. As she did so, a large nearby office building - not more than 12 stories tall - would suddenly be uprooted from its foundations and lifted up into the air with minimal effort. Jaira clenched her fist and quickly rose her body into a comfortable position before hurdling the massive steel structure straight towards the bug-kaiju's way with a heavy grunt. It flew with surprising speed alongside several thousand tons of momentum behind it, perhaps enough to save the White House from Waspintoria's dastardly antics.

What happened next was something she hadn’t anticapitated. She had expected her attack to be blocked but not by an inanimate object. She watched in frustration as her beam instead of incinerating the White House, it incinerated it instead. Hissing in anger, the bug-raptor-dragon Kaiju finally turned toward her opponent, and let out a challenging roar.

Then her wings started buzzing, and she lifted her slim but massive bulk of 60,000 pounds off the ground and charged at super-sonic speeds toward the purple Kaiju. Opening up her maw and charging up yet another blast this time fire breath in a attempt to blast this stupid Kaiju. This stupid small Kaiju. At the same time she was prepared for any projectiles that would hurl toward her!

Daybreak 099
Clark sees this as urgent, hoping for this action to work only for Sobek to gain an advantage over him. He is struggling to come up with an alternate solution to this matter, but it wouldn't be easy for him to overcome it. The sound of loud roaring and shattering is enough to hurt Clark's ears, but it didn't bleed, thankfully. Daybreak 099 tries to break free from Sobek's attempt to shatter into multiple metal parts, but he wasn't able to. Clark sweats severely from the nervousness that he is experiencing, indicating a possibility to lose the battle against Sobek, and he can see and feel the interior part of the model slowly shrinking in close to his surroundings. However, he came up with a decent idea to stop it from going any further.

He did this by making Daybreak 099 use his jetpack to try to wiggle out of his way from Sobek's aggressive move. This action might not be effective and useful, however. Clark nervously clenched his teeth to prepare for the worse if something were to happen to him and Daybreak 099, imagining of a probability of this. In the meantime, the battle continues.

On the ground, where maintaining a weight light enough to fly was not an issue, Swarm's armor was even thicker than it had been before. This dense armor was augmented as it ripped off Berkuta's wing, shaking it about like a trophy before cramming the metal into the scorpion's 'mouth', eating it and adding it to its density. Bullets pinged off of or were absorbed as they hit, and the giant mechanical scorpion chittered in a mechanical approximation of the noises scorpions normally made, tail gun trying to make more precise shots despite not being able to detect the jet hiding in the smoke.

Swarm, and its pilot Hazel, wanted to be rid of the monstrous machine. Make it go away, or break it if they couldn't. It had scared Hazel and tried to eat her, and now they'd grounded it and Swarm was trying to kill it.

Sobek weighed much more than the Daybreak mech. It was difficult to break the hold, and the mech's damaged armor wasn't making it easy. When the mech finally got free, parts of its armor was still clutched in the crocodile's jaws, impaled on her claws, and wrapped in her tail as she fell back into the water, swimming to shore and roaring loudly again. She watched the machine in the air from the ground, tail lashing, before she flicked it, a line of her spikes shooting after Daybreak.

Daybreak 099
Clark can now see how well the battle is going for him, allowing himself to go along with his next plan. If Daybreak 099 would've gotten away from it sooner, then he would've been in a tight spot. Sobek fired a volley of spikes towards Daybreak 099 and he uses his shield to protect himself from it, receiving minimal damage after. The spikes got stuck on the shield, but it is still operational. Clark has decided to go on with the offensive and to try to take down Sobek with the use of a variety of firearms. He chose tonfas to try them out in combat.

Daybreak 099 aggressively charges in towards Sobek, with the tonfas being covered in electric discharge for an added electrocution effect. He performed several strikes in a form of elegant maneuvers to overwhelm Sobek. Confidently for Clark, it should receive a devastating after-effect from Daybreak 099's actions if possible.
