Fantasy Isekai Snafu: Who Is The True Hero?

This is the classic story of mages from a fantasy world summoning a Hero from places like our very own Earth to defeat the Demon King and his evil army. The catch is that the group of mages in this instance are a powerful and wild bunch; they summoned too many, as a result the blessing of the goddess, Historia, hasn't been bestowed, and the Pen of Magic Art is yet weaker than the Sword of Mighty Law. In order to compensate for this the candidates for the position of Hero have been redirected to the Manor of Judgement -- an ancient relic from the time before the time of written spellcraft -- of which it is said that one alone can't enter but that from a group of any size only who has faced judgment may exit. Inside, the players of Who is The True Hero? will compete for the title, and the glory of making their mark on History, the land of the people in between the lines. "Prove to me, you are on the right side of History," demands the goddess, making worlds quake.

This is going to be a game show style RP, so there will be no actual exploration in History outside of the venue, but there will be some fun test officials. One player can be voted off each round, which occurs if all those who aren't immune wish to vote, after a series of simulations have been run giving both the one with the most points overall and the player with the most points of that round immunity. In between simulations the players can freely converse with each other and test officials to form alliances and discuss strategy. After the first round for a simulation to start the one with least amount of points can begin a simulation as long as it is with one or more players and a test official grants their audience; however, players will not be notified of how much points they got from a simulation or if their place on the leaderboard changed until after a round is done. All that being said, I would like the RP to start with some spicy IC banter.

I'm looking to run this RP with 5-7 characters.

Character sheet:
Name:
Gender:
Appearance: (preferred medium of the player)
Background:
Personality: (Link a personality test you completed with your character in mind)
Ideals: (These are the reasons your character thinks they should be the Hero)
Flaws: (These are the reasons your character might become corrupted by the Demon King)

Most of the inhabitants of the Manor of Judgment are humanoid golems, familiars of the Goddess, some servants and some judges. The Demon King entered without facing judgment; no one may walk beside him but in his shadow, his is the sword which severs all bonds. In that holy place the fiend is barely better than a servant, he won't draw his blade when a natural affect alone marks him as uncannily human, let alone the atrophying due to further artifice. He can't interfere with the game through brute force, he can influence it, may even be part of a special ending.

Monthly bump.

The Goddess Historia stands above all.

The term "Demon King" in Historian translates to "son of the grandfather," which itself has two meanings: the warlord comes from a tribe that traces their family line through the father in defiance of commonplace matriarchy and has a nasty vendetta; and separately, but often in conjunction with that irregularity while still being a rare factor, they are the chosen of some pagan god, because of whose disregard they ravage the world. The kind of emotion that possesses them is indescribable by all but those who find shade at their back. To understand is to be like the demons, thus the Pen of Magic Art must never fall to them, the Historians believe.

The term "Hero" in Historian translates to "author of foreign voice," which applies even to natives of the motherland. To form written spellcraft is to embody what knowledge has heretofore been forbidden by the Goddess, so any new characters are treated with suspicion -- any rogue can put down a mark and claim it is the sign of this or that only to condemn the student of the art to madness. This fear is not alleviated by the majority of Heroes being otherworldly corrupters of the youth. The temples to the Goddess are (with few exceptions) set apart from daily life, minded only when the Sword of Mighty Law could destroy the artifacts of the Canon.
