If you marked the forums as read (I'm assuming there was a mistake in your question), there is no way to revert it back to 'unread.' The only area where one can mark as unread are for personal alerts.

No problem. I wouldn't worry about marking forums as read, it just means the titles for the threads won't be bolded for you. X3 You watched content will remain intact and you can just review read alerts under the alerts section of your account ;3
