Divs use CSS, which you can find good resources for on MDN and W3S

I'm sorry that I'm asking so many questions but I have two more:
1. How do you make hidden scrolls?
2. I've seen some codes where the tabs are in one column/div and the content for each tab is in another column/div. How do you do that?
