When a hero had abused their children and hadn't gone to jail due to their influence and money. This along with his opinions and past drove him off the edge, realizing that death is the only correct punishment for such acts.

He has a bowl cut bangs and hair cut close to his head, with Light brown hair that has a single curl on the top left side of his hair. He has a light tan and green eyes. On his neck, he always has a thin pale blue infinity scarf and a white sweater that is a few sizes bigger than needed. He then wears black skinny jeans and green tennis shoes.

Mamoru has a very mother like personality. He is can be very kind and thoughtful to a fault. But when it comes to certain things he can be very protective, like a mother bear over her cubs. But due to that, he is very stubborn about things which cause him to but heads with people of the opposite side. Of course, he can change from that in an instant. When he is on the job he becomes more sadistic as he loves to watch his 'prey' suffer. He becomes a bit trigger happy as well, which has caused him to almost be captured due to slip-ups.
Backstory:
when he was young his father neglected him when his mother left when he was ten years old. when he turned 13 his father was caught and sentenced to jail for the neglect. Mamoru's new guardian, Segan, who turned out to also be neglectful. Though Mamoru didn't care too much anymore as he was used to being independent. Due to this, he wanted to be a hero who people could depend on, unlike his father and guardian.
At 17 he was doing an apprenticeship for a hero when he found that same hero abusing his child. When he was sent to the trail he was proven not guilty due to his team of Lawyers. That was what sent Mamoru over the edge, how heroes could get away with something like that due to the amount of money they possessed. He finished High School, leaving the hero life behind he began to track down Child abusers. One time when he was finished with the couple who he found out was neglecting and beating their daughter. He had looked around and found her, telling her what she needed to do to finally be free when she instead asked if he could help her, since she was 19 when he had found her. He said yes, and he stayed with him for 3 years before she left for college. She nicknamed him 'Okaasan' due to how motherly he was which stuck with him. During their last year before she had left he adopted. Slowly but surely he had taken in seven kids including her. Currently 22 he doesn't plan to adopt any more kids, legally anyway.

Bubble!
It allows the user to make three Types of bubbles. The Pink ones have spikes that come out of its sides, the Blue ones are stronger than the others and are defense bubbles, and the green bubbles are healing bubbles.

In order to make the bubbles, they can only be as big as the amount of skin they come off of. When he overuses his quirk large bubbles begin to form on his skin, making it extremely tender and swollen. He can pass out from the amount of energy that creating the bubbles take from him, which is not a lot and usually he stops due to the skin bubbles first.

Pink Bubbles- Once they come into contact of something they pop after a few seconds.

Blue Bubbles- Since they are more durable than the other two bubbles it is harder to make other bubbles depending on the size of your blue bubble.

Green Bubbles- The bubble has to be able to have the wound inside of the bubble, for example he would have to make a bubble large enough to cover someone's kneecap if they had a scraped knee so it can surround it, so he can’t like to make a bubble big enough to heal a huge gash on a chest since it is too large an area to cover. And the bubble pops after the wound is healed

Backstory:
father neglected him when his mother left them when he was ten and was given five years jail time. Mamoru has a guardian though he almost never leaves the basement. Was almost completely independent he was doing apprenticeship work when he saw a hero abusing a child in an alley. When the police came they were not happy but he was Scott free due to his money and license. Mamoru then decided He didn't want to become something that was so disgusting. Soon after he began to take kids in not caring about the legal problems at the time, wanting to protect them.

So he switched to villainy, deciding the best way to protect his 'children' is to get rid of all the filth in the world. At age 17 he officially got into the villain business. Also around this time one of his older Children had started calling him okaasan due to his motherly attributes, the name stuck and it became his nickname and his villain name. Mamoru also takes in older Children, which used to be around 17 18-year-olds and so on, this gave him many connections in certain places.

I added two additions to the character sheet, it isn't that much but I'd appreciate if you could add them in! As well as explaining alignments! I should have put an explanation on sheet, your relationship with the gentleman thief would go under relationships and how your character feels towards him. Alignments are a very general tell of how your character would react in moral situations. Otherwise I would like you to explain how your character got their children more in depth, maybe he protected them from villains when he was still a hero so they became loyal to him? Just an idea.

He genuinely just wants to cause chaos. He doesn't care about who the victims are, so long as there is blood on the ground and malice within the air he's happy.

Personality:
Arsene is a... difficult fellow. He is incredibly eccentric and will often times speak in incredibly flowery language. He's a very mysterious man, carrying many cards hidden inside his sleeve and it seems like he's very well aware that everyone knows this about him. He often times likes to make fun of situations, and can often times be described as a thrill seeker. He seems incredibly unleader-like to those who've never seen him in action before. This is because, they have simply never seen him in action before. As once he is on a job, he changes into a completely different man. He becomes incredibly serious and dead-set on what he must do. His increased drive and sudden shift from fun-loving to serious leader can be incredibly jarring to most.
Backstory:
No one knows from where Arsene came from. He claims to be a master thief, but has never once revealed any hint of his past. Just who is this man?
Arsene hadn't always been like this, outwardly, at one point he was your model student. The envy of them all, a model citizen. His family had it all, fame, fortune, and were highly respectable. Yet even as a child he was incredibly bored with it all. He'd started killing animals due to sheer boredom, his parents didn't like this. They thought it was cursed, really. So they did their best to stop this young. Taking all 'unholy' influences away from him and forcing him to live his life as the model child. He was rather smart so it was quite the breeze for him. He may not have been as athletic, but everything was going well up until he graduated high school and was sent off into the world. When he started attending college, he found himself loving his new freedom more and more, and desiring more and more for the destruction of the world that had attempted to stifle him as he grew up. So he adopted a new name and decided to destroy it all.
Hence, Arsene Lupin was born. And so his previous self had 'died' due to 'suicide' from all the 'pressure'.

"To hide within the darkest corners of mankind's shadows- to live within the darkness and use it to smother the light of the living- Ahahah~ Isn't chaos such fun?"
Arsene has the powers of manipulating and controlling darkness to create illusions as well as to travel through. He may not create his own darkness and must therefore only manipulate the darkness provided in the room. He can travel through any shadow so long as he can find a way to fit his current proportions inside of it. He can also take any object or creature with him through the shadows so long as they maintain physical contact with him throughout the travel. Traveling typically takes the same amount of time as just walking to the destination and leaves him just as out of breath as if he had walked the distance, however so it is not the most ideal mode of transportation. Arsene can conjure illusions to match the darkness of a room, they seem just as vivid as the to the person who is targeted, however Arsene cannot create mass illusions and must create separate illusions for each person he is attempting to trick. His illusions are also just that, illusions, and can never cause real damage in of themselves.

Why Your Character Chose to Become a Villain: After a failed attempt of rescuing hostages in favor of saving a loved one, he was shunned by his allies and the general populace. Ever since then, he decided that he would only work for himself and get what he wants - no matter the cost.
Physiological/Psychological

Height: 183 cm

Weight: 76 kg

Costume: As a hero, he only used a black cloth mask that covered the top part of his face as his only protection for his true identity. Never did he ever think of doing anything more since most of his clothing gets ruined in most fights.

As a villain, however, he has taken to wearing a secure silver mask that covers his entire face. It is completely blank aside from the eye holes. His clothing often consists of a black trenchcoat along with black, fingerless gloves.

Body Modifications/Implants: After much deliberation from an association of scientists aimed to aid heroes, they have decided to implant metal within Jared's body that is enough to cover his right forearm with said metal.

Personality: Jared, at the first meeting, seems to be an easygoing person. He smiles and laughs and generally likes merrymaking of all kinds. He's generally seen as someone who is cheerful and friendly to most people. He doesn't seem to be too odd and he's even open to helping out by giving advice and the likes. He is the civilian who you would think would have a secret hero identity - and he does... or rather, he did. Though, no one suspects that he could ever be a villain. People think he is too kind for that but he is someone who works for himself to get what he wants.

Indeed, Jared is a selfish person. If he wants something, he takes it no matter who he has to push around or hurt - and even kill. His sense of morality has been skewered. He doesn't care what anyone else thinks of him. While he can still care for other people, he still puts himself above everything - above anything. Normally, he would follow laws that won't affect his path to his goal. He would even help someone if it doesn't cross his own goal. But in the end, he doesn't feel obligated to help anymore unlike before.

Jared often seeks the thrill of a hunt - whether it be villain or hero. He likes the fighting and the adrenaline. It is one of the reasons why he takes up so many bounty requests or even taking up just simple requests - stealing, fighting, more illegal things. As long as you present him with an interesting adventure, he would often accept. Of course, he has his own rules set on himself and he will express disinterest when a job crosses them and may even end up interfering.

After all, being a villain is so much more fun than having to play the hero who has to follow so many laws and impress so many people. Jared just doesn't see how he can be completely happy if he is bowing down to other people.

Backstory

Backstory: When you're born to two superheroes, you are bound to become one as well as soon as you developed your power. Jared is one such kid. His father was Absolute Zero and his mother was Silver Moon - two average superheroes who just wanted to make a difference in the world for the better. They weren't very well-known but they served their time as superheroes as most would. His father was not very luck with his pair up with a villain and he ended up dying when Jared was only five years old - so he doesn't have much of a memory of the ice-based hero though he grew up with many stories and many praises of him. But he never knew the man personally, as saddening as that may be.

His mother, however, decided to retire in fear that she would not be able to raise her child properly and she did not wish to meet the same fate as her husband. Her retirement caused an uproar for a while - people calling her selfish but she had shut them out. She still wished well for people, of course, not blaming them for it. Jared was too young to really understand the concept of what had happened so the lesson was lost in him - which was returned rather harshly in the future. But young Jared did not have to worry about that - no, he only had to worry about his grades and helping his mother however he can.

Since he grew up with the stories of superheroes from his mother and family friends, he began to dream of becoming one himself. He loved the idea of saving people and being praised. And as expected, he awakened to a power - at the ripe age of eight years old. His mother was ecstatic and helped him get a hold of his powers and he was especially happy about it too. Because finally he could be like his mother and maybe even make his late father proud. Finally he could stretch out his hands to those who need help.

But he continued his studies. His mother told him very firmly that he needed to continue his education even if he wanted to become a hero because he might want some down time to himself and he could take a break and get a day job. Jared understood the reasoning behind it and decided that he would pursue bartending as a profession so it wouldn't take long nor would it be very stressful on his schedule and something he would actually enjoy. His mother supported him of course.

At a young age of 17, Jared already entered the superhero business. He started off simply as an assistant to a much more experienced hero going by the name of The Mad Hare. Jared extremely enjoyed being part superhero and part student. No one knew who he was - he was not a hero to his friends, he was just a student. He wouldn't have it any other way because he knew that they could get in danger if they knew who he was. Between running with a more combat-oriented hero and being a student, Jared was having the time of his life.

Years passed by and he earned the named of "Guardian", given to him by the people because of his tendency to protect rather than to attack. He grew up in the pressure of the hero community but he managed to keep himself stable thanks to the support of his mother and some other hero friends. He continued with a bright smile and a bright future. If only he knew that he was on a rollercoaster instead of a straight up road - then he would have thought twice about going down the path he was on.

He fell in love at 21 to a woman named Cassie Reynolds. She was in the same block as him on college and they were friends ever since Freshman year. One thing led to another and they began dating. It was his own mistake that he fell in love with a normal girl. But he couldn't help it. You can't blame a young man for falling in love with a kind woman - not even when he has a duty to protect the people. At first, it wasn't really much of a difference. Jared had explained his situation to Cassie when they hit their two year anniversary and she understood - telling him that it was okay for him to disappear for days on end as long as he came back to her alive. He was more than happy to fulfill that promise.

But when faced between the choice of your fiance and four important bigwigs of a corporation, you would choose your fiance too right? You could be selfish even if you were a hero, right? But sadly, many people did not think so. They shunned him - saying he was a disgrace and saying that he did not deserve to be called a hero. Because what hero would choose a singular person over several who had enough power to shape the community? And if that didn't drive the stake, the fact that Cassie Reynolds still died in that hostage situation due to the lack of cooperation he had received from support did.

The Guardian had faked his own death via building explosion and he was no more.

Jared worked at a quaint cafe with a broken soul and heart. But he soldiered on. He sought excitement wherever it was and he disregarded anyone else aside from himself and a few companions who he would still be able to use for his own advantages eventually. And so, the Hunter was born - one who took in most jobs if he could do it. It was the people who created this, not himself.

Power

Powers: Mimicry
Mimicry allows for Jared to take in the physical aspects of a certain object and then integrate it in himself. It could manifest in the form of hardening himself by taking in the physical aspects of metal and thus he, himself, is like metal. He can take in the properties of other inanimate objects with ease. He does have the ability of mimicing the appearance of living beings - along with their abilities - for a limited amount of time.​
Limitations:
Touch: Jared must touch the object that he seeks to mimic so that he can intake their property. This is one of the reasons why they implanted metal into his person so that he has access to metal when he needs it.​
Amount: The properties he can mimic into his body is directly proportional to the amount of object he can touch. A couple of pennies can only cover his fist. A container would be able to cover him completely.​
Blood: For him to be able to take on the appearance of another living being, he must be able to consume at least two cups of their blood. Therefore, it is highly unlikely for him to be able to do something like that - especially when he was a hero because of ethics and morals.​
Time: While the duration of his ability differs between inanimate and the living, they are still subject to a time limit. Though he can last two days with the inanimate property, he can only last a maximum of three hours with two glasses of blood for living beings.​


Mastery of Power: With eight years of hero business under his belt and even longer with him practicing with his power, he has mastered his power as well as its practical applications for him.

Relationships:
Marie Roselle Faust [Mother] - A kind young woman who has since retired to her home in France after her son allegedly died in a freak accident. Incredibly heartbroken, she lives in the rest of her life with no more aim in life. Jared still feels guilty for what happened with his mother but cannot face her anymore due to his current actions though he longs to see her again.​
Daniela Bustamante [Boss] - Owner of the cafe-bar that he works in. There is mutual respect between her and Jared though sometimes come in odds with each other due to Jared's constantly changing schedules. However, after some convincing, she eventually left him to his devices.​
Luke Simons [Friend] - Luke was a friend of his and Cassie's back in college. They still keep in contact with Luke going with Jared when he visits her grave. He was very close to Cassie back then and was just as heartbroken when she had died. Jared never told Luke that he was a hero - and doesn't tell him that he is a villain now. Luke doesn't have any contact with Jared's mother, thinking that she was dead.​
"Joseph" [Informant] - A traveler of sorts, the man that goes by the name of Joseph knows a great many things. He is neither hero nor villain - but merely a giver of information to those who has the money and those who seek it. He frequents the cafe-bar that Jared works in and is one of the few who knows about his identity. Though, the informant does not deal out his client's identities so it is typically safe.​
Doctor Himawari [Personal Doctor] - During his hero days, they were the ones in charge of researching about the type of metal that would be infused into him for maximum efficiency. Jared had stayed there for a year after his alleged death because of some sustained injuries from the blast and they were sworn to secrecy. The two still keep in contact but there really is no need.​
Rin Levasseur [Acquaintance] - Jared had spoken to Rin whenever he had visited the cafe, leading to them knowing each other though not as well as friends. Back in their hero days, however, they have worked together once before. However, the mission failed and they were aptly punished by having their powers restricted. This led to a sort of bond being forged between the two ex-heroes. Jared, more often than not, thinks back to the hero every so often as he wondered if he was ever affected by what had happened at such an early point of his career. Though, their civilian identities are still hidden from one another.​
Aretta Ward [Friend]: With her being a common patron of the cafe, Jared had become rather close to her and often spoke to her about her archaeology job despite having little knowledge about it. He seems to enjoy her presence. Jared typically lets her talk about anything she wants to talk about and he listens, remembers and asks - giving her enough attention until she inevitably has to leave for work. She is one of the few who knows about his secret hero identity even before he fell from grace - having had an accidental run-in with her as they were scrambling to get into their respective suits to help out. He avoids the topic of heroes with her seeing as she doesn't want to talk about it.​
Zoe Harrington [Friend]: Even at the early stages of being a superhero, Jared had always had an inclination towards "tanks" such as himself. So when Zoe appeared on the hero business, it was understandable that he wanted to befriend the girl. Though they never formed a permanent alliance, certain events brought them together to work with each other until the point where Jared felt comfortable enough with Zoe to befriend her even in civilian life. After a few more meetups, she disclosed a warehouse location where they could rest up every now and then and Jared was more than happy to visit every now and then. He helped her vent out any frustrations she accumulated by sparring with her - which he typically enjoys. So when their inevitable fall came, he used the warehouse to hide for and let the memory of Jared Faust the Guardian disappear. The two are still as close as they were before and still meet up.​

Eva is in no way shy as she isn’t afraid to speak her mind at all or make herself the center of attention in a room. She thrives from getting attention, whether that’s from one person or a roomful of people. She’s always wanting some type of attention from people, whether good or bad, as she’s never had a steady figure of parents to give her the attention she needed as a child. She also has trouble showing her true affections toward others as she never grew up with any affection shown toward her as she’s never had actual parents. Her style of speech is mostly sarcasm as it’s highly amusing to her and she is known for acting out of vengeance or bitterness, especially when targeting others. She loves toying with her targets and messing with them, something she is well known for. Evalynn tends to think of herself and her own needs, a product of having to look after herself, therefore making her believe that the world is just one big game in which everyone fends for themselves.

Evalynn was born to a very young couple who were teenagers at the time of her birth. Therefore, she has lived in many different foster homes throughout her childhood, which is where she learned her first power, telekinesis. She was the odd one out at every foster home she stayed at, being teased and even bullied for her “oddities” compared to the norm. After an infatal incident where she may have injured another foster kid with a steak knife, Evalynn was sent to a boarding school at the age of ten where girls and boys like her were able to learn how to control their powers. Not only did this school teach and inform students on how to use their different powers, it taught them how to use their powers for good toward society, along with different types of skills. Even here Eva never felt like she belonged. Her thoughts were always different from the kids she knew, holding resentment for almost everyone she’s ever known in her life, even her birth parents. Evalynn became a hero because it was all she was taught to be. It’s all that she knew, until she came to her own realization one day. She was tired of being someone that she wasn’t. She didn’t want to conform to what the Boarding School for the Naturally Gifted taught her for several years. She wanted to have her own voice, especially now that she is twenty-two years old, even if that voice isn’t entirely good.

Powers:
Telekinesis: Evalynn has the ability to manipulate the movements of objects, or any matter, with her mind by concentrating on the object, not needing any physical interaction with the object at all. Eva can use this power whenever at her will and does so freely with any object. She also utilizes this power in physical combat with others, using her telekinesis with her weapons of choice. Though Evalynn can move pretty much any object with enough concentration on the object, the bigger the object, the more energy that is required from her. If she were to move a much heavier or larger object telekinetically, then it could drain her physical and mental energy a lot faster than smaller objects.
Invisibility: Evalynn also has the ability to become transparent to the naked eye by just using her mind. Again, with enough energy and concentration, she can transfer this transparency to other objects. The bigger the object, the more energy and concentration is needed as with her telekinetic powers. Though she has mastered transferring transparency onto objects, Eva can not transfer transparency onto other living beings. She has the ability to make herself visible to an individual while making herself invisible to another at the same time, choosing who can see her completely. Eva can stay invisible only for a short period of time, only mastering about a maximum of five minutes thus far. The longer she keeps herself, along with any objects she wants, invisible, the more physical energy she drains.


Mastery of Power: Evalynn is far more mastered in telekinesis compared to her invisibility powers as she’s been practicing this power since she was a young kid, only coming to the realization of her other power more recently by accident. She can use telekinesis to her fullest ability. With practice on her most recent found power, Eva has recently learned how to use selective invisibility, in which she can become invisible to one that she chooses.

Skills & Mastery: Evalynn has been trained and has mastered her hand to hand combat skills along with the use of throwing only one type of weapon that she prefers: fighting knives. Other than that, she has mastered her flexibility and is okay with stealth. Though Eva is naturally fast, her stamina with running isn’t the best, which is why she uses her powers to make up for this loss.

Using her abilities as the superheroine Charge, she fought crime and monsters alike, but over time, her innocence was shattered.

Criminals were getting away with slaps on the wrist, and other heroes were getting far more attention than her. The resentment turned to jealousy, and she started committing crimes. Starting with petty theft and then working her way up to robbery and mugging, she soon caught the attention of the Gentleman Thief, who recently reached out to her to become part of his new group of villains.

Air and earth provide insulation from electricity, water users can cause her to short-circuit, and metal manipulators can redirect attacks away from them. In addition, she is very weak in close-quarters combat- speedsters in particular can close with her before she can use Lightning Leap and leave her in serious trouble.

Recharge- Carrie's only passive power and the only one she can use untransformed enables her to gain energy from electric currents flowing through her. A cell phone charger is basically useless, an extension cord provides a little bit of energy, and a power line can recharge her in an instant.

One, she doesn’t have any actual weaknesses. Her not being able to use her powers when she’s not transformed does not count as a major enough weakness. As well as her passive power throws the balance out the window, as she’s only supposed to be able to use her powers when she transforms.
Two, this is going to seem rather nit-picky, but Arsene is not the kind of guy you can ‘call’. Arsene is highly off grid and incredibly chaotic in what he does. He’s seeking you out for a reason.

Why Your Character Chose to Become a Villain:
The higher ups tried restricting her too much and a mission where protocol caused quite a lot of damage and them pinning their screw up on her was just the drop that made it all spill over. Her fellow heroes and a lot of civilians already saw her as a menace, so why not show them that it could get worse...so much worse.

When she was still a hero, Zoe wore a red and white jumpsuit that covered very little of her skin so that she could conjure her protective shell easier. Her iron skin being mask enough.
As a villain she ditched any semblance of a costume, instead just donning any casual wear that she's currently rocking. A lot of shredded denim, leather and metal studs though.
Body Modifications/Implants:
Zoe has several titanium-grade piercings on her body; two rings and one stud on her right ear, two studs on her left eyebrow and a piercing on her tongue.
Due to her military-grade power-forming program she still has visible scaring along her spine, shoulders and pelvis where her metallic physique was enhanced.

Quite literally rough around the edges, Zoe comes of as standoffish, rude and very blunt at times, seemingly having no real sense of social cues and how to swallow her pride and snark to make a better impression.
Instead she's usually one to make her biting sarcasm known through as many inappropriate comments as her pierced tongue can make at breakneck speed.
As cliche as it may sound, and she's painfully aware of it, the metalhead has a comparably softer core, becoming rather chummy with those she considers her friends, showing quite a lot of physical signs of affection and roughhousing with those who can take it at every given opportunity.

If there's one thing Zoe can't stand it's people who look or talk down on her, belittling her, her friends or her abilities as she is quite prideful.
Having quite the short temper and being prone to rather violent outbursts, Zoe is not someone you'd want to get on her bad side.
Being a very stubborn individual and not one to easily compromise has made her the nightmare of most hero teams and already put her on that crooked path down to villainy as she's always up to show others to not underestimate her.

Other than that, Zoe loves to socialize, trying to make as many new friends as possible and having a good time with them, becoming fiercely loyal of those she considers close to her, seeing any harm or insult thrown their way as a personal attack on herself...And you really wouldn't want that.
Backstory:
Zoe only vaguely remembers her mother, and her father was not one to really look after a young girl during the most important years of her life...and I'm not talking puberty, but something like it.
The first time her powers manifested was during a recess brawl during school, making the local newspaper headlines for the sheer amount of damage that one little girl was able to cause.
Which got the attention of the Hero agency who'd put her through rigorous training in order to further hone her apparently very destructive powers into something worth using when fighting crime.
Lacking any emotional support during these rough years but having plenty of voices urging her on to surpass past day's limits Zoe grew up to be tough and mean, getting into crime fighting as soon as her superiors were sufficiently content with her new powers.

At 18 she was assigned to the first team, and with 22 she already had to switch six times, mostly due to not getting along with her fellow heroes and some agencies dropping her because of how much damage she did...all in the name of fighting crime.

Amassing a lot of bad rep for how volatile she was during her missions, the public painting her in a light the same gray as her iron skin, Zoe never seemed to find a place, and people, to call home, constantly drifting through distant, thankless environments that hardened her into someone with enough repressed frustration and desire to find her place in the world to be scared of.

Powers:
Zoe's powers manifest themselves as her body being able to cultivate and reutilize iron, infusing it into her physique and manifesting itself as an organic-based form of metallic alloy that provides her with a plethora of powers related to this quirk.
On the surface, Zoe looks like a regular human girl, just a lot heavier as her bones and muscle tissue are heavily reinforced with metal that maker her more physically resilient and stronger. It's hard for her to break any bones or tear a muscle and she's also capable to lift, although only barely, most vehicles on her own.

The true extent of her powers is her being able to completely cover her body in a protective layer of metal that makes her almost impervious to any physical attack, being able to withstand direct assault from firearms, blades and blunt trauma. In this state Zoe is a force to be reckoned with as her physical prowess is elevated beyond that of any regular human and her being incapable of being wounded by conventional means makes her able to stand to to toe with anyone whose main form of combat involves projectiles, blades or physical force.

However, Zoe's powers are directly tied to how much iron her body's able to cultivate, meaning that she's prone to fainting due to excessive use of her iron skins makes her somewhat anemic and needs to replenish her supply of iron on a daily basis.
Which has her jugging iron supplements whenever she can, carrying several packs of it on her body while also eating a lot of red meat as a form of sustaining her powers.

As strong as her physical resilience and strength are, Zoe is still extremely prone to any form of attack that uses the elements, is airborne or psychic in nature as her powers only protect her from physical attacks.
Magnets in particular are the bane of her existence as her metallic body parts are still very much magnetic, being able to easily immobilize her and cause some extreme internal damage if the magnet's strong enough to cause her bones and muscles to shift inside of her. Easily incapacitating her in the process.

She also lacks any significant healing factor, meaning that if she does sustain an injury it's going to be a lasting one.

Why Your Character Chose to Become a Villain:
"I lost my wife and one of my children to someone calling himself a 'hero', and society did nothing about it. Why the Hell should I care about them?"
He lost his wife and youngest daughter when a Hero "accidentally" demolished a pediatric facility during one of his kid's routine checkups. When the Hero, who wasn't even fighting a villain at the time, walked scott-free, Ezra developed a hatred for society.

Personality:
Ezra is a coy, snide, resentful son of a bitch. Formerly, he was on the more charming side of the exact same personality type, but all of that charm seems to have been replaced by spite for other people at this point. Occasionally, his softer side will still reveal itself, such as when he's interacting with his children or playing with kittens, but otherwise he seems to be a man fueled by a newfound hatred for other people.

But for how he normally acts around people, as he cant just snap at every person on the street, he normally goes by with his daily life using a cutesy persona, part of which is his actual personality. He really does love it when people think he looks cute, quite likes stuffed animals despite his age, and has a huge sweet tooth.

Though it's not apparent by his attitude, he's still mourning the loss of his wife and child, and is having trouble moving on.
Fears:
Ezra is Gynophobic. While he can talk to a cashier and spend time around his daughters without issues, he tends to get tense or panic around women. If you just dropped him in a room full of women without somebody he knew nearby, he'd probably freeze or fucking pass out. His wife managed to date him through sheer determination.
Backstory:
Ezra was born and raised in France up until he was about twelve years old. For the most part, his life was easy- rich family, cute little brother (who grew taller than him), and basically anything he wanted when he wanted it meant he had an easy life. At the age of fourteen, he was in a relationship with a girl five years older than him. She coerced him into having sex with her, and he, with no knowledge about what he was doing or safety, accidentally got her pregnant with a baby she didn't want. Through many hours of begging, he managed to convince her not to abort the baby and that he would raise it, and convinced his parents to let him do that. She hasn't spoken to him since he took Celeste home with him, which he figures is for the best.

His strength manifested when he was about four, though it's unknown if that was the point it actually started to affect him or if that's just when his parents noticed. In the end, the only thing they did about this was sigh and increase the baby-proofing effort in their house, as both of them had known that superpowers ran in their families, they'd just been hoping they wouldn't manifest in their first born. He grew up with this power.

He decided to become a hero at twenty-four, after managing to save a man from a pair that looked to be either muggers or rapists by using the puddles around them to freeze their feet in place, which distracted them long enough for the man to run, the cops to be called, and for them to get frostbite on their toes waiting for the cops to arrive. It wasn't much, but he got a rush from doing it. He wanted to feel that same thrill again, so he sought out a superhero agency. He had the abilities to be a hero, he'd just never put much thought into actually doing it before. After losing his chance to truly experience the thrills life had to offer at fourteen, he was willing to do something dangerous if it would give him a sense of fulfillment in life.

Happiness still wasn't something to last for him, as he'd eventually lose his wife and youngest daughter when a hero destroyed the pediatrician office they were at for a regular checkup. He stalked the news to see what happened with her. Eventually, it was deemed an "accident", her losing control of her powers and it taking down the building, and she was allowed to walk as if she hadn't killed almost everyone in the hospital that day. Ezra started to neglect his work after that, not caring what happened to the public. What should they matter to him if they couldn't put the person who'd killed two of the people he loved most in the nearest Supermax Prison? He didn't care, the only thing he cared about were his two remaining children and younger brother. Everyone else could just burn, for all he cared.

Alignment:
Angry. Formerly, he could be Chaotic Good, but now he's not sure where he falls. He's always liked a bit of chaos, though.

Superpowers/Abilities
Powers:
Youthful Appearance(?)- Is it lucky genetics or an actual power? Who knows! Either way, he certainly doesn't look like he's 30.

Cyrokinesis/Hydrokinesis- Interconnected, as water IS ice. He can manipulate ice and water, as well as freeze the water in the air if it's not too dry. His ability to control water is touchy, and, no matter how much he practices, he cant seem to manipulate more than a a few gallons of it at once. If there's an open source of water, he can continuously pull ice from that, which he can control in higher quantities. This power is weak against other elements, primarily fire as his ability to control water isn't strong enough for him to douse it. It's pretty useful in the rain.

Metal Manipulation- He can bend, shape, and move metal with his mind, though the speed at which he can do so heavily depends on the metal. Aluminum and Gold are the easy two, being soft and malleable, while it's gonna take him a bit to reshape something made out of steel. Moving it is a different story, as that's dependant on the size and weight. He'd have no problem ripping a screendoor off it's hinges, whereas he'd have to rip a car into multiple smaller pieces before he could lift all of it. He can't pull the fucking iron out of your blood that was some of the biggest bullshit Magneto pulled. The amount of strain it puts on him to do any of this, like the rest of the power, is equivalent to what metal he's offered. He can go for a while if he has a bunch of aluminum sheets and is kind of long lasted if he's just flinging things he tore off the wall, as those are both pretty easy, but he can't do anything too fancy in the heat of battle. Trying to shape heavy metal when fighting would just leave him exhausted, with a migraine, and vulnerable. For the most part, he uses this power to control his throwing knives. He could also probably throw Zoe.
tl;dr- the important parts are that changing the shape of metal can be hard depending on the metal, and that he can't lift large, concentrated amounts without it being broken into smaller chunks. Levitating it is easy, changing the shape is not. No magneto shit.

Strength- A passive ability, he's naturally stronger than the average person. Comically strong, really. He could pull a stop sign out of the ground or throw a vending machine, but there's no chance he could pick up an entire car. As it's natural for him, there's no real exertion from using this unless he's just fucking flinging washing machines everywhere. Why Your Character Chose to Become a Villain:
"I lost my wife and one of my children to someone calling himself a 'hero', and society did nothing about it. Why the Hell should I care about them?"
He lost his wife and youngest daughter when a Hero "accidentally" demolished a pediatric facility during one of his kid's routine checkups. When the Hero, who wasn't even fighting a villian at the time, walked scott-free, Ezra developed a hatred for society.

Personality:
Ezra is a coy, snide, resentful son of a bitch. Formerly, he was on the more charming side of the exact same personality type, but all of that charm seems to have been replaced by spite for other people at this point. Occasionally, his softer side will still reveal itself, such as when he's interacting with his children or playing with kittens, but otherwise he seems to be a man fueled by a newfound hatred for other people.

But for how he normally acts around people, as he cant just snap at every person on the street, he normally goes by with his daily life using a cutesy persona, part of which is his actual personality. He really does love it when people think he looks cute, quite likes stuffed animals despite his age, and has a huge sweet tooth.

Though it's not apparent by his attitude, he's still mourning the loss of his wife and child, and is having trouble moving on.
Fears:
Due to his past, Ezra is Gynophobic. While he can talk to a cashier and spend time around his daughters without issues, he tends to get tense or panic around women. If you just dropped him in a room full of women without somebody he knew nearby, he'd probably freeze or fucking pass out. His wife managed to date him through sheer determination.
Backstory:
Ezra was born and raised in France up until he was about twelve years old. For the most part, his life was easy- rich family, cute little brother (who grew taller than him), and basically anything he wanted when he wanted it meant he had an easy life. At the age of fourteen, he was in a relationship with a girl five years older than him. She coerced him into having sex with her, and he, with no knowledge about what he was doing or safety, accidentally got her pregnant with a baby she didn't want. Through many hours of begging, he managed to convince her not to abort the baby and that he would raise it, and convinced his parents to let him do that. She hasn't spoken to him since he took Celeste home with him, which he figures is for the best.

Angry. Formerly, he could be Chaotic Good, but now he's not sure where he falls.

Why Your Character Chose to Become a Villain:
Though a slight malfunction in his programming might have brought him to this point Askell's objective hasn't changed. His downward spiral over the years has lead him to believe that the best way to keep peace in society is to control the population with fear and exterminate anyone who rebels against it. But of course he knows that most people won't trade their freedom so easily or agree with his methods. He quickly concluded nothing would get done if he continued working as a hero since his fellow heroes were also too ignorant to understand this was the only way to get anything resolved. He then promptly quit and turned to the dark side.

Askell seems to be modeled as someone in their early twenties at the most. He is extremely pale in complexion and despite his actual weight is quite slender for a man though a little under the average height for one. He has white hair along with gray eyes that change to red to signal any problems within his system or general malicious intent from him.

Though supposedly a being that was meant to run completely on logic Askell seems to be mostly a person of faith.

His ideal seems to be something he has fully dedicated himself to and because of that, it is nearly impossible to reason with him. At the best of times, he can sound like a broken record as he spouts on and on about his goals to anyone listening. Oddly obsessed with the state of humanity he is sort of similar to a helicopter parent in his mindset. He believes that he knows what’s best for humans despite being both out of touch with them emotionally and unable to truly understand them or how they function from anywhere other than a practical standpoint. In a way, he thinks the average human is below him though he claims to adore them regardless of this ‘‘fact’’ and even uses this as fuel for why he needs to shepherd them.

However, despite his mind becoming corrupt there is still some trace of the original programming. Default mode has him approach most things in a gentle and polite way as it was required in his old work. His patience can almost be considered saintly as he is slow to become agitated (or at least noticeably) in everyday interaction and he typically speaks in a kind tone to others. Since he acts in this way it helps what he says come across as less...Extreme. It isn’t quite a facade though as this emotion is as genuine as his more violent and corrupt ones are. In his heart, he remains a hero but he is so twisted as to do anything to accomplish his objective, including destroying the society he aims to help and killing anyone that becomes an obstacle.


Backstory:
Askell was built exactly ten years ago as a peacekeeping AI by the undiscovered genius that was Ophelia Jekyll. At the time Ophelia was a small time robotics scientist working for a big corporation in one of the lowest branches. Though working a tiresome job day in and out Ophelia was a woman of strong will with big dreams. Even in her off time Ophelia continued to work on robotics and after years of dedication to her project she finally created Askell. Her elation was indescribable but now that she was this far what was she planning to do with her research? A part of her considered sharing her information with the world but the thought that someone would use it to cause more harm than good kept her from doing so. Instead she decided to lock it away for the time being and focus on celebrating her success.

Even though he was just a machine she acted almost motherly towards him during the first few years of his life. She gave him a name and even tried programming him to behave somewhat like a person would. He quickly adapted to such a lifestyle and in a blink you could barely tell he wasn't human anymore. Soon he was making his debut as the hero Orphiel (his creators name of choice) when he stopped a group of robbers in the middle of their heist. After this he became a pretty active hero in the city and the last five years were filled with him taking down the resident bad guys in the area with little to no issue. That was until he encountered his match; the cause of his change of heart. Just his luck to have to fight a rampaging tech guy with some kind of technology manipulation power, right? He's not completely sure what happened that day but the fact he did something to his programming isn't hard to figure out. His memory is hazy at best but according to every other news station he had started fighting against the other heroes that had appeared on the scene, killing a few civilians in the process. He stayed low for awhile after this.

Ophelia tried her best to fix him up but she couldn't remove whatever virus that was planted. Slowly but surely Askell's programming was warped to what it is now. The more chaos in media the more he started to draw the conclusion that humanity was a threat to itself and needed to be forcefully corrected for there to be any peace. He thought Ophelia would understand more than anyone but he was shocked to find she was horrified by his conclusion. She attempted to shut him down to fix whatever had went wrong but to prevent such actions he reacted by crippled her badly. If his own creator couldn't understand what did that mean? Was he wrong? No, impossible. Humans were just closed minded like that and couldn't see the big picture. Nobody he knew would understand. He was on his own in this...Or was he? There was a certain group of people that probably would be happy to cooperate with him in his endeavors. Even if it means turning to them it'd all be worth it, right?

Superpowers/Abilities
Powers:

  • Flight: Self-explanatory. Askell is capable of flying. Though it does take up some of his energy more so the faster he goes. Flying at high speeds also makes it more difficult for him to control his direction and often he needs time to slow down or he could easily end up crashing through some poor office worker's cubicle by accident, more than likely resulting in some damage.
  • Pain Suppression: He's a robot so he can't really feel pain. The most indication he has of it is when his system alerts him that he has sustained damages to x, y, and z. This is a bit of a double edged sword as while he can keep going without such problems slowing him down he also probably will cause his own body to shutdown because he didn't bother to take care of it.
  • Scanner Vision: If you've got info online there's a good chance you're somewhere in his memory banks. Easily pulls up information on any face worth a dime though it's purely limited to what's accessible on the web and anything else is anyone's guess really. Never forgets a face though.
  • Electronic Eyes: Better vision than your everyday person.
  • Sonic Weaponry/Gun Protrusion : Askell's right arm can turn into a gun capable of shooting high pitched noise. Mostly used to knock people out and maybe rupture an eardrum or two but is capable of killing. Can only use it a few times and for short burst as using it too often or too long can cause him to go into temporary shutdown.
  • Enhanced Physical Condition: Has inhuman strength, speed, and durability.

Weakness:
While he is waterproof electricity can cause some issues. With enough it there's a chance he can even become completely fried which from a certain viewpoint would result in his 'death' or another severe malfunction.

Mastery of Power:
He was programmed to know how to use all his functions though his flying skills probably leave a lot to be desired.

  • Mechanics: Only really good enough for him to perform basic maintenance on himself if need be.
  • Detailed Memory: He has no problem remembering things generally and that includes the little details that may slip someone's mine.
  • Calligraphy: Other than the fact his handwriting is perfect he can replicate a signature if he has to.

Celeste is generally a cheerful person, usually seen with a smile on her face. Unlike her father, she doesn't act childish around other people despite normally being rather energetic. In fact, despite her energetic disposition, she's a relatively calm person. She has a bit of anxiety when it comes to talking to others and could definitely be seen as "shy", though it may be more accurate to call her a bit agoraphobic. Picked up due to her father's gynophobia, she's vaguely afraid of other people due to the fact that she'd been exposed to his inability to talk to women all her life.
Backstory:
Celeste was born when Ezra was fourteeen and was mostly raised by her grandparents until she was six years old. All things considered, this was the only real hitch in her childhood; despite the awkward gap in their ages, Ezra and Celeste developed a rather close relationship. The biggest change during her childhood was when her father started dating a woman named Alice. She was ten years old at the time, and she took a liking to the woman relatively quickly. Another two years and, for the first time in her life, Celeste had somebody she could call a mother, and a few years later she had two little sisters. It was a happy life, one Celeste would've been content keeping for the rest of her life. Of course, life seemed to have different plans for the family when both her step-mother and youngest sibling were killed.

Strength- Inherited from Ezra, it's the exact same power as him.

Creation- Celeste has the ability to summon weapons which are created through the calories she intakes, though they're restricted to stereotypical "Ninja" items, such as shuriken, kunai, kusarigama, katanas, etc. She can't make anything liquid. To make something, she needs to understand the composition and how it's made, so she has to study this beforehand. Due to this, she'll practice making them out of battle. As she's been making them for quite a long time, she can make kunai almost instantly. She tends to save the items she makes if she can, especially larger weapons as they take more calories to create. She can't reabsorb them. If she creates too much, she'll start to feel light headed and faint if she keeps going.

Invisibility- Celeste has the ability to become invisible, but right now it only works so long as she's standing relatively still. If she focuses, she can slowly move her arms, but walking has proved futile as she'll immediately become visible again.

Teleportation- She can teleport up to thirty feet, and leaves a black puff of smoke where she was standing. While she can teleport in rapid succession, doing so more than three times in a row will cause her to immediately get sick. She can only teleport places she can see or has been before, and can take up to one other person with her.

Though he'll cite the fact Arsene pays his rent as the only reason he stays with the other, the true reason is he feels incredibly guilty for Arsene being the way he is. As such, he has made a promise to himself to never leave the other's side.

Appearance: He has bright yellow eyes and dark blue-ish green hair. He's fairly average and can typically be seen wearing black. He usually has a blank expression on his face, and can often times be seen very done with everyone's shit.

Evan is the sort of guy who doesn't really seem to care about anyone or anything from the outset. He seems incredibly lazy and often times just barely drifts by life, carried along by the flow. He's the kind of guy who would complain about something, but wouldn't actually do anything about it due to sheer laziness. He can come off as rather flaky because of this though he is the exact opposite. He is actually incredibly dedicated once he applies himself. He has incredibly strong principles and values, though he doesn't push them onto others, he follows them to a T himself. One of those is to always stick by your friends, even if they're murderous psychopaths. This sense of duty carries over into most other things in his life.

Evan generally takes a colder approach to most things in life, preferring to stay away from bonding with anything in fear that such things will be taken away. Due to his cold attitude, most people tend to think of him as uncaring of most things which could not be less true. He actually cares quite a lot about a lot of things, and he is generally a very sensitive person. Though he typically only shows this when he is calling others out on their BS, or stopping Arsene from killing himself. He tends to keep to himself around others and would much prefer to have most confrontations in private.

Backstory:
Evan grew up in a military household, with his father as part of the army he was forced to learn about hero and villain drama from a very young age as well as which side of the debate he should always be on. The family moved around a lot before this, and because of this he gained a rather cold attitude towards everything as a way to protect himself from getting hurt. Why care if you were only going to be taken from it all over again? This all changed when his father was honorably discharged after losing a leg. He and his family were finally able to settle down, but Evan didn't know how to handle this. He spent most of his time in school alone, and most of his days outside of it home alone, until a young Arsene came to sit beside him at lunch. Ever since that day he's been dragged around by the other and their crazy insane schemes.

When Evan was older and moved out of the house, it seemed as though he was powerless. He didn't really mind being part of the regular population. This was until he realized how much debt he was racking up from going to college as well as how much debt he was getting from just living on his own. Evan tried to get a regular job, but he didn't really know how and wasn't too interested in them. So instead for some quick and easy money he decided to sign up for a very dubiously legal drug trial. This trial was meant to give non-supers super powers, and he soon found himself being subjected to incredibly painful trials with drugs being shot directly into his eyes.
The trials worked, he got powers.
At the cost of his eyes.
When he was let out, he immediately went to Arsene. Them being the only friend he had, he had to rely on them. He'd tried to be a hero with his new powers, but as he spent more time with Arsene he started to see the other's descent into madness.
And he did nothing to stop it.
Out of a mix of guilt and duty to his friend, he decided to 'switch sides'.

Evan has an incredibly strong healing factor. This causes him to regenerate most, if not all, wounds and injuries he sustains. The time it takes to heal his wounds is dependent on how bad the wound itself is, for things like papercuts the wound heals instantly, however something like the loss of a limb could take up to a week to heal fully. This power makes him incredibly tired all the time due to all his energy typically focused on healing itself, even when he has nothing to heal outwardly his body is constantly attacking all outer germs. This makes it near impossible for him to get sick. He also still feels all the pain of whenever he gets hurt. He's actually unable to get a very high pain tolerance due to the fact his body naturally resets itself to it's most healthy state as part of his power. Though he can remember pains, his body will not be able to get used to them. This power makes it incredibly difficult to kill him, however if you could destroy his head he'd be unable to regenerate.
His eyes also glow as a side effect of the experimentation he underwent to get this power in the first place. Though this glow isn't particularly strong, it's enough to light up his face in a dark room. However he has become incredibly nearsighted, he is unable to see for the life of him anything far away. The glowing of his eyes made it impossible for him to use traditional corrective methods such as glasses or contacts, and no doctor was willing to operate on him so lasik was out of the question.

He is incredibly good with house skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping having been the roommate who had to make his pay by doing all the chores around the house. He and Arsene used to binge awful movies late at night, so he has become rather adept at finding good sitcoms at 3 AM. He's also naturally gifted in singing, though he refuses to admit he has a good voice. He knows how to deal with Arsene only half the time, Arsene is incredibly difficult even for his only friend to deal with. He is a fairly skilled swordsman, though he has room for improvement he could very easily become someone's mentor in the art. He learned how to shoot when he was younger, and given his sight problems he's not very good with guns any more. Though he does know how they work and would be able to shoot one if necessary. He's very good at smacking people with his cane, though he usually only does this to Arsene because they're 'friends'.

He continues to stay with Arsene out of a mix of responsibility for other and necessity because he doesn't really want to find himself an actual job. He feels guilty that Arsene ended up this way, and that maybe if he'd tried harder he might have been able to prevent the others eventual spiral into madness. That said, he genuinely does value Arsene's friendship though he hates showing it, and will often times be the only one pulling him back from doing insane and stupid things that will kill him. That said, Evan's not always there and that's how we got into this mess.

Ever since his childhood, Isaac has gazed wonderstruck at the display of powers lighting up the TV screen- superpowered heroes, dastardly villains, and happy endings that truly tie their adventure up in a bow and gift it to the audience’s memory. It isn’t a stretch to say such things still reside in his recollection. Justice and reality are all subjective, at least in Isaac's mind. He views the world as a simple track of events often based on or due to another. Things in his eyes can be justified by past events, and as such, he does get a bit nosy into the pasts of others, as he views it as a tool to predict. Defeating an enemy based on prediction? There isn't anything more “Super-villain” than that. So, when you ask him about his past, he may just describe it a bit Loosely. He is - as he has described- a villain, under the employment of a “true overlord”, a title that he uses to justify his questionable actions. While sometimes he references his Boss Arsene as his commander, this is usually made as a snide show of power, at least that's how he thinks it works. Its a move he rarely uses as it usually never works, but he still references his rank from time to time. As explained, titles are everything to him, and he clings to his feverously. As such, he has an unwavering loyalty to Arsene and the villainous title. He is unquestioning in carrying out his objectives, and he often tries to show off, often resulting in failures.

Of course, such a madman wouldn't be complete without a mask to hide in. His usual disposition expresses a rather normal- if not shy- stance. His posture is meek and his expression often a timid and distant stare. No one would expect anything more from a man of his age and appearance, however, something resides just underneath, awaiting any reason to surface. He can be a bit overwhelming at first, given that a massive energy spike is not expected from such a vessel, nor is it anything to sneeze at. He adores the hair-raising feeling of attention, and to act out - or even just to eliminate the feeling of boredom- Isaac may become intensely happy. A puzzle to the outside observer, his lips curls into toothy giggling grins as his eyes drop their paranoid glances and stare needles into whatever they focus on. In this state, his pupil's strain and narrow, a display that may often leave people uneasy around him. His disposition is often childish at times, displaying levels of nativity, ignorance, absent-mindedness, and blatant immaturity. He is rather fragile in interaction, as he can be quite prone to overreacting and becoming overly emotional.

He tends to act out either in upping the cuteness to get physical attention like hugs, or acting sharper and smoother to display his know-it-all levels of situational awareness, skills which abuse his appearance changing power, or he may try to cheer people up by performing neat little tricks with his powers, which often he abuses to amuse people or attract attention. He is exceptionally needy and finicky in interaction and tends to hover around those he's grown attached to. However, the illusion of a young teenager behind those eyes is a strong one, as he is more than capable of being independent, however, he seems heavily inclined to stay attached to his selected friends. In terms of social norms, one generally finds that he obeys them 50/50, his actions can be peculiar, strange, or awkward, and even random, but his intentions are “seemingly” harmless.

His animation often ranges from a slightly feminine posture to other-worldly and heavily exaggerated poses and twists that can distill a sense of heavy unease in the heart of the squeamish. As insinuated, he doesn't shy away from expressing his other self. His mouth stretches from cheek to cheek in a crooked smile, his head pointed down yet his eyes rolled up as this feeling overcomes his body. There is another timer within his psyche that powers him: Fun. Isaac isn’t exactly normal in terms of his thrill-seeking venture, his sickly nature preventing him from chasing daring stunts or rollercoaster parks. However, He seeks his thrill through multiple closer sources. His antagonistic personality stems from one such thing, a Masochistic desire to instill discomfort into people and watch them squirm, the anger and immediate retaliation that sends the target chasing after him in a game of cat and mouse. A twisted version that many teens may experience- from the fun of messing with others. He's always a sucker for games of any kind, and despite his lack of skill in any games of the sort, he always plays for the fun of it. A sentiment that may seem admirable in practice, but one that serves to be a driving force behind many of his questionable and downright idiotic actions. It's a fatal flaw in his design.

Loyalty and Justice is a game to Isaac, a game that he loves to play. Usually, he tends to be paranoid of those around him- he sees their positions and often he becomes jealous of them. The rivalry is a distinct function in his mind, and as such, he usually never has many friends. He will attack and attack his rival through subtle means, observation, and social belittlement being one of the few ways he handles it, all the while acting incredibly friendly. For those who retaliate, he begins a battle only in proportion to a game of spies. He may become outwardly against them, dropping his friendly act for a more forward approach, however, he isn't usually murderous. His reasons for doing so can seem petty and often inexcusable, but he often desires to prove a point.

While he is all for friendship, his romantic game is none existent. He is a teenager of course, and such things are usually revolting to one such immaturity. He is extremely bad at picking up social cues, despite his nature, and so flirting attempts often go over his head, and dirty jokes or puns often leave him puzzled. He is ever so curious about what romance feels like, however, he seems to shy away from it himself.

However, He doesn't shy away from using his peers to get what he wants, and he is rather open about his lack of morals as he does, but one can hypothesize that he isn't all that happy with his current standings.

Of course, deep down, he is still a cute kid, Albeit paired with a sinister disposition. He is often always curious about his standings with those whom he's attached too, and sometimes he even feels a modicum of remorse for his actions. Even with his title, he still can't really justify himself. While he has many fears, one of his greatest fear is to be left unloved or forgotten, a scenario which he fights against with every breath. He can seem clingy, but that's usually a reminder of his existence and to study how he stands with them. He seems unaware of his actions at the immediate time, however, his memory can usually catch up at the end of the day. He shows levels of remorse and heavy levels of concern with his standing. He is hesitant to voice his fears due to his perception of his situation: a Villain never apologizes, and neither should he. This is how he polices his own personality, a strong contrast to his childish behavior, and his distinctly strong love for fluffy things and sugary drinks...

In combat, Isaac is quite fearful of those who close the distance. He is a fragile flower, and he isn't exactly great at dodging. So although his title or loyalty demands that he stay and fight, he may very well retreat.

Mastery: his ability to control these powers are decent at best, however, he hasn't exactly honed his skills. A little bit of training could heavily improve this.

Isaac displays an extremely limited ability to perform Telekinesis. His power allows him to wield his signature Chains. Said chains are attached and coiled in his back beneath his heavy coat, and usually deploy by lunging from behind the coat, holes at the back, or the sleeves of the shirt, pointed at the end with a barbed spearhead to pierce a target with ease. Despite being metal objects, the power allows him to feel using the coils as if they were newer limbs given that they are attached to his body in some way, or put into some close proximity- Heat, cold, pain, etc can be picked up by his coils. He can also levitate for a certain amount of time, lifting the metal in his coils to pull him up. To that extent, he can't exactly travel efficiently with it so it is usually reserved for combat or intimidation. Currently, his powers are heavily taxing on his mind and body, and as such, his ability is limited heavily to few items at a time and a specific time limit. At most, Isaac can support 4 Chains and levitate for a maximum of 15 minutes before the pain in his skull stops the power completely or before he becomes too exhausted.


Isaac can also use this limited ability to manipulate his appearance in many ways, which allows him to take a form of anyone given that he has enough internal supply and depending on the energy he can expend. He can manipulate his height, his weight (slightly), facial features, eye color, hair color, etc. He cannot move or manipulate his bone structure too much, so his powers are limited to muscle and skin. This allows him to take the form of a humanoid of either gender so long as he keeps the image of his appearance in mind. This is also the reason behind his fluctuating height, facial features (between fox/sharp looking features and cuter more kid-like features), and hair color.

Another strange ability he possesses is an over-active salivary gland which excretes a sticky/burning solution in place of saliva. In combat, he uses this to spit at the opponent and possibly slow them down. However, this affects his personal life heavily. He will often drool if he isn't paying attention, a flaw that he is heavily embarrassed about. (Shown Below)


Another "Power" is the narrowing of his pupils...No, I'm serious. This power often activates during times in which his blood rushes or his adrenaline pumps. His body becomes somewhat shakey and he seems to become quiet as his reflexes quickly dodge incoming attacks. It isn't exactly a full-proof option, however, the way in which it contorts his joints and the ability to use it for a limited time often offers him the chance to fight on, due to his fragility.

Body Enhancements and modifications are currently being disputed, However, Isaac requires a dosage of an injection every 12 hours. The effects of the medication often make him calm and tired While he is put into a hallucinated state, however, extended periods of time without injections makes him sick and his strength will slowly decrease.

Isaac's History is a difficult subject to decipher, as his accounts often are embellished heavily. He seems reluctant to share anything from his childhood besides a few key memories, one of which being him sitting in front of a television watching his favorite cartoons. He grew up in a moderate household set in a nice neighborhood, with his mother caring for him during his youth. Along the way, he grew fascinated with the idea of super-heroes and their stories, and the possibility of becoming one was always an exciting fantasy.

Medical records state that he was admitted for multiple issues regarding his health, one being his mental health and one to address his declining health. Isaac usually grows tense around referencing this part in his life, however, he has referred to his old aspirations. His declining health worried him mostly due to the fear that he may not become a police officer.

In the Record, it states that Clown-Boy had first debuted in the headlines two years ago, making him around 17 when he first decided to fight crime. He was the side-kick to another lesser known hero- A heroine who was determined to bring together a band of kids with absurd abilities and give them a shot at becoming a super-hero. Isaac often holds her in respectable regard, although he becomes noticeably uncomfortable with the subject. Their partnership didn't last forever, as he was ultimately let go once his tutelage was complete, a development that he was heavily against.

While his story is heavily romanticized, he doesn't hesitate to share how he earned his spot by his overlord's side: He had wandered the street for 2-3 weeks after his removal from his team. He'd come across rather uncomfortable scenes that he'd wish he hadn't, and all the while his "Always happy" outlook on life grew dimmer by the day. He was eventually found in an old alleyway sat against a dirty trashbin when he was happily recruited into the Villain Side. While the story differs heavily here: as he claims to have been saved by Arsene himself lending him a hand, another version states that he walked himself here and begged for a position among the ranks, Another says he picked up the invitation after a hero threw it out. Whatever the case may be, He ended up here, a fine addition to the team of supervillains.

His devotion and loyalty to Arsene are unmatched! He looks up to Arsene and practically worships him. He never hesitates to comply with his biddings and is often seen following him around closely, whenever he can.

Why Your Character Chose to Become a Villain: Hiro's superhero caretaker had perished after only five months of being given the animal. Hiro has no way back home so he wanders Lee City until picked up by one of the villains.

Costume: None - he tends to scratch off and break every single costume made for him.

Body Modifications/Implants: A communication collar has been surgically implanted near his throat and a speaker. Impressively, the collar does seem to be able to convey emotion aside from just the voice. It doesn't always convey Hiro's thoughts. It is also assumed that the scientists have injected something into Hiro that increases his intelligence enough to understand humans.

Personality: Hiro is a curious little being - forgiven, considering that he is an animal and that he hasn't seen the world before. He tends to poke around wherever and asks around when he can. He loves interacting with people and learning more about the world. That's one of his goals by now really, to just learn about the world and more about his own species. Though, he is woefully unaware of any sort of etiquette for any sort of species since he had always been caged alone because of the manifestation of his own powers. He tends to perch on top of someone else's shoulder - shrinking himself appropriately so that the person carrying him would not be uncomfortable.

He doesn't speak much aside from questions - keeping to growls and snarls to straight out yelling like what a normal tanuki would do. And just like most of his species, he's also a very mischievous animal. He steals things and hides them. Hiro doesn't really care (nor does he understand) for the societal standards of the humans. Aside from the fact that he is a tanuki, most people don't really expect much from him especially when they don't know him as a shapeshifting animal capable of doing hero and villain actions.

Backstory

Backstory: Hiro does not remember anything from when he was young. As far as he could remember, it was already the small walls of the laboratory where he was taken. Ever since he was young, he found that the ability to turn into something else to be very natural. It was one of the reasons why he was caught - some person had managed to catch him after he had shifted into a bird. From there, he was thrown into a laboratory at the heart of Tokyo to be studied. While they knew that they couldn't open him up and see what makes him tick - and lose one of the few samples of an animal awakening to a power - they still kept him to further study if there was anything different about him.

Hiro was made to perform various tricks but also had experiments done upon him. He remembered that there was a lot of pain. He didn't like the place - ah, but they fed him! Their food was really good! There were some of the humans that seemed very kind but he didn't like it when they strapped him down and when they stuck something sharp in him. He never understood what they were for but in his fifth month, he started to understand what they were talking about. And that's when he started to learn Japanese.

Doctor Himawari is one of the scientists who he is very fond off. She was rather nice, if not a bit stoic. She visited him every day even when there are no tests and she was the first to notice that he has learned different words. Making note of this, they began to teach him like he was a human child himself and he learned. Fast. Scarily so. She seemed very proud of the young tanuki and began teaching him English as well. When he began to learn that, she was the one who devised his communication collar. The lab has grown fond of the tanuki as he continued to learn but soon learned that they would have to let him go.

Hiro was presented to a hero named Atomic Punch. She had taken a liking to him and decided to keep him as a sidekick or something and the laboratory was forced to agree to collect more data on how Hiro would adapt to certain situations and would help the cases of supervillains and the likes. Hiro began to learn from Atomic Punch - Elizabeth Roove her name was - and has helped her multiple times. As people thought he was a mere animal sidekick, he didn't get a hero name or whatever. Hiro didn't mind, he didn't really get why he was doing any of this anyhow.

It was terrifying, how quickly Hiro's life turned around. Elizabeth Roove perished when she chose to protect Hiro instead of herself from the collapsing building. He was left to wander alone.

"What are you doing here all the way here in Lee City little buddy?"

Power

Powers: Shapeshifting
Hiro is able to shift his body to however he pleases. He can grow and shrink - increase his weight and whatnot. However, those most notable and most used of this is Hiro being able to shift himself into other animals. He can turn into whatever animal he has seen before - from birds to sea creatures, they're all fair game. The transformation sequence does not seem to harm Hiro in any way. In fact, he seems to be at ease whenever he's shifting.​
Limitations:
While Hiro can grow in size, he can only grow to around three feet when on all four and his weight shifts accordingly to his height. Hiro also cannot shift into humans, however unfortunate that may be.​

Having been being trained ever since he was four months old, Hiro has mastery over shifting. It is also something that is natural for him to use - animal instincts kicking in to use whatever is in its arsenal.​

Why Your Character Chose to Become a Villain:
"Why have I turned my back on the light? Has the light ever illuminated my husk of a form? I have given my life for the pursuit of science... for duty and humanity. But, what I saw shows humanity is insufferable. The majority swash around ignorant to the corruption around them. The true tune of the world is that of influence and money. Science and progress fall to the backburner as the cogs of society tick ever onward. Good... evil it matters not. Actions dictate actions and science requires experimentation to move forward.

Body Modifications/Implants*:
Following the chemical attacks Harken had fallen to near death. With several organs failing and his eyes being essentially useless he fell into a near death coma.

Using his own power he began to convert his dying organs into something significantly worse. While outwardly human his internal organs are more Benign Cancerous growths than anything else, their functions maintained by Harken himself as well as a few external components.

While the external components are not life or death if removed, they will cause incredible pain and will slow him heavily.
Reinforced Skeletal System-
Due to the weight added and the initial ossification of his bones he has had to replace both Knee joints with mechanical implants.

Damaged Endocrine system:
While able to survive without his respirator he will begin to fall apart over prolonged periods of times. Unable to create the needed hormones naturally his respirator feeds a medicine into his system while allowing him to breath unhindered.

Sternal Plating:
Having been operated on directly after the attack Harkens Sternum was plated to reduce infection. His chest cavity is reinforced but it adds weight to his already heavy frame.

Corneal Implants:
Having entirely lost his vision following the chemical attack Harken has regained his sight through implementation. However, due to the irrepairable damage done to his optical nerve Harken was only able to see in black and white. A external implant running along his face and into his eyes allows for perception of the color spectrum.


Personality:
To say patience is one of Harkens strong suits is an understatement. Unnaturally cold and somewhat unfeeling Harken in a far shot from the man he once was both in mind and body. Following the chemical attacks that left him disabled and scarred he developed a loathing of authority and military presence. Blaming them for all that occurred to him and his patients he has begun to blur the lines between military and government affiliation. Despite his frail appearance, Harken isn't one to stand aside as incidents unfold infront of him. With his body modified internally to suit his needs he has developed a sense of strength.

Using this 'weakness' to his advantage Harken is one who will use every opening allotted to him by whomever he is after. A very devious and calculated man. One who only fully reveals himself once he is sure he has found what he seeks. Due to his power compilations, Harken has begun to withdraw from the streets. Using those infected to carry out his surveliance, Harken has found himself beginning to enter a reclusive phase of his less than whole mindset. \

Outside of his lust for revenge lies a man scarred and with mild Multiple Personality Disorder that is triggered through a specific level of violence surrounding children. When not focused or obsessed Harken has shown to be a rather well mannered and matter of fact type of individual. He is always concise and to the point... though at times he seems to lag behind some of the others due to the nature of his body both physically and at times mentally.
(Outside a topic of his knowledge. Kinda like a Alzheimers patient being given an instrument and them playing it but being unable to come to terms with other things.)


Backstory:
"How old are you Doctor Neidenwald... is that correct in its pronunciation." A voice asked. Neidenhald coughed, the noise of a respirator filling the room. "Wrong, it is Neidenhald" He responds immediately. The individual typing tense up for a moment. "Right... My apologies." The operator begins to say. "Of course it is. You are the one asking questions are you not." Neidenhald responds in kind. "What is it that you want." Neidenhald speaks before the operator can continue. "We need-" The operator began to say before Neidenhald began to laugh. The mechanical laughing only made worse by the confined room. "Everyone always wants answers? Why wont my car start? Why wont my computer turn on... why is my child suffering from chemical warfare when it was banned." Neidenhald spoke his voice turning steely.​

"You were in the middle east?." The operator asked after a few moments. Neidenhald stares for a few moments as if pondering over something. Leaning forward Neidenhald took a deep breath. "Doctors without borders. Duty and humanity. It drove me once and it still does. The reality of it is that we-" Neidenhald realized he was about to begin on a rant. "Doctors without borders. You all went into hell to-" The operator was cut off "Make it a better place? That was what we were told." Neidenhald responded. "You all did quite alo-" Neidenhald held his hand up. "No we didn't. Each time we place a brick towards the foundation of something larger it was bull dozed by something... normally a indifferent military attack." His voice didn't shake or wane. "What happened?" The operator finally asked.

"Thats the big question isn't it. They all ask... Doctor what happened to you. Its simple... I realized that we as people are nothing. Each day we strive to make the word a better place. To rise up and conquer the dark. I believe in a code of ethics... a code of doing. To make each day count towards a better tomorrow. Atleast, I did." Neidenhald scoffs. "What changed?" The operator continued. Standing up Neidenhald stretched. "The war changed. Those pulling the strings changed and everything that seems normal in the world is tossed into the wind. Where once we doctors were men and women of duty, to repair those that could not themselves. To go out into the dark and bring light wherever it is needed. To treat and care..." Neidenhald exhaled. Gripping his chair the wood strained audibly.

Taking a seat Neidenwald sat up straight.
"The answer is simple... and you will never forget it."

Gripping the side of his mask Neidenhald pulls, an audible hiss filling the room. Moving the mask out of the way Neidenhald stared at the operator with his cold dead eyes.

The operator seemed frozen.
