I'm new but I want to start rping or posting stuff and make friends but how I sorta get the rp stuff but is there a place were I can create my OCs or just be funny and post stupid stuff like this.

You can post your media in a album; Media
You can host your characters here; Character Feedback

Generally, the 'stupid stuff' ( as you called it X3 ) which is content that isn't a roleplay, tutorial, discussion, etc would go into forumgames. Just be careful to not spam/flood. I'd recommend taking a look at the FAQ.

You can also put characters in the Private workshop. But only you and staff (if needed) can see it.
