This RP is to be set in a sprawling city divided up by walls into districts. The wealthy run everything while the poor are left to starve. In this city anything goes if you have the money and life is cheap.

Please note that this RP may take a while to get up and running as I am running another RP and I am somewhat busy IRL. Please be patient with me.
