Having been literally split in half, their brain was split as well. Although both have cognitive functions one side of their brain is more dominant than the other. Although they have different personalities individually the two mimic parts of each other to pretend to be one person.
Fire is right brain dominant and loves to show that in her killings. Bringing peace through chaos, is what Fire calls their work. Making every kill extravagant and entertaining she loves to play with her victims before ending their life. Joyful she loves what she does and thrives in her murderous environment. Upbeat she sees Hell city as a playground to build or burn as she desires. Although a bit impractical at times in her extravagant ideas, her spontaneity and dauntless actions serve as a good distraction or the perfect exit strategy. Interacting with Fire is quite pleasant, she is a warm, all be it a bit talkative, tolerant woman who is adaptable in her plans. However she isn't going to fail her mission, if you're supposed to die, you're going to die. The when and how, now that's just flexible as flexible as she is

Brimstone is left brain dominant and is calculating in her kills. Taking emotion out of the equation she prefers to kill efficiently rather than play with the shades of red. Unlike her arty sister, Brimstone is a cynical and resigned woman. Industrious and meticulous she likes her work to be done without a problem. Every aspect of her job must be planned and controlled before she can start to execute it. Focused on the task at hand she never waivers in the face of her enemy. The only time she ever shows a bit of kindness is with her family showing a clear weakness. Vigilant of her situation she tends to be distrusting and somewhat stingy when surrounded by a new environment with new people. A loner she is down to earth and very orthodox in what she wants, nearly the polar opposite of her sister.
Tactical, Brimstone is then who tackles the take-downs and assignations of the mission. Eliminating her targets silently while her sister raises hell around them. She sees her life as a means to a end, the tactical advantages are too lucrative. As escorts they can enter into any high security location and meet with a series of targets that one by one will be eliminated. Ready to rule this city she'd create the Eden that her mother wished while watching over it as the snake. BackstoryJezebel was a beautiful poor woman who had a dream to purify this city of all it's vile and evil inhabitance. To create a New Eden here where there was nothing but peace and beauty. Being a gifted human with the ability to sway a crowd of people to her bidding she quickly grew a underground following. The cult focused on helping the needy, providing food and shelter to them in exchange for their time. The cult flourished under the leadership of Jezebel, the woman who would be a new mother in this new world. A new mother indeed, for six years she'd been pregnant with twins. Calcified within the womb the twins were presumed dead, but became a symbol for hope for the future. Stating that when the city finally became Eden her children would be born. Part of this cult of New Eden was the man who would be "father" to the twins and "the betrayer" to the cult.
"Father" was a gifted human as well, unswayed by her persuasion Jezebel quickly took an interest in the man. They quickly became compatriots, friends and eventually lovers. "Father" talked about using his powers to heal her children, thinking it nothing more then a joke she said that would be wonderful. Without a second though he healed her children and Jezebel went into labor. The pain, the blood and the complete surprise overtook Jezebel and she died after her c-section. Twin girls conjoined at the head were born to their lost leader. Without Jezebel the cult became radical, irrational and violent. Believing the twins deformity was caused because they were born before Eden arrived, the cult they planned to kill the twins in a sacrificial ritual. "Father" had rescued them before the cult could start their sacrifice. Taking them to his lab he used both science and his Aura to split the twins both lived, each missing a eye.
Daughters of the dearly departed Jezebel, the woman their "father" a deranged, but powerful, man that took care of them. Naming both Jezebel (because he's crazy) he raised the girls to help continue the cause that their mother had started. However, his methods were much more...violent. He believed that to truly cleanse this city of evil for a new Eden they must fertilize the land with the corpses of sinners and what better sinners than to start with those who wronged the first Jezebel and himself? As soon as they were able to walk they were trained to be agents of chaos. Strike fear into those who stray from the path and eliminate the sinners who've stained this city. However, as missions continued and the stakes grew higher the twins began to do something that their "father" didn't expect.
They were having fun.
The thrill of killing, the pleasure of sinning, the gratification of hurting others, overtook the twins and they gave themselves to Hell City. Looking at each other as the blood dripped from their cheeks they smiled and decided that they'd honor their "father's" memory and eliminate all the sinners he'd listed for them. Then when all the evil in the city is gone take this city for their own.
Or so it seems.
