There are two tags for spoilers, ISPOLER and SPOILER
ISPOILER makes your text look like this

To do it you need to surround your text with two tags ISPOILER
The SPOILER tag looks like this
For this one you need to surround text with tags SPOILER
You can also write your own text instead of 'Spoiler' for this one
All of this can also be done with buttons in text editor.
(The screenshot is from desktop. for mobile you need to look for the same icons)
