Superman unleashed a mighty cough. In front of him, gathered in front of the podium he was standing behind, was the future of superheroes. Standing there were people of all backgrounds, of all manner of abilities, of all futures. Superman sighed, running a hand over the Superman emblem on his chest. Relax, Kal-El. You've fought a wide manner of beasts before. Giving a speech to your admirers is no problem. Just some kids. This is going to be great.

"Greetings, all newcitomers."
His voice boomed across the entrance hall that the students were all standing in. "I would like to welcome all of you to Justice League Academy. As headmaster, it is my duty to make sure you learn the essential skills to become a protector of the innocent while at the same time gaining a solid education and, of course, enjoying yourself." He cleared his throat, readying himself for the next portion of the speech.

"Every week, you will be put into a variety of classes that will test your skills as a superhero. You will be tested in these fields in order to demonstrate your aptitude in them. You will have your weekends off to enjoy yourselves or catch up in homework, and every so often, you will be taken out into the field to demonstrate your newly learnt skills."

He was getting into it now. "Our staff are fully intent on providing a positive experience for all new students here. However, there are some ground rules. No destruction of property. No fighting without proper supervision. No wandering off of school property or into restricted access areas. And most importantly," he winked, "make sure to enjoy yourself!"

After ending like that, two metal cyborgs, steel grey with glowing red eyes and golden cores, appeared. "These robots were generally provided to us by WayneTech. They're here to ensure the school's safety and keep an eye open where our staff can't. They will be guiding you to your dorms. Boys follow the blue one, girls follow the pink one. You have the rest of the day off today, but tomorrow your classes start, so be ready!" Superman grinned. "Enjoy your time while it lasts."

And with that, he turned and left, leaving the robots to guide the students to their areas. He exhaled. That wasm't so bad, was it?

~~~
Jax listened intently to every word that came out of the headmaster, Superman's, mouth. He had heard rumors that Batman would be headmaster, but obviously that wasn't true. He shrugged. Superman was just as famous, anyway- a superpowered alien hero who fought against injustice. As the blue robot clanked away, Jax followed intently. He was wearing a dark grey t-shirt and a pair of jeans, and he was holding two bags- one black luggage bag and one futuristic, black and blue suitcase, which contained his gear.
The robot clanked into a hallway lined with wooden doors, where it then began to recite names while pointing at doors. Jax could only assume that they would be dorming in pairs. The robot spoke up.
"Kent, Collin. Harper, Ari."
"Nightray, Eryn. Schmidt, Abraham. Santos-Luthor, Arsene."
"Fletch, Jax. Callister, Zedrick."
Jax entered the room be was supposed to, and was immediately surprised. There, he saw a sleek modern room, with black tiled floor and a glass wall. There was two massive beds, as well as a sofa and a flat screen TV. Jax sat down on one of them, beginning to unpack.
~~~

Sierra sort of listened to Superman's speech, but she was more focused on the adrenaline pumping through her. She was finally here! A new life had awaited her as a superheroine. She excitedly followed the pink robot out into the hallway. It began to recite names before pointing at doors.

"Quinn, Jessica. Luthor, Lynne."

The robot flanked over to the next door.

"Zatara, Zatanna. Prince, Evangeline. Bloom, Sierra."

"Alright!" Sierra burst into the room, energy pouring out of her. Inside was an impressive room. There was a very modern room, with black tiled floor and a glass wall. There were three massive beds, as well as a TV in the corner and a metal door that presumably went to the bathroom.

Sierra plopped down in the bed, enjoying the AC- it was just like Maine.
"Hey roomies! What's up!"

Ari's neck felt stiff. He couldn't feel any much comfortable just standing without getting to move, as your neighborhood popular superman did alot of talking but it is a speech. Ari glanced and. twirl his long, thick brown hair from the tip with his index and, thumbs as a sign of distraction. His lime green eyes also stared at the intimidating superman. He wondered if superman ever had second thoughts of people he wanted to bring under hid wing or should I say cape. With an assassin unlike robin, a highly skilled assassin with a mother who was apart of the league of assassin, and a rebellious younger green arrow but red, and whatever. Surely batman would be skeptical about it.

As superman got his last say, he and the other soon to be "heros" followed the cyborg to their rightful destination, as the blue line would be the male section. "Never knew these things would identify my gender without much trouble" he says with his shoulders crossed. He did seem quite ambiguous in appearance, but they're machines so at this day of age they upgrade and upgrade. Once the league of boys made it to their own rooms.

He felt a relief as if he thought he had to share rooms with someone. Ari cares about his privacy, and what he does without people being in his business. With the intro being out of the way, he finally got settled in, threw his stuff on the side of his bed. He then crawls onto his bed, and curls himself like a cat.

The day started with a assembly of every student at the new academy of the justice league. Superman had been standing up at the podium preparing to speak, students of super ability had gathered around the grounds, robots coming into view for leading the students to their new dorms. The pink for the girls and blue for the boys meanwhile hearing the speech given and announcing of rules, classes and field assessments in the future while being told today would be an off day.

Zedrick stood quiet with his eyes simply observing in reserved manner, his posture tall and arms folded across his chest. No doubt this meant curfew was going to become a thing at the academy? He supposed it would have to do for now, at the very least it meant adjusting to life without judgemental eyes gazing upon his wings. The young adult had heard enough jokes already and that led to plenty of problems in their own right.

Looking about the grounds at the various array of students and robots around the place, Zedrick closed his eyes and shook his head, while turning to follow the robot and group of boys heading toward the male dorms.

From the sounds of it they were sharing rooms, though by the looks of it all, they seemed large enough. More luxurious then Zedrick was used to anyways.

"So..... This place is the justice league academy? Not bad, I guess."

The man spoke setting down his lone suitcase upon one of the beds and looking around the room.

Eryn listened to Superman's speech while giving as much attention as he could. He knew he was lucky to be taught by heroes of this caliber. It felt cool hearing a robot speak his name, too.

He entered his dorm, and was pleasantly surprised with it's quality. He had pictured it to be like a stereotypical high school dorm with bunk beds and cramped space. Then again, this was the freaking Justice League running the place. Of course it was gonna be snazzy! He promptly flopped onto his bed face first and laid mostly still, taking a few moments of taking in the fact of where he was.

"Today is a good day"

"Superman's the headmaster? Sweet!" Said Avraham, more to himself than anyone else. He didn't know until now because he hadn't bothered to read the brochures or admission forms. He just signed. He spent most of Supe's speech observing his fellow classmates. He could read all their faces well. Some interested, some serious, but one caught his eye. Jax, who's name he didn't know, seemed somehow familiar. Avraham put the idea into a pocket in his head and waited for the Man of Steel to finish his speech.

Now later in the dorms Avraham looked at his own bed, the one directly in front of the door, with a bit of comedy in his face. They knew he was a vampire and thus didn't sleep, but gave him a bed anyways. He appreciated it. He turned to the giant window, who's light he was just barely standing outside of. He wore a large brimmed hat and round Lennon sunglasses, a long sleeve black and red superman tshirt, jeans, red chuck taylors, and black leather gloves. After one of his roomates plopped face first on their own bed he realized they were going to get along fine.

"You guys don't mind if I shut the curtains, do you? I have a bit of a... Condition." He said it almost like a joke, walking up to the window and shutting the curtains before taking off his hat, glasses, and gloves. His green eyes looked back and forth from Eryn to Arsene for a moment. "So I'm not the only one who wants to see the facility, right?" he threw his duffle bag onto his bed over his shoulder and started toward the door.

Eryn sat up on the bed. He had given a quick "nope" to Avraham's question about closing the curtains. As soon as Avraham mentioned wanting to see the facility right away, Eryn knew that he was in the midst of like-minded people. His suitcase, which was next to the bed, seemed to roll under the bed on it's own as he gave a very brief finger gesture to it. He enthusiastically stood up, also going towards the door.

"This oughta be good!"

Dressed in her new civilian clothes, and with her hair pinned up, Evangeline's blue eyes watched with awe as Superman introduced himself as the headmaster. Odd, how her mother informed her that Batman would've been their headmaster. She listened intently to every word he said and his vocal intricacies. It was odd to hear a male voice, but being away from home allowed her to hear more male voices and start to learn about her new surroundings. She looked around at her classmates and saw that some looked excited, others less so. Evangeline didn't care much, but took care to take note of how many students were present.

After Superman designated that the robots would be guiding them to their dorms, she followed the pink robot to the girls' dorms. She carried a bag filled with everything she was going to need according to her mother's recommendations. Hopefully, her roommates didn't judge her as snooty or high strung since she was an Amazon. He mind drifted a little, but was still taking in the school's floorplan. Eva then listened to the robot as it called names for the second dorm. So she was rooming with a girl called Zatanna and another called Sierra. The one she assumed was Sierra bounced into the room joyfully as she greeted the other two. She could only smile at how friendly she was being.

She set her bag on the bed that was closest to the glass wall that acted like an enormous window. It reminded her of her own view at home as she looked outside. Besides, she was a flier; she needs a quick route to open air if an emergency occurs. She approached her roommates and smiled. "Greetings, Sierra, Zatanna. It's a pleasure to meet you. I'm Evangeline... 'Eva' if you prefer." said the Amazon as she outstretched her hand. Hopefully after these introductions, the other girls would like to explore the Academy with her as the idea of roaming was always something of intrigue to Eva.

Paris had been invisible and intangible for the entirety of Superman's speech. He had closed most of his senses as well, perceiving very little - drifting in a trance like state between wakefulness and dreams. He got the gist of the meeting. Batman had informed him upon recruitment of what was to be expected. It seemed that expectation was met as well as it could have been. When he noticed that Superman had left, and the group had walked away, he floated on down the hallway towards the rooms. Taking what he could only describe as a psychic breath, drawing together as much of his focus as he could manage - he slowly started to materialize. First, in the empty hallway - a wisp of black smoke seemed to appear, before suddenly it swirled and manifested into cloth, limbs, flesh - and finally solidity. His feet settled on the ground, and he groaned lightly as he felt gravity take hold of him once more.

He took a deep breath, before taking out a smoke - placing it between his lips, but refraining from lighting it. He supposed some social considerations were to be met. With his free hand he took out his phone, which vibrated violently as it reconnected with the signal network. Absentmindedly, he read the headlines from his news feed, while walking towards the room - when suddenly he heard voices. He looked up to see Eryn and Avraham walk towards where he now stood still. He rose a brow in greeting, placing his phone back in his breast pocket. With his left he took out the cigarette, holding it between his fingers, white the right hand waved lightly. "Hello."

As Eryn left the room, he was immediately greeted by a new person.

"Oh, hello!"

He waved back. He was pretty sure this wasn't a student. He looked back to Avraham and then to Paris. "We're about to explore the facility. Do you happen to know a way for us to get a good set of directions?"
It had occurred to him just now that they currently had no way of finding their way around, and it would be unfortunate to not be able to make their way back to their dorms when they were done.

Paris nodded at the other. More out of politeness and habit than anything else. The other presented a rather fascinating, if limited color palette. He looked even more like a ghost than Paris. The irony amused him lightly. "... I don't know. I just arrived. I imagine we might be able to ask our chromatic custodians as to such things." His voice remained very calm, his pronunciation conveying a strange mix of European, African and British residency somewhere in his past. He looked around the hallway. "My name is Paris... Paris Scarborough." He said it almost absentmindedly - before adding "... or Schrodinger - if we are playing hero already."

Eryn nodded. Asking the cyborgs seemed obvious, it was a mystery why he didn't think of it. He was amused at the way Paris spoke. He sounded as classy as he looked.
"I'm Erin Nightray. Or Ecto, if we're using aliases." He turned back to Avraham. "So, uh...where are we trying to get to first?"

Paris nodded. Ecto? Ghost. Curious. He was never very good with hunches - and perhaps that was a bit of a flaw on his part. Clearly his intuition served him better than he had initially thought. He looked over to towards Avraham and rose a brow - waiting for the other to add his piece. Little more than a moment of waiting however, he began fidgeting, his finger pads running over the inner seems of his sleeves. A slight tremor ran up his arms, as he twirled the cigarette about his fingers - as subtly as possible - by his side. When his foot started twitching, as if it wanted to start tapping - he bit down on the inside of his cheek - trying to focus, and stay corporeal. His eyes focused solely on Avarham - and slowly he could feel the need to evaporate abate a bit.

The moment Zedrick set his case down and placed it beneath his bed. He turned for the door deciding to walk the grounds of the academy for a time. Stepping outside, seeing the remaining sunlight linger above, the cool air sway past him a bit, a feeling of cool brush against his face and through his hair. Zedrick began to walk the grounds, leaving his room and the male dorms to set out on some exploring.

Jax had finished unpacking, having stored clothes in the cupboards underneath his bed. He saw his roommate, who appeared to have wings. Jax had to admit, that was a cool superpower. Thinking about superpowers, though, made Jax feel just a hair uneasy for a moment. He was likely one of the only ones, if not the only one, without superpowers in the building at that moment. If he got into a fight without his weapons, odds are he would be crushed. He took a few deep breaths. That was why he had gear.

Jax hitched his thumbs in his pockets, walking out of the dorm. There, there were a group of kids his age, one of them twirling a cigarette. Jax leaned against the wall, watching quietly.

Sierra waved back at Eva, taking her hand. "Sierra Bloom. I'm fine with Sierra, Si, or..." The scarab on her back glowed faintly, before covering her body with blue, alien-like futuristic armor. "The latest Blue Beetle." The armor retreated back into the scarab planted on her back.

Sierra grinned.
"I was thinking on heading out, checking out the area a little bit. What do you think?" she asked Eva, while plastering a poster for a popular band at the time slightly slanted on the wall above the bed she had chosen.

Eva felt welcomed when Sierra shook her hand. "The Blue Beetle?" she pondered aloud as the blue scarab glowed. "I'd be more than delighted to explore alongside you." she responded as the other girl hung a large picture of what she assumed was a musical group.

She turned to her other roommate. "Zatanna, will you be joining us? I'd you'd prefer to settle in, Sierra and I probably won't be far." Eva worried her other roommate wouldn't be as friendly, but she gave Zatanna the benefit of the doubt.

As she walked to the entrance of the dorm, she looked to Sierra. She gestured to the door and said, "Shall we?"

The grounds of justice academy were nice, the fresh smell of grass and swaying trees, the sight of passers by trodding along the grounds while various sounds could be heard such as chirping birds over head, voices conversing, steps taken across the concrete pathways and onto the softer and greener grass. Zedrick took notice of what he could on exploring of the academy outdoors.... He honestly couldn't say what others were up to now, but he surely wasn't sticking inside his room all day, he wanted to get free and enjoy his time before the classes started up.

While his mind pondered riddle after riddle, recalling each one from his books and what his mind could create. A tad bit of boredom crossing his looks as time slowly passed by the minute, being new to the academy and knowing not a single person here left him rather bored. Which often led to his curious mind getting him into trouble by doing something he shouldn't.

"So.... What allows me a view of my back and holds much more then it appears?" He shrugged with a shaking of his head. "No, A house of mirrors riddle would be too odd. Or the phrasing needs work, it makes hardly any sense. Or not enough anyway," Zedrick continued as he walked throughout the academy walkways.

John Constantine sighed as he opened the door of the Academy teacher's lounge. He rolled his eyes as he glanced around the room, noticing the "no smoking" sign situated above the closet door.

"Bloody lot they can do about that..." he whispered to himself, retrieving yet another cigarette from his coat's pocket. If Superman was going to expect him to teach at this "school" of his, he'd have to learn that John was going to do it his way. And his way only. No more, no less. If any of these irritating little brats died in the process...that was their problem. Not his.

After a few minutes alone with his cigarette, John turned on his heel and quietly walked down the long hall in front of the headmaster's office. Paintings of superheroes past adorned the walls, each dedicated with their own golden plaque honoring their respective hero's service to the world. Many of these people he had met, some he had even worked with. He never really had grown close to any of them, but he still felt a pang of sorrow thinking about the lives they gave up to save others they had never even met.

Looking at those paintings, it made John wonder if Superman was really making the right decision. Sure, the world needed heroes...but....these were just kids. Although he hated every last bit of their existence, he knew that he, too, had once been just like them. Innocent and free...

What if what they were doing here got those children killed? What if John's presence here put them in mortal danger?

Shaking his head, John turned away from the somber portraits and stowed away his conflicted emotions. Maybe he was just being paranoid. This was a school, for heaven's sake.......what could go wrong?

LLN.000 Arsenal, "Arsene Santos-Luthor"
Interaction: Lynne Luthor
Arsenal stood beside Lynne as the Headmaster, currently known as the Man of Steel, Superman gave his opening speech. It detailed on his academy's duty; To become the next generation of heroes. In all honesty, Arsenal was only here to protect Lynne from harm. However, since it was a requirement, he might as well do it. He soon detailed the rules of the campus; No destruction of property, No Sparring unsupervised, No trespassing onto restricted areas. Arsenal muttered a soft affirmative as he saved a note of the Campus Rules onto his database. He didn't bother keeping the last rule, since he would find 'enjoyment' on protecting his creator; Lynne.

Soon enough, several robots appeared when the Headmaster ended his speech. Their purpose; to enforce the Campus laws and ensure the safety of the students. However, they are currently instructed to deliver them into their respective dorms...Males are supposed to follow the blue tinted robots whilst the females follow the pink tinted ones.

"Will you be okay?" Arsenal turned to Lynne, who was wearing a green cardigan with pink trims and an office skirt. Arsne's tone was slightly robotic, yet he was giving off a slightly worried look. "I may not be able to assist you due to the rules, Creator."

"Come on, Arsene! We talked about this!" Lynne soon placed a finger on his lips, stopping him from speaking any further. "From now on, we're just brother and sister, alright? Besides, I can handle talking to some girls, no problem!"

"I...If you insist." Arsenal nodded, shoving his hands onto his hoodie. "I would attempt to visit you soon." He bowed his head softly as he soon followed his fellow robots into the dorms.

The dorms themselves weren't exactly high classed, but, it was properly maintained. The rooms were soon assigned, and Arsenal was assigned to a room with three people; a stark contrast to the other assignments of only two people. His two dorm mates soon went out of the door, as he entered the room. He place a small, duffel bag onto a vacant bed and sat there, listing down a considerable amount of options on how to spend his time in his mind. Only one thing was particularly important as of the moment: Lynne's safety.

"Miss Lynne..." Arsenal muttered, crossing his arms as stared at the curtained windows. He could only hope that she's doing well.

Lynne Luthor, 'Technica'
Interaction: None
Location: Dorm Room
Today marks the first day of Lynne's life as a Trainee Heroine, and was excited to see the legends themselves in person especially the Headmaster; The one and only Superman! She had heard all about her father's feud with the caped hero, and her father would always lose to him no matter what. It was clear that her father had to have buried the hatchet if she were to be admitted. After all, he DOES consider him as a rival. When the Headmaster finished his speech, blue and pink androids were supposed to take them to their dorms. Lynne, of course, went with the androids...After a quick discussion with her brother about what's going to happen, of course. Her brother, Arsene, would always be worried about her despite the situation...She believes it's just his circuitry, but it was nice for a while. With a smile, she followed the bots into the dorms, taking her luggages along with her.

Following the bots into the dorms, Lynne was assigned onto a room with a woman named 'Jessica Quinn'. Entering the room, she placed her trolley on a wall and her duffel bag onto a bed. She stretched her arms as she sat there, itching to build some small scale tech for a bit. It would be impossible to build her Mech Suit in this small room, so she might have to reserve one of the Garages for that particular project.

"Great...Now I'm bored." Lynne sighed, laying on her back on her bed.
