Traits and Abilities
Natural Alpha: most werewolves will be very respectful and obey hector. Even those who are alphas of their own packs show him respect. Other supernaturals can also feel an air of power while in his presence. However it isn't overwhelming, similar to meeting a president or a celebrity.
Super strength: all werewolves posses supernatural strength, hectors is above average for his kind, able to overpower other werewolfs with relative ease, this is far greater in his Lycan form.
Super speed: all werewolves also posses supernatural speed, however hectors is actually Lower Than most of his kin, even in lycan form he can be outran in a strait dash.
Super durability: all werewolves posses supernatural durability, hector is above average in this catagory as well he is able to withstand being punched in the face by another werewolf with little more than a smirk and he never seems to tire.
Super Agility: All werewolves posses supernatural agility, hectors is primarily focused on reflexes and very heavily relies on his senses. He can climb and preform acrobatic feats well beyond what a man his size should be capable of.
Healing factor: all werewolves posses a supernatural healing ability that allows them to shrug off most grievous wounds. Hector is no different.
Supernatural senses: Hectors senses are impeccable. His sense of smell has a range of miles, he can hear a heartbeat from 50 yards away, even his sight goes beyond a normal humans, he can make out the smallest of details and see just as well in the night.
Lycanthrope enhancement: Hector has acheived something few of his kin have accomplished, an inner calm. This allows him to have a better degree of control over his rage and emotions than most of his kin. He can use this to calm his rage, or stoke the flames and access higher degrees of his abilities.
Shapeshifting: As a werewolf Hector can transform into his lycan form, only during the full moon and he looses what control he has over himself during this transformation. His lycan form is much larger than the average werewolf.
Werewolf bite:the bite of a werewolf is poison for all but original vampires. It caused dangerous mental instability and eventually death to those who are bitten by it.
Full moon: during the full moon all of hectors capabilities are multiplied greatly, his transformation is also triggered by this.
Weaknesses:
Blood Loss: If a werewolf is severely wounded and bleeds out before they can heal, they can die.
Broken Neck: Breaking a werewolf's neck will result in instant death.
Decapitation: Decapitation will result in instant death for a werewolf.
Fire: Fire can kill a werewolf just as it can any mortal. It can also hurt them, though their regenerative cells allow them to heal burns much faster than an ordinary human.
Heart Extraction: Ripping a werewolf's heart out will result in instant death.
Magic: Werewolves are susceptible to the powers of witchcraft. This is inclusive of mystical objects. Multiple spells have been performed by witches against werewolves to cause several effects against them, such as slowing down or speeding up a werewolf's transformation on a full moon, inducing a werewolf transformation earlier than they would normally begin to change, telekinetically ripping a heart from a werewolf's chest, and cursing a pack of werewolves to be trapped in their wolf form at all times except for a few short hours during the full moon when they return to their human forms.
Mortality: Werewolves can die of old age and share many of the same weaknesses as non-supernatural beings (e.g. suffocation).
Physical Trauma: Minor physical injuries such as gunshots, stab wounds and broken bones will cause a werewolf pain and will also slow them down. Fortunately for them, this is only temporary, as they will heal completely within minutes. However, certain injuries, such as a slit throat or a snapped neck, have been shown to kill werewolves.
Wolfsbane: When ingested, wolfsbane causes a werewolf to become severely weak and feverish. Also, If a werewolf's skin is exposed to wolfsbane, it will burn them.
Appearance:
Hector is an imposing figure, standing a whopping 7ft 2in, and weighing in at 425lbs. His shoulders are as wide as a doorframe, his arms as big around as the average mans waist. His body is in excellent shape. He has short hair that connects to his beard and other than that is shockingly hairless, though it isn't known if this is natural or cosmetic.
his body is free of scars, piercings, or tattoos.
Personality:hector brings a calm collected presence that is unheard of amongst werewolves, he is a stellar diplomat and makes every effort to build peace. Though not very intelligent he can tell when he is being taken advantage of. He is not quick to anger, nor is he quick to violence. However when he does wage battle he does so very effectively.
History and Bio:Hector is a pure blood werewolf who comes from a long line of alphas. His father was the alpha of His pack before him,as was his fathers father and so on for generations. He wasn't always the calm and collected man he is known as today. When he was a young boy Hector was hyperactive and very aggressive. When paired with the fact that he stood head and shoulders over most of his peers it was a recipe for trouble. However things very suddenly changed for Hector. When he was only 14 years old his curse was activated. His father had became a bit overzealous and too well known,eventually it brought the attention of hunters from the Vatican. The hunters found Hector's family, poisoned his father with wolfsbane and killed him then slayed his mother who was with child at a time. Hector witnessed this with his own eyes, as when the hunters came his mother hid him in the pantry. In a blind fury he smashed the pantry door down and beat the elderly hunter to death with a large can of green beans. When his curse awakened the other hunters in his Packs territory began to converge on the location. Hector was able to remain calm and methodically separated, stalked, and killed the various other hunters.
He lead them away from his packs territory and was able to finish them in the vast wooded area in Canada. He was gone for three years from that point, he stayed in the woods living off of the land, completely convinced of his packs utter destruction. Eventually he grew homesick and returned at the age of 17. Upon his return he found that his pack had survived banding together under the Beta who served under his father. However this beta had convinced the clan that Hector was weak and a coward who fled from the pack after "allowing" the hunters to kill his mother. Flying into a fit of rage similar to the day he awakened his curse, he beat the new alpha into submission only letting him live out of loyalty to his pack.
He became the alpha that day and has remained so for 15 years. Over the course of this time he came to terms with his loss, and moved on, dedicating himself to the future of his pack. He initiated a peaceful common bond between the other packs of American werewolves, eventually creating a very large kingdom spanning from Florida to Canada, with thousands of lycan under his leadership. He then began to make peace with other races as well, the coven, the guardians, even some families of vampires. Never before has a pack grown to this proportion, and Hector steadily proves to his kin that he has their best interest at heart. Now he lives in the state of New York (not the city mind you) he has two pups of his own, though he is in no form of relationship, and like their father his children seem to have the Alpha Gene. He hopes to one day create a global pack and is working hard to expand his influence over seas. Though his rapid growth and unification of the lycans has been a very good thing, there are a few who are bound to feel threatened by the sudden appearance of "civilized" werewolves...
Other:Can often be found teaching the pups of the pack, he hopes to train the next generation of lycans to master the Inner calm technique he uses.
His lycan form is very very big
