In an attempt to avoid me not seeing a notification for you, send your RP ideas/requests to me via PM! My notifications are wonky but my PMs seem to work most of the time.

Hello, everybody. I am Dumbledoof, or known as other aliases, such as; Dark, Deathrattle BB, deathslicers... the list goes on. My Internet names vary far and wide. I am 21 years old, male, and usually, have too much free time on my hands. This is just a general search for anything that you or I may come up with!

First, some ground rules:

• I expect you to help me build the world around us as well! I'm extremely into world building, and being the only one pushing a story forward is a complete turn-off. That is the quickest way for me to leave an RP. Bring your own ideas, your own plots, I want to see you tell your story!
• I ask that you be okay with dark themes. There may be some gore, there will almost definitely be violence, and I may want to explore additional things as well. I'm completely okay with all things, tell me your limits before we start if you have any, please. The last thing I want to do is make anyone uncomfortable.
• Please be at least 18 years of age. I am 25 years old. RPing with anyone below 18 makes me uncomfortable.
• Please be respectful and courteous. Also, if you have to leave the RP for whatever reason, I would prefer if you told me, but it is not a requirement. Life can sometimes catch us off-guard, it happens with me sometimes.
• I can play male or female. I'm most experienced with FxF and MxF, but I can do MxM as well.
• I live in the EST timezone! I am a night owl however, as my job operates at that time. My job does have me busy through the entire night, however, so I can do some stuff in early mornings sometimes, usually 10 AM to 12 PM is when I'm home from work and just before bed. Maybe a post during my 30 min lunch break. This does also mean that my post times can be a bit sporadic, as my job does tax me some, it may lead to sometimes week long delays. I'm sorry in advance when this happens, I'm fine with being poked about it, I don't bite!
• The most reliable way of contacting me is through my Discord (Dumbledoof as well!), and also through PMs on here. Do not leave a comment on this post, the likelihood on me noticing it in a timely manner are low. Also, please, when you send me a friend request or something, please also be sure to tell me if you're contacting me from this search thread. I don't accept random requests if I don't know who it is or what it's for! You can also tell its me by having the same profile picture as on RPN.
• I like making friends with all of my RP partners, so expect OOC banter! Especially if you chat with me on Discord. Dumbledoof btw, shoot me a message!
• Unfortunately, I am both dyslexic and have ADHD. THIS MEANS THAT I MAY MISREAD WHAT YOU POST SOMETIMES! It won't hurt my feelings if you point it out, I'll just rewrite what I put down! The ADHD side of things means that I will forget about the RP if it isn't a constant reminder through OOC chat, or just poking me. A poke once a day at the times I've posted above that I'm generally available will mean a post once a day!

  This is for us just making our own RP. A custom world, deciding on pairings, whatever else that comes with it. I want a partner who can contribute as much as me for these things, it can get a bit annoying doing it all myself.

  Just some things that have, at some point, come to my mind! They're usually just tiny ideas for laying a foundation to an RP. They're an ordered list, so for simplicity's sake, you can just tell me the number if you pull from this list! More shall be added as I think of them!
  
  1. A time traveler and an immortal person meet each other throughout various points of life.
  2. The world is occupied by a secret society of fantastical creatures, living amongst humans in harmony. This'll go smoothly, won't it?
  3. Two ordinary people are plunged into a magical land full of mysteries, where they must go dungeon crawling, gathering power, to survive and find a way back home.
  4. A war between Heaven and Hell finds its way onto Earth, where humanity must fend off both sides if it wishes to survive. The Endwar is here.
  5. A godlike being living amongst mortals.
  6. Superhero or supervillain stuff!
  7. Humans have brought about the apocalypse. With humanity's numbers dwindling, those who are left must survive in a world they no longer rule, scavenging for what's left.
  8. Space exploration, visiting many different worlds, meeting different creatures, and more.
  9. An angel and demon find comfort in each other through the endless war between Heaven and Hell.

  Undertale - Wartale
  The war between monsters and humans is happening. Unlike the normal timeline, the monsters are winning--until the humans unveil an ace up their sleeve. A monster captured near the beginning, tortured and abused until they would do their bidding without question, infused with the power of human SOULs, was unleashed on them. This secret weapon was enough to grossly turn the tide of the war, sending the monsters packing. Project MAD is a weapon without equal. How can they compete with them?
  
  By bringing MAD back to their side, show them who they used to be. The story begins with their recent return, seeing the truth and overcoming the mind alterations the human's magic performed of their mind. Now they must rely on the one who had previously crippled them to save them from certain doom. Can the monsters turn the tide of the war, or will they be forced Underground?
  
  (Uses OCs--the one I will be using being Project MAD. You may use any you wish, even an overpowered one, but don't be overbearing with them. Play any canon you wish as well!)

  Dead Space - Other Survivors
  What happened to Isaac Clark can't be the only story, right? Many others fell victim to the spiderweb that is the Markers and the heinous Necromorphs. This will be a tale of that, following the story of another individual aboard the space station in Dead Space 2, or on the research expedition aboard Tau Volantis, or... our own setting, fighting to survive the necromorph outbreak.
  
  (Uses OCs. I'm not going to be very picky on what we do here, it's a bit of open interpretation!)

  My Hero Academia - Midoriya but overpowered I guess??
  My Hero Academia is a different breed simply due to the fact that the main protagonist remains exceptionally underpowered compared to many of their classmates throughout much of the series. This idea revolves around exploring a different path, much more like All Might--Midoriya will be capable of using One For All at 100% without causing himself physical harm, but in contrast, such vast power means that he is far more liable to harm everybody else around him instead. This will involve more of a balancing act of not accidentally committing manslaughter than anything else.
  
  My preferred pairings, if that's something you want, tends to lurk towards Tsuyu x Midoriya, or Ochako x Midoriya. Tentatively can do Midoriya x Bakugo, but I won't be playing Bakugo. Any others... you can try and convince me!
  
  (OCs are welcome for this, but I will personally be playing Midoriya. Romance is optional, but I would prefer MxF. FxF is an option but that would mean genderbending Midoriya.)
  
  My Hero Academia - Heroes of the USA
  Japan isn't the only place with superpowered heroes. All other parts of the world have it as well, and we really don't get to see much of them! Why not build something new and interesting on the other side of the world? I say the United States because it is the place that I'm most familiar with, but we could realistically do anywhere else as well.

  Dragonball - An Alternate Story
  The Saiyans are not the evil, malevolent, and especially violent race that the main canon sets them as. Oh, they're certainly angry individuals still, but they fight more for protection than for conquering. A strange new force is emerging out of the shadows to show everyone what strength truly is, many other races becoming entangled in the war that will soon follow. Who will rise up to combat these new, strange combatants, and their seemingly overwhelming power?
  
  (Uses OCs! This stands as a total overhaul of the main story. There will be no Goku, Vegeta, etc. for probably quite a while, if at all. This will also use many custom races, both enemies and friendly alike. Message me if you want to know more!)

  Sonic the Hedgehog - Your Typical Eggmanland Scheme
  Eggman is up to his usual antics again! This time, however, he plans to make use of the Master Emerald once more to power all of his machines. To do this he needs a specific individual, of a clan of Mobians thought to be extinct--the Stone Bear Clan. The original creators of the Master Emerald, and through its powers, also the Chaos Emeralds. They lived in harmony with the echidna tribe, who they entrusted the protection of these gems to. When the time came for the extinction of the Knuckles Tribe, the Stone Bear Clan met a similar fate. All except for one.
  
  Dusty the Bear has no idea that he became the new host for the Master Emerald, an individual endowed with some of its power, alongside sharing a dual consciousness with the vast mind of the Master Emerald. Through them, if coerced, one can then control the Master Emerald. It will do anything to protect its bonded patron. Eggman steals the Master Emerald and uses it to threaten them into coming to him. If the Master Emerald is shattered, Dusty will die with it.
  
  This leads to him having to work together with Sonic and the crew to save the Master Emerald, stop Eggman's plans from coming to fruition, and to save himself.
  
  (Uses OCs! Main cast characters are all available as well, up to your choosing. I'll personally play either Sonic or Tails. You are free to bring in your own OCs if you wish to!)

  World of Warcraft - Classic Journey
  This is less of a plot and more of making our own way through the established World of Warcraft. I think it would be really cool to RP our way through the world, moving through the various storylines and interconnected and disconnected plots of the world! A true rise from zeroes to heroes of the Alliance or Horde. This can have plots of our own making, or following the questlines that exist in the game already. I'm more than capable of leading quite a bit here, having done most of the quests in the game myself.
  
  This plot entails the both of us making brand new characters to play. We'll be starting completely fresh, somewhat like a band of adventurers in a D&D campaign. Pick whatever race/class combo that you want, as long as you are able to make it work! Multiclass may also be a possibility if we wanna go down that route.
  
  As a side note, this can go in either a realistic direction or a more amusing one. I thought of two variants of this; one where the characters are alive, but realize they're in a video game, and thus we play like we are legitimately playing the game. "You want me to take Improved Shouts? No way, make the paladin take Improved Blessing of Might, he isn't doing damage anyway!"
  
  Or this is a totally realistic version where they're just living through the World of Warcraft. No stat shenanigans and the like. It's up to you which sounds more entertaining!

  Bioshock - Rapture and Columbia Colliding
  More of a general idea than a real story that I've been thinking about. This one is where, through the meddling of Elizabeth, Comstock, and the Lutece twins, Rapture and Columbia collide with each other in unexpected ways now. The ability to manufacture the tears in reality lead to people being displaced. Vox populi stuck in Rapture, maybe even a Big Daddy (or Big Sister) and Little Sister get trapped in Columbia.
  
  Personally, I'm more interested in playing as a Big Daddy or Big Sister, whatever may work the best, surviving amidst the war in Columbia from the events of Bioshock Infinite, similar in style of Bioshock 2. Probably not specifically Delta, but a different one. Big Daddy vs Handyman, anybody? Either way, if you're interested, DM me!

  Harry Potter - Wish Upon a Star
  This is also a bit of a structured general idea, with a single spell taken from Dungeons & Dragons—Wish. The ultimate spell exists, one that is capable of reshaping reality if you know how to do it, but it's been hidden, all traces of it removed from the world, locked away for its power. But some dark wizards still believe in the existence of such a spell, only known as Wish. With the capability of destroying any foe, removing any obstacle, granting yourself untold riches and power, it is clear as day as to why anyone would abuse this.
  
  But such a spell was isolated for a reason. After the defeat of Voldemort and everything returning to some semblance of normalcy, there is yet another rise of another dark group seeking this spell, colloquially known as the Wishseekers. Some among them are willing to do anything for it.
  
  And it should come as no surprise to no one, then, as one of the keys to this spell would make its appearance once again. The Guardian Wand, said to be created by the very Wish spell, acting as key to wherever the lock may be. As with all wands of priceless legacy, it landed itself in Ollivander's store, to be eventually handed out.
  
  And of course it also lands in the hands of a young wizard of muggle birth, where their family had long diverged from the magical world due to Squibbing, rejoining again with their first magical child in several generations.
  
  This will be starting after the events of the Harry Potter series, with some new characters, some returning ones, such as the teachers at Hogwarts. I'm looking to do something longterm that we both can have a lot of fun with!

  Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss - I don't actually know what to title this one
  
  This is a setting that I've actually been wanting to do an RP in a lot lately. It can be a story within the setting, or slice of life adventures throughout it. The only character I have even a modicum of experience in playing as is Alastor currently, but I feel like I could tackle Stolas or Blitzo as well! As per usual with me, I'm more interested in OC stuff.
  
  This is a setting that I'll actually double up with somebody for! If you're willing to play Cherri Bomb (I love this character idk why) and do romance stuff with my own OC, Azrael, I'll play whatever with you as well. I have some ideas for story things if you're interested in such, like war reigniting between Heaven and Hell, Earth being turned into a battleground, and some more stuff as well. Otherwise, slice of life is probably the deal unless you come at me with your own ideas! Let's plot something together!

  Angel x Demon - Soulmates
  Soulmates are real in the world. Everybody's got one, many dedicating their entire lives to finding their soulmate. Some word or symbol, numbers linked to a time or place, sometimes even their soulmate's first or last name, are emblazoned on a person's arm that would indicate where they will meet their soulmate. Some find their soulmates early, others will find them exactly as described. Yet you never really know who will be on the other side.
  
  Heaven and Hell have been at war with each other since the beginning of time. Angels and demons battling, good versus evil, or so everyone likes to think. They've been fighting for so long that nobody even remembers what really began the war; the details have been lost to time. Despite all of this, never has a demon or an angel been together. They've found some of their soulmates within humanity, but never with each other. Until now.
  
  Azrael, one of the oldest archangels, has never found their soulmate. On their arm has been the name of their soulmate since the start of the universe. Her comrades have all found theirs already... but she is still waiting. What is supposed to be a routine trip to Earth to bring wayward souls to their afterlives, Azrael finds them. They're not who she expected.
  
  Her soulmate is a demon!?

Our characters would (You) a member of one of the strongest noble families. Your magic would be the strongest in generations of your family and you have great responsibilities and expectations to live up too. My character would be born without magic (something never to have happened in history) and thus among the lowest class. However, our two characters will have been strong friends since either could remember, despite the differences.

The story would begin with the two discovering a cave outside one of the main kingdoms and accidentally breaking an ancient seal. The result is a source of magic is fused to my character's soul, granting him magic for the first time. However with the seal broken, dragons begin to awaken across the world. Our two characters will have to begin a journey of self discovery as your character discovers and awakens their true powers just as mine does. However my character will also be fighting to remain in control as a another soul as bound to my character along with magic.

This will all happen while the threat of a new Dragon/Human war looms on the horizon.

Dorms and everything. What in the world is she going to do, and how are the boys going to handle this? Will she have to wear the boys uniform? Insert chaos here.

Hello, everybody, I'm back at it with another partner search. I should probably make a permanent thread for this that I bump and put a link in my profile to at some point. Anywho, let's just begin.

First, some ground rules:

• I only ask that you at least do a single, 3 - 5 sentence paragraph. I don't need anymore, and I may be somewhat disappointed with any less. Now, there is a bit of leeway here when some responses just don't need much, maybe a sentence at most. In these cases, I'm completely okay with one-liners or just anything less than a paragraph.
• Please have a decent grasp of the English language. I want to be able to read it, not have to decipher every sentence.
• I ask that you be okay with dark themes. There may be some gore, there will almost definitely be violence, and I may want to explore additional things as well. I'm completely okay with all things, tell me your limits before we start if you any, please.
• While I would like you to be around my age (18), I couldn't care about it if you're a good partner.

I usually will either meet the length of the post of my partner or occasionally go above it. As for how many times I post, it depends on how much time I have on my hands. I'm currently in school so one a day or normal on the week days, while weekends will usually see much greater activity from me in the form of much faster replies, and typically multiple times a day.
