  • Zeus
    The Ship - Deck

Reaching the deck, Zeus looked around. The view was 'okay', it wasn't great, but it was alright. Perhaps it'd get better when they started moving. Then again, maybe it wouldn't he didn't know and he frankly stopped caring as he scanned the few people coming up behind him then turned his attention to start looking for any familiar face. His search ended abruptly when his attention caught redhair, and following that hair to the face Zeus was delighted to see a lioness standing next to Sergeant Grump. Zeus was just about to approach the guy when he heard a voice behind him and turning on the spot he found Saint give him a subtle nod.

There was a moment of silence from his friend, then the hollow voice said: "You look like crap." Zeus chuckled. It came out in a static multi-voiced laugh that buzzed like a taser with mirth.

"Thanks, for checking up on me." He said patting his friend gently on the shoulder. "How you doing also? Saw you take a nasty hit to the head...I think?" He said with a visible raise of his brow.

Saint shrugged and in doing so, Zeus slid his hand off his friend's shoulder, getting the small hint that the contact was enough. "Small headache." He informed a sigh following after. "Nothing I can't handle." He added, taking a second to glance behind him. Following his gaze, Zeus cleared his throat and got Saint's burning stare in his direction.

"You sure you're alright?" Hard to tell but there was concern in that static filled voice.

Saint noted it but didn't bother to answer. Instead he turned his attention to Red, making Zeus do the same despite his concern over the other's silence.

Zeus listened to about half of Red's speech. Most of it he found slightly irritating, because a) he wasn't a sheep he was a freaking sexy panther, and b) was everyone going to be like him? One ear on Captain Loudmouth another on their surroundings, Zeus glanced at those still boarding the boat and those already on the boat. Skimming the few that were on board Zeus missed half the words the redheaded Loudmouth was saying and only caught a few instructions on the layout of the ship. Not really feeling like it was a big deal with Saint being with him he tuned the rest of what Red said out and just focused on looking around, once Red was done he felt a tap on his shoulder and the young adult turned his attention to face his comrade, giving Saint his full attention.

"Heading to the kitchen to get water. Maybe that'll stop this damn headache. Don't start anything while I'm gone, alright?"

Offended, Zeus harrumphed and turned his head away in mock anger. He could practically feel Saint roll his eyes in complete disinterest. There was a slight prod in the shoulder and Zeus sighed in disappointment. "Alright, fine. I won't try to hook up with our alcoholic friend while you're gone." Saint cleared his throat and Zeus merely sighed in exasperation, then began looking around for who else was off limits. "I'll include....the chick in the suit uh...Highlights, and armor chick next to her armored dad." He didn't want to have to fight a dad for date with a girl anyway.

    Doing it once was enough.

Not at all satisfied but willing to cope, Saint headed towards the kitchen. Feeling a little dejected at losing the chance to flirt with the hottest chick he'd ever seen in a suit in his entire life, Zeus eyed anyone that could sate any chances of boredom. Then he spied someone, a dude with wings. Big wings. Zeus couldn't help but grin. "Hey Wingman!" he called heading in the guy's direction. Never said I couldn't make a friend.

Aia happily ate at the steak in her hands unknowing of the being That had entered the room out of pure lack of want to pay attention to her surroundings. Aia was focused on eating a full meal before going to search for Bright that she didn't notice the man in the room at all, even when he spoke. That s until he accidentally kicked a bone from a piece of rib she had eaten. That had caught her attention instantly as her head whipped around in an instant as her eyes locked on the being. Unmoving and unblinking Aia stared down the man for a second before her head tilted to the right slightly in curiosity as she dropped the steak in her hands. Gently placing her self onto her feet she cautiously approached the being, Sniffing a couple times in his direction as she neared him. The being smelt human though looked absolutely nothing like one which puzzled Aia. Soon she got to the man her eyes still locked on him as she lifted her self up by her tail to his height seeing as how he was taller than her by at least a foot. Then after staring at him for a second at his eye level she shot her hands out and gently grabbed the side's of his head. Pulling him close as she studied the helmet on his head, twisting his head left and right and up and down. The more she looked at him the more puzzled she became. Lifting his chin up as far as she could she looked at the neck and down to the chest as she slowly started to move in a circle to his right around him, her tail keeping her body in the air as she circled him studying him. Soon she was completely behind him though most of her tail still sat in front of him as she studied his back. feeling his back here and there and even gently pulling on pieces to see what would happen before moving to his left arm. She then proceeded to move his arm around before she brought it to her mouth and gently gnawed on his shoulder armor a little, her teeth making little tinking sounds against it as she tried to figure out what he was before going back to studying his arm till she found her self in front of the strange man having done a full 360 around him.

Aia was undoubtedly confused on what she was studying. this thing smelt entirely human though nothing about its physical features was human which only made her want to probe at it more. slowly her tongue pocked out of her mouth as she stared at him. Then having an idea she grabbed the being by his chest piece, her feet grabbing a hold of his belt as she lifted him into the air. uncaring of how the being would react as she held him in the air she gently shook him a little to see if anything would come off of him. maybe this thing was hiding a human? Maybe if she shook it the human would fall off the thing. though to no avail in her shaking she groaned a little and set the thing down before she went to work studying once more. Gently she started to climb on him. Placing her feet on his chest as she kinda draped her self over his head so she was looking at his back from an upside down point of view she started to pull at things that seemed loose to see what would happen. As expected ignoring any words or commands for her to get off as her figuring out what the hell this thing was, was way more important than it wanting her to get off of it. Then she climbed over him and got into a sort of piggy back position, having stepped over and was now gripping onto his back with her feet as she bent over his head, her head hanging upside down in front of his face as she studied his face again, bringing one hand to it and poking at some of the lights curiously.

One thing for sure, the man in front of her knew how to run his mouth. She didn't mind the rough language he used; Really, even among her peers, she had a very large tolerance. No one knew what others had been through, so judging people from a shallow point of view was really unfair in her opinion. Besides, they were all criminals here. If she wrinkled her nose every time she saw or heard something not to her taste, she would be better off back in her small drug store.

The ship was great, although her sheltered life gave her little opportunity to board a ship, so she couldn't really be a judge. As interesting as the ship was, Lilian was more interested in her new acquaintances.

Everyone had different backgrounds, but a few people stood out to her solely from appearance. Apart from the black armour clad figure she had seen before, there was another who was shrouded in metallic white armour. A blonde young man had a pair of wings sprouted from his back. The illusionist from earlier was holding hand with the blue-haired boy. They looked out of place in the middle the group.

A sudden metallic smell pierced her nose. She turned her head to its source and was greeted by the sight of a masked man carrying a girl over his shoulder. To say the man had some blood on him would be an understatement. He was practically covered in it. The girl was lacking an arm, but the way he brought her didn't really look as someone who brought an injured acquaintance along. A fallen hero, then. But...

"What are you planning to do with her?" her eyes gleamed with curiosity. Was he someone who was used to human experiment? Or does his interest swing toward the corpse? Really, she wouldn't be surprised with his answer.

It's The New Anarchist, after all.

Euclid G. Hawthorne
The Ωmega

Thankfully nobody was going to question him on why he's decided to bring a body on board. The body of the Cold Steel Mistress, now truly cold as steel. The only other thing he's going to be hoping for is that nobody would be misinterpreting the reason why he's bringing this on board once somebody did question him, and also for a nice, quiet and safe place for him to eat this body by himself without anyone interrupting him. He hated interruptions after all. What he did was what he felt was a good idea. Anyways, it'd be a lot better if he just hurried up and got onto the ship now instead of loiter around and wait for some invitation into the damn thing. Talking with other people wasn't his thing, he's more like an angsty teen that prefers being alone except not depressed and suicidal and more 'I just don't care much about you all.'

One thing for sure however, this red-headed guy sure knew how to run his mouth. He wasn't some sheep, he's more like a really sexy wolf that eats... other wolves. This ship was interesting to say the least, he'd never been on one due to wealth constrictions and generally didn't care much about transports when all you need is either a motorbike or a car to get around the place. Omega tried to listen, but with how much of a fucking loudmouth he was it was hard. There was no need to be such a fucking stereotypical sailor that swore every time they said something just because they were on a goddamn boat. Nevertheless, he's managed to pull through the unnecessary swearing during the briefing. There were other ways to instill fear and a sense of respect in someone, this just made them start hating you.

Don't go into the rooms of the elites. Don't bother them. Don't go into some room that's been locked. Got it. His guess was that it was a torture room, or maybe some kinky BDSM sex dungeon. The former was much more reasonable, whilst the latter most likely had a probability of shooting a shotgun from a thousand yards and trying to get a shotgun pellet into a tiny hole. But who knew? That might just be the case. Maybe it's even the room of their most secret elite member, or maybe holding something or someone Data considers to be incredibly precious. Anyways, it wasn't any of their business so it was best he stopped trying to figure whatever is in that secret room of theirs. So far, all Omega wants right now is a secluded room for him to enjoy his dinner and take off the mask.

Trust was an important thing, and he didn't feel like trusting anyone enough to let anyone see what his face looks like or his own name. Such information shouldn't be disclosed to anyone until he trusts them. Right now, a shower would be nice. Really nice, actually. Being covered in blood wasn't much fun when he smelled like a ton of metal and felt excruciatingly dirty. He's still got a body slung over his shoulder after all, and mostly wanted to just eat where none were. The sooner he made progress on that front, the more he can probably do something else. An arm, complete with the bones, had already been consumed and he's planning on eating it all soon enough. Though he's certainly not gonna eat it all in a single day, that was certain. This didn't feel like much to carry around for him, but it probably did to others.

Should he eat it raw or cooked? Something tells him that if he tried cooking another human, he'd lose privileges to use their kitchen. A capable of chef like him wouldn't like not being able to cook something, but considering this group is not a normal group whatsoever, he might be able to cook some human meat and eat it. A bunch of villains on a damn ship was already ridiculous enough, what's this compared to a bunch of potentially incompatible people who's connections to each other are either from personal ones and the fact that they're all considered antagonists. Potentially even protagonists, depending on the perspective of course. History will always be written by the victors, and the idea of going down in history as a member of the New Anarchist, a group of which have incredible potential to become something big was appealing to most. They might be on the news already, with the heroes they've killed.

Eating the body raw was something he hasn't done in a while, so he'll just go with that. First he'll need to find a roo-
"What are you planning to do with her?" It seems that someone has finally come to question him as to why he's brought a body on board. He shouldn't be surprised, he predicted this earlier. What should he say to this girl? It'd be rude to just not answer. He wasn't exactly mute either, so he has no real excuse other than the typical 'That's none of your business.' and he doesn't feel like saying that. Should he just keep it vague or just tell her what he's going to do with it? It'd probably be best to just keep it vague, he'll let them all find out that he's a cannibal on their own. Probably.

"Hmm. I'm just gonna do... something. To her. There's no need to get worried about a dead body." he answered calmly.

Saint
The Ship - The Kitchen

Saint found himself in a conundrum.

This was weird. Everything about tonight was weird. All he wanted was a damned glass of damn fucking water and now he was dealing with a naked female staring at him like he'd just stolen the last piece of cake. Apparently, he was the antagonist of the story that interrupted her hearty meal. And frankly he didn't like how the scene was playing out.

Distracted by his own thoughts and desires to avoid looking directly at her but also maintain her in his sights in case she tried anything, Saint took a cautious step back when the female moved forward then felt his guard rise when she rose to his height with her tail. She tried to stare him in the eye, he tried to avoid looking at her bod. He'd never dealt with this before and wasn't sure where to begin dealing with this woman's strange desire to show off her exhibitionist tendencies for all to see. Either she was a perv, an extreme perv, or just didn't care who saw her naked but if one thing got Saint's attention it was feeling a hand slip around his head and draw him in.

In that instant, bashfulness and awkwardness meant nothing. Even with the gentleness of her touch, thoughts pumped into Saint's head of a different scenario. A scenario where his head lied at an odd angle and Zeus went on a rampage finding out he died.

Muscles in a arm tightened, flexed then a fist clenched formed while eyes stayed fixed on her whenever she guided his head to a direction, Saint let the female do her thing. He didn't want a fight, but if she started one he'd end it. She had his head and he wasn't about to use his powers to slip out of her grasp until he felt her grip tighten, which it never did. So he didn't fight back. If this was one of Red's friends, odds are he'd be fighting someone more experienced than him and even if Zeus could boast and tout all he wanted, Saint knew they weren't skilled enough to face someone with years more experience than them. So the best case would be to kill as quickly as possible.

Something he was secretly glad, didn't come to pass.

Blinking once he found himself staring into the odd female's eyes after a second of awkward silence that continued to stretch the longer he was in here. In that silence he noted what she was doing. She's examining me? he considered as she moved to study his back. Following that motion he slightly turned his head to keep her in his sights. Eyes shifting from her, to the tail laying in front of him, then finally back to the strange woman studying him. Completely forgetting about the laws of pubic decency, he let his eyes study her as she studied him. And the more he looked at her, the more he wondered if she was some sort of experiment...or something else entirely.

"What are you?" He asked. The voice was cold and hollow, bereft of emotion when he spoke and his voice had a slight hum to it that came with the bass. Despite the question she didn't respond. Instead she picked at his armor. Poking at the small wedges in between one or two plates and then moving to his arm which he allowed her to move on her own. She's definitely not from here. The way she acts, the way she looks, the behavior-- she's either an experiment or some kind of... sapient being And that theory was only confirmed when she started nibbling on his right pauldron.

Not saying a word as she circled back to face him, Saint studied her as she stared at him. Clearly, she was some sort of experiment. An escapee of sorts, one who if his theory was right, he could sympathize with. But if his second theory was right, then this just made him question what her species was and where exactly she came from, if she understood him and so much more. Unlike her, Saint could see the confusion written on her face, the only difference was she couldn't see the scrutiny and curiosity written on his. He'd gotten the idea that she was trying to look for his body underneath all this metal and was drawing a blank from not seeing anything of the sort. Once the silence had stretched long enough, the young man decided enough was enough, it was time he get what he came for: his glass of water. But just as he moved a slight step forward, she moved a whole hop onto him.

"What are you--" getting hoisted into the air like a child was not fun. He'd hated that as a kid when his brothers did it to tease him and he hated it now. The shaking did nothing to improve this and Saint almost sent a small gust of air into her face just to make her feel as uncomfortable as him, but logic stopped his open hand just in time before he did something stupid. Luckily she put him down, that shake up was starting to make his headache come back. Once down, Saint just stayed still. He didn't know what she'd try next after that but if she tried to bite through his armor he'd knock her off in a heartbeat.

Tech would kill him before anyone here could if anything stupid happened to his equipment. And now that he was just watching, what on earth was she doing? There was a brief moment of darkness as Saint could only see white and a body, then he felt the female move to his back which he had to help balance in case she fell off. Now on his back, Saint just let things ride out. Her tail was directly around him now and he didn't want to get constricted by this female, so when he saw her staring at him, clinging to his back, with an upside down perspective, he sighed.

It was almost like being with Sandra all over again. Too bad she was dead. He'd liked her. He didn't like the poking in the face though. "St- Hey-- Will you-- Stop!" He gently grabbed her hand by the wrist and sighed. "You're not going to stop till you see what's in here are you?"

There was no verbal response but Saint got the strange feeling she understood him...to an extent.

Taking a deep breath in, he sighed. Keeping her secured to his back, he carefully maneuvered over her tail and moved towards the kitchen sink then braced his hands on it. "Alright...here's the deal." Incinerating eyes now looking in her direction. "I show you my face, you keep your mouth shut. Alright? Good." He didn't expect a response so he just moved a hand up to the side of his mask, right around where an ear would've been then pressed a hidden switch for four seconds. With a hiss of air the mask unlatched, the glow died to a black and Saint's mask started to shift. The mouth piece unhinged from the chin, slid into the central plate for his face then the sides of his mask compacted into the sides of the helmet's hidden compartments. When the mask was done, Saint's forehead, chin, and the sides of his face were left covered. Strands of platinum blonde hair fell along his forehead and he squinted at the figure in front of him with bright green eyes that had no trouble seeing her up close.

Waiting without comment, Saint watched her reaction. Hopefully now that she'd seen his face she'd get off of him and let him get his drink of water.

    Boat

The boat was something she hadn’t expected in the slightest. She was grateful that Beau seemed concerned, even if she questioned why. She took the hand she was offered as she got up from the floor. The sounds had stopped, the heroes were dead and she had been useless. Like usual, she heard in the back of her mind. What use was her power for… before she could continue that line of thought she went to assuring Beau that she was fine and didn’t need any help walking. Granted she still felt the phantoms of pain from Sonar but there was no injury so that should clear up fast.
She went up the staircase with an intense trepidation, from one vulnerability to another, she was glad she still had her weapons. Luckily enough she had the chance to grab her sheath for the sword as they approached the boat. It was now firmly locked into the casing and buckled to her side. Still as quite a few had shown that wouldn’t mean much against them. Even without the extra numbers problem it’d be a real challenge. She started to plan for ways to possibly take down the others.
Either way she didn’t think this line of thought was gonna go very far without knowing more about the others. She stuck close to Beau’s side waiting for some form of direction from the silent leader of this group. Before she could even properly address Beau the Man from before came up and started to yell for them just after locking away their way off. It seemed there was no changing their mind. She listened to him explain rather theatrically about what they had access to. She made note of what was and was not going to be enforced. It’s interesting how much info was given away with what was not said. Once the man was done talking she turned back to Beau.
“Seems like they’re already pretty prepared for blocking people from certain areas. They were expecting Wildcards, It’s possible that we actually could get through it with enough effort and that’s why they chose to give the threat….”
She started to theorize what exactly was their plans in giving out the info they did. If it was just that they weren’t allowed in locked areas then the lock itself would stop them. Was this a ploy to get them at ease? If it was it was a bad one since they got cursed at. She continued talking to Beau lowering her voice and leaning closer to him to discourage others from listening in.
“Well the biggest threat isn’t them it’s the other wildcards then. Hmmm anyone that isn’t showing their face has less to lose if we get caught. In that case they’re the most suspicious. Well It seems it’s time to get working on knowing what they can do then.”
She lifted her head with confidence as she swayed along the deck as she approached her target. She walked straight up to the man in the electric suit standing just in front of him with her best straight face.
“I’m Omni. You’re the one that was talking with the Man that shot the first hero right? So what went down on your side when the roof caved in?”

Ship - Deck

Taking a few steps forward, Desmond took a hesitant glance at the group of villains ahead. That, was a lot of people. A lot of criminal people. And as someone who had been training to fight people like these (even if he only accepted the training so he could get better control of his newfound powers) this was still a lot to take in. And he wasn't entirely sure if he'd meet some of the...darker undertones he'd felt when scanning the boat.

Glancing back at Zeke's ride and the mechanic within, Desmond felt a bit of comfort at the sight of the guy. Even if he was a villain of sorts, he seemed like a decent guy. He'd helped him out after all, and it comforted him a bit knowing that even if he wasn't able to find his chums immediately, he'd have at least one new friend to stay with for the meantime. Looking back to the gathered group and hearing someone shout about 'sheep' and 'listening up', Desmond sighed and closed his eyes. Then with one deep inhale and one long exhale, he focused.

Colors exploded into existence. In his mind's eye Desmond saw them all. Red, blue, green, violet, pink, purple, white, black, and more. Colors of all kinds, of various shades took on the forms of their owners. They pulsed with life and radiated in different ways, some colors stronger than others, some duller in comparison. The first time Desmond had seen this, he was left in awe. It had been beautiful for three seconds, then turned horrifying the next.

As if a cold breeze had tickled his spine, Desmond shivered. He didn't feel as terrified as he'd felt then, nor did he feel petrified like he'd been in those few minutes he thought he was going to die. Right now he just felt uneasy. Uneasy at all the tension that swirled in the air. There was doubt and mistrust. Curiosity and boredom. Excitement and a faint hint of fear in some. Caution and high alert in others. This place was a cesspool of emotions that Desmond felt could tip in the wrong direction with the slightest nudge. Hearing a loud voice partway through, shouting instructions he was pulled from his concerns and focused on the task at hand.

Extending his reach he searched through the crowd, gently touching a person's aura as his senses stretched to their limits. There was a girl with orange aura so bubbly and so vibrant he thought it was the sun, there was a male with an aura so full of self-interest mixed with what Desmond thought might be either lust or personal gain. There was a woman with colors so shaky and so fragile that Desmond thought if he knew how and if he could, the smallest nudge in the wrong way would make her break. With a subtle shake of his head, the teen bit his lip to focus. He pushed past them and others, until a slight grace of two told him he'd found Zeus and Saint. A humming bright green stood out for Zeus while a brilliant dark yellow belonged to Saint's. The two had separated going in different directions. Zeus heading towards a man who's aura Desmond found to be strong and lively, while Saint clambered down steps and out of Desmond's range.

Deciding to follow Zeus who wasn't the farthest, Desmond sucked up courage and charged right in.

Almost immediately he realized he'd made a mistake.

First of all, he had to wade his way through a bunch of people. Most of which were taller than him, all of whom he tried to avoid looking directly at for fear of one of them possibly being a Gorgon. Secondly, he didn't want anyone to see his face. On the run to Zeke's ride, he'd lost his mask and now had to deal with a hoisted up hoodie that blocked half his view and covered most of his hair.

Muttering "excuse me's" and slightly slithering his way through, Desmond had to stop and focus to find Zeus again. Only to realize he was going the wrong way and turn and start heading in the direction of his friend, all while trying to hide his own identity. Why didn't I bring a spare mask? Pride told me to bring one just in case but I didn't listen![ he frowned at himself behind his jacket and then nearly bumped into someone, barely avoiding as he twirled out of the way. A huff and a focus later, he found Zeus not too far. Turning in that direction, Desmond's eyes widened as he found himself heading right for a girl who's aura outline felt very bubbly and instantly familiar.

Too bad he couldn't stop the collision in time to avoid her as they crossed paths.

Aia's poking and prodding had only grown her curiosity for this thing as it spoke to her. seeming to not enjoy her poking of its face as it gently moved her hand away she tilted her head to the right a little as he began to move. Looking up as she balanced herself on his back with her hands on his shoulders as he moved to the sink nearby. Once he had stopped Aia leaned back down in front of his face to continue her investigation as he started to speak. Telling her he would show her if she would keep her mouth shut she only responded by poking her tongue out of her mouth a little as she watched him. Slowly the thing brought a hand up to the side of its head and did something that caused its face to hiss and move which startled Aia a little but she remained where she was watching. As the parts moved away to reveal the face underneath Aia smiled excitedly. So he was human!! wait why was the human in this thing? did he want to be in the metal. *gasp* what if he's trapped in the metal thing!??! Aia let the thoughts race through her head as she grabbed his cheeks gently and started to move his head around once more with curiosity as her eyes locked on his before she studied the rest of his face. Gently poking his cheek once or twice before giving a puzzled look. She was glad a little of her curiosity proved successful but at the same time it only opened up more questions she anted to find out about though she was hesitant to continue her examinations now that she could see the look of slight frustration the man had, presumably towards her so she decided it would be best not to probe at him anymore for now.

Gently she climbed off his body and went back over to her meal. Picking up the steak and putting it in her mouth before she went back over the the metal human and hopped up onto the counter next to him to observe his actions. She had to resist the urge to keep examining him, but god how she wanted to figure what he was out. All she wanted to do now was see if the metal could come off though figured the human wouldn't like that very much. So she sat there eyes locked onto him as she slowly ate away at the steak wondering what the metal man would do next.

"Worry would be far from the truth. More like curiosity," she said as she adjusted her glasses. She didn't really expect to get an answer, and his evasive answer was understandable. They didn't really know each other, apart from the fact that they were both willing to join New Anarchist. Suspicion and distrust would be present among them naturally. But she was indeed curious about what he planned to do with the body. After all,

"It's not everyday you see someone who take the trouble to bring a corpse along," her eyes glimmered behind her glasses. Could he be a researcher? They could help each other if that was the case. She was intrigued of the effect of drugs on a powered human, but she lacked the resources and foundational knowledge to further her research on that subject, particularly a test subject. No one would willingly try an experimental drug. Particularly one with a potentially lethal effect.

Vesper and Bright Vesper “Where did you get that?”

She did not make to indicate that she had acknowledged the question. Instead, she took one glance at Bright, who shrugged and walked away from her and Paladin with a rather believable excuse that she was famished. The woman could eat twice her weight and still come out of that looking slimmer than she was previously. Vesper had a hypothesis that she was actively burning her calories by keeping her power in check, though that was a baseless claim. It was only then she turned to face the speaker.

He was a bald man with striking blue eyes. She placed him at six feet, and was a rather well-built specimen. Something about him seemed to resonate with her, which, in and of itself, was a strange feeling. Vesper did not like to think she ‘resonated’ with anyone. Perhaps it was simply one of those rare chords one would get if they had ten monkeys bashing on a keyboard. Nonetheless, she did not see any issue with answering the man.

“I bought it from a souvenir shop,” she said flatly. “It was on sale for Mardi Gras. Thought it’d go well with my complexion. ”

She also did not see any issue with answering sarcastically.

Bright Her dress shoes clacked crisply across the floor. The woman in the neat suit traced a finger across the metal walls, as if she were studying the build of the ship. Once every moment, she would stop, rap her knuckles on the wall, then continue walking, all the time giving the occasional, characteristic ‘Mmm.’ of vague intentions and reasons.

To any who would pass her in the corridors, she would offer a warm smile and a nod. Even behind the shades she wore, her eyes seemed fo gleam with some form of cheer. Manufactured or genuine, nothing she said or emoted betrayed the true emotions behind the curl of her lips.

She finally came across the mess, the door hanging ajar. Someone must already be in it. She could hear voices in it. Or, to be more exact, a single voice. It was indistinct enough for her to be unable to hear the actual conversation. She straightened her coat, brushed down the dust from it, then pushed opem the door.

“Hello, excuse me, sumimasen, pardone, whatever the heck, I’m here for the fo--” she stopped at the door. Her eyes seemed to only register the pale girl devouring the steak in her hands, completely ignoring the other person in the room. Her smile slowly faded away, like the sun shrouded in clouds. The clouds darkened, as her features completely solidified into one of emotionless granite. She stepped forwards, slowly at first, then, at the second step, she broke into a stride, pushing past the masked man, approaching the girl at alarming speed, ignoring all the foodstuffs in her way.

Without prior indication, enveloped the girl in a hug. Her face remained unreadable, almost as if it was set in stone. All she did was close her eyes and sigh. “Aia,” was all she said in a soft murmur.

Bringing around a dead body with an arm missing over your shoulders all the while being covered in blood is most certainly something you don't see everyday. Of course it isn't. Only certain jobs like being a coroner or doctor would possibly have such things happen on a daily basis, and most normal civilians like her(assuming she is indeed a civilian that just so happened to be a villain), would probably never see a dead human body slung over someone's shoulder while they're covered in blood from head to the soles of their shoes without a bunch of police cops coming straight from the station coming to arrest them. Which reminded him, he should definitely get to taking a shower right about now. A man covered in the stench of blood, fresh blood at that, would need to take a nice long and cold shower.

Though whatever reason she's curious about him and his plans for the body, he will not be willing to share this body with anyone at all. Consuming the entire body, preferably in a single night, was what he wanted to do now. He felt a bit hungry in spite of eating right before heading to the meeting, now he just wants to eat something. That was enough reason alone. Maybe she was a cannibal too. That could very well be a possibility, but he doubted it. There was hardly anyone willing to eat human meat, as it is considered a taboo after all. Even if this was a bunch of villains and the chances of them being potential cannibals having a chance that's higher, even they probably wouldn't want to eat another living person's muscles and flesh and mass.

Whatever the reason she's interested in the body for, he won't want to share it. It was greedy, but he wants it all for himself. Maybe he should just come clean and say he was gonna eat it. On second thought, he'd rather not. He should just ask instead of all this useless wondering.
"Why might you be interested in this here body?"

367

He took one look at the two others - one clad in armour, the other in a suit. While to a normal civilian they may stand out, to 367 they were just part of the crowd. Faces in the wind. He did not need to know them, so he did not want to know them. Most people saw that mindset as harsh, cruel or nasty, but 367 had been trained to think like that. When someone does what 367 does, you learn to be able to quickly filter out targets and allies from the crowd.

It was impossible to discern anything from 367's face. Not only does it seem like he's never smiled in his lifetime, he had a vault for his emotions where others had a sponge. Whether or not Vesper had angered him by not answering properly. With nothing in his voice - no life, no peaks, no accents - he replies to the girl. "There are only 37 people that this device was designed for. You are not one of them."

411 Dog. 368 Snake. 00-01 through to 00-10. Amongst a few others, those were the ones allowed to have the device that covered Vesper's face, and even then they were able to refuse it if they felt like they didn't need it. 223 Frog and 367 Canary refused their gift, from the top of his head. After all, they didn't need it. The real question, though, was why this girl had one. Of course, she could've took it from one of them, but they were trained assassins. 367 was considered the weakest amongst them all, and even he could take an entire squadron with ease. Killing someone like him was no easy feat. Even then, the device was like any other - you needed to know how to operate it before you can use it.

As they boarded the boat he made his way a little further along the deck, not wanting to crowd the entrance with everyone else. He leaned against the railing, pulling a cigarette from one of his belt's pouches to replace the one discarded after the battle. With a fluid motion he lit it up and slipped it into his helmet.

Had to be the third one he'd gone through since coming to this little meet n greet, a bit excessive even by his standards. A loud voice raised above the crowd drawing his attention. Of course it lost his attention right after by calling everyone 'sheep'. He didn't have time to entertain pompous kids.

It was soon thereafter that a second, much closer voice drew his focus. Only this voice wasn't directed at him, it was directed at the young girl by his side. He couldn't really care about the curiosities of their new found co-workers so he offered a similarly dismissive response as Bright, turning his focus to the docks they were embedded in currently. He knew Vesper knew better than to blab about things she shouldn't, he also knew she was capable of handling some curious george. Hell, her reply even got a smirk out of him. Not that anyone would see it.

It wasn't until the man's response that he actually cared. Of all the replies he could have given, that was not one he thought he'd hear. He pushed off the railing and took a few steps to stand between Vesper and the hooded man. Like him, his voice was calm and did nothing to betray his inner thoughts. "Sorry, bud, but you've got the wrong idea. It's a simple visor from an associate of mine."

He knew better than to think he had completely dismantled them. One guy didn't have that kind of power. He knew they probably continued in some form. And to have some mysterious stranger coming up and identifying something from that time... Wasn't like he didn't expect to deal with this one day. After all, people don't like their property being stolen from them.

Aia watched the man intently as she gnawed on the streak till a familiar voice flooded her ears. Quickly Aia froze where she was as she tried to determine weather or not it was her mind playing tricks or the real thing. Then after a second she slowly started to turn in the direction she had heard the voice come from. Having barely been able to look towards Bright before she as enveloped by her. For a split second Aia resisted until she her senses forced her to give in, her nose flooded with Brights scent, the feeling of Brights arms around her was something she couldn't forget. Aia sat there frozen a look of disbelieving as she spoke one soft word in Japanese which was perhaps the word she would remember forever. "Okaa-san?" Then swiftly Aia brought her arms around Bright tightly and practically squealed in happiness as she hugged Bright, nuzzling into her neck. "Okaa-san okaa-san okaa-san okaa-san okaa-san!" She repeated over and over and over as she hugged Bright. Wrapping her tail around Brights left leg as she slightly pushed away to get a look at Brights face a massive smile on Aia's face as she saw Brights face before nuzzling deeply into Brights chest. "Okaa-san!" She repeated again with delight as she held tightly to her almost as if she would refuse to let go of Bright again. Letting out a happy giggle as she held tightly to Bright. God it had been so long since Aia had seen her, so long without her mothers guidance and love. Aia had feared that if the search went on any longer the feeling of Brights embraces would be forgotten, and yet here they were now reunited once more. It was nothing short of heaven for Aia, to be reunited with Bright once more, To feel Brights arms around her and hear her oh so calming heartbeat once more.

Having forgotten completely about the metal man at there side as she continued her embrace with Bright. Unable to hold her excitement Aia squealed again as she looked up to Bright and sent her a big smile. Unable to do anything but smile at this point as she continued to hold tightly to her mother. Gently Aia pocked her tongue out at Bright, Then almost like a snake her tongue extended outward far beyond human tongue length as Aia gently licked Brights left cheek before her tongure retracted into her mouth once more leaving a big smile on Aia's face before she nuzzled in to Bright once more. Enjoying the calming sensation she got from being in Brights arms again.

Carbon Dragon.png

Alan || Carbon Dragon

Alan leaned against a wall and looked at the the group all either talking with each other or walking around. He saw someone call out to the crowd and began to give his own little speech. He must be one of computer screen's followers he thought to himself. After hearing the man call the people sheep, Carbon mostly stopped listening. He heard him talk about certain areas of the ship, which was of use, but otherwise he ignored the man's words. He propped himself off the wall and began to head below deck, so he could claim a bunk for himself. He stopped himself though to have his optical sensor scan some people he hadn't seen and add them to his radar, setting them all to neutral.

As he made his way again he saw a girl with long orange hair approach him. She introduced herself and asked a fairly straightforward question. He hadn't interacted with anyone simply due to the fact that he didn't trust anyone here, and because he had no reason to in the first place. If they approached him though, it'd be fine and he wouldn't object. He looked down at her and gave her a fair response. "Carbon, and if you mean computer screen then yes I was the one talking to him. For some reason he gave off the atmosphere that he's the leader of this group, and seems that I was right." He said being reasonably polite.

"Our side had three heroes. Two I could have easily dealt with, one with high adrenaline and physical strength while the other could spin into an electric tornado. Main problem was the actual pro, someone who could manipulate and create wormholes." He showing a hint of respect in his tone when he mentioned the white suit. "I'll admit, he was good. But I've fought people like him before, granted it was with a team, but we took them down. I fought him basically solo, another guy in armor helped a bit by firing some rounds and throwing a grenade, but otherwise it was pretty much me." He said taking a pause in his sentence. "In the end though I killed him. How about you, what was your side like?"

Saint
The Ship - The Kitchen

Allowing her to do her thing without any hindrance, despite his distaste, Saint was more than a little relieved when the female finally let him go and went back to her meal. Though he was fully aware her attention was still on him.

He wanted to ask her questions. What her name was, where she was from, why she was in here, and why she was naked. Instead, he chose to get a bottle of water from the still open fridge then circle round back to the sink to watch her, still mindful of that rather long tail and her attention. Saint was in the process of unscrewing his bottle open when he heard footsteps- one individual from the sound of it, not a major deal so he didn't bother to flick the switch and put his mask back on. She was too close for it to work anyone because by the time he'd heard her voice she was through the door, not that it mattered as he kept his back faced to her. He was just about to open the cold bottle when he felt a push and in feeling that, he turned his head and saw the interaction...then heard the name.

"Aia?" he repeated the name, tone less deep than with the mask on. "So that's her name, huh." And she's from Japan he thought, putting distance between himself and the two, carefully watching the exchange as he backed towards the fridge and put the exit just adjacent to him. And that's apparently her mother, Saint didn't know much Japanese but he knew his second elder, Thomas spoke it fluently. He didn't understand a lot of it, but 'Oka-san' was a term he'd have to know.

He'd seen enough anime with Zeus to know it without a translator.

Taking a swig of cold water, Saint studied the exchange between mother and daughter. Trying to pick out any genetic features that would show they were blood or anything similar but given how different Aia was in appearance that may as well have been trying to fit a square into a circle shaped hole. "When I came in here, I was a little surprised." He informed the female in the suit. "Thought she was with them", he implied to the people up top, not trying to elaborate on whether he was referring to villains or one of Red's allies. "Looks like I might've been wrong."

Taking another swig and opening the fridge, Saint searched for an apple now completely ignoring Aia and her mother. That however, didn't mean he'd dropped his guard. While he looked he gathered molecules. Small vibrations in the air shifted into a shield facing them, if they sent something his way his shield would take most of the force before shattering leaving him to deal with the rest, but at least that meant any surprise attack would minimize the costs to him.

"....There it is." He grabbed the apple, moved to the sink, rinsed it off and took a large bite, then began to speak while keeping his face barely hidden as he left only his side to view. "When I came in here" he said between chewing. "She came up to me. You'll understand on my part, I was a bit uncomfortable given her..." his nose crinkled, "lack of clothes." Saint shrugged, "but she showed interest in this." An echo came when a finger tapped on his armor. "Didn't know what I was till I showed her my face." He turned his head and offered the two a rather small smile. The shield glided effortlessly between him and them. "Couldn't answer me when I asked her a question either. For a second, I thought she was something else but..." he shrugged again and took another large bite, "a foolish concept nothing more."

"Aia", he spoke up after a couple more seconds of silent staring. "Careful up there." He said in Japanese. It was broken and he didn't pronounce somethings right, but try he did. "There are a lot of people up there." he continued, switching back to English. "A lot of them with different goals and different views." He told the woman. "Things could've been different if someone else walked in on her and took her as an immediate threat." He told the mother, and his tone sounded a tad hard. "Very different." He added and to make a point some bowls, shelves, and objects laying around the kitchen rattled and shook with vibration. Then in the split second his tone had hardened, Saint calmed immediately and everything stopped shaking. "You might want to keep an eye on your daughter from now on, miss. Group like this? Anything can happen." He lifted a hand up and tapped the side of his helmet and with a hiss it began to cover his face.

And with that advice given Saint tossed his apple core in the trash and made for the exit, mask back up, invisible shield of fluctuating air following him as he carefully avoiding Aia's tail just as he had before.

Anima
The sky was clear that day, I remember that much...
I was alone, my parents had left me home while they went on one of their trips, and I had exhausted my supply of reading materials, and nothing on the television struck my fancy...
so lonely...
An hour later and I'm looking out the window, desperate for something interesting to happen, for some stroke of luck perhaps...
"Maybe mom will come home soon?" I say aloud to myself,
The hope dies within the hour, after a tasteless meal, I sit myself in my father's recliner, his scent still lingers there... Canoe aftershave... His favorite...
That night I sleep restlessly...
So So lonely....
For the next few days I wait for them restlessly, (something doesn't feel right...) I think to myself, worrying for their safety. (they've never been gone this long...). My worry for their safety turns into panic at their absence for the next few days, I've never been afraid of losing someone, let alone my parents, and even less so both of them....
So Lonely I Could Scream...
and then I get the call... both dead, accident, heroes.... I hear these words but don't feel them and all I feel is hurt and I want them back now
So Lonely...
they cant leave me alone like this...
So Lonely....
I want to say I love you one more time...........
SO LONELY!!!!
I feel the loneliness, I hang up the phone more broken then I can handle, they're gonna come to get me, and i'm so lonely, and this feeling wells up inside me until I can’t take it and then!!!!
"...hello, what's your name?"
I hear the voice of young woman. I look up, confused...
"what's your name young one?"
I look around looking for the adult who is talking to me, but see no one.
" over here kiddo"
I look over at the toaster, ( that cant be right?)
"I'm just as surprised as you kid"
I walk over and pick up the toaster, she seems nice, so we talk for a bit, and then it hits me...
I don't have to be alone anymore, EVER!!!!!
I take the toaster, and open the back window, if heroes think they can get away with anything, they've got another thing coming...

I wake up in a cold sweat...
"Damn Air conditioner, just when I need you to work..."
I get up, moving towards the offending appliance, when something catches my eye, A letter, hanging by the string from the ceiling fan, which is lazily making a circle, causing the letter to casually swing around.
I open and read the letter.

"Interesting"

(Finally, A chance to make a real difference in this godforsaken country) But first, I should try to find out who we're dealing with...
I walk up to Horizon.
"Did you see who put this letter here?"
"Letter? What letter?"
"You don't see the letter in my hand?"
(hmmm, these guys might be more prepared than I thought...No matter, It's still worth it, if what this letter says is true, I cant miss this opportunity, I have to take the risk)
I move to my dresser, and start packing some clothes, enough for three days, I bring all the essentials that I'll need to do this, I put on my civilian disguise and prepare to head out, on the way out I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror.
(is that really what I look like?)
My hair is disheveled, my beard unkempt, my clothes are wrinkled and dirty, and the bags under my eyes betray my exhaustion...
"But first, I should get presentable..."
3 days later, I run towards where I heard the loud noise, there's a collapsed warehouse, with half of a ship poking out of it, I can't see any movement through all the rubble, but I move towards it stealthily anyway, I'm about halfway around a corner, when I get a tap on the shoulder...
“You looking for something?”

In a state of sheer panic, I fumble for any sort of gadget I could use to defend myself, in the process of trying to defend myself, I drop the toaster I had thought was my trusty sidearm…

“Looking for this?”

The strange man holds up my sound gun.

“yes, can I have that back please?”

“Hmmm, What’s it do?”
He turned the gun back and forth as he examined the weapon in question.

“Well, it’s a modified sound gun, I decreased the size of the standard sound gun, and then souped it up with my power-”
The mysterious stranger threw the sound gun back to me, I catch it, fumbling it a little before I get my grip.

“Okay, Okay enough. You’re here for a reason right? If you were a hero, you’d probably be running or attacking.”

“I got a letter, figured I’d check it out” I holster the pistol, in my pocket.

“Good then you’re in the right place and super late. Minus one point, on the boat you go.”

“Sure thing Mr. Snape, by the way, I didn’t catch your name?”

“Red Barron, to you anyways. Get walking.”

“Like the puzza? Bleh, sorry I trip up on my words sometimes, like the pizza?”

Without a word Red took one long glance at him and slapped him upside the head.

“Awake yet?”

“Kinda? Can you smack me again? I think my hearing came back!”

Red once again seemed to be taken aback at the rebuttal. Instead of slapping him however he seemed to start walking off in the direction of the boat. Red walks away in bewilderment.

As I make my way to the boat, I can’t help but notice the damage to the inside of the warehouse, ( they must have had a hell of a fight) I thought to myself, as I walk up the gangway of the boat, I’m excited to wreak some havoc.

Kon Tract
Slowly... behind the boat a good 30 feet but keeping pace there is a slight disturbance in the water... Blood trails off from the edges of Kon's Form from the new couple inside his stomach. A smile crosses his face underwater as he attempts to close the distance between himself and the boat.
A moment later a Jet of water shoots out next to the boat as Kon launches his long snake-like body up onto the deck. A long tongue crosses his face which is still covered in blood to clean off what is clinging to him

Did he think she wanted the body? The way he phrased his question sounded cautious, as if unwilling to share the corpse with anyone. Really, she was only curious about why he would bring a corpse on board. A corpse couldn't have a working immune system or secreting glands that would react to her drugs. Apart from borax, applying her precious drugs to a dead organism is useless. She wouldn't even consider them for experiments.

"Plain curiosity, nothing more," but that was what made her curious! There couldn't be much use of a dead human, even if they were powered human. Maybe she should ask undirectly to know what he would do with the corpse.

"I prefer my subjects to be alive. Dead men tell no tale and show no reaction, so they're not very useful for my study. Are you a researcher?"

Acme stood there, splattered in the blood of her enemy. Her body was covered head to toe, the organs were now jewelry around her neck. The blood wasn’t the usual dark red, rather, it was bright crimson similar to that of a cartoon to get past censors.

Acme’s smile began to grow revealing the pure white in the mess of red. She licked the side of her mouth before placing her hand on her face and elongating it. It sprang back to normal without a droplet of the now dead hero on her face. That’s when the boat crashed into the wall, and the tv head called for them to get onboard.
Acme ran through the rubble, springing forward and onto the boat. The red man then talked, explaining the layout of the ship. She really didn’t pay attention, her bloodlust soon fading into nothing and the cartoon girl finally returning. “I think I’m going to like it here!” She spoke to no one in particular, it was just her and her thoughts.

Clockwork Psycho
Juliana had done it, she had waited out the danger and let the villains settle their squabble. That’s when she made her move, the boat was her main priority. She bolted towards it with incredible speed, reaching the back. She dusted her shoulder, the suit still in pristine condition. “No memory for the dead. Hope the seagulls find good use with them.” Juliana remarked at the corpses, prowling the back of the boat, waiting for it to sail. She had no interest with making small talk with the other criminals. Of course, if one came to her, she’d try to get as much information out of them. However, it wasn’t her main concern as her arm began to twitch again. She slammed it into a rail, glaring before tucking it away from the eyes of the villains.

Dead human bodies weren't used for much, with the only things coming off the top of his head were food source or pleasure. Food source was what he used them as and only that, while the thought of the other may have crossed his mind at times, those were rare and he thought it was disgusting even for a person who quite literally consumes the flesh of others of the same species like him so he would've never done such an act. Cannibalism had it's benefits as it provided a form of food, using dead bodies for pleasure(if one considered the pleasure to be sexual) just seemed plain wrong in his eyes. That much was true about him.

Still though, while he had no plans on sharing this body and as he's suspecting this woman to be one too, he still held a bit of curiosity of why she's asking him these questions. Or maybe he's just overthinking things. Probably the latter.

Judging from the next string of sentences she gave him, he was wrong about her being a cannibal if she is what he thinks she is. Well, he had an interest for the taste of human body, but he was by no means a researcher on dead bodies.
"I'm not a researcher. I'm just a chef." A simple response, and one that could hint as to what he's planning on doing to do with this body.

Vesper and Bright VesperVesper’s smile faded away until it was the expressionless line that it normally was. When the words exited his mouth, her interest waned faster than anyone could say ‘whomst the fuck’. Hostility was one thing. Wariness was also one thing. Either of these, she wouldn't mind. But such an act of open aggression, telling her who should or shouldn't be playing around with her mask?

This was going to be a cliche. She was going to find out her origin story coincided with his, and then they were going to go out on adventures like a bad buddy cop movie. It was high time she backpedalled out of there, as fast as she could.

Interesting. Now that’s established, I think we’re done here,” she said, with no end of finality in her voice. She tugged on her guardian’s finger. “We shouldn’t linger around these people any longer, should we, Paladin?

BrightShe brushed one hand down Aia’s hair and almost smiled at her similarly warm greeting. “You certainly picked the wrong ship to stowaway in. How did you know I was here?” she spoke in fluent, rapid Japanese, almost like it was her first language. No halts, no pauses, not even an accent could be heard in her speech. “It doesn’t matter. So long as I’ve found you, nothing matters. Now, please, never leave my side again, especially not here.” She turned up a grin on her face, nearly seeming like her usual self with her bright and cheery attitude. “I’ve also made some friends you’ll probably like to meet. Both of them seem scary, but don’t worry, at least one of them will warm up to you.” I think, she did not add. She straightened up, without a single grunt of effort, like her alien child weighed almost nothing to her, and turned to face the other person in the room.

She listened to him patiently, before finally opening her mouth to speak. “I don’t need your advice,” she said coolly. It was almost as if her entire demeanour from when she first appeared to them and when she addressed her daughter did an about-turn and walked off a cliff. “Not from someone who has deigned to consort themselves with this wretched hive. I understand your concern, but it would be best if you approach us with some modicum of wariness the next time we meet.” She started for the door, then paused. Thoughts clouded her expression, and, still holding onto Aia, she hesitated for just a while, before she took a few steps back into the mess.

All the same, though,” she turned slightly and smiled a genuine smile towards the man, “thank you. For not hurting Aia. Would the kind gentleman like to escort the good ladies to the rooms?” She turned to Aia, speaking in Japanese again, “Would you like the nice man to keep us company a little longer, perhaps?

Rally was bursting with energy this ship was cool looking. She was quick to run around quite a bit on deck she wanted to get a feel for the ship quickly. She made sure that Kuroi and Lunis were always in her line of sight though as she started to look at random things on the top deck. She was trying to memorize everything and everyone. She’d never seen so many villains in one place. All of them were so weird looking too. She saw one dude with a rather stupid looking masks and she had instantly burst out laughing, only stopping once the shoutie Red haired dude summoned everyone closer, most didn’t move but the few that did instantly blocked her view.
She spent no time listening to the speech at all, anything she needed to know could be found through exploration. In fact she had just started to walk closer to the door leading into the deck when she noticed a dude who seemed to be looking around for something. She stopped in her tracks waiting for him to do something interesting, and man did he deliver. He had the nerve to knock right into her!
She would usually just use her power buttttt she wanted to make him feel a little bad first. Without the slightest attempt to stop herself she let her body naturally fall down as she landed on her butt. She let her eyes start to gloss with some false crocodile tears. She brought her head down to her knees and made a small whine. She would have stayed this way until he was apologizing and attempting to pacify her but something far more interesting happened. A giant lizard dude? How could she resist! She instantly shot back up and pointed straight at him with great interest.
    “It’s the lizard dude!!!”

Kuroi _Ultimate Babysitter Of Gods 2018_

Continuing to drag along his new little brother, Kuroi trailed behind Rally. Sighing to himself as his energetic little sister explored the ship, taking great care to remember everything the red haired man had said. As the older sibling he had to be sure to keep his younger family members on the proper track of course! He truly hadn't the time to get a good feel for any of the other villains in the area, nor did he have any time to eavesdrop on their conversations since he was far too busy keeping track of his family. So when someone ran into her, he was first on scene.

He was almost about to bend over and lend her a hand up, when the little sister bounced up and pointed at a giant lizard. A giant lizard. A very obvious danger to his family unit. He grabbed Rally's free hand, pulling her back to the small newly (and rather forcefully) adopted family he'd made in this new villainous organization. This was when he finally noticed the boy his sister had bumped into. He looked rather normal, if anything too normal. It was kind of unnerving.

He tightened his grip on his siblings hands, though he knew this was likely not a very threatening person in appearance alone. Appearances were deceiving. He himself was a prime example of that. And so, he watched the other carefully, studying the boy and taking notes of how much of a danger he was to the family.

He had given up on his inquiring of information, what with one of the higher ranking members telling him, as well as the rest of the group, the layout of the ship, now knowing that the room he would be sleeping in where on the second floor, bathrooms on the second. There was a bar on the first that he hoped would be a quiet place to drink, but seeing as how many people there are, and how noisy there are, he guessed that that wouldn't be the case. Either way, he'd be stopping there for a drink. The crowds started to move about, but he stood still for a bit, he didn't know why exactly. Maybe it was the way the sea smelled or some poetic bullshit like that, either way, some aspect was keeping him there, and he really didn't put up too much of a fight with it. His ears tuned out of the world around him, like so many times he had done before, either it be in prison, or... well yeah it was really only in prison. Wasn't really given any chances to do that in the Yakuza, what with all the meetings and what not.
As he stood there, knowing that he probably looked like an idiot, he heard a voice from behind him, one that he hadn't really heard before, one that, as soon as it spoke, knew it was directed at him. 'Wingman'. He sort of knew that he'd start to hate all of the "creative" nicknames his that would begin to pile onto him. Regardless he turned around to see the young man who had just called out to him. "Please, call me Cira." He said as he got a better look at the man, who had two bright yellow streaks highlighting in his natural brown hair. His face was fair, and his body athletic. Nothing too stand-off-ish. "Is there something you wanted?" He asked the man.
