What should I do if my parents are divorcing?

This is the fourth time my dad is divorcing. I don't know what to do anymore.

Don't take it as a personal thing. It's his life and his decision, or your step-mom's. Accept the fact that relationships have a beginning and an end. Also understand that your own relationships are unaffected by the relationship of your parent(s), unless you yourself go into relationships with the mindset that they will be. You should also talk to him about how it affects you on a personal level, if you feel this is necessary. In short: you should provide him with your personal view and how you experience these events. You should also try to understand why they came to this decision in the first place.
