BACKSTORY:
Saiyan sympathizer and self-proclaimed historian, Greg grew up among bandits and heard tales of aliens that had landed on Earth. Fascinated by this, he got as much information he could on them. He molded his fighting style and persona around them. He made sure the public didn't see a human when he showed up with his gang. He wanted them to see a saiyan.
The problem was (and is) that he never learned anything about ki. This would later be covered up with technology and quick thinking. Greg claims once he finds the right master, he will learn how to reach the full extent of his power.
