That's ok. It's not a requirement to have more than one character, and you can even make other characters later in the rp if you feel like it.

They can be pretty nearly anything, as there are many different versions of any world they could come from. They can even be from the same world, but from a different time period. I'm actually considering making a Depression Era hobo for this one.

As long as they can communicate with the other characters, it should be fine, though I don't recommend making a character that's under the age of 8 if they're a normal Earth human. Others are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Yeah, she's actually a character from a dream I had. I figured she'd make a great rp character, especially for an rp that relies on weirdness like this one.
