by the way everyone in case i never mentioned this before, the city is on stilts, in the air, above the underground, like the underground is on the real ground, the rest of the city is up like in the sky. that's why the waterways are in the sky, most cities are "floating" like that in this uh time

uh, if they reveal their powers yeah, except, i guess tamers can recognize each other because they can see each others pets. and they'd notice anyone else who talks to them.

oh i see what you mean......that could be possible yeah, like a feeling, possibly hackers could kinda feel the extra electric energy coming from each other than normal people would have no idea about.

they're pretty rare, they're more of a myth, but certain people know of them i.e. the government.

ok nevermind i'm right i just checked, only tamers can see the monsters and creatures, it's their hacker power, along with taming them. we can however make it so that if a tamer becomes friends with another hacker the tamer can give the other hacker like "permission" to se their pet or something and like, touch them give them a little jolt or smthn and then they could see the pet.
