Help Is the whole BBC Code thing how you get crazy CS?

I'm a newbie here and I'm an innocent child when it comes to anything coding, so please be patient, for I'm a natural science person, not tech.

I've been RPing here a short time and notice two kinds of forms. One that's a definite post and click, the other this extravagant form that looks like a mini website, not a character. I'm a tad curious and maybe jealous that I have no idea how to accomplish such a feat...

Is there any coding for dummies or a copy and paste "here's how you get x and y and z" onto your CS?
