  Scary. There isn't any other way to describe Wolf. Off the bat he hosts an intimidating physique and aura, something that commands attention and respect. He is brazen and abrupt, not truly caring for consequences of his words. After all. with someone in his position and authority, there aren't many who would fight back. Wolf is a man of little words, mostly because his English is not very fluent but also because it takes few words to communicate his messages. There are some people where the harshness of Wolf's personality is softened or completely disregarded: his daughter, Mika, being one of them, along with Mika's favorite babysitters Charlotte and Lyle. With them he is gentle and accomodating, although the straight-forwardness is still evident.

  Wolf is the son of anger, maliciousness, and greed. He was born to a mafia lord, a man who controlled criminals with a snap of his fingers. Throughout his childhood he knew nothing but fear and power, groomed to be the next lord. And he did his job perfectly since day one, taking to his fate like a fish to water. After all, if the only life you have led is the one set for you by successors, you're bound to be good at what you do.
  
  When he was 18 or 19 years old, he came to be in charge of a money laundering scheme. He went to an underground casino to supervise when his attention was quickly drawn away by a darling young editor, Angelica. They quickly fell into step, him falling hopelessly after a matter of a few dates. Her name fit perfectly to who she was as a person: charming, sweet, loving. An angel. But pretty endings do not come easily to sons of destruction and grief. Wolf tried to leave behind his creed and life for Angelica, something that undoubtedly did not go well with his father. They were forced to make their relationship a secret, something obviously difficult with the several men tasked to keep an eye on the heir.
  
  When Angelica became pregnant with Mika, Wolf had tried one last time to disappear from the Brandt family and start anew with his family. But his father spared no heed to silly ideals of love, especially when those ideals would cost him his only son. A handful of hours after Angelica gave birth in the dingy apartment that they rented, their home was raided by his father's right hand men. Wolf watched as the love of his life was shot execution style by men who raised him from birth, holding Mika for dear life. It was a miracle that those men did not take away his daughter, either, as they had no qualms about murdering women or children. To them, it was just part of the job.
  
  His father exported both Wolf and Mika to the States to test his son's loyalty. Operate the mafia's affairs in a country abroad and perhaps you will be worthy to return home as the lord instead of an underling. Wolf knows there are men in his team that do not obey his orders, but his father's. One more wrong move will cost him a life he cannot bear to loose: Mika. So he will continue to kill, steal, cheat, and risk the law. As long as it means he will be able to keep his daughter by his side, he will play the role he was born to inherit.

Nico was born on November 24, in Greece to Archer and Bianca Sanders, two very successful and very busy politicians. Growing up, both of his parents were traveling, and were never home, so he spent the majority of his time with his aunt and uncle. They were, however (and unbeknownst to Nico’s parents) drunks, and on the nights they were most irritated and shit faced, they would take it out on him. He never told his parents, until the summer before attending Hartley, when he was hospitalized with severe cuts on his arms, abdomen and face. His parents were told it was “an unfortunate accident”, and they believed them.

  (trigger warning: Death) Before her birth, Risa's parent's was run into the water of the Puerto Rican shores. It was investigated and discovered that Risa's father Gregorio Yves had driven the car himself. Her grandmother in shock, did not want to accept this outcome, this reality. So when the police officers offered her to care for their child. She refused, accepting this offer was going to set this reality in stone. It was three months that Risa was in custody of the police, waiting for her grandmother's answer. Then in the third month she answered, she would care for Risa but promised herself that it wasn't gonna be the same. Risa was not her child nor was she gonna treat her like she was. Risa's grandmother blamed Risa for their death, if she was never born Risa's father would have never stayed with her daughter.   Overview: Lyle Chateau, 21, is entering his junior year of college. He seems to have earned himself the title of "gay French kid." He covers his negative emotions (which, in reality, are not too bad) with innocence and joyfulness. Despite his popularity throughout social media, he does not have many friends. Could that be because of the language barrier? Or could it be because of his constant positive attitude that can get annoying sometimes? Either way, he's a hard person to hate, even if not everyone likes him.

  To say the least, Lyle, despite his looks and popularity, is not even close to perfect. He is quite possibly the messiest person ever, he always seems to have stuff lying around everywhere he goes. If too much is going on, he can get overwhelmed. He has trouble focusing on one thing. Although Lyle is optimistic, sometimes he can be a little TOO optimistic. For example, he will convince himself to do something incredibly stupid and dangerous because he believes it's safe. Simply put, Lyle is just a lovable goofball with a few minor flaws.

He dreams of living like the college-aged people in the movies, but he knows deep down that that's not how it works. He spent most of his childhood in a small apartment in Perpignan, France. He led a fairly normal life, he went to school and made a lot of friends, going to a ton of sleepovers, parties, and shopping malls.

Basic: Cooper is a walking panic attack, to put it lightly. Someone saying so much as a simple hello can be enough to make him sweat and overthink absolutely every life choice he’s ever made. Honestly? Cooper is like if you took Steve Irwin and made him a 20 year old boy, less loud and American. Seriously, he’s a walking encyclopedia, always ready with some fact about nature that I’m sure you didn’t know. You probably didn't want to know, either, but that’s besides the point. Cooper was born to Callie and Joshua Dean one sweltering North Dakota summer. Growing up, Cooper was homeschooled, which was common for the kids that lived on the preserve with them. Living on a wildlife preserve, filled with animals of all kinds—Lions, tigers and bears, oh my—Cooper began to become fascinated with them, desperate to learn all he could. As soon as he was old enough, he began taking on more responsibilities, and life was good. As a kid, he preferred to keep to himself, making friends with the animals rather than with the other kids on the land. This continued all the way through high school and his first year of college, when he took online courses, until this year, when he decided to attend HU. It’s his first time leaving the state, his family (animals included) and the comfort of home, but Cooper is excited. Sort of. Okay, not really, but…

Irina come with a lot family. Family from all over in different shades, but in Puerto Rico she only has her abolita, mom, papa, and 6 other siblings at least that live with her. Her cousin's, uncles, and onse would come over every other day just because. Honestly she thought it was to be annoying but she didn't care . Being that her great grandmother and grandmother have had a plentiful of children this Ended up creating problems with money of cores and they made it work with what they had, but it wasn't much in that smalle house. Lots of sharing.

Luckily Irena stuck to her books and not to men like most of her siblings. She was in school clubs to mainly keep her busy in not dwell on any admirers that she had. She wanted to be focused and succeed, but that did cost her to not fully appreciate moments that could have been. During school her mom wanted her to be in ballet because she was so beautiful, but Irena's had was in the sky. She wanted to look up In study the things Her and her cousins wished on When they were smalling, stars. However to make her mom happy she took the classes in she did that so there was no more tension within the family.

At the end of high school she graduated with flying colours, with honours, and got scholarships to help pay for schooling. Life was turning up for her, but now her grandma isn't doing so well and she can't go back home whenever she wants to because of the money problems. She does call twice or 3 times a week just to check in She is in constant worry all the time.

  Weston was born to Pauline and Gary Beck in a small town in Maine. He lived there for the majority of his life. When he was five, Gary started taking his anger out on West and his two-year-old brother, Easton. As a result, Pauline left the house with West and East, leaving Gary with financial responsibility. They moved to a house somewhere else in town.
  
  One day, when West was six, Pauline received a phone call. What the call was about is still unknown to West. All he knows is that, when he walked into his mother's room to check on her, he found her dead on the floor. A grey, lifeless body lying atop a pool of blood on the bedroom floor. The image still haunts him to this day, but he doesn't talk about it with anyone for fear that he would break down.
  
  After "the incident," West was practically forced to move back into Gary's house. And Gary was not happy that he was forced to pay the bills by himself because of his sons. He immediately started taking his aggression out on them again, finding new ways to inflict pain onto them whenever he got the chance.
  
  Upon graduating his senior year of high school, West set out for Hartley University, all the way across the country. California. He had dreamed of visiting California, but those dreams had never come to a reality. And there he was, setting out to live there for an entire school year. • BACKGROUND

  
  

  Jean was born in France, but soon after his family migrated to the US. Granted they still have family so he stilldoes visit sometimes which means he has to speak French rather than he known English language.
  
  Growing up him and his family were very close,but then he was hanging around the wrong people and his dad had gotten angry. They ended up throwing punches..kicking the shit out of each other while his mother was at work, his sister was a baby so she could do anything and his brother was just starting to speak gibberish. After that his father told him to leave the house and thats what he did. Jean ended up staying with his grandmother for the time being. He was about 16 then. Now 4 years later hes gotten scholarships and is able to go to school and he helps his grandma when he can since she was like the only parental figure he had. He figured if his mother really wanted him she would've brought him back home,but that never happened.
  
  He sends postcards from time to time and sends his siblings gifts,but thats about all he does for his so called family.

    Born to loving, devoted parents in a quiet neighbourhood in South Australia, from the very beginning Jesse's life seemed to be perfect from the outside looking in. However much of what she remembers from her childhood, even the happy times, were usually clouded by the fighting of her parents. Constant arguments turned screaming matches and slamming doors. By the time they got a divorce and could hardly stand being around eachother, Jesse had come to the conclusion her childhood had been perfectly ordinary, afterall all her friends had divorced parents too. Perhaps love truly didn't withstand all.
    
    Her mother boarded a plane to America shortly after with no intent to ever return, forcing Jesse & her sister to take long weekends to an unfamiliar life just to see their mother whenever she missed them enough. Jesse found her reprieve at school, molding to become the person her friends wanted her to be secured a tightnit friend group, and the all-star perfect boyfriend. She learned to play the role of the perfect daughter, perfect friend, and perfect girlfriend long before graduating highscool.
    
    Senior year brought upon the change Jesse had been secretly wishing for, but not at all in the way she'd expected. Seniors seemed to love to gossip, specifically about sex, Jesse herself couldn't exactly share the same thrill for it but she too wasn't so opposed to the idea. Her boyfriend seemed more eager, obviously egged on by other boys craving the cliche "locker room" talk, and perhaps a boost in an already inflated ego? Their seemingly perfect relationship already had its cracks, and if Jesse looked back she wasn't sure why she was so desperate to hold it together. The first few nights it was easy to put off the unwanted sex, but the pressure from her boyfriend & friends was building to its boiling point, and Jesse was running out of excuses to hide the truth. She simply didn't want it. But was that what a normal highschool girl would do? Jesse didn't think so. And so at the night of a party she told him what he'd been waiting to hear, and maybe, as it began in a quiet room tucked away in the loud house, she too wanted it. Until she didn't. That didn't seem to matter to her boyfriend though, he continued on even as she struggled to push him away. At the end of the night he walked back out to cheering friends satisfied and with a reason to brag, while Jesse sat shaking on an unfamiliar bed. The following day her brain had worked to erase it, to tuck away the night and just forget it ever happened, to pretend that her "perfect" mirage wasn't fading faster than she could handle. By the end of a hard week, her boyfriend had left her claiming boredom, and her friends saw no reason to stick around anymore with graduation around the corner.
    
    Jesse wishfully believed the trauma would vanish and allow her to move forward as everyone else had, but she knew it had become an unwanted life partner, a dark shadow swallowing all her hopes of future relationships. She made the decision to move in with her mother overseas and finally put the past behind her; fortnightly meetings with a counselor, and no longer having a possibility of seeing him, the trauma began to lessen and give her room to breathe around it.
    
    Unfortunately, while her freshman year of Hartley showed promise of rebuilding the girl she had once been, the year ended in tragedy. News from back home in Australia had Jesse flying back to attend a surprise funeral and a painful goodbye to a true good friend. It was hard to grasp, that a person who had been around most of her life would suddenly no longer be in it, their life taken by the waves they'd grown up in. Eventually Jesse was called back to continue at Hartley University, but her return likely wasn't what anyone had been expecting. Her grades were plummeting from a newfound carelessness, and her behaviour unacceptable, she was at risk of being kicked out.
    
    Jesse herself was unsure of what it was that gave her the strength to get up one day and work to turn everything around. She spent long nights with different tutors to get her grades back on track and even better than before, and surprisingly returning to the coast seemed to be giving her the closure she needed. Jesse didn't want to hate nor fear the water for the rest of her life, similarly she didn't want to continue living with the feeling of drowning within herself.     Kieran always wished he could say he was born to the nurture & tender love of caring parents, but unfortunately we can't map out our own lives. Kieran was born a surprise to young, in love teenagers and disappointed grandparents; he made his way into the world already unwanted. His parents, to the surprise of many, stayed together after Kieran's birth, but he was never sure if that was due to his unplanned arrival or a genuine love. Still too young to understand the raising of a child, and buckling under the responsibilities it involved, Kieran was passed off to his grandmother to help raise.
    
    His father buckled beneath the handed off responsibility and pressure of the outside world, turning his blame on his young son for keeping him trapped in a life he hadn't asked for. Alcohol eventually gave his father the reprieve he craved. One bottle over a weekend became one daily, daily became hourly. Everything that once held an importance; a stable job, financial stability, time with family, was held beneath the need for a bottle. All too soon, the bottle came to be more important than a young son growing up in a darkened world, a wife exhausted by extra jobs, and a mother struggling to hold it all together.
    
    Kieran's earlier years of school were hazed by the strong smell of alcohol, the sound of another bottle opening, the cries of his tired mother. Perhaps having to deal with such a life growing up was what matured a child faster than they deserved to be. Afterall, Kieran could name brands of alcohol long before he could recite the periodic table, learned the steps of AA meetings before he could even spell the word anonymous. But his childhood wasn't all bad, or always clouded by addiction. Kieran still held many memories of the days his father was once more his dad, days where they could laugh and play and go on family outings such as any other normal family. Kieran cherishes the moments he got with his dad, and it took him a long time to move past the resentment held towards his father.
    
    Kieran's life at school was never too easy either. Bullies were constant and friends were few, there weren't too many kids overly understanding of his home life and many who saw issue with associating themselves with the "troubled" kid. Trust became a broken thing as he experienced one too many friends turning their backs to hurtful words and, eventually, physical injuries. His beginning of sophomore year propelled his life further downwards, his father's continous fight with addiction had come to an end, leaving the bottle a victor and a family torn with loss. The rest his later years in highschool were lonely, the bullying gave way to pure isolation; no one wanted to be friends with the dead addict's son. There had been a time Kieran reached out for a reassuring hand from guidance councellors, and though they might've believed their words comforting, they did nothing to ease the weight atop the boy's shoulders. He remembers being told once "find the constant in the reoccuring problem, and there you can find change", but was what he to do when the only constant seemed to be himself?
    
    Post graduation gave Kieran what he'd been dreading, but brought about the change he needed; a year to himself. He was tired of being the son who lost a father, tired of fearing the promise of friends and waiting for the laughter, he was tired of living in a darkened world he had no control over. So, Kieran took back his control. He worked hard to change his view of the world around him, sat through long Al-Anon meetings to come to terms with forgiving his father, and turned to the creative side of the world to bring about the wonderful-ness of life he'd missed so much of. Kieran returned home, for the first time, happy within his own skin.     Jae-sun had been born a single child to two business-minded parents in a quaint home in Daegu, South Korea, where the small family stayed for a number of years. Jae had loved his home, loved the people he grew with in the neighbourhood, even loved school, and more importantly, his parents had loved him.
    
    He could never understand why it all had to change. His parents had one day packed up their life and decided they were emigrating to America, a choice they deemed he had no say in. And so, Jae's life was spun on its axis, a whole new life he'd never asked for greeting him in America.
    
    It had been challenging for a long while of course, learning a new language and trying to find a place he could fit. His parents offered no sort of refuge, it seemed like they too had changed to become new people, people who didn't seem to care for the fact they had a son at all, people who put their career above all else. Jae saw less and less of his parents as time passed; they were thriving in the business world of New York, their work taking on the center stage of their lives as their son was pushed to the backseat, and eventually out of sight.
    
    Jae had learned as he grew up a child angry with the world and all it had handed him, that the only times his parents could turn to look in on him for even a brief moment was when he was doing something "wrong", something that put their new perfect life in jeopardy. His outlook on life became harsher and more cynical, his attitude souring alongside it until he was almost sure there was no more trace of that innocent, happy Daegu boy left to see. His anger of the world eventually lead to fights in and out of school, many of which would usually leave him bruised black & blue for days, and still he couldn't seem to turn the eyes of his parents, even for just a moment.
    
    The fighting later gave way to smoking and drinking, Jae turning to the substances as a way to ease off the pressure he felt he was carrying, and ironically it gave him the chance to breathe. He had begun sleeping around well before his eighteenth birthday, finding that he enjoyed having another's hands on his skin, another's eyes ravaging his body and happily supplying all the attention he craved. Jae stopped caring where it came from; that attention. Wether he found it in the bathroom stalls at school, the back of a club he'd snuck into, or in the sketchier parts of downtown with older men & women. It seemed, for a long time, he had stopped caring altogether.
    
    His depression had been a quiet thing, screaming at him all his life without Jae ever even noticing. When it seemed all else had failed him, when the drinking, smoking, and hooking up no longer gave him an escape, no longer gave him a moment to breathe, Jae had found himself crashing down hard. He had lost seemingly everything that gave him release. *tw: suicide attempts* The first time Jae had attempted to take his life, he had woken up on the bathroom floor with a head swimming in a haze, and very much still breathing. He'd actually been able to laugh at himself in that moment, of course, of course he'd even failed to end his own life. When Jae had tried another time, he was woken by his silent mother. She said barely a word as she cleaned his hands and wrists, bandages covering his arms before she simply told him to wear longer sleeves out in public. That was when Jae had truly learned the importance of his own life to the two people that had brought him into the world. As if he'd asked. As the years dragged on, Jae lost count of the attempts he'd made and the ones he'd mulled over, growing steadily to laugh at himself eachtime he woke after another fail.
    
    Something seemed to shift in him when senior year began, as if with the new year, he had finally slumped his shoulders in defeat and came to accept he could never hold any semblance of importance in the life of any of the people who, for whatever reason, he still cared for.
    
    Then came Reuben, catapulting into Jae's life seemingly out of nowhere. Everyone had been shocked seeing the two together at school, none less than Jae himself. The always kind, energetic, social Reuben seemingly having attached himself to the side of Jae; the quiet, rebellious, angry kid. Oh were they a sight to behold. Jae had found himself surprised by how quickly he grew accustomed to having Reuben by his side, how much he'd grown to adore the "annoying" boy. Reuben had this certain charm to him that he didn’t even seem to notice, he could draw people in without ever trying; he was a good friend to have, a soft spoken voice when you needed it, a sudden loud bloom of laughter attracting wandering eyes when he just couldn’t hold it back anymore. If Jae was honest, that had probably been one of the things he'd loved most about him, that he could suddenly just explode in these loud moments where he was unapologetically himself. In seemingly no time, Jae found himself settling, his mind finding some kind of peace, and his soul growing comfortable in its place beside the boy. Jae-sun loved Reuben more than he could put into words long before he grew the courage to say it out loud. One of the things Jae had always adored was how Reuben could decide for himself what he deemed true or not, and you were simply left to go along with it. So when Reuben had decided he was Jae's boyfriend, he had simply smiled in the ways he always did around Reuben and agreed.
    
    After the first few months the stares Jae felt were awaiting their downfall eventually subsided and it seemed everyone had come to accept that the two had just grown into each other’s lives; Jae's own softer laugh joining Reuben’s, late nights together in the small kitchen trying to teach his rather impatient boyfriend to cook with delicate fingers, eventually they’d just give up after awhile and cuddle beneath the stars. Later on Jae came to realise how much Reuben had done for him, how much he allowed him to grow and become comfortable in his seemingly always itchy skin, how easy he made the long days seem. Jae felt he owed a lot to the boy, hell he owed him his life if he was truly honest.
    
    Reuben gave back the pieces of Jae he thought were long gone, the pieces of that same Daegu boy who could view the wide world with wonder instead of malice. Jae wished he could have done the same.
    
    The two spent long nights in eachother's arms, confiding in eachother the worries that weighed them down and the darkness that remained a constant even through the light of their relationship. The realisation slowly ate away at Jae, Reuben had given him his lifeline, and it seemed there wasn't much Jae could do in return. On nights like those, Reuben would hold him close and simply laugh Jae's worries away until his gums were visible beneath his smile, and they'd spend the rest of the night cuddled into one another as if they were one body. Eventually, as graduation grew nearer, the cracks began to deepen between the two.
    
    Despite the fact many say it happens quickly, for Jae it felt like time had slowed to show him the final bits and pieces in heart-achingly slow moments. He saw the smiles beginning to fade, the laughs quieting, tear-filled eyes and cries filling his room. Towards the end of their year frustration had set in between the two, something that had been foreign in their seemingly everlasting relationship, and Jae would come to forever regret the words he didn’t speak and the emotions he hadn’t shared that may have, if only a little, been able to help prevent what Reuben turned to in order to quiet his demons. It had been the weekend after graduation that Jae felt finally freed of the life he'd been made to live with his parents, free to make his own choices, free to leave. That weekend was supposed to be one spent in celebration alongside highschool peers and friends, and Reuben.
    
    All it took was one phone call to turn the weekend into one Jae wished to never again remember. Reuben's parents had pulled Jae into a bone crushing hug the minute they saw him running into the hospital wing, a sick part of him hated the fact it felt like they were doing it as if to reassure him they didn't hold any blame. And there he'd laid. Reuben. For a few seconds he could pretend nothing was wrong, could pretend that Reuben had simply fallen and was here for a checkup. He could pretend the heart monitor was off. Jae was left clinging onto a hand once so warm, which had now grown cold and offered no sense of comfort.
    
    Jae was in turmoil for what felt like years in the weeks following Reuben's death, he simply couldn't come to understand how life deemed it fair to take Reuben? He had a bright future, a dream of where he wanted his life to go, people who cared and who would feel his absence in every moment. How could it have been Reuben, beautiful kind Reu, instead of himself? Jae had tried once more, in the week after Reuben's funeral, to take his life one final time. Once more he had failed, but this time Jae-sun had been the one to stop himself. For a moment he selfishly thought, what if, somewhere, Reuben had stayed to watch the ones he left behind, what if he was standing by now? Jae grew sick with the idea of Reuben taking blame, feeling like he had been the catalyst. No. Jae couldn't ever handle that.
    
    Eventually, life continued to move forward, without Reuben by his side. To think, Jae had once thought life couldn't be any more cruel. It had been weird, moving on to the next year and beginning at a new school, starting at the university. A place where many had never known the spark of joy of Reuben, never heard his name shouted across the halls in greetings, never saw the brightest of smiles. It had been like stepping into a world where Reuben had never existed. Jae hadn't known whether that was a good thing or not, but he certainly was thankful he wasn't receiving looks of pity everywhere he went. For awhile Jae kept in touch with Reu's best friend, the two helping each other to navigate the grief and shock, and eventually, slowly, moving forward with their lives.
    
    Jae hasn't been in a realationship since, sometimes worrying he never will, not that he believes it would mean "replacing" Reu, no he's mature enough now to understand that. He worries for the loss. Whether it will once more be as final and shattering as death, or inevitably walking away one day. Jae had learned love was wonderful, when it was good. And it was absolutely heartbreaking when it wasn't so.
    
    Despite continous quiet and sleepless nights, Jae has begun to turn himself around once more, this time on his own. He has worked to get his life back on track, to accept the good and learn to let go of the bad, he still struggles with an inner turmoil, a nestling guilt, and a long-earned lack of affection.     - Lexa withdrew herself from that life almost right away, sticking at home to help her mum with her dad’s care & raising the younger siblings while she worked. even getting back to her studies. nothing changed much for her brothers.

    - he wished they had gotten out of the gang life much much sooner.

In response to this, his mother fell into a dark mental state that she couldn’t find a way out of… until she tried painkillers. Every time she had one, she wanted more. She died of drug overdose when Kian was fifteen, leaving him with only his aunt. He always kept a bright smile on his face, a desperate attempt to cover everything up.

Grayson was born one St. Patricks Day to Rosalie and Dean Fields, in rainy ol’ Everett, Washington. Small town life was peaceful, and growing up knowing everyone made it easy for Gray to make friends. Surrounded by Everett’s many forests, Gray found peace in the rainy woods, choosing to spend most of his time out there. Most of his art from back home was inspired by those forests. Elementary, middle and high school passed in a blur, despite the fact that, quiet as he was, he was bullied incessantly. After some "business dealings" went south between Tal and some of his crime family associates, he fled with his baby daughter to the UK, settling in Edinburgh, Scotland under the alias Tal Belko. Her mother, Ksenia, had died under mysterious circumstances back in Minsk, something Tori could never get a straight answer about from her father.
  
  Needing money to support his young daughter, Tal fell in with the local crime syndicate. He taught his daughter the art of hustling, how to pick out the best marks, and tons of other unscrupulous tricks of the criminal trade. She spent lots of time at the chop shop her father worked for, learning all there was to know about cars and how to steal them. Tori adored her father more than anything, and though he was a seasoned criminal, she thought the absolute world of him.
  
  Victoria grew up a bright and clever young girl, always excelling in her studies. She lived happily with her father until her last year of middle school, when Tal was pinched for driving without a license. After a long legal/Immigration battle, Tal was ultimately deported back to Minsk, where he was subsequently murdered. She lived on the streets of Edinburgh for months, scrapping, begging, and stealing to survive.
  
  It was then, at the city park Tori would often hang around at, she met a kind and gentle girl named Gaelen Farriday. While most looked at her like gutter trash, Gaelen could see Tori for the lost soul that she was. She quickly became Victoria's best friend in the world, lovingly referring to her as "V." The Farridays eventually took Tori in, becoming like a surrogate family to her.
  
  Despite her disdain for authority figures and bad attitude towards most of her teachers, Tori continued to earn top marks in every subject at school. A great many things can be said of Benji—he’s a piece of work—but perhaps most important is that he's honest and honorable, tending only to lie when he’s asked questions about how he feels or about his past. Otherwise? He’s brutally honest—sometimes to the point that it hurts other people’s feelings. He doesn’t have many friends—a result of him pushing away every single person who tries to get close to him, but if he does decide he likes you, good luck getting rid of him. Benji was born to Tomas and Morrigan Harris in Killarney, Ireland. The first six years of his life were normal—he went to school and played outside with his friends, but when his father picked up and left one day out of the blue, everything changed. His mother, for a while, tried her best to care for Benji and his younger sister by one year, Maura, but Morrigan soon fell into depression, got fired from her job and descended into alcohol and drug abuse. Living off of meager supplements from the government wasn’t a great way of living, but it was manageable. Benji tried his best to take care of both his mother and Maura, though there wasn’t too much an elementary/middle schooler could do. A few years passed, and his mother continued spiraling. Child Protective Services was eventually called by a neighbor, and Maura was taken away while Benji was at a friend’s house. This was all the trigger his mother needed, and when Benji turned eleven she began to become both physically and emotionally abusive, to the point where he sank into a deep depression. This continued throughout the rest of his middle and high school years, and there were several incidents where he had to be hospitalized because of his injuries. His father only called once a month, reminding him to “behave for his mother”. Towards the end of highschool (his junior and senior year) he began drinking and experimenting with drugs, as well as becoming your basic definition of a whore. Moving to America was supposed to be his saving grace, but instead he just hates it.

The police questioned both the brothers. Rodney had a family and a baby on the way..Rory couldn't let Rodney take the fall even if he did most of the damage.. so Rory took the fall. Saying Rodney was trying to stop them. So Rory got charged instead for assault by his own Aunt. He went through court and halfway through she dropped the charges since she ended up finding out why her husband was in the hospital.

    At school she wasn't a bully, but she wasn't exactly a good girl either. Her grades were average, she was sent to the principal's office very often. Not to mention that she was way too honest for the other children. They'd cry and complain when she said their new haircut was ugly or that their drawing was horrible.

    Besides being a troublemaker, Maude has lived quite a normal life.
    Sure, she's had her fair share of high school drama; cheating boyfriends, backstabbing friends and all that, but it's no more than the average teenager would have.
    
    In high school, Maude was a part of the "it" girls. She might not have been the queen bee, but her passion for creating drama and her good looks made her a fierce part of the clique. She'd wreak whatever chaos felt right and watch the other students run around. None of her friends stayed friends for very long, and there was often times they tried hard to take her down, but she never faltered.
    
    The only significant happening of her youth was when Maude truly fell in love, with the quarterback of course, and they dated on and off for a year. She was truly head over heels for him, but in the end it turned out he couldn't handle her. Good riddance, she would say now, but it did break her heart at the time.     After graduating high school, Maude had a couple of years for herself.
    The first year she spent working. She worked part time in a café, a convenience store and at a thrift shop. Despite long days and intolerable customers, she truly loved the experience. With her social skills and laid back attitude, she became surprisingly popular among her co-workers, who had only ever seen her as the devil's child before.
    Working at the thrift shop was her favourite, she got to expand her love for vintage fashion and explore new styles.
    
    After almost two years of working all day, every day, she used some of the money she had saved up and travelled to Europe. She spent 3 months travelling by train, couch surfing and visiting different countries, studying the style and fashion in every place she visited. (Over the course of her trip, she sent home a total of 5 boxes of new, thrifted clothes) Places she visited included the Scandinavian countries, Germany, Poland, Russia, Romania, Italy, France, Spain and the UK. Her dream is to go on another similar trip and visit all the other countries.

She has a strong sense of justice and would jump into the line of fire for her beliefs. Quinn is brave and honest, clear about her intentions from the beginning. To put her character in few words- she fears no god.

  The first negative trait that immediately sticks out when thinking of Quinn is her supersized ego. This doesn't necessarily mean she thinks she's the best 24/7, but rather that she is assured that she is right every time. Sometimes her ego translates into a 'not like other girls' sort of mentality, classifying things into boxes, which things don't naturally fit into. There is still space for plenty of self loathing within this unstable individual, as she often sinks into regrets of the reckless things she has done and knows she will continue to do. When making decisions, she is more focused on living in the moment and experiencing things, rather than the consequences, which often results in extra consequences.
  Quinn isn't the nicest of individuals either. Her honesty often translates into bluntness, or just flat out rudeness. This is usually the reason behind her many arguments and feuds with family, friends or even strangers. To get truly close to Quinn, there are many layers that must be dug under to get to the core.     Quinn Miller-Kline was born into a rather wealthy household, due to her mother having married an older military man at a young age. She was told to strive for excellence since she was young, although she was never one to listen to what her parents told her. In fact, in her early years, teachers would describe her as unruly and difficult- especially when it came to other students. She would have many anger outbursts, mirroring those which she experienced back home. To call her household stable would be overselling it massively. It never got physical, but it was not without belittling and gaslighting.     Entering into her teen years, Quinn's grades were great, but her anger and unruliness were even greater. This was kept away from school, where she kept a pristine image- clubs, grades, being a teacher's pet-, but outside of school she had started mingling with the wrong crowds. At school, she didn't have many friends, but outside of it, she had made herself a hit with some older people. She quickly made herself the perfect image of a firecracker at local shows at bars, which lead to being invited to parties, which lead to the beginning of her complicated relationship with cigarettes, booze and drugs.
    Along with substance abuse, Quinn's mental state began crumbling more and more. She never allowed this to slow her down, however.     Within several years, Quinn had gotten her teenage alcoholism and drug abuse under control. Her grades still weren't suffering, and her friends were still not good for her health. At this point, she felt more like a hollow shell of a human being than a person. Nonetheless, she graduated as valedictorian.
    After high school, she got plenty of scholarship offers, but declined them all and took a year off. She moved out and lived with her first love, an older man she has since grown to hate as the result of their awful breakup. Personality

If you were to ask for one word to describe Ashley, she would choose 'ordinary'. It wouldn't be her attempt to come off at humble. (There have definitely been many times where she's acted vain.) But, now that she's older, writing herself off as plain is just expected from her. From a young age, she's always sought out something to appease her inherent appetite to feel content. It's lead to her being driven to please others when it comes to schooling.

As for her social skills, she's pretty good at accumulating friends. She loves finding people who make her laugh and/or have the same passions as her. However, she has a habit of keeping them at arm's length. Being vulnerable is foreign to her. The concept of opening herself up—allowing someone to see all her flaws and why she's so driven to be the best—terrifies her.

Biography

Ashley was adopted by a loving couple looking for another child to bring more joy into their lives. She was the third child they had adopted—and was definitely the one who was the most spoiled. Her elder sisters coddled her, protecting her from every boogie man she dreamed of and every scraped knee she got. It was a sweet time where she learned how to fully love someone—even if they grounded you or stole your favorite doll or gave you awful-looking bangs in the third grade.

As she grew, Ashley shied away from finding love and devoted herself into studying. She wanted to be a cardiovascular surgeon for a long time—until her parents took her to the ballet. She was instantly head-over-heels for the concept. Begging her parents to let her take dance lessons, they easily agreed. It wasn't long before she was joining competitions, earning herself trophies and recognition in her state.

Whenever she was a senior in high school, she went to auditions at several prestigious colleges. All of them were amazing... but none of them caught her eyes like Hartley. She was truly fascinated with the school—she found herself loving the campus, the school culture, the people there. So, she decided to attend. Now, two years later, she's still as enthralled with the school and the dance program as she first was.
