Also how extensive is the resurrection part? Is there like a time limit before a body is too far gone for it to work or does that not matter? Are injuries from before death that aren't directly connected healed too? So say an amputee or someone who lost their sight due to a disease gets rezzed do they get those fixed?

And an excellent question! No the amount of time between death and resurrection doesn't matter, provided the Incarnate that spawned upon your death is still kicking you can be brought back from it. And sadly no, you'll be brought back exactly how you were before death. But I.C.E has top of the range prosthetics, so should you need any limbs replacing they've got you covered.
