Help How to Make Table of Contents for a Post?

So when exploring some of the threads in the looking for partners section, I noticed that some people are able to add like a table of contents to their post.

It's a bit hard to explain without an example but think of like when you open a new tab on your browser window. I've seen that some people here are able to make multiple tabs within a singular post that helps them to better organize their post.

I definitely would like to do something like that, as my eventual post I'll make with my ocs bios will look pretty messy if I don't try to do something like that.

So does anyone know how someone like me can do something like that? Thanks
