Athena Caesar was already slipping into unconsciousness when a familiar voice appeared in her head, a familiar voice that caused her anger to boil again. Mongul. Fucking Mongul! She screamed and flared up, immediately flying up. Her entire body hurt and she was angry. Very angry. She scoffed. “Now where is that bitch!” She looked around and saw the Herald and frozen flames surrounding it, the Kryptonan in Black was already flying off to the side as fast speeds, while the Herald was just about to blow her trumpet a second time. Oh no you don’t. Without hesitation, the ring activated and construct of chains wrapped themselves around the horn. At the same time, another hammer construct shot itself at the Herald hitting it across the jaw.

The man’s proclamation of death did not sit well with Diana. Not at all. All this while she had been busily counteracting the seal bit by bit and she could feel it weakening. All she had to do was severe the mayor link. But she didn’t want to let on what she was doing so .....
“No, he’s not dead! He is a Green Lantern, he has faced worse and survived!” ​

The arena

The giant creature continued lashing out at the lanturn everytime the hero came within range, but was clearly getting frustrated at being unable to hit the green annoyance even once. So the creature gathered all the strength it could into its leg muscles and leapt...right into a giant green fist. The collison of the two forces launched the giant creature outside of the arena only for it to collide with and bounce off of an invisible barrier in front of the crowd and land hard on the ground. The crowd exploded into cheers chanting "Greed God" to a natural sounding melody.

Roshar felt the blow land. Despite the buffer of the long fist of green energy, he still felt the impact of the blow reverberate down his physical arm. There was a shot of pain as if his arm was about to break and when combined with the strain he felt himself go blank. When he came to his arm was sore and he was laying face down on the ground. Fearing once more that another blow from the giant may come he tried to push himself up. He just managed to kneel, enough to show he was the last man standing even if it was barely. He also saw the blow was effective and he truly one over the crowd. Though tired and worn, he knew his and his companions survival may hinge on the crowds support so raised his ring arm in victory. He let out streaks of green energy out if his rings which exploded in a green firework like display.

Cassidy was definitely a bit shocked. She wasn't expecting anyome here so soon. She only gasped as the rather peculiar green specimen turned from fly to cat, and she even petted it affectionately as it ran against the soft green fur. But then, as it morphed into a green humanoid, remembrance of seeing this particular person with the titans made her smile inwardly at the recollection. After realizing she had a goofy grin, she shook her head softly. "... Mister... Beast Boy... Or should I call you Beast Man ? Sorry if that's offensive... Sorry for rambling " She said apologetically in a hysterical fashion, bowing in response. She then responded with a "Please... I'd like to go with you. I ... hope to better your service as much as possible". She said with a good bit of finality to her voice, despite trying not to sound so forceful.
