Help How to use Height Restrict?

I am trying so hard, but I can't figure out how to use it. I'm using the tutorial, but what do I put in the 'OPTION' area? I've tried a number of pixels (300px), and I've tried just using the word 'small,' but neither work.

You do not need the 'px'.

Oh dear, it turns out my entire issue was that I didn't put the 'e' in the first heightrestrict.

I need to get better at proofreading.
