The glory and brag rights that the victor gains drives these participants to their best! They want all other fighters to know that THEY ARE THE ONE! Come down to see you the next upcoming floor master will be!
The ultimate in official 1x1 combat: The Heavens Arena. It stands at over 3,000 ft with 251 floors. Combatants work tirelessly to move up the ranks of Heavens Arena. The first 199 levels of the tower are a no weapons zone. Winners receive money and fame. And after clearing floor 100, the fighter is even given his or her own room.
Prize at room 50: 50,000 million Jenny!
Room 100: 1 million Jenny!
Room 150: 10 million Jenny!
Floor 200 and up cuts out the prize money. For these fighters, that's not what keeps them coming. From here on out, weapons are permitted in battles. Each combatant gets 90 days to prepare for a fight, or they could go all out and participate in a match EVERY DAY if they chose. Nobody's getting far here without some serious Nen ability.
Lose 4 matches and you're OUUUUUUUUUUUTATHERE!
Win 10 and prepare yourself because it's time to take on a floor master of your choosing.
Floor Masters: So you want to be a bad ass? 101. Become a floor master! This rank goes to the top 21 Heavens Arena commentators. They get their own floor from 230th to 250th. If you make it here, you're a Nen god!
What about floor 251 then? Battle Olympias. An epic tournament which takes place every two years is held here. The winner gets to live in his or her own penthouse on that floor after having defeated some of the world's best fighters!
Beautiful writing by mah best fwiend, @Cross_Rhodes.
So for this roleplay we will be focusing on the tournament that takes place every two years on the 251st Floor. Ultimately this means that all fighters must have Nen or else they do not stand a chance. Remember weapons are allowed. Other than that may the best fighter win!
Taking into consideration Hunter experience, the winner of the duel is decided upon a series of dice rolls. The first roll will have to pass a certain number.
Say for this scenario the first roll needs to be passed 4. If player A has 3 years of experience then they can roll a 9 sided die. While player B with only 1 year of experience must roll a 7 sided die. The player with more experience receives more sides on their die to relate close to what may occur. The number of years are added to the normal 6 sided die.
1 year of experience = 7 sided die
2 years of experience = 8 sided die
3 years of experience = 9 sided die
4+ years of experience = 10 sided die
If both players were to roll the same number then they will have to act out the scenario where they both receive the same amount of damage.
Players are determined their health count by this formula:
250 + (10 x years of experience - maximum up of 10 years past ten years it will be 5 x years of experience)
Ex. Hunter X has 18 years of experience with Nen.
250 + (10 x 10) + (5 x 8) = 380
Damage count is determined by:
10 x number rolled
This pattern continues until one player has been defeated. Vows and limitations are not allowed in Heavens Arena. Years of experience are years in which the user has use their Nen.
Dodges/Blocks are allowed but only up to three tries and that the player that wants to dodge the attack must roll a number that is greater than 3 on a 6 sided die.

9. Have fun!
