"Uncle G, your advert is on TV again" Kendra yelled across the house from the kitchen. "Damn right it is, how are those?" "Hamburgers?" As Kendra replied she continued to fold the ingredients in the bowl, "just gotta be shaped, I'll bring them out to the barbie in a sec". Stepping outside she shivered slightly, it was no use she would never get use to these temperatures. Putting the patties on the side of the grill she sped back inside watching her uncle from behind the sliding glass doors. Kendra couldn't help but roll her eyes as her uncle mimicked her shivering from outside, she couldn't help it. It was Summer on the other side of the hemisphere and she'd only been in America for 2 weeks, what a way to begin the new year though. Slouching onto the couch she pulled out her notebook, tomorrow they were heading into the facility to meet the rest of the recruits. Despite his huge smile her uncles lips were sealed when it came to the crew he'd assembled.

Boots, suit, headgear. Check, Check and Check. It felt different but thank gods her suit had been modified for the climate. Although the curiosity was mostly fighting off most of the effects of the cold as she stood with Golden Tooth at the gates. Kendra took pride in any task she was given and today that would be showing the new recruits to their dorms then touring them around the facility. Following that dinner since it was mid-afternoon.
