Raku

Four Thousand Club
For centuries, they've been hunted, killed, and just erased from existence. They've been seen as evil works of the devil, but in reality, they're not very different from humans. What am I talking about? The supernatural of course. Wizards, witches, werewolves, vampires, etc.. They've been hiding in secret for centuries, for the most part unknown by humans. Many believed the supernatural creatures were wiped out long ago, never to return. Some fear they may, others may welcome them with open arms and maybe an apology. As the president has called out to all supernatural beings, asking them to come out, maybe things have changed. Will the be accepted back into regular day life, or will they be rejected and attacked. No doubt blood will be spilled, people will be attacked, and rivalries may be reborn, but it's all for a new tomorrow.

New Beginnings
A few days ago the president spoke on the presence of supernatural creatures. In his speech he asked for them to come out, that things have changed and humans will welcome them into society with open arms. Most would, but as change comes there will always be those who stand against it. There are some extremists out there who disagree with what the president said. Either way, there's no harm in trying. So supernaturals everywhere began to come to the surface and began to become more public. We will start in a decent sized town called Erinsburg in South Carolina. It is around noon. The town square seems to be a main place where supernaturals can meet humans.

"Ugh" Raya muttered as he opened his eyes. He needed a new job, his current one in a lumber yard killed him. The only reason why he took that position is because he could wear a hat all day to hide his ears and tinted safety glasses to hide his eyes. With this job he was able to stay hidden from everyone and make some money. If he had a choice he'd go for a history teacher or a local historian. Reason; He's technically older than the United States and this town so he's gonna know more about the area than anyone else. At this moment he remembered what the president said a few days back. With another sigh he swung his legs around the edge of his bed. He thought about what he should wear for his little "appearance". Raya wanted to wear something formal, but deciding it would have been a little expensive and he may be seen as a stuck up rich guy. Choosing a grey t-shirt and a pair of blue jeans, he got dressed and went to his kitchen. He ate some eggs with a little bit of sausage to sooth his meat crave. Putting some cheap sneakers on if he decided to show someone his full form, he packed a bag of clothes for the same reason. Taking his keys, he drove to town in his little Chevy into town.

Arriving just outside the town square, Raya parked his car on the street side. Exiting the vehicle, he shaded his eyes from the Sun as he looked down the street. Some more supernaturals could be seen approaching nervously. He let out a chuckle, for he was not nervous at all. He knew that after centuries of fighting that he was skilled. He stepped into the square and found a bench to sit on. With his hands folded in between his knees, he waited for someone to greet him. The thought drifted into Raya's head that he should go to his natural form, but he disregarded it for the moment.

Amy floated above a chair down in her family's living room. She didn't need to sleep, so she spent most of her nights reading by flashlight. She peeked a look at the clock. 8 o'clock already? Crap. She psychically set the book down, and thought about what she wanted to wear. A brown T-shirt and blue jeans seemed like a good choice, so with a thought, that was her outfit. Another great perk of being dead.

Her parents weren't up this early on a weekend, so she didn't bother waking them. Instead, she phased through the front door and headed down to the square. A young man was already waiting there, one she didn't recognize. "Hi there."

Just a little far off from the town square, Neo had laid in a bed of flowers to sleep for the night before. He actually didn't live in the area, but his master wanted him to check things out in their place to see if things were really as the president said. Which led him to travel away from home . . . To whoever's backyard this was. If it wasn't for the sound of the sprinklers being activated by a timer, he wouldn't have woken up.

At first things were a little foggy for him, and it wasn't just due to a morning daze. He was low on essence. Whoever's garden he was in would have a very grim morning when they woke up to see the funeral in their backyard garden. Neo wished he could have left an apology note for draining the garden's life and color, but the sprinkler would have gotten his comfy sweater wet. This was a very comfy sweater, so he couldn't let it get wet and had taken his leave quickly . . . He did have to walk after all, but luckily he had fallen asleep nearby and had only a few streets to walk.

Neo wasn't sure he was going the right way for awhile, but he ended up spotting some other supernaturals quietly emerging from where they were to head over to the promise at town square. This filled him with more confidence in where he was going, and he walked just a little faster. Not that he was excited or anything because nothing can't be excited--

Cloud:
Cloud was tired. He had just jumped off a floating island in the sky that is so high that planes never discovered it, and yet low enough to no be seen by passing space shuttles, not that any even came close to it. He was suppose to have a parachute with him as he jumped off and he did however the problem was that mid jump it he let go of it and could not retrieve it back so instead he was forced to use his ice magic to create a small capsule-like pod for his body to be protected in and then landed it inside the water. Luckily he was able to land safely without any harm, however he was soaked in water from head to toe and needed new clothes. Sadly he did not know where he could find clothes at so he just wandered around drenched and soaking wet. Soon he figured out he would have to ask someone where such a store could be located. So he looked around and saw a man who was talking with some woman next to her and he asked them "Do you know where I could find some clothing to replace the ones I currently have. I am new to this place and have no idea where anything is." he was slightly nervous about this because this would be the first time he ever even spoke with a human before and after all the tales he heard about them he wasn't too thrilled to be speaking with one, however to cover himself he decided to use some illusions to make him appear as if he was a grown man in late thirties so that he would not be hesitant in telling him the information he needed to know. This worked and he told him that there was a shop about 15 minutes away in the town square. So naturally he walked there and after reaching the shop he studied the outside trying to understand what type of style of building they enjoyed. It was a made out of what appeared to be stained clay which had been painted white with black spiriling pillars around the corners with the letters in cursive and blue spelling out the title of shop called: Nities. While he found the title a bit strange he decided this is just their culture and moved on and inside the shop.

Once inside the place he looked around noticing how many people were inside. He was amazed by the amount of people located in just one confined space. It was incredible and unimaginable that so many people were in such a predicament like him and was in need of new clothing. He found this fascinating and had told himself to by a note book and pencils to write this information on. Nevertheless he had to remain focused and locate suitable clothing. He looked around in the men's section and realized that everything was not in his size. Then he noticed the other section where he saw children at and figured that the items he would be looking for would be found there. So he cautiously walked over so that he would not come into contact with any human and made sure that none touched him. After doing so he found a white t shirt, a blue long sleeved shirt, and some blue shorts that went about three inches passed his knee. Once he selected the things he need he tried figuring out where he was supposed to exchange money in order to purchase what he wanted. After walking around for 5 minutes he discovered that it was the large counter where a few people were lined up on front of. He then walked over and stood behind someone. They did not appear to be human but instead a goblin like creature whose skin was green, had a short and chubby body frame, and had pointy ears. He was pleased by this as he was granted the gift of not having to be beside a human. Once it was his turn he put the items on the counter and told the lady that this is what he wanted. She looked down upon him and noticed that he looked pretty young and asked about where his parents were. He told her this was none of her concern and placed the money he acquired from his father and found that it was soaking wet. The woman was aggravated by this statement of his and then dropped the conversation with him all together as if she had no longer cared about his safety and took the dripping wet money(although she considered declining it) and gave him the clothes along with a bag to place them in. He soon then walked inside the changing room and changed into his new clothes and observed how he looked inside of a mirror.

After doing all this he soon became even more tired than he was previously, and had walked out the store and looked for a place to rest.
Dammit I knew I should've eaten something before I started my journey, That must be why I so tired. Not to mention me walking so much and having to swim about 300 feet to get to the surface and onto the beach. This is not a very good start to my day so far. There must be somewhere I can lay down for a while,he thought in his head as he looked around. Eventually he saw a bench with someone else on it. He was hesitant at first about heading over there because he appeared human but due to him being slightly fatigued he determined that he did not have much of a choice. And so he walked up to the bench, looked up, and closed his eyes as his body bathed in the newly appearing sun.

Aster looked up at the clock on the wall of her one bedroom apartment. According to the hands on it's racertainly it was just past twelve in the afternoon.
"That can't be right." She stated to herself, as a matter of fact. The genie had been working on lesson plans all morning. Being a part-time teacher had turned out to be a full time job, but she loved what she did and looked forward to eventually being put on as a full time instructor for the youn. Of course Aster wasn't in any rush to achieve this goal

Closing her lesson planner and setting it down on her coffee table Aster prepared to head out into town. Just a few days prior the president's announcment had suprised the centuries old genie. Never did she think she'd see the day that supernatural beings would be accepted by mankind.

"The old lady always said it would happen eventually." She thought of her last master and her wisdom while choosing an outfit for the day. Of course she didn't have to actually wear or own real clothes, but Aster had grown quite fond of human fashion. Aster decided that a pair of white caprese, a dark purple tank top, and her signature jacket would suit the day just fine.

"Awesome! It only took a half hour to get ready, new personal best!" She started for her door. Just as she was leaving her apartment Aster turned, looking towards her bookshelf. On it sat a beautiful and ornately detailed golden lamp. To most it was just a pretty decorative peice, but for the genie it was her curse. After a momentary pause to reflect on her supernatural statis Aster headed for town square.

She arrived at her destination just a few minutes later, Aster didn't live very far. While it would've been much fasterling to just snap her fingers and fold her arms to teleport, she figured she wouldn't waste her magic when it was such a nice day out. Aster couldn't help but smile when she noticed the assembling mass of people in front of her. It was all she could muster not to run up to the first person she saw and give them a massive hug.
It was the beginning of a new chapter in history, and Aster couldn't wait to see what might happen.

Raya smiled as someone who appeared to be a little boy walked up to his bench. At first he thought the boy was going to give him a hug or something. The kid just looked up to the Sun and stood there. Raya raised a brow at the kid, but remembering he had his own peculiarities, he lowered it. "Don't we all feel that way" he said quietly. Raya took notice to the people arriving. Some human, some supernatural. Then he realized something, he didn't look supernatural. Deciding to act upon what he thought earlier, Raya transformed into his natural form. Short horns grew from the top of his head, his ears became a little longer and more pointed, a long black scaled tail grew from his tail bone and ripped a hole in his jeans in the process. His wings sprouted from his back and grew to their large size. In the light of the Sun the skin of his wings became colored a dark, dark purple and a few patches of black scales appeared on his lower neck, the top of his hands, and around his ankles which were covered by his jeans. He could here the "whoas" and the "awes" from the people around him. He assumed they've never seen a dragon before. He let out a sigh. "Much better" he said softly. Raya was now seen for who he truly was, dragonfolk.

OtakuGeek OtakuGeek and everyone else who feels like taking notice to Raya.

Neo blinked in surprise at the transformation, smiling a little. Not at the transformation, but at the silly thought he had. Anyone want to see my true form? Oh wait, I'm nothing. This for some reason amused him, maybe a bit too much as he chuckled quietly.

Tearing his gaze away from the dragon fellow, he started to take a survey of how many supernatural beings were here. He even pulled out a note pad to begin jotting the numbers down. There was also a chance things could go sour, and surveying who was hear would make the death count easier for history books.
"That was rather grim . . ." He mumbled quietly at his own thought. There were kids around . . . probably not kids, just very young looking people? Supernatural beings were too complicated . . .

Odette Chasseur

Dark, chocolate hued eyes glanced over the gathering of supernatural creatures from behind thick, black rimmed glasses. Odette lingered on the periphery, not actively engaging anyone in conversation as she merely observed the interactions between others. For those passing by she looked the part of an average, seemingly human, woman enjoying the day's beginnings. But for those possessing the powers of observation, there was an analytical slant to Odette's features and a calculating twist to plump lips. After all, having so many supernatural beings in one place was dangerous. It would be the perfect ambush; gather them all in one area and then destroy them. All the more reason to stay away.

But the opportunity to learn more about these supernatural creatures was too enticing. Odette had only been in town for a few weeks, having started her first placement as a nurse in the town's small hospital. She figured that this was a good chance to get to know the citizens as well as collect useful data. Though this time she was doing it for her own curiosity, rather than her parent's more... questionable means. Which was specifically why she wasn't going to let it slip who she was. A cool breeze blew through light brown hair, something she'd kept down for the morning, Odette was pleased she'd remembered to wear her black jeans today.

One of the supernatural beings had rather suddenly transformed into a dragon. Odette squinted at him, trying to recall where he'd seen him before... oh, wait, isn't he that viral sensation, the Dark Dragon? Taking her phone from the pocket of her black leather jacket she checked her facts. Yep, same guy. That could be useful. Making up her mind she pocketed her phone once more, and crossed the square with the grace of a hunter, her adidas an ironic contrast.

"Good morning." Odette greeted the Dark Dragon, her eyes flickering down to the young boy whom she gave a bright smile. She loved kids, though knowing most supernatural creatures he could be both older or younger than her. It was a bit of a gamble. "You know, dragonfolk aren't terribly common where I come from-" No surprises there. "-and I was wondering if you could... tell me more about your species? I'm merely a curious human." This day was all about connecting humans and supernatural beings together, right? Odette figured she could at least be up front about her interest in dragonfolk. Most of the Chasseur family's books centered around ways to kill supernatural creatures, never their lore or whether a particular race liked sweet food or what climate suited them. It was a shame really.

Cloud:
Cloud grew slightly irritated, for he felt like he just sat down, next to a human nonetheless, and was having trouble trying to take a nap because of a small crowd in front of him murmuring and sounding as if they had just seen a billion dollars fall out of the sky out of nowhere. Not to mention this one lady who started walking up to him and the man beside him talking about what is it like being a dragon. How would he know? He is just a mere man. Though Cloud himself never had seen a dragon before he was quite sure he did not look like the ordinary man next to him. H
e was still facing the sky and decided to look down upon the girl and tell her off, when as he looked down he noticed very large beast with scales, a tail coming out of its jeans, and a pair of wings. Huh. I guess he a dragon, he thought in his mind shocked by this sudden revelation. He was clearly in awe. He had then found himself reminded of the girls presence as he noticed her light brown hair in the corner of his eyes and had gotten out of the seat and sat before the dragon. He then asked the dragon, completely ignoring the girls questions altogether, "Were you the man who was sitting next to me? Or did you just appear and take the mans seat instead?"

Raya smiled as his natural form immediately caught the eye of more than a few people. So far only one person decided to greet him at the moment, a young woman. She asked for some information about his race. Understandable, because there were not many dragonfolk left. As the boy from before lifted his head, almost in confusion, to ask a question, Raya chuckled. "Same person my friend. Now, to your request" he said while turning to the woman. He rolled his neck as he readied his little story. "Dragonfolk are somewhat like humans in terms of appearance and anatomy. We have the ability to change any part of our body into a more dragon-like form. Right now I am in our natural form. It's definitely reasonable that there isn't much information on us as we are not many. I appear to be the only one known" he said. He hadn't known if there were any other dragon's out there, let alone another Black Dragon like himself. In the dragonfolk world, they were identified by the color of their scales. With Red Dragons being the most aggressive, and Green Dragons being the least. Raya was very against the norm as Black Dragons were out of the scale, being as rare as they were. Black Dragons were known for being having a variety of attitudes. For the most part, Raya was calm and collected. "I guess I should introduce myself. Raya Ignus, probably the last Black Dragon around" he said as he extended a hand to the woman.

Amy looked around at the gathering crowd. Mostly indeterminate, with a few obvious supernaturals thrown in for spice. Not a bad size, either. She smiled when the dragonkin revealed himself. She'd always wanted to meet one, but it seemed he was in conversation, and it would be rude to interrupt.

Another young woman had appeared, one she hadn't seen before. A simple muttered incantation revealed the presence of magic around her, yet the spell couldn't tell what sort. She decided to go ahead and talk to her. "Hello there. I'm Amy, it's a pleasure to meet you."

Aster was in slight awe, with an almost unnoticeable grin crossing her lips. She had never seen so many supernatural beings all in one place before. It was so refreshing ,to her, that so many people could come together like this. Aster's excitement was almost overflowing like a clogged toilet.

As she very enthusiastically surveyed the crowd, out of the corner of the genie's eye she couldn't help but notice a few large dark shapes. As it would turn out these shapes were the wings belonging to a dragon. The man who sported the large flappy bits seemed almost familiar to her, but she couldn't quite place where she new him from. When you'be been around for more than a millennia you tend to forget names, it comes with the territory.

Lost in thought, as she often was, Aster hadn't noticed the girl approach her until she spoke. The genie jumped every sother slightly at the girl's words, not out of fear, but from the exciting idea of
meeting a new person.

"Hey!" She exclaimed. "My name's Asteraceae, but my friends just call me Aster. Well if I had any friends." She laughed. The genie couldn't help but to smile.

"What brings you down here Amy?" Aster asked the question as if her and this girl were old friends.

"Hey, Wayne." "Yeah?" Wayne was one of Etvic's closest friends, having known him for a good 5 years as of now. He was his tailor, and that meant having to have mastered many skills of his craft for such a frequent and demanding customer. Wayne was a Caucasian man of a small build, only being 5'4". He knew Etvic well, and his criminal activity that he partook in his past, but he says no mention to it to anyone but Etvic in private. "Whaddya think of the prez askin' for the supanaturals to come out?" "Honestly, it seems strange for him to do so. Acknowledging the prescense of people who can destroy buildings and kill a populace on a whim? He think he has good PR for him to pull a stunt." "Yeah." Etvic pushed his shades up a little on the bridge of his nose. He was wearing a red dyed leather jacket, dark blue jeans, and a faded american T-shirt. He looked kinda like a wannabe biker, or a Californian if they started to head up north. The jeans were put together by Wayne, allowing Vic to change his torso shape without worry of ripping through his clothes.

Both were leaning against the counter in the dimly lit shop. The blinds were shut, and the store was a few minutes before opening time. It was a tailoring store, one that also was full of various sheets of fabric for customers to peruse while deciding their order. A bit of rustling in the back notified the two to act natural, as a few employees were coming in for the beginning of their work day. "We'll talk later, okay?" "Alright. See you soon!" as he was leaving, he lit a cigarette and put it to his lips, inhaling as he passed through the doorway.

He took a stroll through downtown, picking up a mocha from Starbucks after he finished his cig. It was strange though, seeing that a congregation of people were milling about town square, talking. At first, he couldn't put a finger on it. Children, as well as adults were chatting with each other, along with furred, scaled, and winged people. Some with strange colors of skin, or none at all, being incorporeal. How he wondered how the hell they existed in the modern world. Ah, furry conventions. How they should be purged from the face of the earth. He began to sip his mocha when he saw one of the participants suddenly turned into a dragon. He almost spit out his drink. So these were the supernatural the president was talking about.

Contemplating if the police were going to be patrolling to look for a shapeshifter like himself to arrest, he decided that it might be worth the risk to meet a few people somewhat like himself. With a 'fuck it', he walked into the crowd, his skin slowly changing colors beyond the human spectrum of skin colors, reaching the blues, greens, and neon orange on the color scale. He decided to look for the Dark Dragon. He assumed it was some cosplayer, but now that he knew it was REALLY him, he was pretty excited. He approached him after having to squeeze his way through the gathering crowd. "Holy crap, it's THE Dark Dragon! This is really fucking cool. Can I get a picture?" He asked, pulling his civilian phone from his jacket pocket.

Kali sighed, pulling on a flattering blouse that was just cool enough for the South Carolina weather. She didn't know why she decided to move here. Perhaps the hope of meeting others like her was too much to ignore. Being around humans for three thousand years, give or take, could be so boring. But the sight seeing was fantastic. She lived everywhere near a body of water. Ancient Rome was pretty nice, she was often mistaken for a goddess. No one quite knows flattery like those ancient types. Her time in Africa was definitely enlightening. But for the past couple hundred years, Kali lived in America. She followed the settlers over from England, honestly growing quite bored of the same old Eurasia vibes. And something about this land just stuck with her. She blames the passion of the people, claiming that's what drew her here. But she was bored of movin constantly, growing soft in her old age. So when the president made that fateful announcement, she packed up her few possessions and moved west to east.

As Kali made her way towards the town square, she took in the plethora of species around her. She never imagined so many existed. Kali didn't have many hopes of meeting any sirens, however. Once Odysseus figured out that beeswax trick, many sirens fled, fearing slaughter. In all her travels, Kali never found another siren. She assumed they were all dead.

Kali entered the square, hanging towards the outside to observe those already here. She had no doubt this day would be interesting.

Odette Chasseur

Odette fell into silence as this dark dragon began his explanation, immediate interest taking up residence across her features. For an individual who valued knowledge this was invaluable, especially since it was coming from a reputable source. At the mention of his natural form, Odette's eyebrows raised up in surprise. So, this was the form he was most comfortable in? She figured that Dragonfolk most likely hid their appearance due to the ignorance of humans. One of his more notable features were his scars; something that Odette felt a spike of guilt at seeing. No doubt many of her ancestors would have caused a number of those.

When the dragon, Raya Ignus, introduced himself as 'probably the last Black Dragon around' Odette's guilt turned into sympathy. And when she returned her introduction she carefully kept her lineage out of the picture. "Odette Martin," She replied, smiling as she took his hand - secretly intrigued by the texture of his scales. "A pleasure to meet you, Raya."

From behind her Odette heard a voice announce Raya's online alias and she turned around, only to be greeted by a gathering crowd. The man who'd spoken had skin that was a spectrum of colors that seemed to change; he also had a cellphone. Odette hurriedly stepped away, murmuring a quiet apology as she ducked out of the picture. Being in even the background of the picture could get her into a lot of trouble if her family saw it. They'd probably have her killed rather than face the disgrace of having another sympathizer in the family.

Raya was surprised by the people's hospitality as they seemed to very friendly and open to those who were different. It was a new feeling to him. A feeling of acceptance, a feeling of belonging. Maybe times have changed. Maybe humans really have decided to accept supernaturals into their society. Raya couldn't wait to see the long term affects of their newfound openness. Would they coexist together in peace and harmony, or will it end up like before. He felt a little optimistic today so his thoughts turned towards the "peace and harmony" idea.

He internally shouted in frustration as someone had enthusiastically called out his popular viral label. He hated it. To him, it sounded idiotic. The Dark Dragon. Really? Why not the Black Dragon or the Dragon of America or something other than the Dark Dragon he thought as he whispered "one moment" to Odette as he turned towards his "fan" with a grin. He waved to the very colorful boy as he asked for a picture. "Sure, I'm already on the media. Why not be on it some more?" he said as he readied for the boy's picture. There was no doubt in his mind that once word was out of his presence that people would flock here to meet him. Who knew a few videos could make someone so popular.

Cloud:
Cloud listened as the old man explained the details of his race with the girl beside him and found it highly fascinating. Never before did he learn about dragons in such details since none of his people ever had made contact with one so instead they just used the information gathered by others to rely on and teach to others, but this was much different. For once he was able to about another species directly from the source! Amazing. Then just as the dragon stopped talking he watched as the two greeted each other and then a voice from behind began calling out to to the dragon asking for something called a "picture" while holding some small device he never saw before. I suppose he is quite popular here. Strange. Is it because he is a dragon? Maybe it's because of this bench. Perhaps the bench has some sort of magic on which it makes people interested in others. No it's probably because he is a dragon. He started to think to himself in the head and he watched as the girl stepped away from the approaching man. He started thinking that the girl perhaps had some things to do and left. Whatever the reason was it did not really matter. In the boys eyes the less humans the better. ( sorry for the short post. I'm on mobile version and I'm getting annoyed so there might be a few mistakes here and there. I will try and edit this later.)

Charlie adjusted her grey sweater in the oval shaped mirror that stood against the white walls of her room, her black jeans fit tightly against her legs matching the black beanie that sat on the edge of her vibrant natural orange hair, she was going to meet the newly socially accepted people of the world. In her mind she wondered what could come of her visit, The Tomorrows, her activist group that assisted with officially liberating the supernaturals, it took alot of rallies, protests, and petitions but look were she was now, preparing for a sweet departure.

Shutting her door as she swiftly went down the spiral staircase of her home , Charlie mostly focused on not slipping on the polished wood. Safely getting to the flat floor she swiped her miny sunflower pattern backpack that held a camera probably a granola bar or two, from the couch. Her twin brothers looked up simultaneously from their sandwiches as she blew them both kisses before leaving through the back door, black converse covering her feet. Her parents just weren't completely sold on the idea of different people so she'd rather avoid a confrontation.

Eventually Charlie made it to the square, her long orange hair swaying slightly as she walked with her light hazel eyes taking things in. ' This is radical..' Charlie thought has she walked closer into the mass of people. This had to be the future, to Charlotte, this is the future, a smile hit her red lips as she took a deep breath.

' Okay Charlie, don't get too excited, breathe.. breathe' she repeated this like a mantra in her head knowing she'd probably pass out if she panicked, she had a job to do. Slipping her backpack to her front she took out her camera and attached the neck strap to it before putting on. Any pictures would be placed The Tomorrows newspaper to spread awareness of the new world. The aim was to rally in support, the more the better, a sigh passed through Charlie as she prepared for her mission.

"Wanted to see who and what showed up." Amy said with a shrug. "There's so many creatures out there, and I have no clue what's living in this town. Plus the humans- who knows how they feel now that their world has been turned upside down." She smiled at Aster. "Personally, I'm kind of amazed. What about you? I cast a spell that tells me you have magic, but apart from that, don't know anything about you."

Aster smiled at Amy, she quite enjoyed talking about the non-human world with others. Especially about herself.
"Well, there isn't a whole lot to know about little 'ol me. I'm just your run of the mill genie." She laughed. When Aster thought about it she couldn't ever really remember meeting another one of her kind.

"You know, like wish granting. I even have a lamp. So, how about you. What makes you weird?" She asked Amy jokingly.

"Alright!" He stepped in a little closer the the dragon, and faced the camera so that exclusively their faces would be featured on the picture. He gave a broad smile as he snapped it, deciding to let his skin fade back into a Caucasian tinge he was so used to. He took three pictures, and swiped through them, analyzing to see which one would be best. Nodding to himself, he trashed two and kept one saved onto his drive. He looked back up to the giant anthro. "Wow! Thanks!" he exclaimed.

He walked away slowly, focusing solely on his phone to try and put himself up onto his social media until he bumped directly into somebody. "Oof, sorry!" He looked up from his phone and began to pocket it when he realized who he bumped into . His face began to grow grim as his smile began to tug the edges of his mouth downwards. "Interesting to find a member of the Chasseur family at a monster event." He pointed at her accusingly, or as accusingly as one could do with a starbucks in hand. "You killed my people. I'm not even sure if there are more shape shifters like myself out there." He said, a deep undertone of ancestral hate rooted in him. "What are you even doing here? Gathering notes so your family could find easier ways to execute us? Don't you have centuries worth of books for that?"

Oliver was walking down the street, he didn't care what he looked like to the humans. He was shirtless as always and had messed up hair, he looked at them as they stared. They didn't know who he was, or rather what he did. He wondered if he should shift some fangs in, to look scary. That was until one person stepped in front of him.

"You're a freak, ya know that? You shouldn't even dare show your face here." He was a man, mid thirties at best. Definitely shorter.
"F*ck ou' of my way befer I beat in that face o' yer's." Oliver growled, looking down at him. Already he was beginning to hate the crowd as they gathered around him. He could feel his fingers slowly begin to shift into claws, bear claws. He wondered if he should try a full transformation, show them who's boss. Oliver was a particularly aggressive Satyr. And crowds weren't his style.
@Those here.

Amy grinned as she let her legs sink into the ground. Becoming intangible was such a weird feeling, like her body was moving through pudding. "I'm a ghost, but I know a little witchcraft, too."

Amy quirked her eyebrows at Aster. "A genie with a lamp, huh? Did your master let you out, or are you free?"

"My master is me, myself, and I!" Aster stated. She wasn't completely fourthcoming, but was technically telling the truth.

"A ghost? Hmm, well how long have you been.. you know...not alive." She muttered awkwardly, not really knowing how to ask about someone's death.
