~The Genesis District~
The Genesis District, a highly government controlled area of Neogen it is right next to transport central and is therefore usually one of the first place tourists see. There are advanced hotels, incredible restaurants, even clubs! with robotic DJ's who play the same 5 songs and synthetic alcohol. Theirs hover car and Hover board rentals and also every government building there is. this is the crime free district of NeoGen, perfect and controlled in every way~

~the Neon District~
The lights have never been brighter. This is the Neon District. Parties raves and anything you could imagine goes down right here. Illegal bars and arcades. Scrappers make most of their money selling to the ilegal Electro cafe's here. Clubs with Real human DJ's. Shops with all the style you could ask for and more. Drug hustlers pushing every kind of party drug you could want. here is freedom for all the citizens of Neogen. Activism is strong here and self protection is everything here. their are police but for the most part they leave it alone, because this is where they come to have fun too. kind of like Electric avenue......funny how corruption get's so personal.

~Transport central~
Transport central is the hub of Neogen, anyone coming or going from the city is going to be here. Muggers and pirates tend to hang around looking for easy transports to take over. If their is a city wide announcement this is also where it will come from as it is right in the center of the city. It's also particularly special because their is a strip of nature surrounding the base of the building, their are a few natural parks left but many are hidden and if you know of them you're lucky,

~Electric Ave~
Where do i start. the Lowest of lows. The criminals, the unfaithful, The degenerates. This is where you'll find them. The very Adult section of Neogen, it makes millions in revenue each year, and who get's a cut of that? the government and it's departments including the official police, Fire force, and Inspectors. This place is, truly lawless. Many many rapes have been reported from this area, but why would the police crack down on the industry that pays them so so so well. reports are tossed away by the directors of each department, many don't even know about the problem under their feet.

~The Dark Gate~
this is the Area separating the Neon District and the Underground. Most deals and trades come to fruition here. mostly illegal. Need information? come here. Need drugs? come here. Need technology? come here. Need weapons? come here. Dirty and filled with smoke you might wanna wear a respirator mask while here.

~The Underground~
The poorest of the poor, those without a penny to their name, steal scavenge and trade for a living. Here in the underground anything goes and there is no law. Well, their is but, it's not the government law. It's a rule of the people. Gangs and Mafias. War territory. If you're down there without a full fledged gas mask and you're outside you will be immediately suspected as a cop and promptly ended. there is trash literally everywhere. Some people make it their job to search through it and resell things. however this is also the place to go if you want the highest of quality drugs and weapons, even the dark gate doesn't have this quality.
