taiyou

the actual school building for taiyou is pretty small, only having a need for three main classrooms while having a few extra. the building is three stories tall and one story deep, and its exterior looks sort of like a large house (if you ignore where the indoor gym clearly pokes out at the back).

when one first enters the building in the first floor, they're greeted by the genkan and its shoe lockers. from there, one can find the stairs leading down to the "basement", which is essentially where the auditorium is located. they can also find various staff rooms and offices, the entrance leading to the gym, the cafeteria, and the first floor of the library.

on the second floor, there are a number of rooms serving their own purpose, namely the second floor of the library, several labs, the nurse's office, and different club-like rooms like music or art. even though the students don't have a lot of the stuff in their curriculum, the school decided to add them anyway to allow for anyone who wanted to to work on their hobbies as well.

on the third floor are several extra classrooms, as well as the three main ones (which, as if it weren't already clear, includes our 32nd class). each classroom has a monitor in the front of the room where announcements are often displayed. there's also the entrance to the roof.

outside, there's a lot of space that is usually dedicated to quirk training or outdoor activities in general. there's also a designated area for sparring with the use of quirks, made in such a way that whoever might be spectating are at less of a risk of being impacted. a lot of temporary constructs can be found here and there throughout the year based on where in the curriculum the students are. oh, and there's a pool!

finally, these are the school uniforms of taiyou that totally weren't ripped from p5, as well as the gym uniform.

WINTER :: male & female

gym uniforms! are descriptions because i can't find an image, but they're unisex! hurray
SUMMER :: a simple pair of loose-ish black shorts that end around the knee. they have three thin stripes running up both outer sides, the one in the middle being a light cream white, while the outer two are crimson. there's also a light cream white tee-shirt with the school logo printed black and small in size on the left side of the chest. the collar(?) is crimson and on the back there's a space for students to write their names.
WINTER :: a pair of black slim-fit sweatpants with the same stripe situation as the shorts. there's also a matching black jacket with essentially the same design on the outer sides of the sleeves, a small cream colored school logo on the right side of the chest, and a box of the same color on the back for students to write their names on. they're also expected to wear the shirt from the summer portion underneath.

dormitory

the dormitories have a cozy aura about them, them being located about a 25-minute walk from the main school building in a more quiet part of town. each class gets their own that they reside in alongside their homeroom teacher (who also is the teacher for all the heroics related stuff). there are only two stories, and the space is a little small, however it's enough for everyone to get by comfortably.

everyone is able to get their own, somewhat small room (around the same size as they were in canon), and are allowed to decorate it however they like so long if it's within regulations. something else that's pretty nifty is that each of them have their own special locks, that when enabled, can only be opened using that person's digital ID to scan. these rooms are located on the second floor of the building, with boys being on the left side, girls being on the right, and the teacher being in between. layout!

on the first floor, pretty much everything is communal. there's a living space that doubles as a dining area with an array of comfort furniture, and there's even a conversation pit that can fit everyone. there are also the boys' and girls' bathrooms (which are obviously separate) that include laundry amenities. the kitchen has a variety of different tools one could use to make things, however the space isn't very big. and finally, there's the entrance, where everyone's shoe cubbies are as well as a small-ish blackboard.

throughout the building, there are heated floors that are turned on during the colder months of the year, and the overall aesthetic of the place is a weird mix of traditional and cottage-apparel that somehow meshes together quite well. there's a medium-sized backyard that doesn't have anything in it, and apparently it's up to the students to decide what they want to use it for.

- students are required to be in their own rooms by 12 am (00:00).
- girls should not enter the boys' designated areas, or vice versa.
- students are expected to keep the communal areas clean.
- after 10pm (22:00), noise levels should be kept low-moderate.

ROLE 32nd class' sensei
NAME hasami enkei

DESCRIPTION
enkei is a young woman with a sweet voice and darling smile, which contributes to her soft and kind disposition. when asked about their experiences with her last year, students of the 31st class all pretty much said the same thing: that she goes about teaching classes with a bright and cheery attitude, and is ultimately a good teacher despite often letting things get off track. they do say to be weary of the slight edge that lingers around her, though - something about having slightly sadistic tendencies?

as for her appearance, she stands at roughly 5'4", and is adorned with butterfly accessories as they are her favorite. in relation to her quirk, she's always using thin, seemingly invisible gloves that allow for her to touch things without worrying about contaminating them. she seems to replace them pretty frequently.

QUIRK death touch / emitter
the user's fingertips are always coated with a thin, translucent substance that contain a unique strain of pathogenic fungi, that of which are capable of causing disease. the severity of it's effects are relative to the stress the user is feeling. the more stressed they are, the more dangerous fungi are produced, which can eventually reach the point of fast-acting fatality on whoever they infect. the fungi's transmission can be administered by the user making direct skin contact using all five fingers on one hand. from the moment it leaves the user's hand and infects an organism, it can be contagious (the rate also being impacted by stress levels.)

the fungi can be treated, and even if the case is particularly lethal, there will still be at least 10 minutes before symptoms start kicking in. overall, usage in combat relies on the user being patient with their methods, as it is a slower process than many other quirks used in that context. also, it can linger on inanimate objects, but depending on what it is, the fungi won't be able to sustain and will eventually die off.

DESCRIPTION
as a whole, there isn't much to be said about natsumi, given that she doesn't actually interact much with the students. from what previous classes have gathered, though, she's pretty bleak, showing no hints of any kind of emotion on her features or in her tone. aside from that, her words are said in a professional manner, and the way she carries herself says no different. if you ask any of the other staff, they'll say that natsumi is a pleasant person, nonetheless.

although she is older, she looks rather young, even when compared to some of the students of taiyou - most notably due to her height, standing at 4'6. an interesting thing about her appearance is the fact that her coloration has no saturation of any kind, rendering her completely monochrome as if she came straight out of a manga.

QUIRK ???
if she has a quirk, no one exactly knows what it is. all things considered, it's pretty likely that she does have one, given her coloration.

DESCRIPTION
yoko is timid, kind of plain, and all around there isn't anything too exciting about her. regardless, she is an incredibly hard worker; one could even go as far as to say that she's a workaholic, as she's never seen doing things for the sake of leisure, as well as her constantly acting as if she's in a professional workspace, whether she's in one or not. she's one of the staff who proobably don't get paid enough to deal with all these chaotic students....

she stands at a decent 5'7 height, and has long, blue hair that reaches past her waist. hidden behind a simple pair of glasses, she has soft teal eyes. her overall style tends to have colors less on the bright-side and doesn't really stand out too much.

QUIRK seamstress / emitter
to simply put it, by utilizing their own energy and carbohydrates, the user can create clothes with varying properties, making it useful for hero-costume production as they are able to easily accommodate for a number of possible weaknesses that normally-produced clothes would have. an example of this would be making an outfit that conducts electricity, or an outfit that is flame-resistant.
