She treads softly through the forest, grass bending underneath her feet, not one blade breaking. The air is cool against her fair skin, it being breathed into her lungs, exhaled as soft and gentle as a breeze itself. The trees do not still as she passes underneath the great branches, rather the leaves dance in the wind, creating a music that normally would fall upon deaf ears. Dew falls from the fragile petals of the flowers, much like the tears that can never leave the depths of her emerald eyes. How she yearns to be as expressive as the plants surrounding her, to be as free as the wind that dances through her fire like hair. To feel everything as deeply as the ground does, to let her fears and worries wash throughout her body like a trickling spring.

But she cannot become like the forest. The scars she carries within her heart are heavier and more destructive than the wrath of mother nature herself. Every breath that is drawn could very well be referred to as a poison to herself. To live, to suffer, it is all the same. Death is patient. It is willing. It waits for her to fall to her knees, much like a flower in the bitter kiss of winter. The taste of mortality is that of tainted blood. A sin. It is what defines her, as much as the earth defines life itself. She struggles to stay afloat, to escape the depths of her inner demons. She wishes to escape into the forest, running underneath the protection of each tree, of every rock that seals her deeper into the safety of the woods. She can only run for so long. Her legs have grown weak from fighting, from running. No more. It’s all coming to an end. Alongside the slow decay of time, the bitterness of mortality dances on her tongue, waiting to consume her.

DANIEL AMANO
Daniel is someone everyone admires. It's a proven fact at this point. But he was someone who Gwen felt extremely comfortable with when they first met. It's a very sibling like relationship between them, however it's unavoidable that at times someone slips up. That person was Gwen. At one point she found that she liked Daniel a lot, but she valued his feelings more and helped him pursue Nicole.

HOJUN PARK
The two didn't really run in the same circles for the longest time. However they ended up getting paired up in an alchemy class, which naturally Gwen was over the moon excited about. Because he was known as the smartest kid in the school, she was pretty intimidated by him. But from that moment on their friendship bloomed into one of siblings. He was a lot like her older brother, which meant Gwen constantly had someone she could trust and lean on.
