VoR-893, or The Crudely Drawn Child, is an entity that manifests itself as a typical .png file. By default, the image shows what appears to be a humanoid figure with its head lowered, smiling. Once the image is edited in any matter using different programs, however, saved, and opened up again, it will change in nature. A list of examples goes as follow:
- Input: A gun was drawn over the image.
- Output: The figure within the image holds the same gun up into the sky.
- Input: A plate with some various foods on it is put to the side of the child.
- Output: The plate appears empty and the humanoid figure appears slightly fatter.
Artifact History:
In Kentucky, May 14 2004, a 7-year-old child named Timothy [REDACTED] was using a program called Microsoft Paint. In an act of drunken rage, his father beat and accidentally killed the child as he was drawing.
The .png file was later discovered on the computer by Child Protective Services, and handed over to the Vault.
