Standing at 4'5" with fair skin and a small, slim frame that often gets her mistaken for an Elementary Schooler, Irie has black hair and dark-brown eyes.

Irie Etherite

Nickname: Demon's Tongue or, by a certain populace that won't be mentioned, 'Mistress'.
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Heterosexual, but highly uninterested

Former Occupation: College Student (BoS: Psychology)

Personality:

Irie is cold and serious in nature, finding little time for/interest in interpersonal relationships, games, and generally what most people would consider 'fun'. Instead, she favors a firmly set schedule towards success in her life, following it to the tee and making changes to her surroundings to fit. When someone gets in the way of that schedule... Then things take a turn for the worse. Despite her small (emphasis on small) frame, Irie has a big mouth, and is more than capable of giving people a piece of her mind should the situation call for it.

Perhaps due to her personality and unbreakable will when it comes to punctuality, she gained a small following (read as 'Perverts') in her University, who would often interfere with her schedule to get verbally or physically abused. Due to that, Irie has a great deal of experience of using words to garner results (i.e clear the obstructions to continue following her schedule), and even before her college days she made use of her intellect (which often earned her authority) for a similar effect.

Fears:

- Losing control over a situation wrought by her own deeds

- Not having the power to uphold her lifestyle

- Being forced to act/take actions contrary to her character

Aspirations:

- To gain a position of great Authority, one that would make it impossible for others to getting in the way of her schedule

- To create the perfect schedule (accomplished on Earth, but now in total chaos)

Magic: Psionic Command

'Psionic' refers to using Psychic abilities to create paranormal phenomena, with Telekinesis or Foresight being well-known examples. 'Psionic Command' is the ability to create commands, usually verbalized, that cause the effect described to occur in the real world. For example, if Irie spoke the Command «Kneel», those in earshot would be heavily compelled to kneel, and the Command «Get out of my way, scum» would have an obvious effect. Commands not spoken have weaker effects, and they can usually only effect non-sentient objects (for example: using the Command ‹Fall› on a stalactite would cause it to break off and fall, but it would not effect a Human unless verbalized). Different from Mind Magic or Telekinesis however, Psionic Commands can have a wide variety of effects; ‹Create: Stone›, for example, would disobey the Law of Conservation of Mass and create a stone out of thin air.

It should be noted, however, that the ability to be used in a variety of situations comes at a cost... Most notably the Commands' individual strengths. This is most visible when Psionic Commands are used to mimic Magic. Take the simple fire spell 'Fireball', for example. While Mages can cast it almost immediately, users of Psionic Commands need to create three Commands:  ‹Create: Fire›, ‹Form: Ball›, and ‹Accelerate›. In this example's case, the difference between the two fireballs would be the Cast Time (Mage > P.C.), Fireball Strength (Mage > P.C.), Ability to Manipulate After Discharge (P.C. > Mage) and Mana Cost (P.C. > Mage) -- there's also the difference in mental fatigue gained through the Fireball, with the Mage obtaining near-nothing, and the Command user suffering heavily. Indeed, Psionic Commands primarily make use their user's mental fortitude over Mana, so in the end, mimicking spells is often a terrible idea.

Like all Psionic abilities, Psionic Commands don't work on individuals with strong wills, and certain Commands towards sentient beings will fail 100% of the time (like «Die» or «Suffer» for example). Due to the high flexibility of Commands, however, the same results can be gained through different Commands («Fall» when the target is near a cliff, for example). Also, commands' strength in general varies depending on their user's mental state, and Commands cannot hypnotize their targets, or change their way of thinking. Commands simply compel sentient beings' bodies to obey the P.C.'s will (which is why individuals with stronger wills can rear control over their bodies before they comply). In that way, it can be said that Psionic Commands 'only work on objects' -- with 'objects' including both physical and ethereal items.

Overuse of Psionic Commands will result in a large amount of mental strain, and Commands which heavily defy the laws of the world they're implemented in (object generation commands like ‹Create: Stone›, as an example) cause an exceedingly large amount of fatigue. With training, the accumulation of mental strain over time and the amount of Mana used in the process will decrease, while the power of her Commands in general will increase... But the training for Psionic Commands require reaching or breaking the limit of one's mental endurance, making it something akin to mental torture that renders its user unconscious for several days (most of the time, at least).

Equipment:

Irie's equipment is monochromatic with bronze metal plating at certain points. It consists of an overcoat, boots, gloves, and other such dress-wear(IMG); her overcoat includes a hood(IMG), but it's usually tucked away. Irie was also given a mask(IMG) with the effects of fortifying its user's mind, but she prefers to wear it to the side (like this), ensuring that its affects are in play but her view isn't obstructed.

Current Location: Northern Port City Reeves - Black Market District
Reeves is a city where the temperature is cold and the people are colder. This Northern port city isn't actually much of a port city, given the fact that the waters that surround its Northernmost half are frozen over, and trade between it and other ports/cities/countries is... Scarce, to say the least. So, how does such a city continue to exist under the Kingdom's banner, you ask? Simple: it's only run by the Kingdom in name. In actuality, Reeves is run by bands of Thieves, Bandits, Assassins, and neerdowells, with its public order being near nonexistent and its security being completely so. Its Black Market is vast, and anything from foreign Princesses sold into slavery to common pocket lint is for sale, so it's filled with a variety of (bad) people from a variety of (bad) places.

If you were to ask one of the more noble gentlemen in other cities about the kind of place Reeves is, they would usually reply along the lines of 'A cesspool of sin' or 'A dark stain on our great Kingdom'. Its existence is only tolerated due to the inability of freeing the city, what with the Demon Invasion going on. It's widely agreed the only 'good' thing about Reeves is its peoples' understanding of equivalent exchange, and contrary to what many think about the dealings made in this vile city, the deals made in Reeves are quite fair... So long as you pay attention to the fine print, that is.

"Heroes, please save the world!" the Princess said.

Irie replied with "You took me away... From my perfect schedule... To do what, you #$@%#@#%-- (extend with 3 lines of curses) --?!"

That makes Irie a Backturner.

Love her, hopefully someone create a Masochist character for... fun  she's accepted!

Ps: I think you should restrict her power more by adding that she cannot tell someone to kill/harm themselves or it would be too OP.
