    Pyre: A theocratic vigilante organization that performs mercenary work on the side. Created by a fanbase of psuedo vigilantes, the organization was formed a year ago through the vigilante actions of the most famous members of its organization, the Sparks. Each Spark is someone that is perceived as being a supernatural messenger of good fortune, praised and honored like a hero of prophetic legend, the Sparks of Pyre are essentially considered its legendary heroes or saviors. Juan, is one of these Sparks.

    The Pyre Organization itself is led by the Sparks. Juan, and several other members make up the heads of this organization. Despite being a small group of a little over a thousand, the organization itself has a diverse number of mutants, cybernetic individuals, humans, and even a small number of Omen. In the last year since its official creation it has been launching a campaign in attacking gangs that have been harassing communities and making examples out of those gangs in a variety of ways.

    Personality
    Gus as he tells most prefer to refer to him as, is one of the most casual people you will find despite being a member of a rumored theocratic group. To summarize him in one word, Gus is enigmatic. You'd never guess from his behavior that he's the sort of person that has actually been through a lot- but then again in a place like Hell City, who hasn't at one point or another? An odd ball in the purest sense that he's rather kind and friendly for someone who used to be related to one of the worst villains in Hell City's history- Juan is quite the kind fellow, classic jokester, and jovial tease. His tendencies of friendliness and motives to remain polite and reserved are however ways to keep himself in check.

Iris is rather "standard" of what it takes to survive in the 666 districts, ruthless, violent, smart mouthed and just enough aware of her position to know when to back off. Working for money and position, she has a bit of a mercenary's call and remains to the most stable leadership she can find. Money isn't worth working around someone just as likely to kill her. Give all of this she has a rather witty way of using words and will take on most jobs for the correct pay. Despite her name it's rather clear she's been killing early in her life. Curiously this has led to something of a comedy act with her current and longest lasting boss, the self-styled Queen of Hell City, Samantha J. Chan, Sirius. Or as she affectionately calls her "Boss".

Honoring her contracts, she works outside of her actual work time to time as a hired gun. She has a curious, if not warped sense of duty, such as not raiding the small folk or killing the likes of shop keeps and children without cause, but at the same time will willingly execute someone of a more dangerous reputation if caught unawares. She comes across as a merc with a mouth and enough sense to stay alive and to run when need be, to strike back some other time.

Origins
Iris was born to a rather "modest" family that had its origins as mercenaries, be it for criminals, merchants or the devil's own. To say her family was unorthodox would be an understatement, raising up its own in a clan, it isn't even a sure thing that clan name is Smith as no other in her line of work have used that name asides from a few. Learning to use a gun from a very young age, Iris had some unusual features that marked her as a mutant, such as point ears, two toned hair and some slight structural changes to her skull that differed from a normal human, though not to a great effect unless one were obsessed with such things. Her mutation ended up being enhanced vision, hearing and sensory prossessing, which developed into her own talents. If pressed about it, Iris will say her first kill was made when she was twelve years old and seldom a week has passed where another wasn't added to the tally, deserving or not. A but mum over her past in overall terms, a couple of things slipped, such as the warrior culture of her family, the fact she is very observant and the fact for the most part she seems mentally sound... Well for someone in hell city.

The last few years are more known however, in principle her ties to the Firelight Mob, at first as a normal addition who worked as a guard to the former guard in all irony and general muscle, she came to understand her fiery boss and even came to call her that. Interestingly a name reserved only for her, as everyone else tends to follow with a Mr. or Ms. in front of the name, title or alias. If the two were friends or not would be up to Samantha herself to answer, though Iris is often more candid with her than others. She continues to follow the boss and seems to work well enough with her. Has made something of a name for herself with her trick shooting and duelest nature.

Fighting Style
While she has a brawler style of hand to hand fighting that makes use of something akin to sambo, she much rather use her guns. Typically, she engages from range or close or with use of her handguns, bouncing shots or being brazen enough to carry out a duel. While familiar with a large assortment of firearms, she mostly prefers her modified Glock 41 long slide handguns. Out of superstition or practicality she keeps a few silver bullets in each 13-round magazine. Also carries small quantities of plastic explosives.

Character Strengths
Iris's innate mutation and life long training gives her the following advantages

Marksman: Proficient in the use and hitting targets with small arms.
Trick shot: can induce, detect or perform ricochet shots and firing along angels or shooting through narrow cover and the like.
Agility: Rather quick footed and agile, Iris counts a lot on trying to avoid damage or to close in on long range threats, to escape and to pursue.
Stealth: Cheeki Breeki is very sneaky when need be.
Quick Wit: Putting her money where her mouth is, Iris is somewhat observant and not prone to giving into fear or uncertainty, if she can survive a problem she will find a way out if able.
Survival Knowledge: Knows things from first aid to purifying water or detecting some poisons.

Character Weaknesses
Strength: Her physical strength is rather average, and while at least trained in hand to hand, she relies on her speed over power.
Loyalty: Is ultimately loyal to the job and the pay, if her current employer cannot pay, has no intention to pay, or she ends up in a suicide run, she will not think twice in turning against them.
Close and Personal: Prefers to fight close enough to see the whites of their eyes, this leads her into confrontations that could be more easily avoided.
Endurance: Her endurance, while impressive is at the level of a trained human rather than some of the threats that can out last her.
Sensory Overload: It is possible to give her too much to focus on or to overwhelm her basic senses causing debilitating performance.

Mutation
Enhanced Sense Processing: Given physical mutations in her brain and skull structure, Iris is able to perceive the world around her in a fashion past normal human sight and hearing, more akin to the spatial awareness of her surroundings and the computation of her surroundings in real time, while able to "see" things as the normal person her understanding and processing of it is very much something else which is then filled in with physics and trained ability. She tends to keep this mutation to herself and those she trusts.

Salome's Esper ability allows him to generate, manipulate and control concrete-based constructs. It was for this reason he was originally tasked with being the Warden of Cold Gate Prison as he could control and reshape the entirety of the prison to his whim.
Move-List
Cold Detection -Salome can detect the exact location of anyone standing on concrete in the district he's currently in.
Cold Touch - Through physical contact, be it inorganic or organic, Salome can spread hardened concrete along any surface. Organic things take a little longer than nonorganic things.
Cold Spikes - By pointing at a concrete surface he can generate spikes to attack from any direction or his choosing. The more concrete there is, the larger the spikes can be.
Cold Wall - Wherever there is concrete, he can summon walls to protect himself or trap his targets. He can also generate his own walls where there is no concrete with the wave of his hand but this is restricted to a 20ft vicinity.
Cold Weapon: (Type) - He can create a variety of weapons from concrete at any point in time.
Cold Armor - Salome encases himself into a suit of concrete armor for protection. Usually uses on just one limb at the moment before impact.
Cold Maiden -By clasping his hand at a person or thing where there is concrete, he can create a concrete iron maiden that snatches the target from beneath their feet.

Heat-Ray Vision Eyes
His eyes have been modified to see both normally and in heat-ray vision at his choosing.
Cryogenic Freeze-Ray
His lower jaw and the insides of his mouth have all been modified to produce cryogenic freeze rays. He can also use it to constantly breathe out that 'cool smoke'. The volume and power of these freeze rays are based off a percentage system, the 'cool smoke' being less than 1%. A 10% Freeze Ray is enough to cause severe frostbite, with 50% freezes just about anything in contacts in a manner of seconds. The current maximum is 110%, which is capable of turning a blazing hot flame into snow and ice.
(Yes, it goes above 100...Because Monty is just that cool!)
Cryogenic Hand-Padding
His palms and fingers have strange-looking 'pads' on them that when activated, act in a similar fashion to his freeze ray at 50% capacity. One way Monty likes to use this is by gripping a targets skull, forcing their brain to fall asleep from the sudden drop in temperature. He can do something similar to this with his freeze-ray as well.

Dimdum hails from an outback swamp country, where the main form of entertainment was good ole fashioned rastlin, and none of that stuff you might have seen on TV elsewhere in the world. Their rastlin matches may have been scripted, but each brutal punch, each brutal piledrive and each brutal beating with a steel chair was as real and authentic as it could possibly get. Dimdum himself was a careered rastler for a time, before having the dream of being his home style of rastlin to the world, and came to Hell City to turn that dream into a reality.

"Blue Heart", Tom has an omen ability that lets him conjure and manipulate spiritual energy constructs in the form of a blue heart. He can make these at any size or width of his choosing (minimum size being a pebble and maximum size being a large building as of right now), and he can control how these constructs move or act with his mind. He has some 'named' techniques, but the only real limitation of the Omen ability is that everything must be in the shape of a heart.

"Shot at the Heart" - While making a finger pistol gesture, Tom shoots out blue-heart projectiles like they were bullets. The sizes of these bullets can vary wildly, with the smaller varieties being much faster and more akin to a fully automatic weapon, with the largest variety being more akin to that of a cannonball.
"And you're too late!" - Tom has trained intensively to anticipate strikes wherever they may come from in an instant, and all he needs to bring up his defences is a thought. 'Shields' in the shape of blue heart discs materialize around him to block and deflect all manner of attacks. The defensive quality of these 'shields' is dependent on his concentration, if he can maintain a cool head and focus his shields can be as durable as titanium steel.
"You give love a bad name!" - Tom pulls out a blue heart from his chest, which shoots up high into the air above them. Over the course of the battle, the heart above the clouds will become bigger and bigger in both size & density as Tom continues feeding it his spiritual energy. This will continue until it grows to the size of a large building before Tom redirects it to come crashing back down onto his targets with tremendous force. Basically a meteor strike.

Natural Stage/State 0: No skills whatsoever, inside or outside of combat. His only real talent in this state is his ability to not pay any attention to what's going on around him.
State 1: Reflex begin to show, but his movements are still sloppy, weak and slow but he is highly receptive to any sounds or vibrations happening around him. He can tell when someone is lying on impulse and can use this to help him determine how his opponent may attack.
State 2: His fighting prowess begins to show its true depth. His senses and reflexes are heightened, giving him a literal danger sense that allows him to react quickly to any attack no matter from what direction it is coming from. His physical prowess has not caught up with his senses and reflexes, however, so he has all the attributes of a normal if not fairly strong human.
State 3: Hyper-Awareness allow him to perceive specific attacks before they even happen of anything in a 200ft radius of him. He can make anyone nauseous and disorientated just by looking at them and his physical prowess, techniques and all other physical skills are increased dramatically to supernatural levels. He can move and react at speeds much faster than the average eye can perceive.
Zen State: Possesses cosmic levels of awareness and perception. His physical skills and attributes are increased further, he can consecutively move short distances in an instant that makes it LOOK like he can teleport (though it's not 'true' teleportation, just him moving really fast) and possesses punches capable of producing power to blast back distant opponents without even having to touch them (air blasts/[punch). Even if one can somehow manage to get past these things, Valiant also possesses a protective field around his skin that makes him invulnerable to all forms of physical damage. (Can still be affected by spiritual/mental damage.)

This vessel is a headpiece that one wears on their upper face (or eyes). It has three states, in its first state they look like nothing but earpieces, the second stage is when it 'grows an eye' and the third stage is when both eyes are covered but there is also a final stage where he enters a state of complete 'zen'. The vessel can only be fully utilized by someone with a completely empty, absent mind.
Stage 1 - When dozing off, James possess an enhanced ability to hear vibrations around him, using it to locate people without needing his eyes and being able to listen in on the heartbeats of others. He is very good at telling the moods of others and determining whether or not somebody is lying.
Stage 2 - Whenever he is half spaced out, the vessel grows over James left eye: further enhancing his hearing and granting him a heightened sense of danger and increased reflexes. He can tell when he is about to be attacked, and by who at all times.
Stage 3 - Requiring to have a complete absent mind. James in this state is no longer himself, but something else entirely. The vessel covers both eyes, and staring into them can cause severe disorientation and nausea. His hearing, senses, reflexes are all heightened to supernatural levels. He can move faster than the average eye can see and becomes full precog. He can tell the attacks and actions of everyone around him before they happen (no matter how unorthodox or random their attack patterns might be.) and react accordingly.
Zen - Entering an almost godlike state of awareness, James is no more and instead becomes 'Valiant', a different entity entirely merely using James body as a vessel for a certain period of time. James develops an invisible shield on his skin that makes him impervious to all forms of physical, metaphysical and spiritual attacks, and his physical attributes are increased 10fold. This lasts for 3 of my posts and must cool down for 3 of my posts before being used again.

Sword of Zhuyin
A vessel in the shape of a strange, lance-shaped sword with a red tip. The blade can fold in on itself until it appears to be little more than a hilt, and the wielder can resummon the blade on command. The sword is not made out of any known material, and while it is solid it does not act or look like metal but some sort of biological construct (the blade wiggles and seems to have a life, and perhaps will of its own).
Solar Point - The tip of his sword scorches with intensified supernatural heat that can melt through not only reinforced steel with ease, but spiritual constructs (omen abilities) as well. The maximum heat of Solar Point is equivalent to the surface of the sun.
Solar Galaxy - James summons five ball-sized "sun" spheres that revolve/rotate around him, the heat coming off of these mini-suns is the same as that of Solar Point, burning everything that comes into a 5-10ft radius of him.

Eyes of Death: He has cybernetic eyes which to sum it up quickly can basically see with all types of vision. He can see things that should otherwise be invisible, including supernatural entities or esper abilities.
Arbiter Armor: A suit of cybernetic armour that covers his head to toe, not only is he resistant to intense elemental effects like heat, cold or poisons, he also has resistances to mental manipulation and is effectively bulletproof. The armor offers considerable durability, and he has often been compared to a walking tank in that capacity. The suit has also bestowed the Arbiter superhuman strength and the capability of suppressing the physiological & subconscious of the human body that would normally prevent a person from exerting enough force to injure themselves. This basically means he has uncapped his physical limitations, granting him his superhuman strength, speed and allowing him to ignore pain (he still feels it but his brain won't consider it an issue). The armor also possess self-reconstructing properties that temporarily mend bones and injuries he sustains inside the suit, not only allowing him to fight harder but also longer. The armor can also reconstruct itself but this process takes much longer and is set to be prioritized after the suit no longer senses danger. Theoretically, he could quite easily die in this armor and continue fighting - but it would be without the mind he once had before. Like any other cyborg, however, he is still highly susceptible to EMP's and lightning/electrical damage.
(TL; DR - Resistant to cold, heat, poison, mental manipulation, physical attacks. Has superhuman strength and speed, ability to ignore pain and systems to enhance survivability and combat longevity.)
Dread Gauntlets: He can control the acceleration of molecules in a 5ft radius of his hands. He can speed up molecules to give off heat, conjuring balls of fire in his hands or even speeding it up to such an extent the molecules tear to create combustible explosives from thin air. He can also slow down molecules to make things appear as if they are moving in slow motion. This does not affect organic constructs like animals and people, or spiritual constructs.

Formerly a geneticist for Hearth Corp and then the Syndicate, he worked directly under Lucifer and aided in the creation of Grimmwuar before falsifying his own death after catching wind that Lucifer had caught onto him stealing research notes from under their noses. He was later found and recruited by the Master, who helped keep him hidden in return for putting his work to use in the Heroes Guild. The man who can control minds with nothing but a gaze, and never stops smiling. Asides from his policy to typically deal with situations in a non-lethal manner there are countless citizens who are terrified of his capabilities. Morphis is a very intelligent individual who hides behind the guise of a clueless gentleman, an intentional strategy to make his targets lower their guard and underestimate him. He was a practising psychologist that used his hypnotic eyes to help others before he was framed. He was reached out by the Master with an offer to not just save his own life but also continue doing good in the world.

Kind of a brood, Gael is rarely ever seen smiling or showing any emotion other than annoyance with his peers. He gets along well with all forms of serpentine creatures, a trait he somewhat shares with Dillan and his insects which is perhaps the reason why they were chosen as partners. Whereas Dillan is more inquisitive about things, Gael is much more indifferent about most subjects. The only person he cares to answer to is the Silver Fox and Master themselves, who he follows with little to no questions asked.

From a young age Gael displayed a deep interest in serpentine creatures, and among all of the species to fit under that category none was more graceful or elegant in his view than the snake itself. He would have his first real-life encounter with a snake at the age of five, and at the age of ten, he started working as a helping hand for the local zoo where his primary job was maintaining the habitats of all their serpentine creatures. Gael possessed a natural gift for communicating with these creatures, and he was the only person who was able to enter their habitat without fear of being bitten or strangled. His very skeletal structure is flexible, and he can use this attribute to great effect in the way he fights. He has protruding fangs he can use to administer a highly toxic venom that can incapacitate the average man in just a few minutes after a single bite. He can also blend in with his environment allowing for a fairly effective form of camouflage to catch his target prey by surprise.

Freddy uses a wide range of weapons and gadgets made from kids toys. He has weighted yo-yo's that can be used for striking with steel wire for grapple-hooking himself to buildings/constructs or binding people. He has a bag of polished marbles and sharpened lego-pieces to make opponents lose footing or get impaled with sharp solid plastics. He has various rubber balls rigged with plastic explosives or colored smoke bombs contained in their centre (the balls explode 2 seconds after first physical contact from being thrown...He can throw it hard enough to bounce it off of several surfaces to hit targets from difficult angles or long distances within those 2 seconds). He also has giant inflatable balloons which he uses as a means for transportation.

Toy Physiology: He has the ability to mimic the physiology of a stuffed toy doll, with the exception of his stomach, heart, eyes and brain. He doesn't feel pain and is partially resistant to blunt and cutting damage unless directed at his organs. He can use this at any given moment and revert back to normal at any given moment but since deciding to modify his body, his toy physiology has been made permanent (He'd die if he reverted back to normal at this point).
Weaponized Body: His body has been modified extensively by Donovan Viktoria AKA '??'. His fingertips shoot 9mm bullets in single-shot or automatic-fire rates. He has augmented springs in feet/legs to allow him to propel himself through the sky and rebound off of solid surfaces. His 'knuckles' are made out of spikey brass balls that act like internal knuckle-busters, his wrists have rockets that he can use to shoot off his hand like a cannon. He has cybernetic eyes that he can see out if even without the eye being attached to his body (he can take out one eye and hide it to secretly hear in on conversations) and can do the same with his ears, he has enhanced ability to see further and hear better. Finally, the lower portions of his face (his jaw) has been outfitted with a specialized 'gun' that shoots out a cloud of acidic spray capable of melting flesh right off the bone.
(Side note - he reloads his finger guns by consuming bullets whole so you might often see him chugging down barrels of bullets before heading off into battle.)

Sugary treats, spicy sweets, alcoholic beverages and dangerous substances are all Bebobo's bread and butter. He's spent his life-consuming things, his addiction starting off innocently enough he has now become a full-blown addict of all things you don't want to be addicted to. Bebobo has a seemingly fanatic obsession with sweets and 'sugar', though sugar is really just coded for about any addictive substance he can get his hands on, and the man hasn't been sober since the day he first went on a binge-fest when finding out his body could pretty much handle anything he put in there - toxic or otherwise. His addiction is definitely unhealthy and is often the driving force of all his actions which gets in the way of his duties as a so-called 'Hero'. He is easily bribed by the things he enjoys, and will often look the other way if the choice is chasing down criminals or hitting the nearest candy shop or drug store. Incredibly selfish and callous, he has a reputation among the Heroes Guild for being a parasitic leech that does little more than drain their limited resources. While he claims that all the substances he takes have had no effect on his mental state, he speaks with a very defined slurred speech which is often exacerbated by the fact he often speaks while stuffing his mouth full of candy. Roughly half of all his gibberish-banter is often said through layers of cake frosting...

When Bebobo does go too long without candy or 'sugar', and he goes into withdrawal he goes what the other heroes in the guild like to call "Sugar Crazy Baby". His personality reverts back to that of a child who throws homicidal tantrums until acquiring his next fix.

(A boy born with a taste for sweets...A violent taste. His origins story is more suited for a supervillain than a hero, but he's devoted to turning himself around after he accidentally ate his family during one overzealous Halloween feast...The event is what left him in his current state, and his need for candy has become more pronounced as it has a deeper importance to him than simply just liking it or being hopelessly addicted to sugar. It also reminds him of better times with the people he loved.)

Fighting Style
Bebobo uses two forms of fighting depending on what current state he's in, when he's in his normal or sugar-rush state Bebobo performs a series of purely slapping strikes called Slap-Fu, not to be mistaken with the infamous Pimp-Fu used by members of the Sassy Party, all of Bebobo's strikes are front-hand slaps only and could be considered a rival school of the Pimp-Fu. Bebobo was taught this art by the illustrious and equally mysterious 'Hand of God' who is said to reside somewhere in Hell City, in hiding from his archnemesis Sassparilla Dangerous. Bebobo doesn't care for this rivalry, he'll slap anyone or thing - men, women, elderly people or newborn babies, he doesn't give a damn!

His second form of fighting comes when he has consumed enough food to increase his body mass dramatically, in this state he will fight almost akin to that of a sumo-wrestler. He also really likes turning himself into a human wrecking ball and rolly-polling his way through everything.

Bebobo is a 'Fiend' mutant, possessing a subnatural metabolism he can consume substantial amounts of food and has heightened resistance to all forms of poison/venom/toxins that he ingests. He can take performance-enhancing drugs with less risk of suffering the negative side effects of those substances and his mutation, perhaps a byproduct of his high sugar consumption his mutation has also granted him a sort of 'sugar-rush' state whenever he metabolises a significant amount of sugar in his system throughout a short period of time. In addition, he is capable of increasing his body mass dramatically through substantial food consumption. At most, he can grow up to sixty feet and weigh in at over 600,000pounds if he is given enough 'prep time'.

Origins
Comes from some other place in the world in a relatively small town. His homeland would be a place with many different types of insects, things well outside your typical backyard garden varieties. Ants the size of dogs, or swarms of flesh-eating ants and giant mosquitoes that would drain your body of blood in a matter of seconds. Entomology was a pretty widespread thing where he lived, and towns rarely got developed into cities as a result of the population constantly battling against the threat of these species. Dillan would have a 'gift' for insect behaviours, and he'd use this to save his hometown from the threat of flesh-eating ants before he was recruited into the Heroes Guild by the Master and set off for Hell City.

Dillan is fairly agile and has a knack for avoiding damage but when it comes to any physical confrontation he has little to offer in the way of hard-hitting strikes or skilled techniques. He heavily relies on maintaining a safe distance between himself and whoever he is fighting and allowing his insects to do all the damage for him. Dillan possesses an endless army of various types of ants and bees at his disposal that can swarm his targets in seconds.

Nova is a blunt, strong-minded, analytical and seemingly apathetic individual who has been stuck with the spectral skeleton of her older brother that has haunted Nova since the day he died one year ago...Which has made their sibling relationship quite complicated, especially after she started dating fellow hero Axelrad. No one else can hear her brother speak but her, but he is very expressive with his actions and extremely overprotective of Nova. She usually acts like she doesn't care about anything, and that her brother is a nuisance but under her icy surface she actually cares deeply for everyone close to her: especially her annoyingly overprotective brother.
Origins
She was born in Hell City, and before her career as a hero, she worked as a private informant for Syndicate Programming's news network. She was good at her job and good at digging up dirt on any appointed targets but this all changed the night the sky cracked open letting loose supernatural anomalies throughout the city. While Nova worked as an informant, her older brother: Mani, was a hitman working for the Syndicate who found himself at the wrong end of a contract. She watched him die that night, and be resurrected as the skeletal spectre he has become.

The two would quickly discover that they had become tethered somehow, and they become closer than they had ever been - but no because they wanted to. Nova joined the Heroes Guild after being contacted by the the Master and offered a chance to break the tether between Nova and her brother. Whilst only being in the guild for under a year, she has quickly proven herself extremely capable, and she even found a love interest in her partner Axelrad...Due to the nature of her relationship with her brother though, that relationship has proven chaotic.

Fighting Style
As one might expect from a neko mutant, Axelrad fights something akin to that of a wild and rough street cat. His movements are anything but refined, skilled or planned but are instead driven by pure animalistic instinct and cat-like physical prowess. He knows how to use his surroundings to his advantage but his greatest talent inside and outside of combat is his 'killer' skills with a guitar. Axelrad has fashioned himself a weapon out of his electric guitar, which has been reinforced so that he can bash it against any surface without worrying about it breaking and tuned to emit destructive sonic waves at his opponents. Each strum of his guitar has the potential to blast holes through buildings.

Doby is a tough-as-nails rat who's lived his whole life by a certain code of honor among criminals, for him your word is your bond, and nothing is more severe a crime to him than the crime of breaking your word. Doby has little to no qualms about killing, but you won't ever have to worry about him luring you into a trap or shooting you in the back. A machine of bullets and guns. Ratface doesn't mess around with lurking from the shadows or scheming the demise of his targets, when Ratface kills someone it's with a gun or fist to their face. The only code Ratface plays by in combat is the code of letting your opponent know when you are coming, otherwise, all other bets are off on the battlefield. Ratface is highly proficient and experienced with all manner of arms small or large. He also knows his way around a fistfight from all his experience growing up on the rough and tough streets of Sodom but he utilizes no practical form of martial arts. Ratface is most effective from a mid to long-range distance where he can lay down bullet fire on his targets.

He is commonly mistaken for being a rat, but whoever put him through the mutation process was certainly no expert when it came to properly identifying one rodent from another. Doby possesses all the physical characteristics and traits of a mouse. For the most part, this just makes him look like a humanoid mice-man with fur but it has served some practical purposes. It has improved his hearing, sense of smell and enhanced his agility.

Doby treats his wheels like a lover, the Ratcycle isn't just a means for him to get from point A to point B in cool style: it is his whole livelihood and his most valued possession. He's owned this bike since he was just a young teenager looking to make a name for himself in Hell City.

Tinker J. Tarren
A tinkerer, not a tankerer. Tinker's at his best when he's in the workshop, but his own fighting soul won't allow himself to stay there. Outside of knowing all the ins and outs of his modified weapons and vehicles, Tinker is not a very precise shot or tough brawler. He can hold his own for a while, but to most physical fighters he is going to lose 9 times out of 10. His only real strength comes from his absurd tolerance for pain and near subhuman ability to survive deadly injuries that would otherwise kill most normal people.
Koala-Han
The brawn behind Tinker's brains. This furry guy might not look like much, but when the situation calls for it Koala-Han proves to be a very effective combatant in more ways than even Tinker is. He may not be as durable, but Koala-Han is very efficient in the use of all manner of weapons small and large. He is currently undergoing daily training with Ratface to hone his skills as a marksman. Koala-Han also has decent know-how for operating machinery.

Jolle isn't much of a fighter on his own and relies on his 'friend' to protect him. Jolle hates violence, but he hates the people who commit violence more.
Host Abilities
The exact nature and identity of the entity possessing Jolle are unknown. It appears in the form of black slime, or a dark ectoplasmic substance that comes out from within Jolle himself whenever the need arrives or Jolle wills it. Often taking the form of a shadowy silhouette of Jolle himself it has the ability to change into just about any shape it wants. Jolle has yet to accustom himself to these abilities, but so far he is capable of doing the following:
Doppelganger: The entity takes the shape of Jolle, but it goes further than just being a pale imitation of its host, the 'Doppelganger' is a reflection of Jolle's very own soul and spirit. Whether Jolle is angry, sad, happy or confused the Doppelganger will reflect these aspects, and can also have an impact on its raw power. When Jolle hurts, so does the Doppelganger. However, the Doppelganger itself is incapable of sustaining any real damage or being killed in any natural manner. It is impervious to all forms of physical damage and can regrow limbs in instant, making Jolle himself the only means of actually damaging the Doppelganger.
(Limitations: The Doppelganger is tethered to Jolle that can only move in a 25ft radius, limiting the distance that it can fight at without putting Jolle in the line of danger. The tether is a strong link that connects to the insides of Jolle's mouth)

Personality:
Sympathetic and gentle in nature, Vanessa is an abnormal sight to behold in such a heartless place.
Patients regard her personality as something of a 'saint' because of the way she treats others, even
if they've committed wrongdoings. The passionate treatment she bestows upon the deserving is the
reason for her sunny disposition.

Origins:
Miss Bellerose's beginning backstory is unclear as she did not formerly live in Hell City to begin with.
What is known, however, what is known is that she initially sought out ways to help the vulnerable victims
that were plagued by the crime-ridden conditions of the more dangerous districts that the corrupt megalopolis
had to offer, that was a few months after Vanessa had changed residences.

Finding it difficult to catch onto the pace of offering restoration to the injured as a result of all the prevalent
crime that was taking place every single hour of the day, Vanessa proposed the idea of a special organization
attended by like-minded individuals that wished to bring those in jeopardy to safety. This concept was inevitably
expanded upon with the cooperation of those willing and those who were inclined to negotiate with Vanessa
in exchange for benefits, thus, MediSTAT was created and now serves as the foremost service of healthcare
to those in Hell City.

- Rarely there'll be times of her needing to get involved in an altercation but when she
does, Vanessa will call upon her steadfast companion to fight on her behalf due to her 'pacifist' nature, undoubtedly
putting Olwen in harm's way as a consequence. Nevertheless, there's a catch! Being that she is exceptionally
maternal over him, Vanessa will use her Omen abilities to genetically modify this Snow Leopard to make it
a very formidable threat against anyone who dares to take it on.

- A bizarre bell that produces unheard frequencies that are seemingly capable of
mending insignificant wounds such as bruises, scrapes, lacerations, and even curing mild sicknesses within
a short radius after being rung. (These rings will come in the form of relaxing melodies whenever she is healing

Olwen (Vanessa's Snow Leopard): Raised by Vanessa since he was a cub, Olwen has remained loyal by her side
for as long he could remember. Olwen was first discovered by Vanessa far outside of Hell City during her nomadic
travels in the glacial landscape where she had once lived, they'd first came across him as a small unhealthy cub that
was weakened and dying due to lack of accessible food.

Fortunately they were able to be revived back to ideal health with Vanessa's Omen ability, naturally Olwen would
find himself immediately drawn to his savior and from that point they would become inseparable from each other.
Vanessa's love for this creature goes beyond that of a pet but more of a mother and her son, her affection for Olwen
has made her deliberately 'enhance' her appearance to make herself look more like him by shifting features of her biological
form to make them adopt ears and a tail that were similar to Olwen's.

Personality
Hyousuke's name partially defines himself, Helpful Soldier, in his culture the given name is reserved for use by friends and family, while military structures tend to use Family names as well, in either case he often goes by the name Honda and it is not unusual for others to assume the latter is his given name, a fact he has never seen fit to correct. Loyal and dutiful, he believes in the purpose of Pantheon and follows his orders, rarely questioning or showing doubt in his orders or the cause. He does not wish to see the city purged and believes the "Freedom" they have is nothing more than Anarchy that causes great suffering among the population. These people do not have freedom, they have chaos, never once seeing stability or order, led by sycophants and psychopaths, Hell City is true to its name in his eyes, a misbegotten hell and he would see it to salvation. However, Honda isn't so self-importance seeking, he is but the Usual, well maybe unusual soldier and works as an infantryman in the Pantheon infiltration unit, a task he finds ironic.

In combat or when faced with a threat, Honda does not kill out of hate or anger, but out of compassion and in the belief that overwhelming fire will cause the enemy ranks to break and surrender, that to kill a threat here and now is better than allowing them to flee and regroup, his native religion seems to tie into this. Some may call this hypocritical, unaware that his faith has violent tenants and philosophies when suited and in part he enjoys laying waste to the truly corrupt and evil. Because of it the Oni is very friendly, civil and welcoming, but will level an entire city block in the name of peace if he must. Honda tends to not ask questions when there is no need and believes in hearts and minds, because of this agreeable nature and his tenacity he was chosen to serve alongside another unusual soldier as partners. Honda also knows very little about the Pantheon minus his national military placed him in its ranks and who his immediate superiors are. He is a peacekeeper first and foremost and finds the common place practice of placing value on living souls being so cheap to be a crime against humanity.

Origins
To those in Hell City, Honda's place of origin is a nation in the Far East of the outer world, known to be a peaceful country with a powerful militaristic past, of little note to those struggling to survive and quirks they may not understand. Honda was known as an exemplary soldier who follows orders and yet is civil with an understanding of people and modern society, given these facts he was attached to the infiltration unit where he works to physically hammer serious threats to the Pantheon's plans. He was recently attached to a new partner that seems to be more of a veteran than he is, only having thought in some outer perimeter skirmishes. He seems to be well educated at a general level and does not blend in too well, standing 8 feet tall.

Fighting Style
Honda tends to use brutal in close tactics that count on his overwhelming power and size while utilizing as few movements as possible, he also favors the use of flamethrowers, shotguns, a melee club and if the flamethrower can't be used a rather large shotgun.

Equipment:
Heavy Tactical Assault Armor Class V: Armor made of heavy metal plates and Kevlar lining, can withstand tremendous amounts of damage, comes with helmet and rebreather harness and mirrored visor.
Flamethrower: A portable flamethrower, loaded through chemical cannisters, relatively short "burn times".
KS-23 Shotgun: A specially made 23mm shotgun that comes with an assortment of shells
Oni Club: A large metal club that weighs a lot and hurts to be hit with.
Flashbangs and thermite grenades: Carries a few of these to use in combat.
Basic supplies: sealed ration pouches, medical kit, basic survival kit.

General Knowledge: knows a wide array of topics in terms beyond a layman but below an expert, in principle these are social, medically or in relation to weaponry.

Character Weaknesses
Poor Agility and dexterity: Given his large size he's not too quick footed and when in full gear he is often not able to move past walking speed but for quick bursts.
Good Natured: While normally not a bad thing, unless he has a kill order, or runs into a threat, he is likely to be civil in a first encounter.
Heavy Weigh: With his gear some locations may be problematic to walk around inside of or on top of, such as thin floors or rooftops.
Mind of the Oni: True to his mutation he is prone to trusting and good natured mostly while also being able to be stern and punishing, but given all of this, he also can slip into a battle trance state and has an enjoyment for alcohol.

Mutation Oni: The mutation seems to be that of the Oni, a long horned, physically strong and large humanoid with a strong pain threshold and a resistance to fire, limited regeneration, resistance to sickness and poisons. While not a "true Oni" nor immortal the ability is more than adequate for killing most humans and stronger foes.

His knack of sniffing out gorgeous women actually led him to Sassparilla and his 'Sassy Party' to begin with, although at a very inconvenient time as Sassparilla was in the middle of some very important PIMP-ness (Pimp Business) and Mr.Floette had so rudely interrupted it by mistake. His intervention was met with immediate hoe-stility as Sassparilla sent some crazy ass bitches to fuck him up and not in the good way ya hear me? Little did they know that Mr.Floette's groovy ass-kicking skills were at 100% that day and he sent all dem gold diggers to dig they own graves. Faith and kindness define Katja her faith in what most see as a pointless religion and her attitude of infinite forgiveness and kindness are the two keys to understanding her. Katja sees no difference in the people she heals and as as happy healing a homeless vagrant as she is the richest of the elites. She is also forgiving to a fault and extremely trusting seemingly unable to see evil in even the worst of people. It is very hard to get Katja angry with fighting in her Chapple being just about the only thing to get her to raise her voice and even then she will forgive the people a moment latter. Despite everything that she has seen and despite being in the city for years Katja is still completely firm and open about her faith having never really felt it waver despite the horrors.

Origins
Katja wasn't born in Hell city and didn't even grow up in the same country, no she grew up far away in a backwards simple town far removed from the modern world. It was a simple place with a strong religious core to its community and simple honest style of living. It was the kind of place that no one from hell city could ever imagine actually exists and would likely laugh at for being so absurd. Weill it exists and Katja was raised there instilling in her the faith and kindness that remains strong to this day. Still even such a place is not free from worldly affairs and omens were beyond rare, but still born. Such children surprisingly suffered little discrimination as the wrath of god was not emphasized but his love and forgiveness.

Still despite knowledge of omens and the like when Katja was found to somehow heal people around her when in the church it was decided to be a miracle. No matter how Enlighted the world becomes about the mystical miracles are always doubted. Rumors spread and men of learning came and offered to take Katja to the city where she could heal more people. Katja ever eager to help more people accepted and it was after a series of failures to heal anyone that the two conditions to her healing were discovered. Faithful prayers and holy ground. These requirements and Katja's inability to do anything more than their science could do lead those that brought her tot he city to abandon her. So for the past 4 years he has more or less lived in the hospital chapel healing any that come to her or are sent her way by dismissive doctors.

Personality
Michael is a product of his environment. Rough around the edges, a bit of a dick, and at least a little bit crazy. Michael has always been something of a smartass, not knowing when or choosing not to keep his mouth shut. He’s had a bit of a temper since he was a kid and is as stubborn as an ox. These traits still exhibit themselves in him to this day, however he’s gotten enough of a handle on them that he won’t go blind, which is probably one reason he isn’t dead yet. After all, he has enough sense to avoid pissing off the wrong people despite his otherwise extremist view on dealing with crime. However, while not a dumb man, he does choose to apply himself primarily towards his obsession and little else.

Origins
A Hell City native. Michael grew up in the cesspool of crime with a somewhat non-dysfunctional family. His father was a detective in the local police force who, after the murder of his wife, became more interested in tracking down her killer than accepting bribes. This left Michael to be mostly looked after by his older brother, Mason. While their father became distant and tunnel-vision, the two brothers acted as each other’s support. At least, until their father murdered and the two went their separate ways.

Mason had always wanted to join the police force and, in a somewhat altruistic idealism, clean up Hell City the “right way”. As such, he joined the Heroes Guild while Michael joined one of the street gangs working within Pyre’s network. It was here that Mike started learning “life skills”, building up a repertoire, and a bank account. He was always determined, however he never truly became tunnel-visioned like his father until his brother, Mason, passed away.

Though they hadn’t separated on the best of terms, disagreeing greatly with how to tackle the diseased city, he was still his brother and the only family Mike had up until that point. When Mason died, a part of him snapped. Kane, as he had started being referred to, began taking larger hits and contracts, even going outside the organization. He grew more ambitious, though still apparently having enough sense to avoid stepping on the toes of the true bigshots. At this point, he was just trying to get rid of as much trash as he could.

The Kane of today isn’t known as the most dangerous vigilante in Hell City or the most famous, though he has a decent rap sheet. Most notably he’s credited with the destruction of the Chosen Sons gang, which formerly encompassed district 22, as well as the executions of various bounties within the city. He’s recently detached himself from Pyre, feeling that their contractual base gives too much leeway to the criminals of Hell City, most notably, the ones that control it.

However, after striking out on his own for a short time, Kane left Hell City. He has since enlisted with Pantheon, feeling as the organization’s ambitions align more with his own.

Fighting Style
To say Michael is a martial artist would be inaccurate. He grew up in the streets of Hell City and most of his training came in the form of Pyre. He is in all meanings of the word, a brute in combat, but not the wide-swinging thug you would find in some back alley gang. He is unorthodox, using two handguns in unison for both ranged fights as well as close proximity, even flipping the guns at times to use them similar to clubs. He also appears proficient with a blade, hence his choice of a machete on his back as well as a backup knife on his waist.

Equipment
Michael is fairly well-equipped for a mercenary, adorning full-body armor to offer protection from ballistic and cutting weapons. Along the body are some tactical pouches for storage and holsters. The only piece of tech comes in the form of his helmet, which allows for the purification of noxious gasses as well as various sensors for detecting heat and spiritual signatures and traces, as well as providing sight in the dark. For weaponry, Kane appears partial to a pair of heavier handguns, a machete on his back, and a knife at his waist. Other equipment includes, occasionally, explosive ordinance, emergency supplies, and various types of non-lethal throwables such as smoke, flash, EMP, the at times necessary incendiary or molotov cocktail.

Mutation

Michael obtained genetic enhancements to better suit his needs and prolong his life expectancy in his chosen career. Though somewhat basic as far as mutations go, they were what he could afford and helped keep him breathing when he otherwise wouldn’t have. Namely, gene therapy has optimized his immune system response and cell reconstruction so that any recovery periods are minimized and injuries in the field are less exigent in that moment. He’s also had his muscular system enhanced to enable growth past that of a normal human, allowing him to have surprising maneuverability in his gear.

Personality
Enigmatic, yet charming. The Blood Stocker thoughts and intentions are always shrouded in mystery and eccentricity. He frequently carries himself with a flippant and cavalier attitude towards just about anything. While some may refer to him as “lazy” he prefers the term efficient and gets things done with as little effort as possible while having some “fun” along the way. In professional dealings, he was shown to be polite and cunning, giving everyone a “great deal” when they enquire about his products and services.

Besides that, he is a person greatly driven by science. Ecstatic to see the progress of his inventions for both combat and non-combat uses. While not particularly morally driven, he does have some standards, like keeping civilians out of harm when possible, preserving the safety of his workers, and honoring his word in agreements. Though he can be very liberal about how the last one is carried out. Beneath all the jovial demeanor, Blood Stocker is known to be cold-blooded, killing any “loose ends” with little hesitation. Despite this, he seemed to put a great emphasis on taking care of his workers, seeing them as important “assets” that need to be preserved.


Origins
Not much is known of the Blood Stocker, but the most prominent story was he used to be a worker in the early days of the factorio district. He rose to power during a worker strike that eventually turned into a full-on rebellion against the tyranny of the Barons, the original group that was in charge of the district. They had little care for the well-being of their workers, something the Blood Stocker sought to remedy by any means necessary.

Aptly named after the Blood of Gods, it is the source of the Blood Stocker’s herculean strength and speed. Though that is the least interesting aspect of the blood itself. Due to its chemical makeup, it can be used as a power source for machines.

Besides that, it's also useful as a catalyst for gene splicing and the creation of a powerful steroid known as Ambrosia. Though the latter can only be achieved through a complex distillation process.

Its most deadly effect is when used as a toxin in its pure undistilled form, capable of breaking down human cells upon injection.

Hemokinesis
The ability to control his own blood. Able to form it into different shapes and sizes which includes weapons and tools.

Origins
Brutus originated as a serial killer that struck from the shadows and ran a drug cartel, often speaking in rhythm or artfully, he was something of a scourge before the takeover of Lucifer in the City. With those new fortunes he came to meet Jackie and to see the destruction of his gang, while it seems he and Iggzy have history, the details of it remain unknown. Whipsers say the Jester tried to hunt the hunter, others say that the jester annoys him and even others say the conflict between the two was eclipsed by old Jack himself.

Icarus is the thorn in everyone's side, a cyber-terrorist with his digital fingers in all of Sodom's affairs and a reputation for taking delight in stealing and manipulating information to screw over figures big and small throughout Hell City. Icarus is very good at what he does, probably the best there is in the world, and his only weakness is ironically his own ambitions and hubris. Icarus has made many enemies, and one of the only reasons he is still alive today is because he's got a knack for making himself hard to find. He has eluded all current pursuits and attempts to find him from various criminal organizations including the Syndicate. If he wants to meet, he will find you. This extends to even the Heroes Guild, who have no means of contacting him directly.

What Icarus is like behind the mask remains an almost complete mystery to even the Heroes Guild, but there are a few people who claim to have met him and say he was...Different, to what they expected. (Different being a nice word for disappointed.)

- His favorite show is H.U.R.T (Hell City Underground Rastling Tournament), and Dimdum Douglas is his favorite TV personality of Syndicate Programming
- Favorite pastimes are video games and trolling people on the internet, sometimes both at the same time. If he starts losing at a competitive game, he will resort to hacking in a heartbeat and isn't ashamed of cheating. Not in games or real life.
- Nighttime: it is the only time he can feel somewhat comfortable exposing himself to the outside and he enjoys doing a little stargazing every once in a while

- He is afraid of dying, and most especially afraid of dying before he's made the impact he wants to make.

Origins
Icarus was born out of somebody who had enough of Hell City, someone who had seen all that it could be, then seeing all of it for what it really was. A pit of corruption and power-hungry maniacs, not caring for all the little guys just looking to make it by who get swept up in their grand ambitions of controlling a city that can't truly be controlled: not even by the Devil himself. Icarus became a cyber-terrorist who has stolen information and made life hard for just about every criminal organization throughout Hell City no matter how big or small. This also included the Heroes Guild, which is how he got inducted into the organization after being convinced that they were operating for a good cause. He has a constantly updating database of information that he has acquired over the two years he's been active, with his job as a hero being less of a forefront fighter or saviour and more of a behind the scenes support.

The man behind the ego, and his story is much different, but that tale is one only told on rainy days. (Hue I will add it later)

Fighting Style
In truth Icarus is not accustomed to or built for fighting in front-line combat, he has little defense against most abilities, and as far as anyone knows he possesses no supernatural abilities or mutations. Icarus primarily relies on either never being in the line of danger, to begin with, or when he must rely on stealth and taking his opponents out by surprise quickly and quietly. When push comes to shove though, Icarus is capable of defending himself with a style utilizing palming strikes and pressure-point jabs, he also seems to know a bit of Judo and has managed to flip guys several times larger than he is. Ultimately his greatest asset is the tech he uses and his ability to hack into security systems and turn others technology against them.
Equipment
Spy Drones
He is in command of a pack of tiny drones which act as his eyes and ears throughout Hell City. They are commanded via his home computer or Icarus Mask. He has hundreds of these drones, and in the little spare time, he allows himself he will spend making more. He's also been tinkering with a new type of drone that could allow him non-lethally incapacitated targets.
Radio Headset
Wears a headset which, obviously for starters plays music or podcasts so he's never 'wasting' any time but also serve a much more practical purpose. The headset is able to calibrate itself to any device with audio in a 500ft vicinity, allowing him to listen in on conversations wherever there are electronic ears to listen.

Icarus Mask
Mask is going to be something of a portable computer, it can project a hologram screen that he can utilize to hack into things on the go. Might have some other unique characteristics but more than likely it will just be a hologram for the controls to his actual computer system back at his hideout. It is also how he interacts and controls his drones.
Electronic Pulse Gloves
He acquired a special set of gloves that double as a taser to incapacitate the biggest or hardiest of individuals and release a short-range EMP pulse in a vicinity of 5ft. They are the only thing keeping him away from a quick death once his position has been blown.
Character Strengths
Cyber-Warrior: He is a natural genius in all things digital, there are few if any who can compete with his ability to infiltrate technological systems. He leaves no digital footprint unturned.
Tech Savvy: He isn't just a hacking cyberterrorist, he is also a tinkerer capable with a deep knowledge for technological/robotic constructs.
Grayman: He has honed the skill to blend into crowds effortlessly, making himself seem like just a part of the background to go by undetected. (Also helps that no one has seen his face)
Escape Artist: Icarus greatest asset is his ability to escape just about any situation, eluding and fleeing from capture and death. He is extremely skilled at getting himself loose from cuffs or binds and finding 'creative' ways out of sticky situations...
Character Weaknesses
Basement Dweller: All his daily exercises in his room haven't done much for his ability to go the distance in a fight. (Lacks stamina and gets tired pretty quickly) He is also very inept in social interactions.
Unrefined Combatant: He is not very adept at fighting or utilizing anything other than basic non-lethal weapons. He barely even knows how to shoot a gun outside of simply pulling the trigger to fire.
Moral Code: He will not kill people, putting him at a natural disadvantage against everyone who wants to kill him. He relies on non-lethal means to take out his opponents if the need for direct combat arises.
Low Pain Threshold: He can't handle pain very well and hates getting into actual fights, he will defend himself if he must but relies on quickly taking out his opponents or quickly turning his tail and running to safety.

The Phantom in Black is not to be thought of as a mere man or mortal but as a symbol: a symbol of Vengeful Justice that etches fear into the blackened hearts of all the vile scum who call the damned city of hell their home. Among the corrupt and criminal-minded the Phantom is a symbol of fear, but among the Pantheon, he is heralded as a shining beacon of glorious light that will wash away all the darkness of this world...

Zade is said to resemble his grandfather in many ways, not that he would have any way of knowing himself, he never knew the man outside of stories passed down to him by the Elders. His bloodline is said to be prestigious, or at least it was back when the Pantheon held most of the world in the palm of their hands. His loyalty to the Pantheon was not one born of personal desire or ambition but merely an obligation to his family and a crumbling legacy, he was raised to think only about restoring the former glory of his bloodline and the Pantheon and nothing more. Instilled with all the hatred shared by the Pantheon and those who have lived long enough to know what it used to be, he has devoted his life to becoming the new living symbol of justice: Vengeful Justice.

He is young and inexperienced though, something all of his talents and physical prowess can not make up for and he is constantly filled with inner turmoil about his place in the world and who he really is. A symbol, or a man with his own dreams and desires outside of a crumbling empire? Efficient as he is, Zade can also be outright rash and temperamental to a fault. Luckily, he's already proven pretty hard to kill.

Origins
The Danielopolous bloodline traces its roots back to the first inhabitants of the flying city "Olympus", a prestigious family that has devoted loyalty to the Pantheon since its foundation. The Danielopolous Legacy has been crumbling, however, since the death of Zade's grandfather Juvidal Von Danielopolous: Juvidal was the youngest individual to be assigned leadership to the elite secret agents of the Pantheon known as "Aegis". An elite task force that aided the Pantheon in pulling the strings from behind the scenes and taking on high-risk missions, the members of Aegis were a secret to the rest of the world but at Olympus they were celebrities and objects of worship, the pillars who propped up the Pantheon to its glorious heights. The individuals in Aegis were perceived as something beyond mere mortals, they were seen as living symbols of all that is good and righteous. Juvidal himself was known as 'Madfet' and he symbolized pure, blind justice.

Juvidal, and the other members of Aegis were given the mission of infiltrating Hell City back before its foundation. Ultimately the members would all be killed one by one, including Juvidal himself after getting wrapped up in the schemes of their ancient enemy: the Devil himself. The loss of Aegis was a massive blow to the Pantheon, and also spelt the beginning of the end for their control around the world; the Danielopolous name was tarnished, fallen from grace and they would devote themselves and their next of kin to a mission of vengeance.

That is where Zade comes in, born in the spitting image of his grandfather. Bred with anger, raised in hatred and trained in execution. Zade would become the first to don the mask and dub himself the 'Phantom in Black'

Fighting Style
Phantom in Black: He is the living symbol of Vengeful Justice. Relentlessly pursuing the ilk of Hell City without mercy, the Phantom may prefer working under the darkness of night but has been known to take out entire outposts armed to the teeth with soldiers in the light of day with brutal efficiency. The Phantom deploys a wide range of skills and psychological fear tactics to crush targets. He is extremely skilled at fighting with his hands, feet, and any weapon he gets his hands on (even though he tends to just use his 'Phantom Hooks').

Gonna be a large section, he is going to deploy a lot of different tactics and this will probably be his biggest 'strength' or power in combat...His abilities or mutations act more as a buffer or additional tool to make him even more lethal than he already is. Will definitely outclass Joseph and my other human characters in terms of raw fighting prowess.

Equipment
Phantom Hooks: While he is proficient in many forms of weapons, the Phantoms trademark skills lie in his use of custom-designed knives attached to steel wire. He can deploy these like grappling hooks to zip around his environment and scale buildings with ease or strike opponents from afar making him deadly no matter what range you are fighting him from. (Well except sniper range.)
Phantom Mask: Nothing very special, it is a symbol more than it is practical. It does provide a little defense against gunfire though, so he won't get sniped between the eyes out of nowhere any time soon.
Phantom Coat: His coat is lined with ballistic fibres designed to be highly resistant to gunfire while also maintaining optimum flexibility and weight. It is far from being the perfect defense, but it helps when running into the middle of gunfights.
Character Strengths
Dark Detective: He is proficient at piecing together scenes when analyzing a situation. He is also adept at tracking down targets and being aware of his surroundings at all times.
Subhuman Physical Prowess: He is capable of certain subhuman feats, he has reflexes fast enough to dodge bullets, and can outrun gunfire or punch someone with the force of a car moving at 100mph. This is not a trait of his mutation but a lifetime of rigorous training and physical conditioning.
Adaptive Strategist: He has a frightening high fighting IQ, capable of planning well ahead of his opponents and adapting himself to just about any situation he might find himself tangled in. He has a way of reading his targets moves and tactics before they do and adjusting himself to react accordingly. Utilizing a wide array of information on weapons, guns, and small details about his targets to his advantage. He pinpoints a weakness and exposes them to his own benefit.
Monsterous Combatant: He has mastered over sixty forms of martial arts as well as expertise in a wide range of weapons and gadgets. His primary weapon of choice is a custom series of knives that he uses with steel wire.
Phantom of Night: He can move swiftly in and out of shadows without drawing attention to himself, or use them to break eye contact. Most proficient indoors or more built-up areas...Not so much in wide-open spaces...He is basically like a ninja, he can slow down his heart rate and body temperature and run full speed in almost complete silence.

Vengeful Spirit: While he can be pretty good at hiding this part of himself on the outside, he has the tendency to let his emotions get the better of him. Which he expresses with action more than words or facial expressions (since no one can ever see his face). He also has a very hard time
Daredevil: He acts like he knows what he is doing and does a pretty good job at pretending, but in reality, he is severely inexperienced and tends to act without consideration for the consequences. For himself or others. He often gets ahead of himself and bites off more than he can chew, getting himself or others hurt in the process.
Man Behind the Myth: As much as he tries, and sometimes succeed at convincing the world he is a symbol of vengeful justice. He is just a man, a mortal with human weaknesses. He has no way of coming back from death or surviving a bullet/knife to the heart or head.
Mutations
Genetic Mutant: Atomic Manipulation

Tom possesses mutations that allow him to manipulate the atomic structure of physical matter through touch. He can alter the mass, density, shape and elements of anything that he touches, or convert physical matter into different types of energy (Like electricity for example). He is incapable of affecting spiritual/supernatural and biological structures: so things like omen powers, spiritual structures, plants, creatures and people are all unaffected when he touches them.
Some examples of uses
- He can make small things really dense and heavy, or make really large things light as a feather. He can also make small things larger and large things smaller.
- He can convert physical matter into energy like electricity that he can discharge with physical touch. He can also make his body boiling hot or freezing cold.
- Can alter his environment, create a pillar underneath his feet to suspend himself above opponents, or change interiors to confuse targets, block off exits or transform his environment into a lethal trap.
- If he so wished he could split atoms, but that would be a pretty bad idea since he'd be caught in the explosion himself.

Origins
Short Version: The biological younger brother of Moses, Casper and his brother were both born in a faraway land and were forced to seek refuge in Hell City after their family had been branded as heretics. When Casper was 4, he attended Hell City's Institute for Unwanted Children which secretly served as the breeding ground for future criminals, specifically it was intended to breed the future soldiers of the Syndicate. It was at this institute that Casper and Moses would meet Jackie for the first time, although back then he didn't go by that name, and the three of them became very close. Together they survived all the horrors of the Institute which was more or less a juvenile prison run by psychotic criminals and killers and they dreamed of the day they were finally free to do what they wanted and be what they wanted. They would get their wish, but not in the manner they expected. One day Lucifer would show up at the school, and he would arrive as a 'liberator' coming to save them. He gathered all the children and teenagers to his side, and rounded up all the staff members in a pile before setting the institute on fire and with a flick of his wrist send it crumbling down. He would then offer all of the children a choice to join him or to attempt making their own way in Hell City and this is the decision that would see Casper part ways with Moses & Jackie. It would also be the last time he saw them as who they were before their transformation into the Embodiments of Nihilism and Madness. While Moses and Jackie joined the Syndicate, Casper went on a self-discovering journey back to his homeland where he would learn about the history behind his family's heritage. 2 years ago, Casper returned to Hell City and saw what had become of his brothers. He now works as a volunteer at the Church by day, and as a waiter in Ciri's Cafe by night.

Goal 1: He has a secret desire and plans to discover some means of reversing the transformation of Embodiments, something he intends to do by exploring the depths of his Esper ability.
Goal 2: To turn Jackie & Moses back to normal so that they can all do the things they once dreamed about together and this could be accomplished if he achieves his first goal.
Goal 3: Leave Hell City and never come back.
Personal Aspiration: Ever since he was a child, he always dreamed of becoming an adventuring explorer, like those depicted in all the books he used to read as a kid. He wishes to seek out all the beautiful wonders and mysteries hidden throughout the world. Or maybe even get extra lucky and find some type of dimensional doorway to someplace a hell of a lot better.

Crimes & Achievements
- His biggest crime is that he's never committed a crime before. Not even petty thievery, but that is only because he's never had a reason what with his Esper Ability.

- He is potentially one of, if not the strongest Esper in Hell City but due to having never really achieved anything of note in a place like H.C most people wouldn't know about this.

Character Strengths
Esper Physiology: Even among Esper's Casper is a rare breed, with his power being considered to have the potential to match God's themselves. Of course, the ones who claimed that were the distant relatives of Casper who he met on his trip/pilgrimage back to his homeland. Casper doesn't hold himself or his abilities in nearly as high of a regard as that, and while he isn't too humble to admit he's never met another Esper as powerful as him, he's experienced enough of the world to understand that the scope of individuals capabilities spread unpredictably far and wide.
Rational & Reasonable: He can be apathetic, but that doesn't make him unreasonable or incapable of thinking through things rationally. He is capable of compromise, and if it means less effort on his end then all the better. Some might even say Casper is TOO reasonable, as in he's even willing to look by bloody murder if it means he has one less nuisance to worry about for the night.
Self-Restraint: He knows how to control his emotions, and not allow them to get the better of him and he refrains from committing murder...Even if the person does deserve it. He knows when to walk away, and while he can be considered stubborn, he isn't so thick-skulled to stand down once he's found himself on the wrong side of a situation or barrel.
Indomitable Will: He may not always seem it, but when it comes to certain things Casper is quite simply unwavering. As a testament to this, Casper is one of the few individuals to show complete immunity to the supernatural charms of Lucifer Judast himself.
Character Weaknesses
Poor Physical Conditioning & Other Mortal Flaws: While in theory Casper may be capable of enhancing his own physical attributes, as it stands now Casper himself is not very strong or naturally gifted in any given physical category even when judging by your average everyday human citizen. He lives an extremely unhealthy lifestyle and has never worked out a single day in his entire life unless you count all the times he had to run away from the teen gangs of his childhood institute or all the times he got the crap beat out of him for hours. All in all, without his power as an Esper he might have been dead a long, long time ago.
Martial Ineptitude: Whether it be blades or firearms Casper has no experience or know-how in the use of any typical form of weaponry, nor does he have any interest in learning or refining his skills in these areas.
Mechanical Ineptitude: He has little to no understanding of the mechanical workings of vehicles and machinery, he wouldn't know the difference from one part of a machine to the other part.
Technical Ineptitude: He knows how to operate a computer, but he'd be at a loss if he ever had to make one from scratch. His technological know-how is severely limited to the basic use of modern-day technologies but he won't be making his own robots any time soon.
Medical Ineptitude: He has little understanding of the medical sciences of today, in fact, everything he's ever learned he learned through personal experience...The hard way...
Inexperienced & Untapped Potential: (The untapped potential part will basically link the above weaknesses with specific mentions of ineptitude in several different fields he would have no affiliation with otherwise...It is because these fields would enhance his capability far beyond the level he is at now.)
Inexperienced: Sure like anyone else in Hell City's he found himself in a prickly situation more than once in his lifetime, and he's also been confronted by violent thugs or beaten to a pulp by angry hormonal teenagers his whole life. Once he got a handle on his Esper ability Casper was able to resolve most of his problems without ever needing to raise his hands or a gun. Therefore he's never actually gained any real combat experience.
Apathetic Pacifist: He refrains from violence whenever necessary and rarely goes out of his way to stir trouble. Even rarer does he go out of his way to fix the trouble. Unless you are somebody he explicitly cares about, he will simply avoid or walk by scenes of someone in need and thus should never be confused with being a hero or even necessarily a 'good person'.
Self-Restraint: Serves both as a strength and weakness, his restraint may work in his favor in some situations but in other situations, like a fight to the death, his unwillingness to deliver the killing blow puts him at an automatic disadvantage against anybody who has no such reservations about murder. He also has an issue of oftentimes holding back TOO much, and thus allowing opponents to get the better of him.
Untapped Potential: Casper has a lot of knowledge to acquire and exploration to have in order to unearth the true depth of his ability and utilize his 'God Matter' to its full potential. Casper may already be fairly strong, but he has so all the potential to be far much more than he is now.
Esper Ability
"No Matter" (Otherwise known as 'G-Matter' or 'God Matter'), a name Casper personally came up with and another name for it is 'G-Matter'. He has an ability that allows him to create and control an unknown material. It is deemed unknown not because it is a material that has yet to be discovered, but because it would have never existed in the first place if Casper had not created it. The material Casper creates defies the Laws of Physics, and theoretically, he can produce every type of energy known to man and others even beyond the scope of humanity. He can use the substance and potentially shape it in any form he desires. The exact scope of Casper's ability is considered to be nearly infinite but so far it has been severely hindered by Casper himself and his lacking ambition and desire to become stronger or explore his capabilities beyond their surface. The reason for this is partly his own inherent nature as well as a personal choice due to his belief that his power as an Esper is not truly his own.
(Little side note, his ability partially relies on his own knowledge of things to develop more complex things...For example, he would be capable of creating artificial organs from his G-Matter if he knew more about medical science and the biology of humans or whatnot...So he is somewhat restricted to creating things that he is either personally familiar with or knowledgeable about.)

Move List
G-Shock: He can generate a strange type of electric plasma from his G-Matter that courses throughout his body that can be applied to his physical attacks. He also appears to use it as a means to turn his otherwise useless board into a hoverboard.
Plasma Cannon - Casper focuses all of the electro-plasma to his hand, forming a ball of condensed plasmokenetic energy that can be thrown from afar or from above...
G-Modify: Casper can spontaneously change the substance of any inanimate he thing he touches with his G-Matter in order to transform it into something else.
G-Pressure: Using invisible G-Matter, Casper creates a 'pressurized' zone that can act both as a tremendous gravitational force or used as a directed attack to blast people & things back. He can essentially use this as a supplementary form of telekinesis, even though this is not the actual case.
Casper's Ghosts: These come in a variety of forms, those forms essentially being whatever Casper chooses to make them out of. Casper's Ghosts come in all types of colors, sizes and expressions (though most expressions are not happy ones) they all take the form of your typical ghost...They don't truly have any real-life or consciousness of their own and are simply moulded to look that way because Casper wanted them to. The 'ghosts' are also not strictly harmful, as mentioned it all depends on what kind of substance he uses to create them.
Cold Ghost - An icy blue ghost that radiates cold, with the expression of someone extremely cold. Contact with this ghost sends chills right down to the bones and put muscles to sleep.
Hot Ghost - A fiery ember ghost that radiates heat and bears the expression of fury. Since Casper does not aim to kill, he simply uses this to increase the temperature of the room dramatically and have his opponents succumb to the effects of dehydration and the like.
Soft Ghost - A passive yellow ghost made of extremely soft, fluffy and buoyant material with distinct cloud shapes and a wincing expression. Casper usually just uses it as a bed to sleep on, combat-wise it could also be used to soften his fall or cushion attacks sent at him by 'summoning' the ghost to his side.
Sleepy Ghost - A purple-gray ghost with a tired expression created from some type of substance that makes anyone who makes contact with it feel drowsy.

Much like any other person, Ramiel believes in searching for your own happiness. He's a bit of a thrill-seeker and will honestly do anything if he is bored enough. Despite this glaring problem, he is completely devoted to anything he puts his heart to. If he gives you his word, make no mistake that no matter how he goes about it, he will complete the promise. He's never one to back down from a fight, but he is a gentle soul at heart. He doesn't like fighting people if he doesn't know that they can keep up. He prefers a fair fight to anything else. Once you have him, his loyalty and his friendship or even romantically, you have every bit of him. He doesn't give up nor does he run away. If you think she is running, he's just leading you somewhere to give himself an advantage or keep others from harms way. Do not anger him. Once he is angered, he will release all of his anger and rage in a bit of destruction, blinded by his own fury.
Origins
Ramiel was raised out in the wilderness. His parents hated the city and he had a pretty eventful life. He got to go outside whenever he wanted and play around. Of course, it did get a bit boring after a while. To be honest, he noticed that the rest of his life was spent looking for the next thrill. He came to the conclusion at a young age that there was no point to living if you were just going to play it safe. Why play it safe when you have so much life you can live? So, he made a decision young in life that he would eventually leave home to go try to have some fun. He worked odd jobs and saved up allowance until he knew that he could go out and do what he needed to do.

Sometime during this time in his life he was relaxing by the water. It was in the water that he saw what he thought was a toy boat at the time. Upon closer inspection he realized that it was actually a creature, but a creature unlike anything he had ever seen before. Having been raised out in the wilderness, he knew animal anatomy pretty well, but this creature was different. It wasn't fully an animal, but it also wasn't machine. It was something in between. He didn't understand what it was, but he knew he couldn't let it die. He took it back home and built an entire pond for it. Luckily, they didn't live too far from the ocean's edge. Over the years he fed it and eventually gained its trust. After using a large portion of his allowance to implant his electrical base cybernetics, the creature seemed much more open to him. Of course, he still got bit which hurt like hell, but eventually they became the best of friends. Swimming about and having a lovely time.

Longer and longer he waited, using what money he could scrounge up from odd jobs and allowances to get all the cybernetics he wanted. Eventually deciding to put a cybernetic targeting system into his eye after he saw that the creature he had named Inyabba could use weapons made from its own body. Eventually, this living Battleship of a creature was too large to keep in the pond. So, he placed it back into the ocean, but it never truly left. They were too close now. Finally, he was ready to leave home. He said goodbye to his mother father and siblings, following the coastline with Inyabba until he saw it. Hell City. Of course, his friend was not able to come, but he was completely capable of swimming throughout the large rivers in the outskirts of the city. Yes, he would be far away, but the neuralink allowed them to communicate anytime they wanted. That and the fact that he could travel on lightning made it very easy to keep in touch. Now, he lives within the city and communicates with his friend regularly. He knows full well that if he ever needs help, all he has to do is set a target for Inyabba.

Simply to have fun. He believes life is too short for people to be doing anything but having the best time of their life. Despite this, he does not believe in hedonism. There are limits to the amount of fun you should have. Despite that, have your fun, but do your duty.

Fighting Style
He uses his incredible speed and devastating attacks to good use. He maintains a sword fight and generally doesn't do much else. Using his incredible speed and reaction time to simply outmatch his opponents. However, in the case that he needs to bring out the big guns, he will set up a target for Inyabba. Then strategically put his opponent right where he needs them in order to get hit by the bombardment or singular shot. Anticipation is key. However, if he cannot strategically get them there, he is not above simply forcing them there with a massive hit or throwing them. Teamwork makes the dream work.

Full Volt Sword: A gnarly sword created from the discarded and shedded armor plating from his living battleship. The metal is strong and conducts his electricity very well.
Electric Oni Shields: Taking the shape of two oni masks, they are created with the thickest part of the armor plating that comes from his living battleship. These shields are almost consistently floating behind his back. Since his body continually releases electrical charge, this charge is what keeps them floating and connected. As they are so thick, they are hard to move using just electricity, but he has found that they are better to have rather than leaving them at home.
Lightning Shard Armor: also created from the armor plating that has shed off of his living battleship, it's simply armor that can stand up to the intense amount of electricity that his body puts out.
Volt Charge Beads: These are specifically shaped yellow beads that are created from a metal that he purchases from a blacksmith. While he is very good at aiming his lightning, at longer ranges he cannot control them well. So, he uses these beads to direct his lightning at longer ranges to make sure that he can still stay accurate. These are one time use item and he has to replace them regularly.

Inyabba; The Living Battleship: Inyabba is a biomechanical experiment that technically went wrong. He stumbled upon this creature a while ago. This biomechanical beast was meant to be an experiment on war machines. Machines that could act on the wheel of the controller without the controller needing to give an order. However, they were immediately disposed of after it became clear that they would not take orders or do as requested. As such the experiment was scrapped and all of the beasts were quarantined and killed. It was unclear how this one managed to survive. However, Ramiel discovered it and raised it. Upon discovering they had a connection, he got another cybernetic enhancement that allowed him to use the electrical charge to communicate targets with Inyabba. Living in the far outskirts of the city, Inyabba will fire upon that target, either using a singular heavy railgun fire or rapid slug fire. The railgun takes a longer time, but adds a lot more powerful of a blast. The rapid firing is much like bombardment fire. It does less damage, but the speed of which the bullets get there is heavily increased. This firing is done by a long protrusion out of the front of the face for the large railgun. Looking more like a massive nose. And a multitude of guns along his side for rapid fire. Designed to look like a sailboat to allow the "sails" to collect solar energy to keep it running. At this current time, Inyabba is the size of a standard two mast gun boat. About 30 meters long.

Character Strengths
Sword Fighter: While he was never formally trained, he did teach himself how to fight in his own style with a sword. It's unorthodox and kind of sloppy, but it works for him. It might not be a formal style, but it works and he is renowned for his fighting capabilities with a sword.

Tactical Mastery: He knew that with Inyabba being so far away he would need to learn how to handle himself and to properly utilize his friend. Of course, the only way to do this was with tactical strategy. He spent a large portion of time studying ancient war strategies and modern war strategies. He learned how people think and created a method of discovering the next move. He tries his best to perceive his opponents attacks and usually he is right. Of course, this is not a foolproof method. Some people fight beyond the realms of logic. These are opponents that he has difficulty with.

Survival Expert: Growing up in the wilderness, he is uniquely capable when it comes to surviving. He Will survive by any means or necessary actions that needed to be taken. He does not discriminate against how he needs to survive. In all honesty, he is probably one of the most stubborn and hard to kill people around, because he simply refuses to die and will actively search for a way to survive even as he is being stabbed or shot or killed.

Character Weaknesses
Overcharge: Despite having specifically designed cybernetics for controlling electricity, there is an upper limit. Once this limit is reached he can short out his brain and even electrocute himself. This is a terrible thing considering he generates more electricity than any one person should be able to handle. If he electrocutes himself, there is a major risk of death, or at the very least, permanent paralysis.

Bravery: Some may call it stupidity or a death wish, but he understands that this is just bravery. He is not afraid to approach any situation as though he will not die. This of course is not always a good thing. Since he does this without any regard for his life. It has, on multiple occasions, put him in situations where his life was easily within reach of death. As such, people who know him try to reign him in, but to no avail.

Naivete: He does not pass judgment on anybody until something is proven otherwise. Of course, this is not a good thing as most people cannot be trusted. However, he absolutely will not second-guess your word. If it turns out that he is wrong about you and your intentions, he will fight and attempt to fix the problem that he has made. He will not second guess your word and put his faith in the fact that you were telling the truth. This he will become extremely angry and violent if your word is broken.

Cybernetic Modifications
His body has been heavily modified, allowing him to use a very extreme amount of electricity. His heart, lungs, stomach and a few other organs have been modified to be generators. These generators are each capable of producing several lightning bolts worth of electricity in a day. His muscles have been replace with a special wiring to allow them to conduct the electricity that his body produces.
Super Capacity Generators: His body is filled with 20 super capacity generators. These generators are each capable of producing massive amounts of electricity through various means. Using oxygen, body heat, food consumption, general movements and the basic beating of his heart.

Ultra Alloy Wire Weaves: Every muscle in his body has been replaced with or integrated with a special alloy wiring. These wirings are connected not only to his cybernetic generators, but into every bit of living tissue he has left. This allows the electricity to flow freely without causing any adverse reactions to his body. It also increases his neurological responses by funneling electricity into his natural bioelectricity.

Electroneural Link: A high capacity microchip was placed at the base of his skull. This is the cornerstone to his incredible speed. This chip prevents electricity from traveling into his brain, but uses the bioelectricity the brain produces and combines it with the electricity flowing through his body. This allows his muscles to react hundreds of times faster than normal. Effectively making him just as fast or faster than lightning.

Biometric Targeting System: Using a bioelectric connection, he is able to transmit a targeted position to Inyabba through a chip that was placed in his brain as well. This targeting system allows the battleship to accurately lay down fire even miles away. However, this takes time and it will be a small wait until the fire actually gets to him.

Simple Lightning Rods: His body is covered with horns and protrusions. These horns and protrusions are not natural. Rather they are the only way for him to release the excess electricity within his body. Put in simple terms, they are what allows for his electric based attacks to even occur. Lightning exits through these lightning rods and he is able to direct them using his control over it. Which is only possible thanks to the fact that his body is continuously creating electrical output. These are also the reason that he has a consistent electrical output in his body. Electronics rarely work around him properly and most animals do not like him due to this fact. However, using them correctly also allows him to ride on lightning, making him one of if not the fastest person around.

Cybernetic Skeleton: As well as having these very specific cybernetic enhancements, his body was outfitted with basic physical enhancements. Specifically, his skeleton was grafted with a mechanical cyber skeleton. This cyber skeleton allows his bones to keep up with how fast his muscles are moving without any damage. It also allows him to put more Force into attacks. This is beneficial since his body runs with so much electricity that his muscles cannot help but use up as much as possible. This cybernetic skeleton allows him to is up this electricity physically and not have to worry about broken bones.

Extra Spices
He is responsible for several government buildings being brought down. He has blown up police stations, robbed several Banks and even lit a firehouse on fire, purely for kicks. He actively seeks out the most fun that he can have, this most often leads to him challenging the very government that says he can't have all the fun he wants.

Yona adjusts her personality with her surroundings or at least try to adapt. Usually though, she's very carefree when she gets comfortable even with friends around. She's a little cautious with strangers as she knows what could happen. When she's on a job, she makes sure to do it as efficiently as possible and get it done. It's almost like an air of professionalism.
Origins
An Asian-American, born in the states and raised by a family of loving parents who had the misfortune of dying in a car accident when she was only twelve years old. However, due to old favors being unpaid, her father's friend took care of her. Her father's friend was a contractor for a private military corporation and took the best care of Yona and raised her well to never back down from anything and be strong for when it counts. She led her school life with flying colors of decently high grades enough to get her into any university she wanted. But she wanted to join the military. Maybe because she appreciates the work her guardian does and wanted to fight for her country.

She joined up with the marines and was deployed into combat relatively soon after her training was completed. On the field, she was an efficient commander to her squad and a capable soldier. When she was lightly injured, she could still keep on fighting and the pain wouldn't phase her. She was like a super soldier to her squad and their guardian. But she was only a mere soldier just like them and they realized it when her throat was fatally slashed after she apprehended a high value target who was supposed to be captured, but they were killed in the end.

To the squad and other members of the military who knew her, she was dead and was to be transported back to the states. But they found her awake and alive in the infirmary. Her slashed throat fully healed, not a scar was left. In fact, upon further inspection, she had no scars whatsoever. Not even from old wounds or injuries. They became suspicious just as much as she was of herself. She should've been dead and in a body bag and sent home. The higher ups ruled it as just a graze even though everyone who was there knew what happened. They decided to just continue doing their jobs until their deployment was over. After their deployment, a C.I.A. met with Yona upon her return to the states. Her death has already been recorded and that her body just was never found. It seems like a lot of black ink. As to why? Who knows. She wasn't told much after she was told to move to a specific place. Hell City.

After a year of living there doing part time jobs and living in an apartment where the walls are thin and she can clearly hear her neighbors doing things, she wanted to have a better living condition. She has the military training and she couldn't die. So far she had been shanked in a back alley a couple of times thus far and she never visited the hospital. Even when she attempted to end her life several times because she was sick of her poor living conditions, she just couldn't die. For her, living was just a curse but she had to do something about it if she was still going to be in this shit hole. She was thinking of joining the others and getting more money some way or another. But she wasn't going to just solo rob a bank, she wanted to make it long lasting. She needed connections and friends in high places. If she wasn't sure when she can finally be asleep in the dirt and stayed dead, she was going to at least have the company to help her kill time.

Fighting Style
With her military training, she is well versed in firearms and close quarter battles. Although self trained, she can match the skill of other operators hired by top of the line Private Military Companies. Especially when she can't die, she can use her fake death to her advantage and continue fighting and even catch her opponent by surprise.

Character Strengths
Military training combined with her supposed immortality, she's able to keep fighting until she's done. She also has a lot of combat experience due to military deployment.
Character Weaknesses
She's still like any other human being. Other than being able to never die from external sources or pretty much being immortal, she has no other super powers besides that. She relies heavily on being able to find a weapon or some other object she can use to inflict damage.
Host Ability
Practically immortal. She doesn't know how and when and what caused it or whether it was hereditary, all she knows is that she can't die of unnatural causes. She's not sure if she can die of old age, but she certainly cannot die from injury or disease or anything external. After a wound is inflicted, she will heal in a matter of seconds. If a fatal injury is inflicted like getting shot in the head, she will "die" in which her body falls lifeless for a minute before the wound heals and closes before she can breathe life again. Any missing limbs will just regrow while any parts that are separated from the body will "evaporate" into the air.

Extra Spices
She's also quite the makeup artist. She mostly uses it for disguises and such but, she never really uses it for herself rather to give tips to cosplayers online.
