The initial appearance one may get of Juuzou is that he's extremely childish. He's extremely playful, even to the point of mimicking the actions of a child with somebody he's close to should he see a child doing something. He doesn't know how to properly deal with someone more energetic than he is, and has a child-like reaction to it; suddenly becoming really shy despite the fact that he isn't shy, and hiding from the situation, either metaphorically or literally if he's around someone else.
Any amount of talking to him can quickly lead someone to realize that he doesn't even hide the fact that he's not mentally stable. While he's not outright violent unless in a fight, he has a grotesque sense of humor, and is quick to threaten people if he doesn't like what they're saying to him. In a fight, though, it suddenly becomes apparent that he enjoys causing other people pain and killing.

Attack- 13's Jason- Just a scythe with the blade on the outside instead of the inside.
Ranged attack- Scorpion 1/56. Juuzou carries 56 switchblades on the inside of his shirt, which he can use as throwing knives. Also functional as a normal attack if 13's Jason has been knocked out of his hands, but more useful far away.
Area Attack - 13's Jason has a pretty wide swing
Buff - Well I guess this and his Wind-up would be the same
Wind Up - Just harming someone probably does it for him.
Block - Dodging or using 13's Jason's blade to block it.
Protect - Aaand we're still blocking things with a scythe
CounterAttack - Block the attack with 13's Jason's handle then attack
Heal - Bandages and Sutures I suppose.
Move - It's called walking
Flee - The odds of him fleeing anything is really low, but he would run.
Use Item - He just takes out items normally. Oh, and here's a cool gif to show how 13's Jason would come out.
Converse - This boy has no filter, he could go from taunting you to outright threatening you in the blink of an eye.

- Hair- Pure White, reaches just past his chin, keeps his bangs out of his eyes with a a few pins arranged in the roman numeral 13

- Attire- Who let this guy dress himself? Juuzou wears a white dress shirt, which has been rolled up to his elbows, with the top button unbuttoned. The are different colours, with the top one being orange, middle is yellow, and the bottom is a bright green. Underneath, he wears a black tanktop. He doesn't tuck shirt into his pants. Speaking of his pants, those are black, and rolled up to his knees. Underneath his pants he wears some wear giraffe-print leg warmer shit. Seriously, what the fuck even is that? Keeping his pants up is a pair of blue suspenders, with a darker blue pattern. His shoes are red slippers.
- Body Modification- Juuzou decorates his body in red stitches, with a line of x's going around his right arm, a line of x's going up his chest and throat, and two x's under both his right eye and the right side of his bottom lip.
