Personality - Eli is a danger to himself. Always pushing himself to impossible limits in an effort to prove some theory to himself or others who doubt him. Even if those people are nonexistent. This has led to an unrivalled stubbornness that's bound to get him killed. His belief structure is that all he has to do is push and it will all fall into place. Most often he's the one falling flat on his face. He never chose the path that has been put in front of him, but he has every intention of trying his best to chase it to its best possible end. What is he without it? A nobody from East London who's main ambition is to run a fish and chip shop? He's someone so long as he tries. That's all that matters.

Besides his ambition and his stubbornness, Eli has never lost his charm. Taking every opportunity he can to take the mick or make some sarcastic joke. His life may have changed, but he's allowed to have fun with it. If only to alleviate the mood. Or get himself smacked around the face by taking it one step too far.


Abilities:

Abilities -

  • Blue Lantern Ring
    • Force-Field - The ring creates a force-field around the wearer, protecting Eli from the hazards of the void including filtration of stellar radiation and microscopic particulate matter which would ordinarily be fatal should the space debris strike the ring wielder at high speeds. An atmosphere appropriate to the ring wielder's biology is created inside the force-field, body temperature is maintained. Gravitational stresses which could cause injury are stabilized for the ring wielder.
    • Energy Blasts - The ring can be used to fire blasts of blue energy or create weapons such as projectiles of them. The ring can project beams of force powered by the will of the user. The weapon's power is more an indication of the hope of the user.
    • Energy Constructs - The ring can form constructs of blue energy. A Blue Lantern can create any particular item or construct that they can imagine as long as they have the mastery of hope necessary to conjure it into existence. The constructs are made out of blue energy, which is a tangible form of pure hope, and they exist only as long as a Blue Lantern is fueling it with their hopefulness. Items created by the rings are not indestructible and are only as powerful as the inspired hope of the Blue Lantern creating them. The types of constructs usually reflect the ring wearer's personality.
    • Flight - By the manipulation of anti-gravitons and directed molecular movement, the ring allows the user to fly.
    • Universal Translator - The Ring is able to translate almost any language in the galaxy so that the user can comprehend them.
    • Healing - The Blue Ring of Hope also has some healing abilities, able to help heal over wounds or ease pain.

Equipment/Weapons -
  • Gear:
    • A blue uniform which manifests over Eli from the power of the ring. The uniform is extremely tough and a manifestation of Hope created as a barrier to protect him, activating at his own will.
    • Blue Lantern Power Battery that a Blue Lantern can usually summon at will which acts a conduit to recharge a Lanterns ring which slowly loses power over time and use.

History:

Eli was never meant to be some galactic embodiment of Hope. He was meant to run a shop. Born in London's East End to a self-professed "entrepreneur" and an NHS nurse, there was never much chance for Eli to explore his own path. His mother worked long shifts for little pay, and his father spent his days and nights at the fish and chip shop serving customers or preparing for the next days orders. As such, from a young age he was working with his dad at the chippy. His main job was to convince the tourists that somehow their shop was the most authentic in all of London and that their frankly exorbitant prices were below average for the area. He charmed them like a fiddle. Street corners were his schooling, learning the ins and outs of banter, business and how people acted. Bringing people hope with a smile on their face.

Whilst he attended school, as is the law, he was always a bad student. Falling behind on most everything and most of the timely barely even turning up. His family couldn't afford his absence. As such, he taught himself. At home he would sit, read through books on random obscure topics and pick up bits and pieces to fill in the gaps of his absence. Every lunch break was met with a pen and paper learning how to do this and that.

Not a classical education perhaps, but he had his own ambitions.

As he grew up, he tried to branch out. Drama school. College. Boxing. Hell, even the military at some point. Yet he never found his place. Always pushing for something more. Something better than a 9-5. There were heroes in this world, he wanted to be one of them. If not literally, then mentally.

The opportunity would eventually present itself in the form of a test.

One morning, working behind the counter, he heard a faint hiss. A hiss that only grew louder. Gas. He followed the source to the road, the sound picking up with every step he took. Immediately bursting into action he warded people away, dragged them into buildings, bashed car windows, getting as many people as he could to leave before the inevitable boom hit them. When it did, he was the last one there. It hit him hard. His back, cracking against a wall, shrapnel piercing his skin. Yet still, he got up. He looked for people, seeing if they were hurt, seeing if he could help. Until he could no longer. Succumbing to the pain, the nausea, passing out onto the broken pavement.

When he awoke, it wasn't in some hospital. It wasn't even London. It was another planet. A group of imposing figures surrounding him, dressed in blue, smiles on their faces. Patting his body he was fine. Not a scratch.

A test.

Perplexed, he spent the next few months in what could only be described as an application process.

When it was finished he came out of it as what he always wanted to be. A hero.

A Blue Lantern.

Given the alias Guardian, he was tasked with protecting Earth and the surrounding systems around it. He was tasked with giving them all hope. Something he promised without so much as a lookback to his old life that came before.

Abilities: Magic. As a member of the Homo Magi race, Lilith's words can alter reality. Whenever she speaks a phrase beginning with "Command," that effect will just happen; for example, if she says "Command, take me to Shadowcrest," she'll teleport back to her family's mansion.
Equipment/Weapons: None. She's no good at non-magical combat.
Strengths: Her powers can accomplish a huge range of effects, such as conjuring elements, transforming objects and people, teleporting, and manipulating emotions and memories.
Weaknesses: Lilith has to speak in order for all but the most basic spells to work. If she's ever gagged, or someone gets the drop on her, then she really has no way to fight back, as she's no tougher than any other human of her build. Also, if she tries to cast a spell that she hasn't practiced beforehand, there's a good chance it won't quite do what she intended. Finally, using a large amount of powerful magic in a short amount of time can leave her magically drained for a while, or even cause her to lose consciousness.

Hero Child/Sidekick/Reformed Villain?: Child of Zatanna and John Constantine
Backstory: Nineteen years and three months ago, the sun set over Metropolis at two o’clock. A storm wracked the world, and a thousand prophecies in a thousand languages all said the same thing: “an evil most ancient will be born of good.”

And Lilith Constantine was born.

She grew up in the mansion of Shadowcrest, mostly sheltered from the outside world, as her parents were terrified of the evil that might lurk inside her. At first, they declined to even teach her magic, but by adolescence, she quickly started demonstrating her mother’s natural talent for language-based spellcasting, so she needed to be trained up in order to avoid losing control of her powers. Lilith regularly asked if she could become a superhero, and the response was always a raised eyebrow, a “someday,” or “when you’re old enough,” always with fear hidden behind the respondent’s eyes.

This fear became increasingly apparent to Lilith, as she was beginning to explore the outside world, and as her dreams became haunted with a voice that seemed to grow ever more sinister every time she heard it, always reciting the same phrase: “Remember your destiny.” When Lilith turned seventeen, while perusing the Shadowcrest library, the horrible truth fell upon her: that she was prophesied to bring darkness to the world. Terrified, she ran to her parents, even if she didn’t have the heart to tell them exactly what she was talking about. But John and Zatanna were gone, vanished without a trace, leaving behind a half-eaten meal and a smoking cigarette on the table where she expected to find them.

Lilith fell into depression, lying in the mansion for weeks as she pondered what to do with herself. Eventually, she gained the courage to travel the world for a little while, even glimpsing into a handful of other dimensions, in order to find a place to call her own. An attempt at getting a normal life here, stopping a petty robbery there, it all felt good, but it didn’t feel right. Something about it was going to haunt her. She avoided falling in love, because she knew that would mean putting her lover in danger. After a couple of years, she decided that she needed some companionship. If she couldn’t trust herself, then she’d better be able to trust someone else. Hopefully someone who could fight back if she lost control. So the “hero team” thing was worth a shot.

Hair: Imrik has unnaturally crimson hair with an orange streak, its spiked up slightly and tends to keep its shape no matter what Imrik attempts to do with it.
Eyes: Imrik has scorching orange eyes, they were brown before his mutant abilities unlocked.

Skin: Where his scales aren't covering it, its tanned slightly from his outdoor activities.
Body Mods: None, Imrik thinks Tats and Piercings look "tacky" so he strays away from them.
Distinguishing Features: Imrik due to his mutation does look quite a bit different from the average young adult with crimson scales covering a large portion of his arms, legs and back. Though there are some spots still showing bare human skin with his face being nearly completely devoid of these scales. A 6ft long and thickly muscled tail juts from Imrik's backside just below his spine, the tail has the same crimson scales as the rest of his body. He also has slightly pointed ears and finally a pair of erect horns jutting from the sides of his head just above his ears. Jutting from his shoulders are leathery scaled wings, that have a 20ft wingspan however unlike the rest of his features he can retract these wings if they're getting in the way.

Ambitions: Be a really cool hero (Kinda basic but will be expanded upon in the actual thread.


Personality: Imrik is in general easygoing, mischievous, upbeat, energetic, eccentric, flirty, and loves to tell jokes constantly, even if they aren't particularly funny. He is usually a troublemaker, as has little respect for authority. He’s also quite prideful and even over-confident in his abilities referring to himself as a “One Man-Dragon Army” however under all this snark and confidence is a true hero who wants to help keep people safe...and maybe get some fame and woman in the process.

Abilities


Abilities:
Draconic Physiology: Imrik has increased strength, durability and endurance compared to the average human. His scales are as hard as Titanium. Meaning most swords and bullets cannot pierce them, his claws are quite strong and sharp. With this physiology he can fly for hours without tiring, strike hard enough to shove his fist and tail through most metals and lift several cars above his head (though this requires some effort) and take point blank automatic weapon fire. This also means enhanced senses, which can be useful when attempting to track someone or something down but this also can be used against as extremely loud noises can cause him intense pain. Strong smells can knock him on his ass and flashbangs are particulary effective-, He's also completely immune to heat based attacks of firey attacks unless they are so hot they cross into the plasma category.

Fire breathing: As expected, Imrik has the ability to spout fireballs from his mouth and nose, these flames are indeed magical in nature and can reach temperatures hot enough to melt solid steel however this ability seems to take a toll on Imrik and requires up to five minutes’s to recharge after use depending on the size of the fireball.

Draconic rage: As Imrik gets angrier and under more physical pressure his Draconic-cells will react to the danger by flooding into his body at unnatural rates. This is shown with his eyes now slitting vertically like a reptile, area's that were previously bare-skinned are now also covered in scales meaning every inch of him is encased in this titanium hard armor. His chest will glow with intense heat so much that his flame breath is now less of a controlled breath and more of a huge flamethrower that is quite hard for him to direct. This acts as an adrenaline boost meaning he can muster inner reverses of strength and stamina when In this state. This power comes at the cost of his personality being suppressed and instead of acting much more sadistic and more "draconic" losing his usual jovial attitude. This form is incredibly deadly to Imrik however, while his mutation is apart of him to a genetic level...his young adult body simply can't handle the flood of power this rage gives him. The increase in internal temperature can and will lead to the incineration of Imrik's internal organs if pushed for to long. The estimated length of this form being sustainable is 10 minutes, any longer and Imrik risks death.


Equipment/Weapons: His physical body


Strengths:
Tons of Versatility: Imrik may not be the strongest, he may not be the fastest, he may not have the most firepower but his abilities allow him to be a excellent jack of all trades with few of the drawbacks that naturally come with being the head of the pack in those area's.




Weaknesses:

Cold Temperatures: Much like most reptiles, Imrik struggles with drastic changes in temperature and can be slowed to the point of lethargy if the air around him is extremely cold.

Likes gold: Imrik can’t help it but love shiny objects and wealth in general and while it doesn’t define his motives he can’t help but want some of that shiny stuff so there’s a possibility he could be bribed but if your character has caused severe harm to others I wouldn’t advise it.

Arrogance: Imrik tends to be very headstrong and direct, stealth and finesse isn’t really his thing he’d much rather go in throats blazing due to his sheer confidence in his abilities.

Backstory:
Before we can get to Imrik's personal backstory, I believe it is imperative to know the origon of Imrik's powers.

Once very long ago was a small house of noblemen in medieval Europe, their house was on its last legs as their main castle was under intense siege from a rival, their food stores were low and moral even lower…as a final glimmer of hope the house would send their premier knight out to a nearby castle to ask for reinforcements. For three days and two nights the Knight would ride towards the nearest castle only to arrive at a barren and charred wasteland with a mighty crimson dragon sitting upon the ashes...any less determined man would turn tail and run but those of the Calador house were made of sterner stuff and desperation was one hell of a motivator. Riding towards the dragon with weapons lowered the Knight would bow his head and attempt bargaining with the monster. Instead of immediately incinerating the human the red dragon would entertain him and listen to his words.

“Oh mighty beast, I ask for your assistance in the defending of my home. I understand your kind covets Riches and my house will Give you all we own if you help defend us”

The mighty dragon would seem to think this over for a moment before responding

“I will not risk my life in the conflict of you pathetic humans” it answered in a voice as Ancient as mountains, “However I Can use my arcane gifts to give your house the power to defend your glorified barn”

The knight seemed frozen in shock for a moment and seemed at a lost for words...surely this beast was tricking him, however he was suddenly visited by the image of his cowering daughter in her mother’s arms. The outer gates had to be near breached by now. In another moment the knight would raise his head with a determined glare in his eyes, “I accept this gift” he said...equally noble and foolish.

The mighty red dragon would smirk with sadistic pleasure, “How wonderful…” it spoke before raising a claw to his forehead and chanting a spell of mighty power! As the spell concluded the knight could feel himself charged with never before felt power! With hurried thanks the knight would thank the dragon before rushing back towards his home with speed thought impossible. As the knight left on his mount, the mighty dragon would roar with laughter. Sure the spell he casted on the knight would boost his strength but there were side effects to the spell that would soon become all to apparent, 'We’ll see how they enjoy being hunted and slayed like common beasts' thought the dragon. Little did the knight know under his armor and his skin grew a single little scale. This was no spell but a well hidden curse upon the entire Calador house. Sure they won their battle against the enemy with supernatural strength but it wasn’t long before they fully transformed into horrific draconic humans and were hunted like beasts. The only surviving member of the house being the man once known as Seraphon, he was a mage in the Calador house.

Seraphon is Imrik's direct ancestor. It was said Seraphon had found some spell to protect his offspring from the curse of dragons-blood and that as long as the talisman that he had infused the spells power into wasn't disturbed then the spell would remain firm. He did not anticipate the lengths that other wizards and witches would go to in order to uncover the mysteries of the powerful draconic sorcerer and one fateful day his tomb was disturbed and the talisman taken from its riteful place of resting and as such the power of the spell waned and faltered with the curse of dragons blood flowing forth to the newest Calador..which happened to be Imrik.

Imrik was born on July 14th in the year 20XX to a loving couple in new Metropolis. This couple lived in...a less wealthy side of town, one that was considered a bit rough around the edges but it was home. Raised from a young age to keep his head down and stay outta trouble. Imrik however always had a problem with following directions, he also had a problem with standing by while others were in a trouble. He hated bullies, more than anything and couldn’t stand by in the schoolyard while another person was being targeted...but he wasn’t fast like flash, he wasn’t strong like Superman he wasn’t invisible like Martian man-hunter. He did have one skill though, small bodied Imrik realized early on that while he couldn’t fight the bullies he could get laughs and no matter how big or strong you are nobody likes being laughed at. Of course this often led to a black eye and a chewing out when he got home but in his eyes it was worth it. Deep down Imrik had always had self confidence issues, but he fronted these with a huge personality and bravado...after all you could only make people laugh so long and then his powers awakened! Imrik saw it as a sign he was destined for more and he planned to make full use of this gift! Mara values her own perceptions of reality, and the world, because she considers it the only constant in her turbulent life and powers. The growing ability of her powers has put this reliability into jeopardy, but as a rule of thumb she relies on herself more than others. That being said, she is not entirely put off by others and their presence. Fairly in tune with her emotions, she knows that she thrives on companionship and simply friendship after so many years of solitude, though it's easy for her to revert back into the same ghostly figure she once was in times of stress and emotional weakness. Deeply caring and passionate about those she cares for, Mara would fight tooth and nail to make sure those she loves return alive and succeed in life. Her sense of preservation is a bit skewed; constantly one drastic decision away from throwing herself down for another's life. At the same time, perhaps too aware of her own weaknesses to close friends, she tries to keep her distance. Emotionally she presents quite neutral, and she'll tap into some of her darker and more manipulative parts in order to fully fuck up a situation. Self sabotage at its best, Mara is a spiraling tornado of caring and uncaring. She tries to adapt to whatever is thrown at her, life has a way of being quite a bitch, but the emotional toll is just beyond her reach of knowing; willingly being beat down time and time again to keep moving forward.

Equipment/Weapons: Mar specifically wears gloves and a durable mask reminiscent of her mother's old one, for sake of heritage as well as working as a 'horse blinder' of sorts for her ears to block against any auditory distractions, as well as having tinted screen features over the eyes to avoid any bright light. Otherwise she's gotten comfortable wearing a halfway put-together daily look and bits from her mother's wardrobe. It's become a safety blanket of sorts. In terms of weaponry, she has none and doesn't know how to handle any of them-- and no, she's no decent at a bow and arrow than the next guy.

Strengths/Powers: Mar's powers first manifested as standard telepathy, and those are retained to this day. She cannot unconsciously read or inherit anyone's thoughts, but can look and peer into someone's mind or project images/thoughts/her own conscious to them. This requires intense focus, concentration and a subdued willpower of the intended target. If the person is actively disrupting their thoughts, Mara cannot look in-- this goes for anything blocking the connection as well. Loud noises, bright lights and other sensory flaming stimuli can cause Mara's telepathy to go askew. When she was in her late teens, she started to experiment with illusions. Mara's illusions stem from the mind and require the same conditions as her telepathy. By engaging directly with the target's mind, specifically the energy and nerves that weave together to form visuals. The size, durability, and intensity of the illusion depends on Mara's own power levels as well as her concentration. Since her illusions are all purely in the mind, one can be tricked into believing them, but in the same case: someone can easily disregard the validity of these illusions (but that won't dismiss the illusions she's already cast). Attending to illusions of more than three people are impossible to Mara right now. Paired with her telepathy, she is capable of visual/mental compulsion and suggestion.

Physically she's good at short distance running, and she's got a notorious left hook that she (sometimes) deals out to those who are deserving of it. Though untrained in physical combat, her own wit and quick-thinking usually enables her to find an exit (or some other method of fighting back that doesn't require hands or proper fighting).

Power/Standard Weaknesses: As a side effect of her energy levels and abilities, she suffers from terrible night terrors and lucid dreaming. Occasionally she'll have flashes of her own illusions in her own mind, due to some sort of reverb from her blossoming powers. Mara is extremely sensitive to stimuli as well. She is unable to perform her powers in cases of extreme exhaustion or an otherwise disabled sensory state. Her abilities are dampened by any of her own mental facilities being interrupted or distracted (sights, sounds, disturbances). Beings who possess similar abilities are harder to infiltrate the mind of, including other telepaths and psychokinetic powers.

In moments of high emotional strain, the variability of the illusion's strength and range can go past her own barriers or fall quite short of it. Usually she is not in control of these outbursts. As well, deep emotional highs and lows can sort of force-shut off her ability to look into people's mind. She just can't focus.

Mara's no good with upper body strength, and her own stamina is usually stored in favour of her powers. Physically she's not completely useless, but multi-tasking both her body and her mind can subtract from her powers.

Helena Bertinelli was a proud, independent women-- and Mara had spent the first few years of her life in awe of this woman she called her mother. The circumstances of her birth were mysterious enough, left to the dark and for Mara's mind to ponder over during rainy nights in Gotham. Mara made up grand stories, building off of the ones that she learned and heard from her own mother. The great Huntress, or rather a retired one at that. Nevertheless, there was a wealth of knowledge to be had from being a Bertinelli. She was a great teacher too, cooing to her infant daughter lessons that the baby wouldn't even understand, but implanting the foreknowledge in where it belonged. They lived a quiet life, with Helena rather secretive of her child and their privacy. For what matter Mara would never know.

Mara was not born with powers, nor was there any semblance that she would gain any. There was a click when Mara was twelve, however, in her mind. Somehow or another, perhaps due to the persistent mystery of who her birth father was, some inherent ability had slipped past the barriers. Her mind was acutely aware of others, sensitive to the world around, and more importantly: sensitive to other minds. It overwhelmed the young girl at first, dealing with voices in her head belonging to those around her. Help was sought as soon as possible for Mara, remedying the openness of her mind. However, damage had already begun to wreak havoc on her mind. An accident during a school field trip, exposed to a high source of energy at a research trip, caused chaos in Mara's mind.

Perhaps due to an abundance of energy in her mind, resulting in these powers, Mara's body began to weaken. Her mind, as well, began to degenerate. The doctors had no diagnosis, and no answer, for what was happening to the girl. She was bedridden for months, fading away as she was plagued with nightmares and haunting images. True fear lived in Mara's mind, and it was her own reality as well. Seeing familiar faces give their well wishes, with flickered gazes of doubt that the tides would turn anytime soon.

But there was a shred of hope. An ex-SPYRAL agent, one that Helena knew, offered an idea. Maybe, by using some of their equipment and implants, they could stabilize the chaos in her mind. It was a far-fetched idea, that could probably lead to more pain and suffering for young Mara, but there was little chances found elsewhere.

A combination of experimentation and surgery resulted in what Mara is now. The Hypnos implant, placed at the base of her skull, being able to play and tap into the energy within her mind. Her powers, both dampened and cultivated by this tech, has managed to allow Mara to safely navigate the realm of her abilities without any intense damage. She recovered quickly, and once she found out what she was able to do, she grew petrified. Navigating a normal life would probably be impossible for her, but they were willing to give it the old college try.

School was a failure for Mara. The intensity of stimuli and stresses drove Mara to her breaking point, and it was after an altercation with a girl she thought was her friend, that Mara first used her powers on someone. The damage wasn't lasting to the girl's mind, merely an observable emotional and physical reaction to the illusion, but it was enough that Helena wasn't looking to have anybody else get caught up in the emotional crossfire of Mara's abilities.

With ties and contacts, she found a good place for Mara to go. Reluctantly, she signed her off and sent her to fellow supers she could maybe trust for training and oversight-- and for a good cause, too.

Personality:

Sebastian is not a talkative person, this comes in by the trauma of his past, he learned that speaking more than he needed to will show weakness towards others, after his first incident, he closed himself to others including his own family, making for him a habit to not talk to others, but he communicates via actions. He is the literal definition of “One looks is worth more than a thousand words.” tho he speaks from time to time, only when he feels words are needed or to insult someone/something, his voice being slightly deep and usually shows no other emotion unless he gets angry. He has loyalty towards his family and those who he trusts, but he doesn’t give second chances easily, he makes those who want forgiveness work for it. He believes that the street should always help the street, so he is ready to leave anything he has to do to help his allies. He has a wide knowledge about gangs and the rules of the street, he aspires to be like his father even better if possible.

He understands that death is part of life, and has no fear of it, he doesn’t flinch at the sight of blood, he has a glance at the abysm and pushes those who deserve it into it. Killing is just the way he gets paid, he believes to know who he is, but deep down he wants to become what his mother knows he can be, the best version of himself. But he believes he can’t achieve this if he doesn’t finish what his father started, he takes his not as a burden, but as a mission his father would have wanted him to follow. He has a soft spot for those who cannot protect themselves, his father thought him to always look for those who don’t have the option to fight back, but also to not let others use him without something in exchange.

Property/Matter Absorption :
Sebastian can absorb any solid matter he touches like stone, metal, wood, crystal, his flesh, and have it transform his entire body. He is also able to shapeshift his arms when coated in solid matter and repair cracks with a simple touch. Liquid materials, like water, mud, and bubblegum allow him. Gas, such as vapor, oxygen, and Helium allows him to have Cutaneous respiration aka being able to breathe through his skin. Plasmas such as Lightning, Auroras, Comet tails, Solar winds, Stars, and on paper Bose-Einstein condensates. From the past ones mention, Sebastian has only shown to be able to fully control solids, and have certain control liquids, and with gas, he is only able to make his body absorb it but he is not quite sure how to make turn himself into gas and he is not sure how this would affect his body as well. He has never tried to use his abilities with the 2 other states of matter. Mainly for not being able to tap into that potential of his ability for the lack of training with it and not knowing how it would exactly work.

Subpowers of Property/Matter absorption
  • property Manipulation:
Sebastian can change the properties of matter, including density, color, shape, state of matter, hardness, ductility, rigidness, etc. He can make things harder/stronger or weaker/more brittle, turn gas into solid, make a metal stretch, and rubber break as glass. On humans it works differently, needing enough time to change a whole living thing cellular structure would take much more time and knowledge of how the other living creature works.



  • superhuman strength:
Sebastian isn’t just able to enhance his strength by just absorbing materials around him, this passive ability of superhuman strength is enough for him to carry 200 times his weight thanks to his enhancer by property manipulation which amplifies the strength of the material he is currently embodying, he adapted his body to withstand the change of weight that happens every time his body goes through the change of molecules material And density.



  • Superhuman mobility:
Sebastian can move around greater than a human, even when he receives the change of material on his body. Being able to maintain his balance, precision, efficiency, and traction on his body, being effective in battle.



  • Superhuman resilience:
Sebastian is more enduring than others, not only for his ability to change matter and absorb materials but also by the huge amount of energy that his body uses to change the material of his molecules but also having to keep those molecules stable while he is still able to move and fight freely. As well as making the material he absorbs, more resistant than what it usually is, this can vary from material to material. Usually, materials that have a natural high Strength, hardness, and toughness, don't receive a major boost but rather a really small one, while brittle materials usually gaining a significant boost. Other materials in their liquid, gas, plasma states usually don’t gain the same benefits as solid material but usually gain another benefit from this.



  • regenerative powers:
Sebastian can heal himself by absorbing more of the material he is currently imitating with his body. This usually takes little time, as he only needs to recreate the missing pieces of himself forming them with the material

Backstory :

Born in Guatemala, was born into poverty, while his mom took good care of him as a child even after his powers first manifested, his powers came from his father, a man who could absorb only solid objects and replace parts of his body with the materials. His father worked for one of the main gangs in Guatemala, the 18th Street gang. As a powerful asset of the said gang he was treated with respect but his father wanted to end the violence on the street and all the people involved in it. his powers first manifested when he was 3 years old, absorbing the walls of the house where he lives, making his arm into concrete, his mother screamed, as she saw the powers of his father on him. The most important detail here is his mother and his father didn’t live together, mainly because his father’s line of work was too dangerous for both him and his mother, but his father loved his mother deeply, he even helped to keep the house and the food for both of them.

But the sins of his father’s past finally caught to him. Only a couple of weeks ago after he turned 12, two armed men broke into his house and grabbed his mother, he was awake by the sounds outside his room, and a loud Bang made him rushed out of his room as he saw the men dragging his mom corpse to the outside of his house, Sebastian rushed towards the men, grabbing into the gun of one of them. The man easily pushed Sebastian to the ground and pointed the gun towards him, a shot was fired, but the light of the gunshot was only welcomed by a glance of a metal object now standing in front of the barrel of the pistol. The sound of a bullet falling into the ground was heard, as Sebastian’s cheek now had a dent where it impacted. Once more the little kid rushed towards his mom’s killers as his arms turned pointy. Stabbing into the man’s leg. as the other one penetrated his abdominal area making him fall to the ground. Sebastian who was on top of the man kept stabbing its corpse, just to be welcome by another gunshot, this one missing from the other man who broke into his house.

The shot failed to hit Sebastian as the man was shaking, Sebastian rushed towards the man, as the man run towards the exit, Sebastian’s arms turn back to normal as he grabbed into the man’s leg. The man falls to the ground as a scream of pain filled the air of the house, his left kneecap was now turned into metal, a sharp pain invaded him as he could no longer move it. Then the man’s scream was soon silent, by a spike going through his neck. The spike being Sebastian’s arm made the man breathed his last air. Suddenly the house was full of light, someone was standing in front of the door, the silhouette of a familiar man, his father stood in silence as he saw the body of his lover. He didn’t say anything but his expression said it all. He wanted to cry, his face showed how much pain he felt as the blood of his lover was now all over the ground. He got close to Sebastian who was now immobile in front of the dead body of a young teen whose last facial expression was fear.

Sebastian on the other hand was looking at the teen, he noticed his face, the same face his mother had when he first manifested his powers. Sebastian was in shock as his facial expression was blank, eyes wide open, with an open mouth, as the blood of the teen was splashed all over him, he couldn’t cry, he couldn’t scream, even if he wanted to do all of this, he couldn’t. He just sat there looking at the corpse until his father picked him up and moved him into the car he had at the time. Then made a phone call, Sebastian couldn’t remember the exact words as he was looking at his own hands, which now turned into flesh once more, the bloodstains on his arms and his shirt, tinnitus was the only thing he could hear as he noticed all of this. Suddenly he felt how his dad grabbed into his shoulder and shook Sebastian to go down the car, so he did and followed him into a house away from the city, he got into a nice medium room with a bed and other decorations which were weird and obviously from other countries. Sebastian then without him noticing walked towards the bathroom and cleaned himself.

Once the blood was washed off his body he looked at himself in the mirror, suddenly water splashed over his face.

He was now 18 years old, his father was no longer with him as he was killed in jail after he was found guilty for working with a malicious group, his mother was now buried in the cemetery “Las Flores” back in Guatemala. The mirror he was looking at himself has a crack that went from the left corner to the middle part of the right side of it, he was in a special room that received waves of energy that made Sebastian molecules not be able to change into another material. He looked around before someone came in, with a fancy suit and some papers on her hands. Sebastian simply said: “Now what? You came to remind me that I'm spending 3 more lifetimes in this lugar de mierda?” A team of cops entered the room and stayed beside the door each one on each side of it. The lady pointed towards the table inside the room, Sebastian confused, walked towards it and sat down, as the woman did the same. She reminded him of his crimes, Third-degree murder, arson, violence against police officers, the murder of authority figures, etc. Anything in the book had to go with murder, destroying property, evidence, and vengeance. But then she talked about the initiative of Heroes of tomorrow. Sebastian’s face change from annoyed to interest, he hears all about the program, he was reclusive at first but then thought about this being his only chance to go outside of that damn room, so he accepted in the end. She said that he was gonna be transferred soon and that he should say goodbye to his friends in prison. Sebastian simply replied, “Ha funny, you should be a comedian, you already have the suit.” After this the room emptied except for Sebastian, he simply looked into his clothes and took out a pendant, his father’s pendant, and remembered the words of the old man. “An eye for an eye.” Sebastian replied out loud: “a tooth for a tooth.”.
