(Inspired by the Tohokingdom site of the same name "here" )

1). All kaiju and mecha you’ll bring to the table have to be completely original. They cannot be established characters seen in any form of media - movies, TV-Series, literature, video games, etc - or “direct clones” of said characters (IE: No “Godzilla” clones). That being said, they can be inspired by them or be something like “homages” so long as you keep the ideas for these characters fresh and different enough. (Mythological creatures are allowed so as long as you keep them fresh).
  • 1a). You are more than encouraged to create art for your kaiju/mecha creations, but simply finding cool art as material for your fighter is also 100% accepted. Just follow rule #1 and you’ll be fine.

2). Plot is not the dominating factor in this particular RP (is subject to change). If anything this is more of a way to flex your writing skills and have fun through kaiju combat. I will not assign any overarching or secret plots, however if you want to have some kind of continuity or “fighting” plot with other fighters, then feel free to discuss it amongst yourselves and I. (If things kick off and lean more towards plot-heavy elements, I may create a separate “plot-driven” RP or simply remove this rule from the list).

3). I highly encourage posts to be at minimum 1 - 2 paragraphs. Try not to simply make one simple sentence and call it a post - make it engaging and detailed!

4). 1v1 fights are standard, however more players and fighters can join both prior and during the battle provided everyone involved in the battle is fine with it. Do not invade other players’ battles without their permission first.

5). In every battle, your fighter has a chance to be slain in battle (at your discretion). This, of course, can be arranged with your partner if you both decide who should die - whether it be they want to retire it, announce that they are leaving the RP, or if they think it’s fitting that it should die in that conflict. Of course, being that this is (currently) a truly battle-based RP, this character can be revived for the next fight, whether it's acknowledged as a form of “continuity” or not. (If plot becomes more of a thing, this rule will also be modified to fit that portion)
  • 5a). If your opponent becomes inactive during a battle for an extended period of time, and has not notified you or the GM about their situation, then you have the option to either leave the battlefield through a fair excuse, or be able to defeat the kaiju in your own way (with GM permission). If you chose the latter option, do NOT kill the fighter - rather have it retreat so that it can be picked up again by the player if he/she decides to return.

6). Obligatory and standard RP rules - no metagaming, godmodding, mary-sues, etc. Every fighter has a weakness, no exceptions. Failure to comply with these rules repeatedly will have you banned from combat.

7). And as always, have fun!

If you have any questions, requests, or comments, feel free to ask me for details.

Abaddon VS Freya

As dawn breaks over the horizon, the city of Seattle would find itself covered in a sea of thick dense fog. The citizens were no strangers to such weather conditions, but this was already going on for 5 days straight and it was thicker than ever. What was even more bizarre, was how the fog was unusually humid, being several degrees higher than normal. While most were able to keep their minds on their daily duties, many would also feel a wave of dread rush over their conscience. Something was terribly off about these last few days, yet they couldn’t put a finger on what was causing it.

Suddenly the whole city began to violently shake as a powerful tremor ripped through the metropolis. People were quick to initiate proper earthquake safety protocols, but they knew little of how bad it would actually be. Giant fissures began to rapidly split the asphalt roads, with debris falling from the skyscrapers that rocked back and forth in the skyline. Already some buildings had begun collapsing to the ground, killing many innocent victims that didn’t see them descending on top of their heads due to the fog or were already in said buildings. Some even found themselves falling into the massive fissures forming right between their feet. The entire event ran for what seemed like hours, only for it to be done in less than a minute.

As soon as it ended, mass panic quickly overtook the people of Seattle as they began fearing for their lives. But just as the chaos was starting to take form, everyone would stop dead in their tracks as they all heard an ominous noise. It first started out as a large bang, signalling a massive explosion having taken place. They could feel the shockwave ripple through their bones, yet it wasn’t nearly as intense as the earthquake they just were attempting to recover from. But then they heard another hellishly haunting noise coming from the southeast…

It was a roar - a roar unlike anything the people below had heard. It was a deep and bombastic bellow, combined that with what many described as something straight from the bowels of hell itself. Now everyone began to figure out what was going on. Yet if they were able to peer through the thick fog, they would see the hell that was going to descend upon them…

As a massive cloud of ash and superheated gasses seethed heavily atop an erupting Mt. Reiner, two massive wings sprung out as the demon of destruction emerged from the molten underground. Long how Abaddon had waited to emerge from his fiery prison. And now the demon of apocalypse finally had its chance to reign his unholy havoc. And there, shrouded in fog, was a city ripe for the pickings - a fitting beginning towards his insatiable hunger for destruction.

With a powerful kick, Abaddon leaped off the volcano and began flying towards its prey, raining down molten lava, ash, and superheated soot as it did. The people of Seattle were going to have a terrible day... and they better start running like Hell.

As if in response to this hellish nightmare, the heavens opened up as a shining light cut through the fog and bathed the city in glimmering rays.

While half the city was a hellish burning wasteland, the other half would be protected by a barrier of light and any lava and hellfire would simply wash away before reaching the sanctuary. A diving being, one that the humans could only describe as a goddess descended from above, her shining wings and armored body covered in striking white light. To all onlookers she was literally an angel, come to save them from the earth breaking apart.

Abaddon would sense a power not unlike his own, but completely opposite him. Freya finally made her presence known, the light revealing her true form. The civilians that survived made quick haste to flee the city, and while she couldn't save all of them, Freya could at least confront the one who had began this nightmare. When she spoke, her voice echoed across the city, making sure that the demon could hear her. Freya's voice was cold and commanding, having not a single ounce of fear or hesitation. In fact, she sounded disappointed.

"You annoy me, demon. I have heard the humans speak of you with such fear and reverence. But what is the first thing I see? A mere worm, throwing a temper tantrum like a child! How disappointing..."

Cerviel
The skies of Tokyo were lit up by white light, and in an instant the Angel Cerviel descended from the heavens. 1200 meters from wingtip to wingtip, the colossal being resembled a bird or insect frozen in light. A halo glowed above its elongated and pointed ’skull’, rotating as the angelic being descended. Cerviel generated its powerful Metamaterial Armor, the half-invisible crystal obliterating any helicopters nearby.

The angel analyzed its icy foe, noting Megastodon’s powers and build. After a moment, it opened with its Cruciform Barrage, dozens of kinetic projectiles erupting into glowing crosses. Although widely spread, they were centered on Megastodon, and likely made multiple hits.

The people of Seattle were quick to turn tail as a mass evacuation order was immediately sent out right after the eruption. Yet without the advance warning and proper evacuation routes, it was nothing more than a miserably late and fruitless attempt in calming the panicked masses. If it wasn't the destruction of falling buildings that would kill the masses, then most assuredly the risk of being trampled or run over by a car was another major concern for everyone on foot. And as the major roads filled up with fleeing cars, trucks, buses, and otherwise, Abaddon would finally reach the city boundaries. As it flew close to the ground, it would cause many buildings to uproot from the sheer wind pressure alone and kick up the pyroclastic-clutter that dropped from the demon's wings and body. Thousands more would be killed by his approach alone.

Then finally, Abaddon made landfall just a few miles from Downtown Seattle, leaving behind a thick trail of volcanic material and destruction behind. Molten magma oozed runningly from his body, melting everything below his feet - from buildings, to cars, and perhaps a few unlucky people. His wings basked in the ash-filled air, while his long prehensile tail swished behind him while causing casual destruction in its wake. The Destroyer reveled in the sound of the fleeing humans and the sound of chaos surrounding his senses. He will burn everything in this city into nothing but a molten pool of slag. The draconic saurian raised its head to issue another intimidating roar, now firing a beam of fiery magma to rain down upon the defenseless city. Abaddon would then proceed its way towards the touring skyscrapers that still stood tall over the chaos, his eyes beginning to scan for any more opportunities of destruction.

But then the demon would turn his gaze up towards the clouds above, where he would bear witness to the descent of another giant figure. This had a shape similar to the helpless humans below, but was clade in shinning metal and sported mechanical wings. It was significantly shorter than Abaddon, but even then he could sense that this being had immense power within her. Yet this energy was one completely opposite of his own. It was the disgusting taste of pureness and holiness, no doubt resembling the Earth Guardians he faced once ago, but of a far stronger origins. It snarled angrily once Freya made landfall before she created a bubble around her that threatened to undo the demon's work.

Again Abaddon would issue an intimidating bellow towards this invader, raising his body upwards and stretching his massive wings to make himself look even more imposing. Did she dare attempt to defy his presence and save the wretched ants that crawled beneath them? The metallic figure spoke her mind, confirming very much her intentions of halting his "tantric" advance and mocking his presence. Now it really seemed like she was asking for a death wish. And if that's what she wanted, then that is what she will receive. Without further delay, Abaddon began the conflict as he proceeded to unleash another molten beam straight at the armored warrior's face.

Freya sighed as her opponent responded with force. OF course he would, she had thought. No demon had ever tried to resolve things peacefully. And yet, as her barrier held against Abaddon's fiery blast, she gripped her blades. She began to float lowly in the air past the section of the city she had cut off from Abaddon's rampage, the few humans she did save still trying to make their way out of Seattle. Those that stayed to watch would find themselves covered in magic crustal, frozen for all time.

"You choose to defy me. A pity. And here I expected more from you than a snarling, feral beast!"

Freya blitzed forwards, kicking off of a skyscraper and igniting her two blades as she shot forwards like a bullet, slipping through her barrier and body slamming blades first into her foe at speeds that made the surrounding buildings crumble to shattered crystal and burnt ashes. A might shockwave of light burst through the city, freezing any other life forms in place.

Out in the woods in the northern part of mainland Japan's forests, a third grader was walking around enjoying nature. Hazel Lee wasn't too scared of anyone attacking her, or any lions or tigers or bears like were in her schoolbooks. She was mainly looking for a place to do her homework and keep experimenting with that strange ball she'd found in her backpack. She still wasn't sure what all it was, not by a longshot, but it listened to what she asked it to do, and that was good enough for Hazel to take a liking to it, even if no one else understood it either.

Hazel had been hearing rumors of jets flying through these woods, but obviously they were only rumors. This area hadn't had military activity since before she was born! The idea that there was a Russian fighter plane somewhere in these woods was unebelievable even to the imaginative nine-year-old. So she skipped along without concern, even though the ball in her backpack seemed convinced that something was off.

She'd been exploring for a while, and found a nice flat rock to sit down on and take out her books and get to work. The young girl picked out a ball that reflected absolutely nothing in any form, appearing for all who looked to be a hole in reality where a vaguely circlular object should have been. "Okay, Swarm, I need a pen!" She let the ball float and let a swarm of particles exit the sphere and form into a tube, which then refined into a ballpoint pen. "Thank you!" She smiled at the sphere, which didn't give a visible response as she got to work on her worksheets.

After a while, the sphere did give Hazel a prompt, bumping into her shoulder and pointing her head in the direction of a large black shape. Something was off about that shape, off enough that Swarm thought it a good idea to go from blackest black to whitest white, turning the surface of the sphere into a perfect mirror and vanishing from sight. "What is it?" She closed her books and hopped off the rock to go investigate the strange shape, coming across a larger fighter plane. "Swarm?" She didn't recognize the markings on this plane at all.

One downed helicopter spun into Megastodon's face, crashing into the mutant mammoth's face. Smoke rolled off as the kaiju stood up and let out an roar of rage at the Angel, a mixture of thundering fury, and beastial rage echoed through the city.

The angel began its assault as Megastodon got back on all fours. The mutant mammoth saw the energy crosses and glared, as they connected. Smoke rolled off it's body as light burns plastered its being, before Megastodon began running. As it sprinted, the ground shook, cars turning over, streets cracking, trashcans getting flattened. The Kaiju got within 50 meters of the airborne foe before launching itself off the ground using all 4 of its limbs, before bringing a fist up and slamming it towards Cerviel's head.

The angelic kaiju darted upwards, body warping and reshaping in a disturbingly fluid fashion. Megastodon would barely miss, the fist instead striking Cerviel’s powerful shield. Although not as resistant to kinetic attacks, it could still survive a blow. Then the angel lashed out with its razor-sharp blades, glowing where they spit the air and aiming to slash at Megastodon.

As it rose out of harm’s way, another barrage struck. This time, the cruciform explosions were much better aimed, hopefully hurling the mammoth kaiju to the ground.

Cerviel’s armor resisted the blast, but some ice still made it through the armor. Buildings shattered and melted, roads simmering as they melted to slag, and then the beam focused on Megastodon. For a brief time, the beam of energy seared the ice kaiju. But the energy drain was too great, and Cerviel eventually dropped the beam. Before it shut down completely, the remaining energy slashed open the streets below.

As fires raged across Tokyo, Cerviel’s glow diminished and it began to sink to earth. If Megastodon wasn’t too badly harmed, it could seize the advantage.

Abaddon's blast lasted for several long seconds as he tried to break through the mechanical warrior's shield barrier. Yet Freya's shield was able to resist the attack, forcing the demon to cease its barrage momentarily right before she made her next move. The saurian watched as his opponent kicked off the side of one of the skyscrapers and bolted straight towards him at lightning fast speeds. For most individuals his size and weight class, they would have no time at all to dodge. Yet Abaddon was not nearly as slow as many would suspect - for his time fighting in the underworld would not have him afford to be so.

Just as Freya seemed like she was about to strike her opponent's head, she would find herself encountering resistance in the form of a superheated wall. Indeed, Abaddon was quick to formulate a strategic eruption just below to create his own barrier of dense superheated magma. The thick molten material should be thick enough to be able to mitigate most of the force being interjected by his opponent's strike, making the perfect opportunity to initiate a counter.

Abaddon would lower his body and then leaped towards Freya's body with his molten jaws wide open - ready to snatch her in his flaming, metal-melting jaws.

What Hazel and Swarm uncovered did indeed appear to be some kind of military fighter jet. It was primarily black in color, sporting a white nose alongside white and red highlights. It also sported particular red-and-white stars on both primary wings and on its tail fins. Its wings were also unique for a fighter jet, facing forward in an "inversed" design compared to what most jets had. It was clear that this was no ordinary fighter jet. What they found was something far more special, a rare, one-of-a-kind specimen: a Sukhoi Su-47 "Berkut".

The "Golden Eagle's" presence here in the forest was most mysterious - sitting motionlessly covered in a dense packet of fallen leaves and shrubs. It's design was unique amongst other known jets, being famous for being one of two known aircraft built with forward-swept wings, which would allow greater maneuverability at low speeds. In fact, it was officially reported that only one experimental jet was ever created by the USSR before they dissolved and handed it back to its original manufacturing company, Sukhoi. It was an expensive jet after all, especially regarding its state-of-the-art tech at the time alongside the use of high-cost carbon fiber. It's premature fate meant that it never got to see combat, only ever making occasional appearances in select airshows flying alone or alongside other Russian-made jets.

So what was such a rare and valuable piece of Russian aviation history doing out in the middle of a Japanese forest? The news hadn't mentioned anything of its disappearance, or if it had it would be general common knowledge. Was it a model replica created by a hardcore avian fanatic or hobbyist of some kind? Or maybe some kind of secret government conspiracy? And if so, why was it left here in the middle of a forest? They wouldn't see a pilot or its owner around either, nor would they find anything that would hint of any recent human interaction. Not even footprints could be seen. It was, by all accounts, completely abandoned.

Hazel found this strange jet very interesting. "What is it, Swarm?" She walked around the jet, trying to find the door. Sitting in the pilot's seat of a fighter jet seemed fun! Being a young child, the danger present in a strange jet in the woods wasn't very present on Hazel's mind, although Swarm seemed very convinced that something was wrong with this machine. Like how an ant colony detects danger to the nest and responds hastily, the invisible sphere felt something was dangerous about this fighter plane. The construct wasn't sure if it recognized the danger of a fighter plane from the general shape it recognized of a fighter craft from its previous hosts, or if it sensed something akin to consciousness in the machine, but it felt something was wrong, and did its best to push Hazel away from the machine.

"What? What's wrong?" The lack of tracks near the thing, aside from Hazel's own, didn't register as something strange, she was only nine. When Swarm realized it was going to be unsuccessful in getting Hazel away from this perceived danger, turned into dust and reformed as a floating mouth to bite the hydraulics of the landing gear. If Swarm were capable of it, it would have stated that it would have loved to be wrong in this instance, but it was convinced something was severely wrong with this jet in the middle of nowhere. The colony of ants had reacted to perceived danger to the queen with powerful bites.

Smoke rolled off and away from the kaiju, but Megastodon was badly burnt. However, it had it's arms up and covering it's face, which suffered no visible damage. The mutant mammoth brought it's arms down and let out a trumpeting roar as it ran towards the angel on it's hind legs only. It was slightly limping, but the elephant can still fight. The streets still shook, but the shaking was halved due to the kaiju running on it's hind legs only. It also was moving slower than compared to running on all fours, but the Elephant kaiju reached the angel just in time when it fell, as Megastodon wrapped its hands around it's opponent's neck, and swung it over behind itself, onto tthe ground. Megastodon then turned around and slammed a foot down onto the angel's head, aiming to crush it's skull.

And indeed Swarm's hunch would be right. Just as it clamped down on the jet's hydraulics, the entire vessel sprung into life. The engines activated with a high pitch whir, almost as if it was ready to take off right there. However instead of taking off right away, the jet's entire hull began to warp and bend in an unnatural manner. Its wings folded inwards and from the wingtips - two pairs of sharp clawed hands emerged to puncture the ground beneath. Even both front and back landing gears began to sprout functioning legs and talons themselves. As the vessel reared up, a thin plate underneath the cockpit would split open to reveal rows of deadly metal stakes of teeth.

And it proceed to scream: bombarding Hazel and swarm with an ear-spitting screech akin to metal scraping against one another mixed with that of a prehistoric bird. Berkuta was under attack by a swarm of provoking invaders and their child host. In a desperate panic, the biomech would wobble out of the thick woods and quickly onto the forest path before it finally launched into the sky at great speed. Hopefully whatever was on it would be pushed away by the air resistance and it could be on its way... but it seemed like it wouldn't be as simple as that.

The sound of a jet engine warming up for takeoff right next to Hazel's head was painfully loud. On that alone Swarm leapt, or floated, into action, dissolving into particles and reforming around Hazel as a thick bubble to protect her from the screeching noise, with a clear portion so the pilot could see. Hazel, of course, started freaking out when the fighter plane grew claws and a face. "Swarm, what is that?" The construct only sent back through their link that it was afraid for her. So far that had only happened with bullies at school, and Hazel didn't like bullies, especially bullies that hurt her like that thing's engines.

Berkuta was right, it wouldn't be as easy as just the whoosh of air it sent behind it on its flight. Swarm was too dense and heavy and too quick to shield Hazel for either of them to be seriously affected by the fighter jet's engines. "Let's go, Swarm!" Legs and wings spread out of the sphere's mass as it changed shape, becoming more like a mechanical dragonfly closer in size to Berkuta. Machinery formed, colors changed, weapons appeared. Massive shearing jaws that would have been used to terrorize mosquitoes and shear through plants, were this a normal dragonfly, chomped together twice when the construct was complete and lifted into the air. The dragonfly was the world's fastest flying insect, likely more than capable of keeping up with the offending jet.

Freya instantly brought her wings to spin around her like a sawblade, cutting into Abaddon's jaws as he tried to bite her.

She ripped her blades form his hide and pushed herself backwards, narrowly avoiding his terrible bite as his jaws slammed shut. Freya recovered, charging her blades with energy and launching a deadly fast combo of slashes, zipping around the battlefield at blinding speed, shattering buildings and the charred remains of the city as she boosted through the sky to swing her armored leg into the side of Abaddon's head with a tower shattering roundhouse kick so strong it sent shockwaves through the city. Most opponents would have their head taken off at the sheer force, but Freya knew that her foe here was more than your average beast.

"Speak, beast. I know you can." Freya sneered telepathically.

Abaddon felt his jaws grinding against the rotating blades before slamming his terrible maw shut. His maw bled lightly with magmatic ichor running down his mouth, yet he felt much worse before. He narrowly missed crushing Freya's body by mere inches as she made room to initiate her fury of strikes. Several minor cuts teared into the demon's face skin as he presented his left wing to shield himself from further nicks. Yet as soon as he folded back his appendage, a metal kick launched forward and hit him straight on the left side of the head. Despite the force being strong enough to shatter nearby windows and collapse weaker infrastructure, all it accomplished was merely forcing Abaddon to take a step back and shake off the maneuver. It didn't truly damage him as much as it made him more peeved than anything else.

Again, the armored warrior attempt to force the hellbeast's cooperation - demanding that he speak his mind. Abaddon simply snorted as he rose his body to full height, glaring down at his opponent with abhorrence. The demon could speak his mind if he so wanted, but he was not going to allow her such the privilege to speak directly with the devil himself. Spitting against her demand, the demon issued another earth-shaking roar - once again extending his wings out to their full length almost as if he was bluffing another intimidation display. The wings would emit a sweltering heatwave that would hit against Freya's metallic skin, with huge clouds embers and ash covering the immediate battlefield. Surely the great demon was simply asserting his dominance through intimidation alone...

But Abaddon was no demonic simpleton.

The demon would continue to snarl at Freya, almost as if he was taunting her in his own ancient tongue. Yet this was all a ploy; situated as a means of distraction. For the inferno surrounding the armored warrior was far more sinister than she may have initially thought. So as the demon opened his maw to unleash yet another molten beam, the blaze within his maw would rapidly self-extinguish and shut his jaws.

And right on queue, the embers would begin to explode in a deadly domino-affect. Buildings around Freya would instantly explode and be reduced to smoldering rubble. While she would deal with the explosive effects, Abaddon would take the opportunity to whip his long barbed tail through the chaos. in an attempt to whip or impale Freya. at whip-like speeds.

As the Russian biomech climbed higher into the sky, he would try to shake the parasites off by feverishly committing aileron rolls in rapid succession. But even once they finally released their grasp did they not disengage their advance as Berkuta would notice the swarming mass having turned into something akin to a dragonfly. Only that this bug was much larger and had built in weapons and gear for it to keep up. It too could transform, but in a way far more complex than what Berkuta ever could. And while it couldn't see it directly, its onboard motion sensors could detect what it was doing. It was transforming not to depart, but rather to attack. Now the biojet had no other options but to engage the aggressor.

But to get the upper hand against a bug-like attack craft, Berkuta would have to be the one chasing it instead. It already had a selection of ideas and maneuvers to choose from, but against a bug it had to be careful on which it chose. Its opponent acts far different compared to an ordinary jet and with it it came to the dogfight with its own unique set up. One wrong move or miscalculation and Berkuta would be in big trouble.

As a way to test the opponent, it quickly it turned its missile launchers to its six and fired two homing missiles at the approaching bug. Even if they happened to miss on their first pass, they would easily come looping back around for round 2.

It also was moving slower than compared to running on all fours, but the Elephant kaiju reached the angel just in time when it fell, as Megastodon wrapped its hands around it's opponent's neck, and swung it over behind itself, onto the ground. Megastodon then turned around and slammed a foot down onto the angel's head, aiming to crush it's skull.

Cerviel
Cerviel screamed when it hit the ground, the surviving streets shattering. Then its jagged limbs slashed and stabbed into Megastodon, as its foot was deflected into the street by the angled Metamaterial Armor. Cerviel skittered away, blades slashing the air and ground as it moved, until it could lurch into the air.

The enormous angel began to flee, but not before unleashing a final bombardment out of spite.

(OOC; sure.)

Megastodon stumbled back as it took the hits, and as soon as it regained its footing, Megastodon saw more of the flying projectiles heading towards it. It got back down to all fours and ran around to avoid the impacts, as the Angel made a retreat.

Megastodon let out a triumphant trumpeting roar before tuning around and heading back to it's lair in Russia.

Symbiotic Mech
Pilot: Hazel Lee

The dragonfly proved much nimbler than initially expected, able to dart back and forth rapidly to dodge the initial missiles fired at, picking up speed to get closer to the biojet in turn to deploy it's own weapons. Who said video games made you violent? Not Hazel's parents, that's for sure. Instead of dodging the return pass of the missiles, though, the bug split in two, right down the middle to allow the projectiles to pass right thorugh, applying it's gravikinetic abilities to accelerate them away from it and back at the biojet that fired them before it merged back together.

"Good job, Swarm!", Hazel smiled at the simplistic controls of the mech and urged the construct to slow down, let the missiles do their job before getting close to attack properly. They could deal with this bully and be home in time to eat dinner and finish her homework if this went right! With a flip of the controls and some imagination, and Swarm changed shape again, into something with more rangled weapons, after a fashion. The dragonfly became an enormous hornet with a minigun in place of it's stinger, taking aim at the biojet with the HUD hazel could see in the cockpit in the wasp's head.

Unlike Berkuta, Hazel did not have a plan. Just point and shoot until the mean thing stopped moving, like in video games! "We gotta get closer, Swarm!", wasps weren't as fast or agile as the dragonfly, though, and upon switching to a more combat-capable form Swarm was having some trouble keeping up with the biojet, and Hazel's shots all missed harmlessly, whizzing around Berkuta without actually hitting it.

Megastodon VS Sievnadyth

It had been two weeks since Megastodon dissappeared from the map. That night when it defeated the extraterrestrial monster, Cerviel, the Mutant Mammoth had since been the talk of both scientists and common folk alike.

The people of GNN had started a world wide search for the creature, under the impression it was the last survivor of the mastodons. At exactly 12:00 at midnight, did the creature make itself known again....

The frozen tundra of Russia was currently experiencing a blizzard. The monsterous mammoth walked across the frozen landscape as it repeatedly trumpeted it's roar, hoping for another of it's kind to respond. During this time, the russian military, under fear of the kaiju attacking their country's capitol, had sent a strike force to combat the kaiju.
T-34s, attack helicopters armed with heat seekers, and maser tanks had driven up to fire upon the beast.

However, their attempts were futile. The heat seeking missiles couldn't lock on, the masers only served to anger Megastodon further. Tanks were frozen to absolute 0 and shattered. The russians made a tactical retreat, but the Kaiju was now making its way to Stalingrad. If no one came soon, the frozen mammoth will reach the capitol and it will turn into a frozen wasteland.

Sievnadyth had heard the rumors. They had made it all the way to the forests that she normally spent her time in, sleeping under the pale glow of the moon. They were mere whispers on the lips of the city folk who live in Berlin, Germany which she has currently made her home. She heard talk of this massive creature, seemingly part elephant, part ape, and part rock formation. A description that leaves much to interpretation as to what the creature is. What the city folk lacked in details about the creature's appearance, they made up in other, equally valuable information. According to the rumors being spread, the creature had fought and won against another, massive, monster, and is now in Russia, headed towards the city of Stalingrad. Allegedly, the Russian military engaged it, but were ineffective, and the creature continues to slowly head towards the famed city. While still rather far away, the creature is still causing a bit of panic, simply by being on the same continent as those in Berlin are on. While not normally one to seek out trouble, more of one to let trouble find her, then fix it, these rumors have caused some concern with the massive dragoness as well. Should such a being exist, the damage it could wreak on such a populated city would be immeasurable, and more destruction would follow should the creature continue on it's rampage. It wouldn't hurt to take a look at least.

Sievnayth slowly stands up from the clearing in which she was laying prone, stretching her massive wings and neck, her wing tips brushing against the trees that surround her, startling a flock of birds out of them. Her scales shimmer and shine in the moonlight as she yawns loudly and shakes her head, joints creaking ever so slightly under her immense weight. She slowly extends her wings out and up, preparing to take flight, and with the loud snapping sound of her wings catching the air beneath them, she takes off, winging over to location that the rumors mentioned.

Time: 0200 12/11/2020 (DD/MM/YYYY)
As a very speedy dragoness, it doesn't take her long at all to travel the many miles to the location where she thinks that the creature is, at least it should be there according to the rumors. When she gets within a few miles, she is buffeted by strong wind and heavy snow, her vision being obscured to the point that she can barely see a mile out in front of her. She frowns, not liking where this is heading, and continues on, using her aerokinesis to calm the air around her to make for easier flying, though she does not bother with averting the snow. It would take too much energy, and is wholly unnecessary. Within minutes, she sees the subject of the rumors, and she has to admit that they weren't exactly wrong in their description of the creature, just very vague. She circles around the creature, staying high above it as she analyzes it, trying to do the best she can despite the obscuring snow all around her. She shivers in the air slightly. She is used to more temperate climates, and the cold is already starting to get to her. She cannot tell where the creature is going, but if everything else about the rumors are true, than it would make sense that the creature is headed towards the location the rumors said it would be going. However, she hesitates attacking this creature just yet, still unwilling to attack it out-of-the-blue. She is not prone to violent actions, and attacking an innocent creature just seems plain wrong to her, but if the rumors are to be believed, and they haven't been wrong yet, her inaction could cost many, many, lives.

The flapping of Sievnadyth's wings caught the attention of Megastodon, as it's ears twitched. The mutant mammoth looked left, then right, before turning around and standing straight up. It raised its nose and fired it's Ice beam towards the white dragon. However, the reptile's flight speed enabled it to avoid an early and unexpected death.

Regardless, the kaiju has viewed Sievnadyth as a territorial rival, and began to beat it's chest in a display of intimidation.
