Hey, hey you. Thanks for clicking on my thread. I appreciate it. Heh...

There's not much to say about me, except that my name is not Zoe and my real initials are actually KE, so I'm not stealing anyone's artwork.

I work largely in oil paints, but I dabble in watercolors and do my fair share of acrylics as well. I really enjoy land/seascapes, as you'll see if you stick around, but I am trying to branch out into abstracts, floras, and animals as well. I don't have enough courage to try people yet. I paint whenever I find myself some free time, since I work seven days a week and still try to squeeze a social life in there somehow. It has been a struggle...

Especially since at the end of December, I set a goal of 50 paintings in the year of 2019. A month later I wound up needing to work a second job, so that goal seems more and more unrealistic as the days go on. Right now I believe I am six paintings behind, so it isn't looking so good. But I'm looking to take a vacation soon and hopefully during that time I can crank some paintings out. Wish me luck.

Anyway...Here are some of my paintings. These are really only my favorites. I hate sharing shoddy artwork with people, because I hate making shoddy artwork.

If I get enough interest here, I will continue to share my work. If not, feel free to head on over and check out my Facebook page, Katfish Art & Design. :)

Ooooh! I like your traditional painting style! Your works are so beautiful! They are so cool! Especially these pieces! I'm sure Bob Ross would be proud of you!

The colors make it easy to eyes and details are awesome! Good job! Keep it up! I love it!

My god, they're gorgeous! ESPECIALLY the round sea one. You/ re so good!!

Great work! I really like the river scene with the evergreen trees. The first thing that came to mind was how it almost seems like something that could be displayed in the National Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City, or the C.M. Russel western art museum in Great Falls. I feel like it has a Yellowstone or Grand Tetons vibe to it, based on my observations while visiting those places on trips. Speaking of which, if you ever wanted inspiration for a beautiful mountainy landscape to paint, look up pictures of the Tetons in fall! Majestic snowcapped peaks, plus fiery aspen trees, and clear lakes!

NICE TO SEE SOMEONE THAT HAS TALENT AND DOES SOMETHING WITH IT AND NOT WASTING THEIR LIFE AWAY ON SOME STUPID HABIT THAT RUINS THEM AND THOSE THAT CARE....

A touch of nature behind a computer screen — you can't beat that. This is really, really good work, MissZoe! Keep going!

Your work is amazing!! I wish I could paint half as good as you!!! And yes i do get a very Bob Ross feel from the landscapes. Still amazing.
I tired oil painting and completely failed. I do Acrylics when i paint.

If you feel like it i also have a humble art thread. Whitewolfs Art

Drop.

So these obviously aren't all 16 paintings, but they are a couple. Most of these are done on mini magnetic canvases, which are 3x3 inches. The biggest of the bunch is my cloud painting (which was really just practice), which is an 8x10 inch canvas.

I also want to share my excitement about buying copper paint! It is so pretty, but I won't be buying another tube any time soon. Definitely expensive for what I am used to. Heh...😅

Ssssshare your thoughts with meeee.

Did this at the church business meeting. Because business is not my thing.

I don't do much digital art, but all I had with me was my phone. So enjoy this nice beach painting.

I did this on my Note10+, so it will fit the screen if anyone wants to save it and use it as a wallpaper. (I would be truly flattered if you did so. <3)
