Pencil Neck Geek
(WIP, this is just the thread going up, real quick. The actual RP will commence soon.)
When tears in the fabric of the omniverse bring forth a deluge of war and pain to all the known worlds, a new era of chaos begins. As entire multiverses begin to converge upon each other, the characters we have all come to love and hate must make choices that will endanger the lives of them and their loved ones. The gods are appearing on the various planes of existence, and their infighting will soon bring forth untold death and destruction upon the people who can only gaze on in horror. Who will live, and who will die? When strangers from another world knock on your front door, will you trust them and provide them shelter, or will you slam the door on them out of fear? Heroes, villains, and bystanders alike all have their own hidden agendas. Reluctant alliances will be forged, friendships will be betrayed, and the very fabric of existence continues to crack with every passing day. Can the heroes across the omniverse stop the convergence of the multiverses before it's all too late?

Kevin walked home, a backpack over his shoulder and a piece of paper in his hand. "I don't know how I'm going to study this" the lad thought to himself. "and still have time for Ultraforce!"
Almost like the thought made it happen, a call came on his communicator. "Prime, if you're there there's an attack in LA!" The voice of Hardcase echoed from the other end, with the sound of action happening on the other end.
"It looks like it's prime time!" Kevin set down his backpack and paper, and covered himself in his goo-like bio-armor, transforming himself into a grotesque caricature of a man.

In the depths of space
A Lone Barely functioning Spaceship warped into the scene.
Within the ship a song echoed throughout the ship

In the ship the crew were on their respective seats.
A Muscular Green man with Red Markings all throughout his body gave out a hearty laugh, "YES! AGAIN!"
The rest of the crew merely groaned in response.
"Think we lost them?" asked a normal looking man.
"Yeah, we did..." signed a talking Raccoon, "And that's the reason why I got this baby fitted with a hyper-warp drive!"
A Green Woman got up form her chair and walked up to the Raccoon's seat and scolded him, "That Hyper-Warp Drive is the reason why we got into this mess to begin with!"
"WHAT?! Well, it's the same thing that got us out of that mess, thank you very much!" the raccoon retorted.
"I am Groot," interjected a large tree man.
"WHAT?!" exclaimed the raccoon as the three argued back and forth.
"Uh, guys..." the one Human on the ship said, "I'm sorry to interrupt family matters... but... I think, Rocket's hyper-warp got us off the grid..."
"Oh! Blame the little guy for all the problems with Quill's ship!" the raccoon threw up his hands.
The rest of the crew walked up to the human, to see that the ship has no star charts for the new system that they're in...
Then the large green man then pointed at the window of the ship, "If we are off the grid... then what is that Earth-Like Planet..."
"That's... Earth..." the human muttered...
"I am Groot..." the Tree Man said.
"IT'S NOT MY FAULT THAT THE MAP'S BUSTED!" the raccoon shouted.

"Star! We're going to be late!" a young boy shouted within the house.
"I'm coming, Marco!" replied a cheery young girl, "So what's got you so excited anyways?"
The young girl named Star saw what her friend, Marco, was wearing, "Uh... what?"
"Today's the Big Annual Echo Creek Geek Con!" Marco exclaimed with pride.
Star muffled her laughter at Marco's outfit, some sort of form fitting navy blue tights with a weird helmet and goggles combo... it screamed low-budget Sci-Fi.
"Oh come on!" Marco said in defeat.

Darkness...Nothing but eternal, darkness filled her vision the moment she died...At least, that was what Minako thought has happened. She felt...Hollow. Empty, at best. She couldn't feel anything...See Anything...Say anything...But she desperately wanted to, but she doesn't know how. Minako swore to become the seal which closed off Nyx, the entity which sought death in the world she once called 'home'...She misses that place. Suddenly, a bright light filled her vision, blinding her for a few moments.

And what happened in those few seconds surprised her the most. On her back, she could feel herself lying on some grass, the gentle breeze caressing her skin, and her vision soon showed a clear, blue sky...Blurry, yet it soon clears out. Minako blinked twice, taking in on what just happened. She raises her hand towards the sky, examining her hand as it came into her view...So she really was alive.

Minako soon rose up, bobbing her head to the side and stretched her arms up, she yawned as if waking up from a long, long sleep. Looking around, she realized that this wasn't Tatsumi Port Island...Where is this? As she stood up, she heard something drop to the floor; a metal, gun-like object with the letters S.E.E.S engraved on it. Minako picked it up, and the memories flooded into her.

Memories of the friends she fought for; the friends she fought with, the friends she hung out with, laughed with, and cried with...She recalled all those bonds, staring at her gun; her Evoker. Minako placed her gun back at it's holster and decided to ask for directions; mainly where she is.

She headed for the first home she could find; the door to an...Oddly mexican looking house, designed with various cacti and...Towers? Strange at it is, she decided to let it pass. Minako peered through a window to see if anyone's home...There was, in fact, two children. Perhaps they know where she is? She headed for the door, and knocked on it; knowing for a fact that someone's there.

"Marco, could you get the door? I'm busy packing up you some snacks for your trip!" Marco's mother said cheerfully.
"Mom..." Marco groaned from embarrassment before following her orders and answered the door, meanwhile Star cheerfully followed her best friend along.
Marco opened the door to find a girl in a school uniform, "Huh... You're here for the Echo Creek Geek Con too?"

Can't Stand the Pump: Nikola Tesla, Defender of Tomorrow

From his labratory in Colorado Springs, Tesla was working on a device right before the counter of his anomoly detector went off the charts. Putting on his suit, Tesla quickly flew towards the location of the distance only to be caught in a bright flash of light. When the light cleared Tesla found himself falling towards a city.

According to his readings, the city below him was Los Angeles but it was not how the scientist remembered it. It didn't take long for him to put things together. He had fallen through a time anomoly. Just before impacting with a building he activated the thrusters in his suit, swiftly sterring himself away from any possible collisions.

Landing on top of a building, the scientist began to try and get a read of the area. He needed to figure out where he was, and fast. If the time anomoly had been created by the Komulai he would need to get home as soon as possible. The city below him was not the LA he knew, it was darker, full of strange haircuts and men with really large shoulders. Even for his time-traveling adventures, this was a bit odd in the scientist's eyes.
He had been warned not to think too much about the future, but he couldn't help but wonder what historical changes would lead to such bizzare changes in style.

Under the city, there exists a railway; not just any railway, but something entirely...Different. The Metaverse is a realm of mysterious origin, yet it houses the selective subconscious...Which brings us to the beginning of our story. Deep below the city of Tokyo, The Phantom Thieves of Heart are currently heading back after finishing off a request on their Phansite, which made them busy tracking down and traversing Mementos; The Mementos is a realm which exists in the Metaverse; it is a palace which resides everyone's desires, and hearts. A dark blue van soon made it's way to a train station stop, which soon opened it's doors for everyone to get off.

One of them was a young man clad in black, wearing a white mask with the resemblance of a bird. With a smirk, he jumped on the platform along with the rest of them.

"Nice work, everyone. " The man in the mask said, looking back at the small group of various outfits. "We've all successfully carried out a change of heart." He said, fixing his gloves...

15 minutes earlier...
A young girl with short blonde hair lay sprawled up against a brick wall in the noisy downtown of Los Angeles.

This girl was the Youkai of Darkness, Rumia—born in the mystical realm of Gensokyo, and first-time visitor of Earth. Unfortunately for her, however, her vacation to the outside world was not under the best of circumstances.

Hooonk!

"Nngh..."

Rumia felt nauseous and hollow. Horrible pain spread through her whole body. Somehow, it felt both sharp and numbing simultaneously, and the pain coupled with her feelings of sickness made it all even worse for her. As her eyes forced themselves open automatically, she could only see a flat sliver of light. With a deep grimace on her face, her eyes opened further—enough for her to finally see what was in front of her, at least.

The setting was entirely new and foreign to her, yet the insecurity that might have brought under normal circumstances was the last thing on her mind.

The fact was...she was starving.

Rumia stumbled out into the street, completely ignoring the blinding light of the sun. Tears streamed down her face as the summer heat felt like a massive magnifying glass amplifying the power of the sun in order to sear a white-hot hole through her unnaturally pale face.

Rumia's right hand clung to the corner of the alley's wall. She felt along the bricks and leaned against the wall, trying to prevent her knees from buckling under and causing her to fall. She moaned in continuous pain, the light and heat of the sun making her feel incredibly weak. She swatted the air with her left hand, trying to make the sun go away somehow. She created an inky cloud of darkness just between her face and the sun, providing her with a few moments of slight temporary relief.

Up ahead and to the right was a glass door. A bright neon sign said that the place was "OPEN", yet she was illiterate, couldn't recognize the language in the first place, and was too rushed to be rational about anything. Above all else, she smelled something tempting inside: food. That was good enough for her.

SMASH!

Rumia burst through the glass door of the butchery, the smell of red meat driving her mad with hunger. Shards of glass scattered to the ground as she fell through what used to be the door and picked herself right up from the cold tile floor. Her eyes were warm, teary, and hazy. As she looked up, she immediately found a big slab of raw cow beef hanging just above her head. She stood on her tiptoes, grabbed hold of the raw food, and with her brute strength, ripped the whole thing off of its place hanging on the ceiling, causing it to hit the floor with a splat. Immediately, she sat down, leaned in, and unceremoniously dug into her food with her needle-like canines. For someone in her position, it was the best meal she had ever tasted.

All of the light in the room began to dim slowly over time, and Rumia's maniacal laughing reverberated through the walls of the building.

Having no clue where he was, Oliver had woken up on a rooftop in an urban environment. He had no recollection of how he had arrived there nor what he was doing previously to him going unconscious. He jolted up into a sitting position, then up to his feet. He clicked the comm device in his suit on his chest.

"Overwatch, come in." He grew worried when Felicity's voice didn't reply. "Overwatch, come in. Felicity?" He scanned the horizon beyond the rooftop, seeing cars and such down a string of businesses. He heard a loud crash from down below, the unmistakeable sound of glass being broken. Pushing the thoughts of the comm issues to the back of his mind, he jogged towards the edge of the rooftop and slipped over the edge, rolling as he landed to soften the impact. As soon as he came up, he turned to see the window to a butcher's shop broken open. In a split second, he drew and nocked an arrow aimed at the intruder.

"Stop! Put your hands up and turn around before you get in arrow in your shoulder," he commanded with his voice modifier active.

As Ryuji, aka Skull mentioned about Wayne Tech, Joker spots a poster on the wall, displaying an incredibly handsome man in a suit along with some advanced technology. The poster also mentions Wayne Enterprises.

"What's...?" Akira muttered, ripping the poster off the wall. He began to examine the poster, reading off the names and locations of the place. "...Gotham...Bruce Wayne?...This is new."

"Hey, Joker?" Mona, the bipedal cartoonish looking cat asked, walking over to him. "Something wrong?"

"Mona, remember what one of the shadows muttered out when we're heading back?" Akira asked, facing the cat.

"Yeah! Something about 'Batman' or..." Mona then stops, realizing something. "That...That is odd."

"What is it, Mona?" A blonde wearing a red skin-tight suit asked.

"If a Shadow naturally says things like that, then the cognition of the masses recognizes it." Mona explained, rubbing it's round chin.

"Then wouldn't that mean that this 'Wayne Tech' might've recently got famous in Tokyo?" Queen deduced, rubbing her chin.

"...Let's head back." Akira nodded to himself, heading for the stairs. "We'll find out soon enough, right?"

I just...Come from a different country, that's all." She rubbed the back of her neck as she explained. While it was true, she didn't really know how she got here. "By the way, I'm Minako. By the time Oliver had descended to the ground and stepped foot in the shop, the room was dark enough to the point of it being difficult to make out the specific features of the figure hunched over on the ground. One thing was for sure, though: it sounded like a little girl was laughing like a raving lunatic in here.

As soon as Oliver called out to the small figure in his deep, modified voice, the laughter died down. Rumia looked over her right shoulder to see where the voice was coming from. Seeing that someone was standing there at the doorway, she simply stared Oliver in the eyes. Small streams of scarlet blood trickled down the corners of her open mouth, her many sharp teeth visible to him. She muttered a few unintelligible things before tearing off another piece of fleshy beef.

The room seemed to be getting darker all on its own, too.

fm aqua.png "What do you see?" said the green unicorn, gesturing to the images floating above her.

Her niece, a blue unicorn foal, sat upon a stool in front of her. They were in the living room of this foals' parents' home. Above them, the green unicorn was magically projecting several holographic images, depicting looping "footage" of various scenes of some kind of magical battle between two other unicorns: one purple, one pink. The foal studied these images for some time, and finally answered her.

"Starlight Glimmer started with a plan. She used her knowledge of her opponent and herself, and determined the most effective way to strike at Twilight where she and her friends were most vulnerable."

"Good," said the green unicorn. "Anything else?"

The foal nodded. "When Twilight finally managed to defeat Glimmer... it wasn't with magic. She didn't engage Glimmer where she was strong."

"That's right, Aqua," answered the green unicorn. "What did she use?"

"She just... talked to her. Reasoned with her."

"Yes! Exactly. With nothing but the sound of her voice, and without casting a single spell, Sparkle defeated her opponent utterly - and not only that, but made an ally of her as well, rather than destroy her and let her vast potential go to waste."

The green unicorn paused for a moment. Her horn's glow faded, and the display above vanished from existence.

"Now listen to me, Aqua, and listen well. Unicorn, pegasus, earth pony, or griffon - it makes no difference. It is neither hoof, nor wing, nor talon, nor tooth, nor even magic that is your greatest asset. Your most powerful weapon is your mind."

"That is all, for now. You must be off to school. I have left your lunch on the counter. Go and have fun... but remember this, for it is the most important lesson you will ever learn."

The foal nodded. "Yes, auntie Fay. Thank you for teaching me." She climbed down from her stool, floated the paper sack from the counter to her mouth, where she held it, and trotted out the front door.

Only moments later, the green unicorn left as well, stopping to turn around and lock the door to the cottage. That was when she heard a familiar voice that made her cringe, the same way it did every single day.

"Good mooooorning, Miss Magnitude!" came the sing-song voice from across the street. Her neighbor, Dosey Doe, of course. She was outside tending to her flower garden, as she did every morning. The watering can she held in her mouth showered the daisies, daffodils, and lilacs with a gentle stream.

Dosey's coat and mane were pink, yellow, and more pink. Sickeningly sweet. Just the sight of her was enough to raise Force Magnitude's blood pressure. She slowly turned around, sighing. "Good morning, Miss Doe," she said, doing her best not to grit her teeth. "Your flowers are... well, they're certainly something, today."

Dosey giggled. The sound of it was enough to make Magnitude consider genocide. "Aw, you're too kind, Miss M.!" Satsified with her work, she set down the watering can and picked one of her flowers with her mouth, then trotted over to place it in Magnitude's mane.

Please no, don't let her come over here. Oh, she's - she's doing that. Just wonderful,
thought Magnitude.

"So, whatcha doin' today, Miss M.? Wanna come check out the dance class? Oh, maybe we could go to the spa after I get off work? I've got a two-for-one coouuupoonnnn~~~" said Dosey.

"No! Um, that is, no thank you, Miss Doe, you're very kind, but I'm afraid I have a full plate today. In fact, I should really be going. Perhaps... some other time?"

Hopefully, the universe comes to an end before that time arrives, thought Magnitude.

"No problem, Miss M.! I gotta get going to the dance hall. See ya later!" Dosey was already trotting away, and called this over shoulder, waving a hoof.

Magnitude let out another sigh, a long one this time. Every accursed day with this nonsense, she thought to herself. Isn't this town overdue for another disaster by now?

She made her way in to town. Even a powerful sorceress needs groceries.

To say that Codsworth wasn't unaccustomed to the far more "Supernatural" Aspects of the Commonwealth Wasteland, for he's had his fair share of encounters with the unknown. he has seen a U.F.O Crash and if you wish to know about his less sciences-fictiony encounters then just ask him about The Dunwich Borers to hear him go on about one of his & his master's more frightening adventures.

So to be suddenly dumped into a forest consisting of green trees would be one of the less strange things that had happened to him, since the return of his master, right? Nope!

This was easily the strangest situation that the robotic butler has found himself. cause he was also looking at a simply pristine schoolhouse.

"Whoever lives here, surely must be as they say a man of my own heart" Codsworth chuckled at his little joke. as he floated closer to the building question. he simply needed to learn how they had managed to keep this building in such pristine and tip-top shape, especially if the managed to scrub radiation out of the tiles.

"I think it said something like, 'Batman will come save us!' and 'OMG Akechi is bae!' or something like that." Akira said, shoving his hands onto his pockets. "Let's regroup tomorrow at the same place, same time. If everything's still the same, then we could still at least return home." Akira suggested, as Morgana, now embodying a normal cat with vibrant blue eyes climbed onto Akira's bag.

"Right. All you must be tired." Morgana mewed, poking his head out of Akira's bag. "We'll continue our investigation tomorrow."

"Okay. I'll try to find some info on the net in case something changed!" Futaba nodded with a smile, her hands behind her back.

"Same here. I'll go watch the news when I get home or somethin'." Ryuji said, resting his arms behind his head.

Soon enough, they headed their separate ways; each accompanied with someone in case the layout of the city changed...

Meanwhile, at the Bat signal...

A faceless man clad in a blue overcoat and a fedora stands beside the Spotlight, his hands shoved in his pockets. He waited for the Batman to show himself; several questions plagued him when he set foot in Gotham...Or whatever happened to it. He sensed a sudden change; and saw some things that weren't there before. He wanted to make sure that it's city's protector knows about this. In case something sinister's about to go down...But why, exactly is he worried about a change in the city's layout? THAT is the Question.

Harley Quinn: Phantom Thieves of Gotham

Having dealt with a crisis in another universe, Harleen was ready to go home. Back in her home universe, it was girl's night. Diana's hubby was watching Connor, Harleen's own sister watched Lucy and some suprised dog-sitter she'd found on Craigslist was watching Bud and Lou.
She contemplated telling her daughter the truth, about how she was really her mother and not her crazy aunt Harleen for around the sixth time today (she had been keeping count, after all) as she prepared to teleport back to her own universe. However, there was a bright flash of light and Harleen found herself standing in Gotham city, rather than the Batcave.

She rested a hand on her head "I hate it when that happens. Why does Multi-dimensional travel always give me brainfreeze?" She complained. She quickly came to her senses and started to look around.
"Gotham looks...Different. Did they really redecorate the entire city while I was away? Bats said Rome wasn't built in a day, but redecorating Gotham on the other hand...I mean, if the Flash ran around with a few buckets of paint and a really big paintbrush he might be able to pull this off."

She shrugged and spotted the Bat-signal in the sky.
"Seems like I'm needed. Girls night will have to wait, sorry Dina." She sighed, making her way towards it. She let out an annoyed sigh at the sight of the tall building... Batman apparently didn't trust her enough to give her her own grappling hook yet or at least as he put it still still had to "work on" her skills.

She climbed up the pipe, arriving at the top of the building to see a faceless man dressed in blue.
"Question?!" She asked, raising an eyebrow "I heard you died! Oh! Are you like Dina's hubby? Here from another universe? Does it have unicorns and do the cars has tutus on them?.. I'm asking for a friend." Her puzzled look quickly turned into one of excitement.

She was lying, of course about asking for a friend. Every other word that came out of her mouth was the truth, or at least her wild version of it.

Oliver kept the arrow pointed at the figure in the darkness, able to make out a small body and the smell of raw meat. He made out a small stream of blood coming from the person's mouth. He kept a tight grip on the arrow, a small syringe on the end signifying it was one of his tranq arrows. He didn't see the owner of the small shop anywhere else, so a few things that could've happened to him ran through Oliver's head.

The Hedge was a dimension full of thorns, brambles and monsters. Jolie marched through it, her eyes fixed on the path that lay in front of her and the Changling she was escourting. She was a young, pale woman with leathery bat-wings on her back and fangs. If someone saw her true form, to their eyes she might seem like a Vampire. Jolie had brushed it off as the Fae who captured her having a sick sense of humour.

The two approached an archway made of stone that was covered in grass.
"Well, this is my stop." The woman smiled
"You sure you're gonna be okay?" Jolie asked, she spoke with a soft, French accent
"I'll be fine. This part of Belfast's been a relativley safe place, for Changlings anyway ever since..." She paused "Sorry."

The roar of a beast filled their ears.
"You need to go." Jolie commanded
"What about you?" The Changling asked
"I'll be fine." Jolie replied, repeating the Changling's words in the woman's own voice. As the Changling gave her a look of disgust, Jolie shot her a playful half-smile.

She pushed the Changling through the archway and turned around to face the approaching creature. The Hedgebeast was a mixture between a lion and a bear, with the head and tail of mountain lion but the body of a bear. While it's fur was black, it was covered in grass and daisies.
"The Changling's gone. I have no quarrel with you." Jolie spoke, raising her rifle to the beast's head "Besides, we Vampires taste like merde (shit) to most other creatures."

It snarled at her and turned around, heading back down the path.

"Well, that was easy." Jolie let out a sigh of relief, lowering her rifle. A bright flash of light appeared behind her "What was it Venkman said, don't say merde like that as you'll jinx things?" She complained, shielding her eyes from the light.

That was the last thing she remebered before passing out. When she came to, she was in a sewer. As she tried to get a grip on where she was, her heightened senses pointed to something above her. There was a crash, laughter and then a man demanding that someone stand down. He also mentioned arrows.

Snapping herself back into focus, Jolie used her Celerity, climbed up a ladder and opened the manhole above her head. The butcher's shop lay in front of her, as well as the remains of it's door. Activating Obfustace, she turned invisible and approached the inside, seeing a man armed with a bow and arrow pointing it towards a young girl with short blonde hair tearing into meat with what appeared to be fangs.

From his aura, she could tell that the man was human and from the girl's bloodlust, she assumed her to be a starving Vampire. With the man's bow and arrow getup he had to be a Hunter of some kind.

While still invisible she stepped up behind him and drew her crossbow, aiming it at his back. She made sure to avoid any vital body parts or organs should things turn ugly. Against a human at this close range, a bullet would be too risky espically if the hooded man were to try anything and it would also create a lot of noise. If there were any other Hunters in the area they would surely be on top of the butcher shop within minutes.

She needed to get the girl out of there. With her hunger she could frenzy and hurt someone but at the same time she needed to get the hunter out of the way.

She revealed herself, her shadowy illusion fading and cleared her throat as she pressed the crossbow against Oliver's back.

"Robin Hood, could you put the bow and arrow down?" She asked with bitter sarcasm "I don't want to turn this butcher shop into a morque...Jesus Christ, did I really just say that?" She asked herself, out loud "Sorry, I had a friend who used to say things like. I guess you could say he rubbed off on me a bit...I don't want to hurt you but at the same time I don't want you to hurt that girl. So put down your weapon."

Feeling the weapon pressed against his back and the command to lower his bow, obviously Oliver would comply if he was a rational vigilante right? Unfortunately, those two words never go together. He slowly relieved the tension in the string and removed his arrow, moving to set it on the ground. Before he did, however, he swiped up with his bow and tried to jam the tranq arrow into the woman's leg. He immediately rolled to the side right after and came up with a regular arrowhead aimed at her chest.

Ultraverse-The Flash
Barry had entered the Speed Force, willingly giving himself up to save his world from the wrath of the Speed Force from his creating Flashpoint. Accept, something was wrong. Instead of reliving the most painful moment of his life, that being Thawne murdering his mother, he was transported somewhere else. A suburban environment. He looked down on himself, seeing that he had his Flash suit on. He looked around, knowing he was not in Central City. Further down the road, he noticed Oliver in his arrow suit facing off some woman with a crossbow. Knowing his track record, Barry assumed it was Huntress. He pulled his cowl up over his head to hide his face as yellow lightning crackled in his eyes. He took off down the street at around Mach 2 towards the commotion, yellow lightning trailing in his wake.

Jebediah Kerman

"♪This is major Jeb to K.S.C., Bill got so scared that he went pee! And it's floating in a most peculiar way!♪" Jebediah was singing. He was in the Kerbal X awaiting launch. "Oh my god SHUT UP!" yelled the fellow kerbonaut, whose name was Bill. "♪AND IM HEADING OFF TO DUNA TODAAAAAAY!!!♪" Instead of stopping, Jeb just started singing louder. "Why is he in here again?" Bill asked the third kerbonaut, Bob. "Because he knows how to fly this thing." Bob replied. The three were then cut off by a voice coming through the transmitter. "10... 9... 8... 7... 6..." Jeb started yelling in excitement. "Yay! I'm going into space! AGAIN!" He grabbed the controls and prepared for liftoff. "5... 4... 3... 2... 1..." Jeb put the throttle all the way up and started blasting through the atmosphere. "WOOOOOO HOOOOOO!!!" Within mere minutes they had already left the atmosphere. A few hours passed and they were on the way to Duna. About 9 days after the launch, there was an issue with the antenna, so they sent Jeb out to take a look at it. "B-but I'm the pilot..." Jeb mumbled. "And Bill, you're the enginee-" Bill cut him off, "Yeah, but you're the highest ranking kerbonaut on this mission." That was true. "Oh... WEL OKAY THEN!" Jeb exclaimed as he recklessly tossed his helmet on, opened the airlock, and hopped outside. "Now, time to finally get rid of that SUPER ANNOYING freak!" Bob said. As soon as he got outside, Bill and Bob shut the airlock and turned on the engines. "Guys? H-hey, where are you going?" They speeded off into the distance.
Jeb floated for a few days, 3 to be exact, but then he came to a world that looked like Kerbin. There was one minor difference though: It was ten times bigger than Kerbin.

Present day...

He slammed into the atmosphere, smiling all the way.
CRASH!!! Jeb slammed head-first into pavement, his helmet being stuck into the ground with the rest of his body sticking out. He was fine, but he was also stuck. His body started wriggling about as he tried to get loose, but couldn't. He wondered where he was and how he got here. He remembered how Wernher von Kerman said somthing about a rouge wormhole...

"I said put your hands up, now!" he commanded.

Rumia stood up from her seat on the floor, shoving a slice of beef in her mouth at the same time. After she had swallowed it whole, she took a good, long look at who this man was. He was dressed unlike anything she had ever seen before, and she was in a place unlike any she had visited.

The girl smiled. Under normal circumstances, it might have been perceived as something comforting, but here, it only added to the uneasiness of everything.

Rumia spread her arms into a "T" pose, her fingers wiggling around slightly.

Just as Rumia considered speaking, something else happened.

All of a sudden, another figure stepped out from the shadows. ...Was it really a human, or was it another youkai encroaching on her prey?

Feeling the weapon pressed against his back and the command to lower his bow, obviously Oliver would comply if he was a rational vigilante right? Unfortunately, those two words never go together. He slowly relieved the tension in the string and removed his arrow, moving to set it on the ground. Before he did, however, he swiped up with his bow and tried to jam the tranq arrow into the woman's leg. He immediately rolled to the side right after and came up with a regular arrowhead aimed at her chest.

During the commotion, Rumia reached up to grab another piece of meat near the ceiling, and she casually tore into it. Their words was completely lost on her—it was all unintelligible gibberish to her.

The moment Oliver had turned his arrow in the direction of the Jolie's chest, the once dimly-lit room suddenly became pitch-black dark. If neither of them had some way to see in complete darkness, then they wouldn't have been able to see thier own hands in front of their faces, let alone the exit. A small fit of giggling rang from the hollow interior of the store.

"You're the type of humans I can eat, right? Outsiders...may I eat the ones standing before me? I'm still hungry, you know...did you come here to be my food?"

Rumia's voice was not one of intimidation. Instead, it was rather inquisitive in nature.

Jolie Baptiste- Ultraverse

Jolie, using her Celerity that was still active after climbing out of the sewers caught the tranq arrow in her left hand.
"You think you're the first Hunter I've fought?" She asked with a sigh, staring at the arrow trained at her chest "You guys always..." She paused, hearing something approaching the butcher shop with her heightened senses. Whatever it was, it was approaching quickly yet without causing damage to the street around it.

It couldn't be a Mage. In order to run at such speeds they'd risk being discovered by regular humans and suffering the consequences of a paradox, as her Mage friend had put it paradoxes were reality's way of telling Mages to get their shit together. An Elder Vampire or powerful Alpha Werewolf could possibly run at such speeds, but only a really, really old Vampire or a Werewolf who had made a deal with multiple, powerful spirits.

A Vampire would have no need for the aid of a hunter to set a trap for her and she would have been able to smell the Werewolf. Changlings were out too, but their creators were not. A horrifying idea crossed her mind. Although multiple Fae had agreed to the deal, others could work around it.

The Hedgebeast, the bright light and now this hunter targeting a child Vampire. It was all a trap.

"You teamed up with a Fae!?" She snapped "You complete bite (cock)!" She snapped the arrow in half and threw it at her feet. There was no chance of her escaping if she ran, and if she stood and fought the Fae it would rip her apart...

Her train of thought was interupted by the child Vampire finally speaking, as well as the room growing darker. Seeing in the dark was second nature to Vampires, espically to the Mekhet who were known for working well in the shadows.
"I'm not human, I'm like you." She explained "You know what you are, right?" She spoke in a calming tone, slowly walking towards the child "As for him, you can't eat him even if he is a bite. Besides, I need to ask him a few questions."

Ultraverse-Green Arrow
Darkness. That's all Oliver saw after the little girl had finally emerged. The woman had apparently caught his arrow and avoided the blow from his bow, and didn't seem the least bit fazed. She spoke a lot of nonsense that he didn't know anything about. Fae? Not human? Was she a meta? Was this little girl a meta? That's when things went dark. Oliver couldn't see anything. He retracted his arrow and placed it in his quiver from muscle memory. He grabbed the arrow next to it in his quiver and slammed it into the ground, it exploding in a bright flash of light and sparks. Since he was facing the window that he entered in when he had the arrow aimed at the woman who ambushed him, he darted in that direction to try and leave, only to be whisked away by a red blur followed by a trail of yellow lightning.
