Personality:
Don only thinks about himself and to hell with anyone else. He's selfish but knows how to work a person to get what he wants. He loves to pull one over on people and is often paranoid when it comes to his possessions. He is willing to kill to get or keep something he wants. He's often plotting new ways to obtain power or other items.
Don can be angered easily. He isn't usually sadistic ,but he will go out of his way to torment someone who's wronged him. He can be very determined when it comes to getting something he wants. Don is very deceptive and often lies to achieve his goals. He is very easy to get along with if he considers you useful and non threatening. Don is a opportunist and will take any opportunity he gets.
When it comes to Anita though, Don is protective, and loving. He cares greatly for her, and would give her anything she wanted. She's the one person he's willing to change for.
History: Little is known about Don. He isn't shy about giving his real name being that it won't tell you much about him. He appeared out of nowhere one day as if all the greed in the city had formed him. He started out with small crimes but quickly made his way up to major jobs. Eventually he found himself with many enemies and just as many Allies.
His reputation grew and with it so did his influence over the city. He's been planning something big for a while, and he's been gathering forces. He's slowly attempting a takeover of Hell city but others stand in his way. Don's plans are a mystery to all but his closest allies, and while he has no organization so far. He's made allies with many citizens of hell city. Don has many ambitions beyond taking hell city he just sees this as one step closer to achieving them.
Recently however Dons diverted from his plans, choosing to take care of his comatos Fiance. He's been taking care of her body ever since she went comatos. Making sure it's in working order for when she wakes.
Fighting style: Don is tricky when it comes to fighting he isn't afraid to play dirty and has actually incorporated this into his fighting style. He uses slight of hand and other dirty moves when fighting. He's faster than most people and his strength is incredible for his appearance. But his tactical mind is his biggest asset he can usually react to whatever comes his way and finds a way to counter or come back from it. He's also trained in swordsman ship, although somehow it seems to come to him naturally. As if he already had the knowledge, he just forgot.
Crimes committed/ achievements:
He's murdered or been responsible for the murders of hundreds of people
He's stolen many valuable items and even government secrets.
Abilities:
eternal ambition: This ability is basically immortality he can recover from any damage he takes and doesn't age. Although this ability does have a weakness. Besides the time it takes to regenerate after being damaged,(which depends on the wound) small cuts and bruises minor injuries heal almost instantly. Anything more serious takes from minutes to days to heal depending on the injury. If he gets brain damage he can lose memory. This basically resets him depending on the damage taken. So if his head where to be completely destroyed he would basically be as dangerous as a baby. Although he can be taught so that he returns to acting his age. Once his brain's been destroyed and his memories wiped they can't be returned.
Manifesting desires: this ability allows Don to create things from his mind. Although he isn't capable of creating more than two things at once. He usually has to swap objects out for others. He also isn't capable of manifesting living objects. He can't manifest something more than 20ft away from himself, and it can't be bigger than a vehicle. Something like a Suv. If he has a object to use as a summoning catalyst, he can summon bigger objects depending on the size of the object he uses. He can't use objects that are rooted to the ground, like buildings or other such items.
Sub ability of Manifesting desires:
Hell's vault: this ability allows Don to summon powerful items from hell's vault. Although he's unaware of this, he only knows he can summon a sword with great abilities. It has the ability to kill immortal beings, due to the material it's made of. It can also open a portal to other planes of existence, such as hell. But Don cannot use this ability either. He is slowly learning of the swords capabilities, and has been training with it. The sword has a skeleton on the hilt, and when summoned prevents Don from summoning other items for the rest of the day. So he keeps it on him at all times. The only issue is that if he keeps it summoned then theirs always the threat that someone else could use it on him.

While he is an excellent fighter if faced with too many foes of equal skill and strength he can be overtaken which is why he usually fights one on one or avoids confrontation all together.
