Advice/Help If your interest check gets ratings should you post the RP?

So I made two interest checks for RPs and one of them hasn't gotten any comments but it has gotten some ratings for it being a great idea. However, I'm not sure what to do with this. If all I got was ratings and no comments should I make the RP or not?

I would imagine those who you received positive ratings from having some interest in the roleplay. So, perhaps you might take the chance a create it? It might be that they are interested in the content and wish to see more information or see how things play out before officially joining. ​

I suggest you tag those people and request confirmation about whether they were expressing interest

I rate threads with 'great idea' if I think it's a good concept, but that doesn't necessarily mean I'm interested. Maybe it's not my type of thing or I don't have the time, but I want the GM to realize that it's an awesome idea, and I hope it works for them. I'd definitely do what Idea suggested, either tag them or PM them and see if they're actually interested, or if they just love the idea.
