Teifling Rogue
Aleida was tired, aching, and covered in dirt. She'd been outside all day training and practicing, for quests she would rarely ever be given. Being a female knight was hard, because no one saw potential in her or saw jsut how hard she could fight. Even though she won the title fair and square.
"Lady, Lady!" Yelled her younger sister from inside the house, she came running out the back door and up to her as if something gave her wings.
"What, young one?" Aleida said. She leaned onto her sword, kicking some now shredded bundles of old wheat stalk to the side.
"You've been sent for! The Royal Family is requesting you to be there while many of the men are away for a fortnight trip."
She wasn't very surprised at the task. The princess felt the need to have some people she trusted in the castle at all times. So whenever her brothers went away on long nigh hunting trips, she was called apon simply to fill the gap, as were other nobles and hand maidens.
"Bring me my gear to the road." she said, sending her sister off to get her armour while she walked around front to the dirt track, sheathing her long sword. Once her sister said her goodbyes and the metal was on, she set off to the castle by horse, which luckily wasn't too far away.
