Realistic or Modern Historic Meiji Roleplay

I need like two more members for an ADVANCED Meiji Transitional Period roleplay. I'm so serious I want advanced that I'm not even going to link the roleplay yet.

So here. I'll link it. The roleplay is extremely barebones, purposely. It's mean to give you leeway in making characters, and writing your own page of history.
