So I guess this is the part where I have to talk about myself. Yay <_<

I've been a roleplayer for a few years, starting mostly with play-by-post games, then I got dragged to a D&D game. Since then I've dabbled in other games, including but not limited to Shadowrun, Scion, Exalted, and played and GM'd Mutants & Masterminds. I'm a natural storyteller, and roleplaying just became an extension of that. Creating characters and messing with the people in my head seems to be one of the few things that keeps me sane in a mind-numbing retail job. Then to keep these strange people from taking over my head, I have to write them out somehow. I'm a pretty open, creative person, so anything else you want to know just ask. :D

Welcome, welcome. We can always use more dedicated storytellers.

And members. MY GAMES HUNGER FOR TH-

Anyway, welcome. Anything in particular you enjoy that I might make recommendations?

@Grey: Well, I always enjoy a good Exalted game. I tend to prefer getting in on the ground floor of a game though, or at least one recently started; just so I don't have to figure out what's been happening where and why and feel all super behind till I read the previous hundreds of posts. I've also got books for Scion, Shadowrun 4e, and just about everything for Mutants & Masterminds 2e and 3e. I'm usually good with any game so long as it's got a solid story behind it and a character sheet isn't too confusing--or the GM is willing to coach me along with said convoluted character sheet.

I approve of this Shadow Run business.

Anyways, welcome aboard. This is a cool place and you made a good decision coming here; having fun and getting some SWEET JAMES is the order of the day.

Hm, not sure there are any Exalted games just starting. You may be interested in To Reign in Hell, which is one of my games - it's got no formal system (unless I find it necessary) but it's very Exalted in tone, so you may be interested. It's not long since started, and I tend to run my players in solo threads for a while in most games until the regular posters can be brought together, so you won't need to worry about catching up.

I'm also always happy to introduce people to new systems (ask anyone, my tendrils are spreading far...), so if any other game in my sig might appeal, just ask!

You can also try to join some of the already existing games. You are not restricted to just joining games being created.
