Julia had always been told her dad was just some man mommy loved but he couldn't stay to be around for Julia because he was very busy making the world better. This had hurt Julia but she had her mom so why cry over spilled milk, then one day she and her mom were at the zoo with her mom's new boyfriend. Merle left Julia alone with her boyfriend while she went to wait in line for their food and her boyfriend turned into a monster and attacked Julia. Merle jumped in front of the attack protecting her daughter but getting hurt in the process. Now really unable to protect her daughter and with a lot of doubt her own judgement Merle dropped her off at camp. That was the last time she saw her mother and has had her walls up against love especially romantic love ever since. She is a warm hearted person though so her siblings often work their way behind her walls and she let's them if they prove to be able to take care of themselves. She was introduced to weed at 15 at a party at camp and has used it pretty much as only a party drug ever since but it has expanded her friend group a lot.

Jessie's first memory is of the time his mother took him to the beach. He remembers being so happy to be at the beach and playing in the water with her. It was all good until he felt something wrap around his arm and jerk him under. He hadn't been worried until it kept pulling him under and he saw it also had his mom. Leslie, who had quickly identified it as a sea monster out for her kid, started fighting it but to no avail. She knew she couldn't survive very long under the water so she sent a quick prayer for help to the Sea as her last act. Jessie having the ability to both breathe and see underwater watched as his mother fought and slowly lost consciousness. He was actively trying to swim towards her to help her when suddenly a bunch of dolphins came. Several focused on attacking the tentacled monster while 2 of them picked Leslie off the ocean floor and 1 let Jessie cling to his fin and brought them both as close to shore as they could. Once on shore Jessie called out for help luckily the dolphins brought them to the shore of Camp Halfblood so when the monster did eventually follow the other campers took care of it and took him in. He has been at camp half blood and terrified of getting back in the water ever since. He has trained his abilities in a tub or small bodies of water he can see the bottom of like pools but it means while he has a lot of power he has very little control of it. When he was claimed very few of the campers who were there for his arrival were surprised but since he was so young no one really held it against him. He discovered being intoxicated at 12 and has barely spent a day sober since whether he is drinking the homebrew stuff from Mr.D's kids or smoking Apollo's kush. He always has snacks on him and is more than willing to just sit and listen. JJ is the one most people in camp turn to if they need advice and while he always prefaced his advice with "I'm not you" as a disclaimer most of the time he at least helps them through the issue if not provides a solution.

Clan Info
Clan Name: Hikari
Symbol: is often mistaken for a flower but is actually several tear droplet shaped all spiraling around and into one circle.

History: the Hikari clan's origin story as told through the ages was that Sakai their found was widowed during one of the countless wars while pregnant. Her emotions went through such turmoil during the pregnancy that when the child was born he was born with naturally changing chakra. Sakai was never able to really control her emotions after that and her child caused such destruction that they were expelled from their clan. She then founded the Hikari clan named after her late husband and would take in children who also showed the natural changing chakra of her son. The clan quickly grew in power but their emotions ran wild and chaotic. Eventually the second hokage offered them home and land in the lead village and taught them how to harness and control their chakra. When Sakai's son died in another War, she lost it going almost completely insane until the Second Hokage sealed her emotions away. The Hikari clan realized they could also use it to lock away the change in natural chakra and worked to improve the technique so that they could use it on any clan member who went to far. Over the years the clan's power has only grown, most children hurting themselves with their first chakra change and many teenagers and adults getting locked down to one nature and signed up for Anbu. They became known as the clan with two sides, one emotional and wild and powerful when harnessed, the other cold uncaring and deadly. They still marry mostly inside the clan but are not unwelcoming when someone marries outside of the clan. They view it as more of a new chakra nature getting added to the clan than anything negative.

Specialty: Chakra Nature changing, Hikari almost always naturally have the ability to change their chakra nature between at least 3 though the more chakra states you can naturally flow in and out of the more powerful you are regarded as.

Jutsus/Techniques:kekkei tōta, control of 3 or more element chakras at a time but it is very individual within the clan
Kekkei Genkai: Sen Fūinjutsu, a technique passed down since the second Hokage used it. They have modified it to seal off the changes in chakra in a person if it is causing too much damage to their psyche. It allows them to still be a ninja and use one type of chakra but it does cut off all their emotions so it is only used extra extreme cases.

Status: fully functional and often members of the Ninja Teams because of their power and the link between that power and their eemotions. Most don't do well on solo ops.

Mina however was always more unstable than Tamashi so when he died doing one last mission just as Julika became school age, she lost it.
Sibling(s): Karou (18) is Julika's older brother, he is the one who told the clan about the abuse Mina was putting them both through. He became overprotective of Julika after that and worked really hard to become one of the best Ninja in the clan. He only has lightening, water, and earth as his natural chakra changes but has become really creative with how he uses them. He is smart, calm, go with the flow most of the time kind of guy the only expectation being if he is worried about Julika then he can be scary.
Relative(s): the Hikari clan doesnt really pay attention to blood ties like that really, everyone in the clan is family no matter how many times removed. So they are all just aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents to each other.

Backstory: Juleka was the product of a one night stand and her mother, Momozaka did a pretty good job raising her on her own. When Juleka was 6, Momozaka sat her down and tried her best to explain that she was depressed and needed help. It made no sense to the young girl but her mother dropped her off outside the Fairy Tail guild saying "your father is inside." And walked out of her life forever. Juleka waited around outside too nervous to go in and very sure she had no idea who her father was. Cana was the one who noticed her outside and offered her food and to come inside. The two became fast friends and she slowly found her place in the family. She never found out who her father was and tries to pretend it doesnt bother her Cana is the only one who knows what her mother told her. The both of them have been covertly trying to find out who it could be and have yet to figure it out.

Personality: she likes putting up a real tough front but if she is comfortable with you she is actually really soft and flirty. She takes pride in calling people out on what she knows they already know but trys to keep it in the family.

"Couldn't sleep, way too excited!" Jasmine had been so busy helping Molly at breakfast, she had answered George briefly but didn't even notice the rest of the boys nonsense. Jasmine had fallen in step with twins as all the kids were ushered up the hill, her smile faltering only slightly when Cedric appeared but she chose to focus on happier things.

That was made easier when her current source of a lot of happier if not messier thoughts said her name. She laughed, shaking her head at the boys' reasoning but answered "I'm repping the Irish tonight! Heath would have my head if he saw me cheering for Bulgaria."

When Fred went to argue with Ron, Jasmine felt her heart pick up pace suddenly way too aware of how close George was to her and that she didn't not want him closer. When he mentioned the beaters, Jazzy smirked with a teasing eyebrow wiggle saying "I don't know. Hear the way Oli and Heath tell it, you give them a run for their money. When Aurther called for them to all put their hands on the port key, she didn't question it but seeing the younger kids confused she offered a small bit of advice before they were warped away "hold your breath, it helps with the nausea."

Much like Cedric and the other adults Jasmine gently floated down instead of landing in the heap with the rest of the kids. She had travelled by portkey a lot with her mom so she knew what to expect. Jasmine quickened her pace as soon as she touched down though putting as much space and people between her and her ex as possible. Grateful that Mr.Weasley was also in a rush, she pulled the green face paint out of her bag along with a giant green hat, scarf, and foam pointer finger. She then turned to the rest of the Irish support and asked "so who is going green first cause apparently we are walking and prepping to rep?"

Ginny jumped in excitement snatching the hat from the older girl and placing it on her head and doing a little cocky twirl saying "Ginger pride! Thanks Momma Jay!"

"Don't thank me, thank Heath. He'll be happy to know they were used in support of his team's biggest game." Jasmine answered as she tried her best to apply the green face paint in lines on her cheeks and get up the stadium stairs to their seats. Fred took the foam finger making some classic jokes with it, earning her laughter making her lines look more like squiggles.

That was when the Malfoys drew her attention and glare, she didn't say anything for fear of her mother's job but her grip on the green face paint left her knuckles white. After they had passed she mumbled under her breath "Merlin I swear if another person comes to ruin this, I will scream."

It was a deep sigh later and her almost constant tiny smile was back. She waited until they were at their seat before Jasmine stood on the railing so she was the same height as George in front of him. Leaning forward she gripped his face with her palms and smeared two thick lines of the green face paint on George's cheeks with both her thumbs so it looked less messy than her's saying "Perfect! I couldn't risk messing it up on you...the green makes your eyes pop."

The last bit slipped out as she got lost in his emerald eyes rarely getting the chance to see them this close. All it took was the little sniggers from Ginny and Hermione who were looking at them both to snap her back to reality. Jazzy's face flushed and she hopped down trying her best to hide it with her hair as she said "Yep! Your turn Fred, bend over!"

"Nope! I don't wan-" Jasmine did not let him finish unsure of what remark poking fun at her and George he would make but she didn't wanna hear it worried her head might explode from embarrassment. She painted her hand green and then just reached up, firmly placing it to his cheek only getting the lower half cause of the height difference saying "Your second half of sentences aren't always worth hearing, Freddie."

Draco nodded eating what little he could stomach as the awful ideas of what his father and his friends had planned circled in his head, killing his appetite if nothing else. He stood from the table telling both his parents "I'm ready."

Lucius hummed not even really acknowledging his son, but did set down his coffee and paper standing himself. Narcissa hugged Draco closer to her chest and a little tighter than she normally would have. Draco surprised her by wrapping his arms around her and squeezing back taking comfort from the act, he would normally try to rush out of. It was a lot for him to process but one thing had been clear in the conversation, his mother cared and worried for him. She felt safe and where he was going he was pretty sure wouldn't be for long.

Lucius didn't interrupt until he, himself was all ready to go, their personal portkey waiting in his hand. Lucius growled saying "you aren't a child anymore Draco, let go of your mother and let's go."

Draco coughed trying desperately to cover his fear and embarrassment before letting go of his mother and give a short nod saying "Of course Father."

He then walked purposefully over to his father, setting his hand on their little broach portkey. They were bother quickly apparated away and the next full scene Draco could see was the wonderful green luscious landscape of the woods just outside of the Quidditch World Cup grounds. Lucius wasted no time quickly popping their portkey into his pocket and dropping any physical contact with his son in the process before marching ahead with a clear order "Come, we mustn't keep the Minster waiting. You will return right to this spot after the game and wait for me."

Draco nodded doing his best to look like he wasn't feeling any of the worry or excitement or fear he was as he quickly followed his father. Draco had hardly allowed himself to look around as they entered the camp grounds and started towards the stadium but then he spotted the pale blonde that almost mirrored his and his family's if it weren't for her grayish and black tones that he learned to avoid or taunt at school. She was a mudblood, he even had called her it himself a few times, she was one of the people his father and his friends would be targetting. It's not like he truely cared he told himself but he suddenly got worried his father and his friends might actually hurt or do something worse to his classmates and if they could do that to his classmates was his name and his family's allegiance all that was keeping him safe.

He decided to warn her as best he thought he could bumping into her as his father and himself passed by before turning on her saying in a disgusted tone "You shouldn't be here muggleborn! Why don't you just go home to your muggle sports? Surely they are more fit for a person like you."

When he was sure his face was away from his father he let his fear shine through his grey eyes hoping she would understand but Lucius quickly put his cane on Draco's shoulder pulling him back behind the elder man saying "Draco it is unbecoming to lower yourself to their level tonight and we truely must be going but don't get too lost now little sheep, who knows what big bad wolf is waiting for you?"

Lucius then turned his back his hand tight on Draco's shoulder as he guided them away and Draco was silent deep in thought until he heard his father speaking to someone above them and when he looked up is was the Weasley clan with their tag alongs all in tow, "Well put it this way, if it rains… you'll be the first to know."

Draco scanned the group before locking eyes with Harry the first boy he ever wanted to be friends with to reject him and publicly humiliate him and couldn't help the prideful smirk as he boasted "Father and I are in the minister's box, by personal invitation of Cornelius Fudge himself."

The elder Malfoy smirked but playfully reprimanded his son "Don't boast Draco. There's no need with these people. Do enjoy yourself won't you. While you can."
