Jason may look like a brooding, dark and tragic young adult, but he's actually quite the opposite. He's mostly cheery, with a pension for causing trouble wherever he goes. He owns a sailor mouth, so most of his sentences are littered with profanity and obscene insults.
(After the time skip)
After nearly losing his life, Jason began to take things more seriously. His biggest habit of being a complete mess faded away and he now spends his spare time training to become stronger. The trademark humor and swearing were lost as well, now he sported a melancholy attitude. A complete 180 of the person he was.
History:
Jason Jackson was born into a moderately well off family, not too rich but not too poor. Early on he displayed a trouble-maker life, causing all sorts of mayhem. His parents didn't really care, so he continued to do so well into his CCG academy years. After graduation, he became the worst CCG dove in history, giving them all a horrible reputation and name.
But this all changed once he almost died fighting a ghoul. His injuries and blood loss were so bad that he was given such a small chance of survival. His family gave up entirely, and his girlfriend left him to avoid such a heartbreak. And yet he survived, only to wake up and find no one in the world caring about him. Jason now has become obsessed with killing ghouls, dedicating every single second to becoming stronger and stronger. No ghoul will have mercy. Not a one.
