Enhanced Condition - Chuck has strength, endurance, and speed higher than most humans. Not enough to be placed on a superhero scale, but significant.
Reflexes - His years of moving around as a cowboy protecting his life and his years of training as a samurai have turned his reflexes into the sharpest in the Wild West and the Far East.
Skills:
Swordsmanship - Yukimura can handle a katana like nobody else. He's been able to go against world masters and come out with no scratches on his armor.
Proficient w/ Revolver - Chuck knows how to use his revolver just as well, and can take out several targets in just a few seconds.
Weaknesses:
Human - Chuck is still human, and isn't omnipotent. He can be ambushed or overwhelmed and killed.
