You take the person above you and rate them out of ten, based on well you know them/to what degree yoi regconize them.

Example:

Person A: 3/10 - Your username is vaguely familiar and I think I've seen one of your posts somewhere
Person B: 9/10 - We VM all the time, and have been roleplaying together for a long time now
Person C: 5/10 - I've seen a bunch of your posts, but I've never interacted with you personally.
And so on... Make sense?
