How High Can We Count Without A MOD?

The number in the modern numeric system based upon ancient arabian mathematical principles, which is known as a whole number, that is, being an undivised, distinctly 'full' representation that can be used to accurately count individual objects in practice in real-life, which is known to come before the larger number of twelve which can be used to represent twelve individual objects, and just after the number known as ten, which is the start of two-digit numbers and can be used to represent ten individual objects.
