Sievnadyth watches as the strange being turns around and surprisingly stands up on it's hind legs. She watches as it seems to look at her, doing something down there, but she has no clue as to what it is. She soon finds out though as a beam of ice rockets up from Megastodon's nose. With a surprised roar, Sievnadyth flares her wings, stalling out mid-flight and flipping backwards as the beam of ice shoots past her, preforming the kulbit maneuver that she had seen a few daring pilots preform with their planes. She doesn't complete the maneuver, instead diving straight down towards the monster below her, wind whipping past her as she tucks her wings in close, turning her dive into what can only be described as a free-fall. She had made up her mind. This creature is far too dangerous for her to simply let go, and it seems very violent as it attacked her without provocation. She has to drive it off before it can cause more harm. However, she is in quite the dangerous position. The snowstorm is blocking her access to the moon's energy, where she derives her strength. The majority of her powers are unavailable because of this, but that won't stop her from at least trying to fight this creature.

She dives until level with the creature, pulling up and snapping her wings out fully extended, the only thing preventing this maneuver from breaking her wings being her mastery of air manipulation, and her use of it to push her wings down as the air below her pushes up. She shoots towards the creature, as straight as an arrow, and at an insane speed. She opens her mouth as she nears Magastodon, the blue flesh starting to glow bright white as she charges up her attack, before the bright beam of light shoots from her mouth, headed straight for the monster's side.

Slinking through the waters outside of Male, Maldives. Back on her island home, the scientist controlling her had heard rumors of some manner of monstrosity in the area, and he was curious. Either someone had created something, or it was another something that had to be dealt with so he could continue his research.

Still, the scientist wasn’t stupid, Sobek wasn’t going to make landfall until a kaiju was detected and communication would be possible. That didn’t quite help that Male’s police and military were getting involved in the sightings of the massive crocodilian monster Sobek circling the island. Their weapons were hardly more than itchy to Sobek’s hide, but Sobek had to dive deeper to avoid a more serious incident if they decided to get bigger weapons out.

As the missiles locked onto the giant dragonfly, the beast would split suddenly in two. The projectiles - unable to calibrate their target on time - would fly straight through the hole. But even with their homing abilities, they were no match for the powers of Swarm's artificial gravity and would be thrusted to aim right back at Berkuta! The jet was forced to initiate several rapid aileron rolls just so the missiles would self-destruct in mid-air. It would be a close-call, too close for Berkuta.

Soon the dragonfly would turn into a hornet-like specimen and would proceed to launch its attack with its own minigun on its stinger. Thankfully for Berkuta, that form seemed to be slower and the shots wouldn't be able to fire upon the dazzling supersonic jet. In fact, it would seem like Berkuta was actually getting ahead. With the clouds directly above them, the jet would finally have a chance to properly strike back. Its engines fired up as it sped straight up and disappeared into the clouds. Taking advantage of the situation, Berkuta would activate its stealth field to mask its presence alone all before they would have a chance to catch up.

Now it must wait for the right moment to strike...

Megastodon's head was following the lunar dragon's movements, as it turned its body. The attack struck Megastodon in the chest, as Megastodon stepped back to regain its footing. The Mutant Mammoth got down on all fours and was tracking the airborne dragon, before it had its sights on her. It flapped its ears which sent hurricane force winds flying out to knock her out of her home field advantage.

As the biojet vanished into the clouds, Swarm's own sensors lost the thing as it also found itself surrounded by clouds, moisture fogging up the window until the matter was absorbed into the mech. "I'm gonna be late for dinner, aren't I?", Hazel frowned as she leaned in her seat to look around. "We should probably... go..." Hazel still had homework, and the jet had run away, so they were probably fine! "Come on!" The anomolous mech seemed hesitant to reform into the dragonfly with the jet unaccounted for, but it couldn't go against its pilot, and the pilot wanted speed, not weapons.

The mechanical dragonfly angled back towards the ground, using its gravikinetic abilities to provide additional thrust to the back to help with its acceleration. Hazel, assuming that the jet had fled, wasn't very concerned as she climbed out of the dragonfly's cockpit to retrieve her schoolwork.

Sievnadyth was elated at first when her attack struck the gargantuan creature dead on. Unfortunately, much to the dragoness' disappointment, the powerful attack did much less damage then she expected it would. This makes sense however, and she should have expected as much, since the moon is currently being blocked out by the raging blizzard. She'd have to clear it in order to be able to fight at full capacity and use all of her abilities. As she wheels around to make another run at the strange creature she has found herself in battle with, she sees it flap it's ears, sending a powerful gust of wind her way. She yelps in surprise, using her own aerokinetic powers to try and push herself out of the way, but the wind clips her right wing, pushing it up and causing her to tumble out of the sky. Only the last second use of her wind breath attack to form a cushion of air beneath her saved her from a rather painful landing. She hits the cushion of air rather hard, but it is a much softer landing than it would have been should she had hit the ground, and she ends up laying on her back in the snow. She quickly rolls back up onto her paws and stares down the Megasodon. This beast is at least somewhat intelligent. It knew to take her down out of the sky to level the playing field. That doesn't change much, she just has to be smarter. Using her aerokinetic powers, she scoops up a bunch of snow and sends it crashing back down, a wave of fresh powder coming up around her and obscuring her presence, her white scales helping her to blend in with the snow. As the snow comes up, Sievnadyth digs down and buries herself in the snow, her white scales helping any part of her body that is exposed to blend in with the snow. By the time the snow is blown away, it almost appears as though Sievnadyth had vanished entirely.

Megastodon moved it's head to follow the dragon when it was knocked out of the air. Seeing the dragon land before she could crash, Megastodon ran at the dragon on all fours. However, it seemed the dragon had a few tricks of her own, as the snow on the grownd below her exploded upwards, giving her temporary cover. Megastodon continued to run towards the smokescreen of white, as it brought up it's trunk to fire an beam of ice at the cloud. The cloud had become a huge crystal spire, but it seemed the dragon was not inside of it.

Slamming a fist into the spire out of rage, the tower of ice shattered in an instant, as Megastodon looked around while crouching to the ground. It was unsure where the dragon would strike next, but it was ready for in case she did decide to attack it. The snowstorm had ended, but the blackened clouds still filled the night sky.

Sievnadyth can tell that she confused the creature. She can hear it nearly atop her, seemingly enraged almost. She waits a few more moments, just to see if the creature would possibly lower it's guard a bit so that she can surprise it. Four minutes later, she springs into action, using her aerokinesis to push herself up in a flurry of snow as she propels herself towards the Megastodon in an attempt to check it with her body to hopefully buy herself some time to truly lay into the beast and finish it off before it can hurt anyone. Even in the brief moment she is in the air, she sees that the snowstorm has ended, but there are still many, many, clouds. Despite this fact, she grins. Hopefully the clouds will clear up soon and then she will be at full combat capabilities. She just has to keep the Megastodon occupied until then.

At the exact time Sievnadyth burst from the ground, Megastodon was caught off guard as the former had successfully tackled the mutant mammoth back and over to the ground, as the later had kicked up more snow. The resulting impact obscured the field of vision for both combatants.

Megastodon quickly rolled over and stood back up, before firing another ice beam. This time, it was a continual beam being shot into the air around it, as Megastodon was aiming to hit the female dragon. It will take a huge ammount of luck to score a hit.

With the snow obscuring her vision, all Sievnadyth could see is a beam of blue light as Megastodon shoots the ice beam around themself quite wildly. Fortunately for the dragoness, Megastodon doesn't know where she is, so the beam of ice doesn't make contact with her, though it gets alarmingly close, forcing Sievnadyth to duck under the beam least she gets directly hit by it. With a roar that can be heard for miles, at least it would be if there was anyone else out in this frozen expanse, she flares out her wings, using the resulting gust to disperse the snow and lock eyes on her opponent, narrowing her eyes as she finally takes in the creature's form without any sort of obscuration caused by snow or wind. She doesn't react for a split second, and that second seems to last forever. She rears her head back and opens her mouth, her throat glowing as she builds up energy before she fires another beam of light at Megastodon, launching herself back up into the air with her aerokinesis right after the attack.

Without warning, Megastodon was struck at close range. It stumbled back as it's chest was bleeding and smoke rolled off itself.
The mutant mammoth flapped its ears as hurricane force winds blew out towards the area in front of it, blowing away the snow and ice, as well as the winds flying out to hit the dragoness.

If by some chance the dragon was sent spiraling towards the ground again, Megastodon charged at the dragon and leaped at the last second, as in it's descent it brought both fists up in an attempts to smash the dragon and heavily wound her.

Sievnadyth wasn't expecting such powerful winds to come from the creature and is struck by them without any chance of being able to dodge out of the way. They force her wings up painfully and causing her to cry out in pain before falling from the sky. She is soon met with the jumping monstrosity and tries her best to twist out of the way in the air. She succeeds for the most part, but Megastodon hits her right wing, producing a loud cracking sound as Sievnadyth roars in pain, her wing broken. Though nearly blinded by her pain, she twists herself back over into the air, moving so that she is above Megastodon and tries to land on their back, being mindful of the spikes lining it.

Megastodon followed the movements of the dragoness, as it anticipated for Sievnadyth to attack from behind. Megastodon quickly leaped up as the dragon made it's attempt to land on it's back, as it also aimed to purposefully fall back onto it's backside in an attempt to crush and impale her.

Sievnadyth yelps her alarm as she sees Megastodon trying to impale her with it's own body. She doesn't have much time to react, so she uses a gust of wind to blast her over to the side and out of the way of Megastodon. She lands on her paws and turns around, her broken wing dragging along the ground as she sees Megastodon crash back onto the ground on its back. Seizing the opportunity granted to her by the prone monstrosity, she rears her head back and sends another one of her light beams at the Megastodon's rear, glancing up at the sky after her attack finishes, watching as it begins to clear. Not much longer until she can finally use her more powerful abilities, assuming that she can survive that long. She is already terribly injured.

Megastodon found itself having a slight issue with getting back up, but it managed to roll over onto its side and glare at Sievnadyth. The Mutant Mammoth brought up its trunk and got up before firing a beam of ice to the ground in front of the dragon, before the beam moved towards her. Megastodon's beam continued with no sign of stopping any time soon, as it was aiming to trap the dragoness in a icey coffin.

The beam moves up on Sievnadyth rather quickly and she is forced to throw herself out of the way of the beam, landing on her broken wing with a ear-piercing yelp of pain. The pain makes it hard for her to get up, and she ends up laying prone on her back with her head towards Megastodon. In a last ditch effort to buy herself some time to regain her footing and continue to fight, she opens her mouth and uses her wind breath weapon, blasting powerful wind towards her opponent in an attempt to knock them back and give herself some time to stand back up.

It was the dragoness's fatal mistake. Megastodon was still pushing out it's ice beam as it turned it directly to Sievnadyth, as it connected with her wind breath. The resulting collision caused both attacks to disperse and create yet another blizzard, yet it seemed this one was colder than it should be. In the fact that all the snow particles raining down were now fatal to the touch to all but kaiju able to live within extreme cold environments.
If a single flake touches the dragoness, she may suffer from frostbite or worse.

Sievnadyth is a bit stunned by how the collision between the attacks produced such a storm. When one of the snowflakes lands atop her, she immediately knows that something is wrong with them. She hisses in pain and releases a burst of air around her body, blowing the snow away and keeping it away from her body. She keeps the freezing snow away from her body and starts to disperse the snowstorm, but it would take her a bit of time to do so. With how the battle is going, she might have to flee in order to survive, but she can't just let this monster continue on to kill countless innocents. She doesn't have her most powerful ability, but she does have some last tricks that she can use, and she hopes that it will be enough. She bends the dim light around herself to make herself almost completely invisible, and reduces the bubble of wind so that it is just outside of her body, hoping that the displaced snow is not enough for the Megastodon to be alerted to her presence. She starts to sprint, circling around the Megastodon's body to try and get herself an advantage while waiting out the mini storm.

Megastodon's vision was obscured yet again by the field's conditions. However, it wasn't giving up in this fight. This was its territory, and having another kaiju around was bad company. Megastodon slammed its fists into the ground which caused snow to fly up around it as it took this moment to leap up off the ground. Taking aim at the area below, it fired one more ice beam, and considering that the dragoness was charging straight at it when Megastodon pulled off it's attempt to finish the enemy off in one go, she was about to become the worlds most elegant, yet frail, statue dragon.

As Sievnadyth was still circling Megastodon, not yet in a position to make a move on it, she is out of the splash radius for the attack. However, when the Megastodon starts falling back down to the ground, she spies her oppertunity. She jumps up into the air, sending one final blast of air up into the sky, parting the snow and the clouds, the brilliant full moon shining through the gap. She drops her stealth midair and starts to glow, the glow quickly fades from her as she opens her mouth, starting at her tail and going up to her head. When the glow is all but gone, she fires her breath weapon, shooting down upon the spot at which Megastodon will land, hoping to intercept it with her moonbeam piercer as the creature touches back down.

OblaanBo OblaanBo

Megastodon landed and felt an sharp object pierce it's own body. When the attack vanished, the kaiju had a large open hole in it's body, as blood spilled out quickly. The mutant mammoth hunched over in pain and glared at the dragoness. Was this the end. It's eyes displayed the intellect of a survivor, and of the kind that is normally peacefull when not provoked. As if it was staring in wonder why this kaiju was protecting those who had attacked it first, it let out a trumpet of anger and sorrow, before turning away from the dragon and stumbling off to it's resting place. It had no wish to continue fighting, and as the moonlight had shined on the winter landscape, it gave off the feeling that Megastodon would come back to take back it's territory from the dragon that, to its own eyes, was a rival alpha....

Sievnadyth hits the ground with a hard thud, legs buckling underneath her as she collapses from shear exhaustion, having expended too much of her energy. Her wing continues to throb with a sharp pain, reminding her that it is still broken. It will take months to heal, and without her ability to fly. She watches as her opponent leaves, not feeling any particular urge to give chase to the wounded creature. With a sigh she slowly stands up, basking in the moon's glow, and turns away slowly limping back to where she had currently made her home. It will take time, but she'll get there eventually. Hopefully her wing heals up before her next fight, otherwise she doubts she'll be as lucky as she was in he fight with Mastodon.

Daybreak 099/Clark Yoshino
Daybreak 099, a giant robot-like figure has appeared from the horizon, only to notice a giant crocodilian monster wreaking havoc in Malé, Maldives, a small archipelagic island country in South Asia. Compared to other South Asian countries, the Maldives has a unique culture and language unlike any other in the region. However, the giant robot is not here to start a vacation or even to enjoy relaxation for a while. This also applies to its pilot, Clark Yoshino, a multiracial young man from Fiji, who aspires to protect innocent lives at all cost. Of course, he is a hero fighting for justice but an introvert at worse.

He is looking forward to fighting this hideous monster in an attempt to save lives as well as to proclaim himself as the savior of the globe if all goes well for him. This is his moment to shine brighter with Daybreak 099's companionship.

He took a moment to check on Daybreak 099's status to see if it is functioning well. It is. He soon finds himself landed in the middle of the ocean with Sobek standing a few miles away from him. He waits for the monster's reaction to his arrival.

Berkuta remained hidden within the thick fog, patiently biding its time as it kept watch on Swarm's doings. Still, even for being under stealth, it had to be careful not to produce too much noise. It can help it disappear visually, but not regarding what sounds it made - whether it be the roaring engines or any technical mishaps. Thankfully, judging by the enemies' actions, it would seem as if they lost sight and interest of Berkuta as they began to descend back to the ground. This would've been the perfect opportunity for the Sukhoi to book it out of the area, but it was vengeful. It wouldn't stand allowing itself to be humiliated by a lone human child, let alone the abominable creature she carried around with her. Still, it had to be careful. Swarm appeared to have not only the ability to manipulate its forms, but also that of gravity. How else would it have been able to redirect Berkuta's own missiles right back at it?

And what about the human girl? What role did she play? Was it one of obedience or dominance? It had to be controlling the swarm in some capacity... else why would it be in mutual league with the creature? There was only one way to test that theory...

Still enveloped in translucent magic, Berkuta would begin to follow Swarm - this time flying above them. Once it was directly above them, it would begin to fly straight down at them in attack speed - like a Falcon descending upon its prey. And just when it was close enough, it released its stealth screen as it fired its own gatling gun right on the biowasp's back while adjusting its aim towards its pilot.

Tunk! Tunk! Tunk! Tunk! Tunk! Tunk! Tunk! Tunk! Tunk! Tunk! The bullets slammed into Swarm's back, alerting the construct, and going towards Hazel. Acting quickly, the construct dissolved and formed a cloud of dense dust around Hazel, fortunate that the nature of gatling guns at range, the area the bullets connected from its mount on the biojet was wide enough a margin of error that the little girl wasn't hurt, just scared and screaming in fear. "Make it stop! Make it stop! This isn't fun anymore!" And that sent Swarm into action once more.

The bullets seemed to fail to do any form of damage to Swarm, the thing was incredibly dense, harder than any metal found on Earth, and anything that hit it and didn't bounce off only added to that density. It formed two constructs, making a protective ball to keep Hazel out of the line of fire, detatching it from its mass the same way it did Hazel's pens and calculators, with the rest off its mass going towards making a new construct, imitating Berkuta's own jet form it had nibbled before this combat began.

Berkuta's combat systems were much more sophisticated than Hazel's imagination, Swarm was able to properly aim its guns at the jet as the dogfight began again, the imitation jet making it rain lead in the biojet's direction.

As Daybreak 099 arrived on the scene, Sobek rose out of the water on her hind legs to get a better look at the construct determining what it was. If Sobek were capable of such facial expressions, the crocodilian monster would be frowning. This wasn't interesting. It was a mech! And human in origin, by the look of it, it looked like something out of an old anime. Such mechanisms weren't interesting to Sobek's controller, especially since the thing was only two-thirds Sobek's size. Much less interesting to Sobek's controller than Sobek herself.

Sobek turned her back on the mech, this trip wasn't worth it. Sobek brought out of hibernation to investigate rumors of a monster in the area, only to find a military construct to fight monsters. Resources down the drain. The crocodilian kaiju fell back to all fours and slid back under the water.
