Goth 'Savage' Mariner

Axel The Englishman

The Holy Crusader
General Information

Name:

Goth Mariner

Background:

Mariner was born to a family notorious for it's deep roots in military service. Virtually, every male born under the Mariner name would find themselves serving at least a few years before eventually retiring to settle down with a more simple profession. Strangely, no Mariner has ever been forced to serve. It is more so seen as a duty amongst the Mariners. This was the case with Goth.

Upon reaching the age of 18, Goth enlisted himself as an Officer within the Army's Mechanised Infantry units. Goth served for 8 years - where he briefly served as a Major - before his Army career was dropped dead. A terror attack was launched by a group of unknown assailiants against the Barracks that Goth was unfortunately stationed at. An explosion that came as a result of an IED had cost Goth both of his arms. As a result, Goth was honourably discharged from the Army, but provided a pair of prosthetics to replace the organic arms that he had lost. A couple annual payments Goth had managed to save allowed him to raise his strength to superhuman standards.

When Goth reached 27, it was about time to find another job rather than rely on government handouts. Luckily, the CPD was still hiring maimed veterans.

Appearance:

Goth prefers are more casual attire on-duty. He isn't dressed to impress, but more dressed to work. He'll wear what's standard issue, no questions asked. Off-duty, you'll always find him boasting the jacket to his PSU-CU.

As for his physical appearance, he has a somewhat rough physical appearance. His face shows scars of battle, and the augmentations where his arms should be speak for themselves. His muscles tend to conflict with his clothing, and his height of 6 feet and 6 inches normally results in a head banging against the top of a doorframe.

His hair has been styled in the fashion of a crewcut. His beard dominates the majority of his face. One could even describe his face as somewhat blocky in appearance.

Knowledge has to apply to Mental Skills, I'm afraid. Maybe Craft for weapons maintenance, for example? Survival or Medicine for black ops or first aid?

Better swap Language with Empathy, in the Familiarity. Language is basically never rolled, it's just to measure how many languages your character speaks and how fluently.

Otherwise looking fine.

Replace Ranged, Melee, and Defence with Craft, Medicine, and Survival.
