I'm currently seeking a co-GM or several to help me run a fantasy adventure group. I have recieved and accepted one application for the position, but I feel like we will need more help on the creativity front to make this work.

Is there anything I can do to improve this ad and attract more potential helpers?

THE AD

I really love DnD fantasy, although I don't mean the actual lore of DnD. What I love is fantasy settings with diverse races, where technology exists in an ambiguous state while distinctly lacking modern touches, and where adventuring is a viable job. I've GM'd DnD 5e a few times and even gave a try at a text-based roleplay group for it in the past, but I have trouble keeping the story going. So this time I'm looking for help in managing the group / campaign.

About Me
My name is Bastion (DoodlerBee for art). I'm 28, agender (he/him), and autistic. I'm unemployed due to disability and rarely go out for the same reason, so roleplay is my main form of socializing. On the bright side, I guess, this means I have a lot of free time and can really dedicate myself to this group. On the down side, my energy levels are unpredictable and may require me to take a break at times. I value communication above all else, so if I need to step away I will tell you.

I love fantasy and worldbuilding. I try to create worlds with diverse races and cultures, drawing inspiration from folklore and the animal kingdom. I love creating settings where physics are strange, such as flat worlds where you can sail right off the edge. I never make evil races or creatures, just individuals. Even then, when things are doing harm, there's usually a reason, such as a resource scarcity.

About the Group
I only have loose concept for the setting and plot at the moment, since I want to leave space for my co-GM(s) to shape things as well.

This will be a DnD-inspired / aesthetic world. The world is full of diverse fantasy races, magic touches everyday life, and technology is weird in that they use bows and swords but also there are machine people. The cast will consist of members of an adventuring guild, taking on odd jobs revolving around magic and dangerous creatures. The intention is to create a set-up that allows players to dip in an out as needed, with minimal issue.

Character sheets will include stats, skills, and abilities, but we will not be using dice. These details are intended to act as a guide for what characters are capable of and to determine how situations go through the use of passive checks (like passive wisdom in DnD.) We will likely deviate from DnD, while using it as inspiration for the foundation of the mechanics.

Writing requirements: 3rd person, past tense. 1 paragraph minimum per reply. Basic grammar.
Activity requirements: Minimum 1 reply every 3 days. May adjust this.

GM Requirements
Communication
. Will actively communicate when there are issues, whether it be with the plot, worldbuilding, my behavior, or anything else.

Participation. Will actively participate in and contribute to worldbuilding, plotting, and group management.

Acceptance. Will not discriminate against others due to their race, sexuality, gender, disability, religion, or other such things.

Leadership. Will take the lead during the roleplay, by writing the starter and keeping scenes moving.

Applying
Please contact me with an introduction to yourself and any ideas you have for the group.

Your introduction should include the basics (name, age, ect.) as well as something about your life and/or interests outside roleplaying.
